(Author's Note: Special shoutout to I'm a Kaleb for a awesome character request.)

Gata sat in a chair with her arms wrapped around herself as she stared at the floor. Pacifica stared at the older girl with sympathy. She could relate a little to what the other girl was feeling. Pacifica knew what it felt to have a bad parent, but it sounded like Gata had it a bit worse. Gata's mother created her for the sole purpose to have a gateway to escape her imprisonment. She basically abandoned Gata and simply waited for her to one day fall asleep so the portal would open. Gata was nothing more then a tool to be used by the Demon Queen.

Jake just stared at Gata sadly.

"Man this just isn't right. Finn had to go through some issues about his dad abandoning him and using him, now Gata's mom is a big tyrannical magical demon who basically is using her daughter as a portal to escape prison in another dimension. This is seriously messed up!" Said Jake.

"Yeah." Agreed Jermaine.

"I'm...a portal for...evil! My...mom is going to return to Ooo...and destroy everything! Including my brother! Dad...did a good thing...by imprisoning in that statue. I'm a danger to everyone!" Cried Gata.

"Sis...that's not true." Said Jermaine as he and Jake tried to comfort their distressed sibling.

Gata ignored the dogs and looked at Simon with a pleading looking in her.

"Your a powerful wizard Simon. You need to freeze me and hide me away or...just kill me your magic! Just please whatever you do make it quick! I...would never forgive myself if Finn, Jake, Jermaine, or anyone else got hurt because I freed my mother and her Thought Demons! This needs to be stopped before it begins!"

Gata stood up and closed her eyes expecting to feel a freezing blast to freeze her in ice or a magical attack that would end her life. Neither of those things happened.

"I will do neither of those things Gata." Said Simon as he stood up and walked over to Gata.

"What?! You know what I am and the harm I can bring to Ooo! Why would you risk Ooo for one life?" Said Gata as she opened her eyes to look at Simon.

"Because I can see it in your eyes and hear it in your voice. A part of you is afraid of dying and you wish to live. If I froze you that would not be a permanent solution and it would be unfairly throwing you into a prison. I refuse to kill you because I can see your a kindhearted person with a good soul. Your a selfless person like Finn and like him you care for the well being of others more then yourself or personal gain. I would be doing the world a great disservice if I killed you. You are special Gata and though you might have a dangerous ability and a bad lineage it doesn't change my choice. Your father, Joshua must have imprisoned you in that statue to protect you and keep you safe, until he could figure out a permanent way to close the portal and keep you safe. I will use my power knowledge to help you and find a real solution." Said Simon as he put a hand on Gata's shoulder.

"What...should I do I till then?" Asked Gata.

"Just relax and keep living. I'm fixing to met up with the Magic Council and I will tell them about you and convince them to help figure outa way to help you. With their help we can come up with a solution. I know this is tough, but I promise you things will get easier." Said Simon.

"Thanks Simon." Said Gata with a small smile.

"Your welcome." Said Simon with a smile as he took the frozen Thought Demon and walked out of the office.

"Everything is going to be ok sis." Said Jake as he wrapped an arm around Gata.

"Yeah we're going to catch up on the time we lost and make sure your mom never bothers you again." Said Jermaine as he gave Gata a hug.

"Thanks guys. Your really are the best bros a girl can ask for." Said Gata with a smile as a tear fell from her right eye.

Pacifica and Dipper smiled at the little scene.

Miles away from Wizard City, Gideon and his group arrived at a large cave that served as a secret hideout for Laser Wizard. Gideon and the elite trainees presented their loot to Laser Wizard. The evil wizard was quit impressed with the haul.

"I must say this is a very impressive haul. You cleaned out one of the biggest supplies of magical items in Wizard City." Said Laser Wizard.

"Ah it was no big deal. We thought a great teacher and wizard would have more use for this stuff then that jerk Gentleman Wizard." Said Gideon.

"The five of you did well and you will greatly be rewarded in the future. Now if you excuse me, I need to go through the items to see how important they are and what I can use them for." Said Laser Wizard.

Gideon and the others bowed before leaving the cave. Laser Wizard began to go over the items, until his eyes landed an old yellow lamp, with a layer of dust on it.

"Could it...be?" Asked Laser Wizard as he studied the lamp with eyes wide.

Laser Wizard carefully picked the lamp up to study it. Despite some past mistakes, Laser Wizard was a knowledge scholar of magic. He studied old stories and history books of magic and if his old studied were right then he held a genie lamp in his hands and could summon a genie. The wizard carefully rubbed the lamp and blue smoke began to bellow out from it. The smoke rose up and began to head up towards the celling. Laser Wizard's eyes went wide as he saw a large muscular figure begin to appear within the smoke. The smoke cleared to reveal a gigantic blue skinned man with pointy, a hooked nose, curly black beard, thick black eyebrows, black ponytail with a gold bead that held it, gold cuffs on both wrists and one earring, red waistband and misty tail. It was a real genie! The genie let out a groan as it stretched it's arms and then popped his neck loudly and rubbed it.

"Oi! 10,000 years will give you such a crick in the neck!" Said the genie.

"Your...the...!" Sputtered Laser Wizard.

"Oh I can see you know who I am and your speechless. I am the one and only Genie of the lamb! You can call me Genie!" Said Genie as a giant neon sign spelling out his name appeared behind him and some fireworks went off.

(Author's Note: Genie is from Aladdin.)

"A real genie. One of the greatest magical beings in the known universe. That fool Gentleman Wizard had the lamp his collection and he didn't know about it's worth and power." Said Laser Wizard with a slight chuckle.

"So I take it that your my new master." Said Genie as he shrunk down to a small size that was only a few feet taller then Laser Wizard himself.

"I am indeed. I am Laser Wizard." Said Laser Wizard.

"A wizard huh? Well your to old to be a young wizard in training, but not old enough to be a grand old wizard." Said Genie as he suddenly changed into a a child with a bowl haircut glasses and black robe and then into an old man with a grey beard wearing a grey robe.

Laser Wizard blinked in confusion as he watched Genie turn back into his regular form and his misty tail turn into legs wearing blue pants and red Arab-style shoes.

"I'm middle age, but despite that I'm very knowledge and considered a powerful wizard. Now we can get to my wishes that your supposed to grant me?" Said Laser Wizard.

"Yes the wishes. Three wishes, to be exact. And ixnay on the wishing for more wishes. That's it. Three. Uno, dos, tres. No substitutions, exchanges or refunds." Said Genie as two more heads sprouted from his shoulders and quickly vanished.

"Are there any rules about things I can't wish for?" Asked Laser Wizard.

"Yes. Three big rules for the three wishes. I can't make people fall in love with you, I can't kill people, and I can't raise the dead. Trust me the dead coming back to life isn't a pretty sight and Death gets really mad about people messing with the natural cycle. Had a master, who wished that and Death made his life and afterlife miserable." Said Genie.

Laser Wizard scratched his head in though about this information, then out of curiosity he decided to ask Genie what he would wish for. Stars appeared in Genie's eyes as he conjured up a microphone.

"I'd wish for freedom! Sweet sweet FREEDOM!" Sang Genie.

"Freedom?" Asked Laser Wizard.

"Yep. Freedom. You see since I'm a Genie I have these phenomenal cosmic powers, but...a very tiny living space. I'm forced to return to my lamp after I'm done granting wishes. It's nice to meet people, but I rarely get out. I want to be free to see the whole world and the universe!" Said Genie.

"Interesting. Perhaps I will use one of my wishes to free you." Said Laser Wizard.

"That be great master! You just tell me what you want and I'll give it to you. You can live a life of royalty and be a prince! Just say the word and its done." Said Genie as he snapped his fingers and Laser Wizard found himself sitting in a fancy throne in a silk robe and cape.

Laser Wizard sat comfortable in the throne and thought about what to wish for. He considered wishing to become a genie, but there was the risk of being trapped in a lamp and forced to grant other people's wishes for eternity. Laser Wizard also figured he couldn't wish to be freed from being a genie, so that was out of the question. Then Laser Wizard thought about something he had been promised a long time ago, but had been deceived and not been able to obtain.

"Genie for my first wish. I wish for the lost system of Antediluvian magick—the tightest of all wiz biz." Said Laser Wizard.

"Whoa...you really wish big. Alright here you go. I'll just be in my lamp if you need me." Said Genie as he snapped his fingers and quickly got into his lamp.

At first nothing happened. Laser Wizard looked around the room in confusion and then something began to appear in front of him. It was small at first, but then it began to grow and expand. It looked like a spinning galaxy of multiply colors. The galaxy grew until it was a little bigger then Laser Wizard and then it engulfed him. Laser Wizard found himself standing in the center of the little galaxy as millions of written spells and potions raced around him. It was the lost system of Antediluvian magick! Laser Wizard felt his power grow as he looked at the spells and thought them and then his eyes landed on the instructions to create a magical item of near limitless power. Instructions to create a Sorcerer's Stone. The wizard summoned the instructions to himself and they turned into a scroll. Laser Wizard waved the system off and it turned into a silver ring with a multicolored gemstone in it. He put the ring on and began to read the scroll.

"With this stone. I will become the strongest magic user ever. No more taking orders from that witch Maja! I will become Laser Lord and rule Wizard City!" Declared Laser Wizard with glee.

"I always get the greedy power nuts." Grumbled Genie from his lamp.

In the shopping district of Wizard City, there was a small fortune teller tent owned by an old seer named Destiny. Destiny was a green skinned humanoid with grey hair, who wore a dark green dress and purple bandana tied onto her head. She had the power to glimpse the future with her crystal ball and she was a very popular person to visit. Today was no acceptance. The first person to see her was Bud Flud. Bud happened to be in the city visiting a businessman/wizard by the name of Cleaning Wizard, who sold magical cleaning soap and other cleaning objects. Cleaning Wizard suggested to Bud to go visit Destiny to figure out what his next venture should be. Bud was currently in the tent listening to Destiny's glimpses.

"I see...a great container of liquid...and I see you melting, but...not dying. Now I see a plant with a duckbill, a...electric rat, and...a jester." Said Destiny as she looked at her crystal ball.

"Want some mubo jumbo hogwash that doesn't makes sense come see Destiny." Teased Bud.

Destiny just scowled at Bud who just laughed and walked out of the tent. The next person to enter was Reize.

"I want to know what my future is." Said Reize as he handed Destiny some coins.

"I see a...band of nobel warriors. You...will find love and experience a drastic physical change that...could be fatal, but...a person from your past will change you back and save you." Said Destiny.

"Neat! It all sounds exciting. I wonder who the person from my past is?" Said Reize as he scratched his chin.

Outside the tent, Specter Knight stood in an alley watching.

"Your certainly a spooky guy." Said a voice from behind.

Specter Knight whirled around to see Dimentio in his Florence disguise.

"Who are you and why are you following me?" Asked Specter Knight.

"I'm just a wandering magician, who saw a creepy guy in a cloak following a boy. I also happen to notice that your undead. Care to explain that and why your following that boy?" Said Dimentio.

"My condition is the result of my own folly. As for the boy, he is the son of a friend I considered a brother. I made a promise to look after the boy incase my friend died." Said Specter Knight.

"A touching little story. Tell you what, I'll help you out a bit. I can turn you back into a living person." Said Dimentio.

"Why would you help me?" Asked Specter Knight with suspicion.

"Because I feel like it. Now if you have a locket or something on you I can enchant with a spell that will allow you to turn anyone who is cursed by dark magic into their original form, but the magic can only work once." Said Dimentio.

Specter Knight thought this over and pulled out the locket, he got from the meeting with Gentleman Wizard. Dimentio pointed a finger at it and zapped it with a tiny spark of red magic.

"Good luck to you." Said Dimentio as he turned and walked away.

Specter Knight stared at the locket and pocketed it. Reize then left the tent and Specter Knight followed him.

Nyx and her group were walking through the shopping district looking around. The witch and Samantha had just finished telling Chi about their adventures in Gravity Falls, when they came across Destiny's tent and decided to get their fortunes told. Chi was excited because maybe the seer could tell her where Mimi was. She hadn't yet told her friends about her search and feelings for Mimi. The princess went in and sat across from Destiny.

"I want to know my future and if I will find a friend I'm looking for." Said Chi.

"I see...a young girl with red eyes. You...and her will be threatened by enemies, who desire your demise. Seven assassins will come after you. I also see a gleaming sword." Said Destiny.

"Anything else?" Asked Chi.

"That...is all I can see for you." Said Destiny.

Chi nodded her head a little and left the tent. Alcor came next.

"I...see a...conflict with a girl. You will go to a mountain and do battle with shadows to save someone." Said Destiny.

"Interesting." Said Alcor as he left the tent.

Next was Samantha.

"I see...you learning a hurtful truth. A battle with shadows with wings." Said Destiny.

"Alright...thank you." Said Samantha as she turned to leave.

Lastly it was Nyx and Ying's turn.

"I see...chaos and shadows in your future." Said Destiny.

"Well chaos...is normal for me, but I don't know anything about shadows." Said Nyx.

"Are you with the people that came before you?" Asked Destiny.

"I am." Said Nyx.

"There is one thing that I saw in all futures."

"What's that?" Asked Nyx.

"You will all come at a crossroads. Events will happen and you will torn between sides." Said Destiny.

"That's odd. We're a pretty tight group." Said Nyx.

"I couldn't see the exact events, but a change is coming." Warned Nyx.

"Well thanks for the warning." Said Nyx as she and Ying left the tent.

Nyx and Ying joined back up with the others, who all seemed to be lost in thought about something.

"What did she tell you guys?" Asked Nyx.

"Just a bunch...of weird random stuff." Said Samantha.

"Same here. She also said change was coming." Said Nyx.

"Change is always coming. Let's worry about it some other time and enjoy today." Said Chi.

The others nodded in agreement and they went off to explore the shopping district.

While that was going on a big meeting between the most powerful wizards was fixing to begin and some tempers were fixing to flare up.

To be continued.
