Chapter 270 Wish Disaster 7

In the Ice Kingdom, Dipper, Pacifica, and Rain were following Gideon and Mabel around. The trio watched as Gideon and Mabel skip through the snow hand and hand, make snow angels, and build two snow figures in their image that seemed to be sharing a kiss. Dipper was shocked by these actions, Rain was heartbroken, and Pacifica just studied the scenes with suspicion. Gideon and Mabel then headed into the castle and the others silently followed.
Inside the castle Stan and Ford were playing board games in a game room and talking with Bendy, Boris, and Alice, Wendy was chilling in the kitchen with Soos reading some comics, Betty was in her office having a little therapy session with Trucy, Giffany was connected to a computer and exploring and analyzing info from Ooo's internet, Patience and Slime Princess hung out on a balcony discussing their challenge to Blargetha, and Eria played in her room with Alria and Shane watched over them. Weiss entered the palace escorting A Real Magic Skeleton to Simon's workshop. Simon was going over some notes, when Weiss entered with A Real Magic.
"Master Simon, I found this skeleton near the outskirts of our kingdom and he requested an immediate audience with you saying it was urgent and that Wizard City and all of Ooo might be in danger." Said Weiss.
Simon looked at Weiss and then turned his attention to A Real Magic Skeleton.
"Tell me what is wrong."
A Real Magic Skeleton took a deep breath and began to tell Simon about Thromnambular, Ron James's wish, and how Ron James had been running Wizard City. Simon listened silently, until A Real Magic Skeleton finished talking. The old wizard had a grave look appeared on his face.
"This is indeed serious. Ron James has put himself in a position he cannot handle and his inexperience could jeopardize Wizard City's safety and bring trouble to all of Ooo. We also must find Thromnambular, his wish granting power is extremely dangerous and if someone makes a bad wish it could cause a great deal of chaos. The best course of action is to use Thromnambular's own power to undo any wishes that have been made." Said Simon.
"That sounds I like a good idea. I think we should head to Wizard City and have you take command from Ron James. Your the obvious choice to be in charge and your presence and wisdom will put everyone's mind at ease. Plus we can call upon the city's resources to help find Thromnambular." Said A Real Magic Skeleton.
"Good thinking. You might not have the magical power of a Council member yet, A Real Magic Skeleton, but you have the critical thinking and wisdom of one. I believe in time your magic and power will grow and you will become a member of the Council, through your own power and deeds." Said Simon.
"Thank you sir." Said A Real Magic Skeleton with a smile as he took pride in Simon's words.
"Weiss. You and Betty are in charge of the Ice Kingdom, while I'm dealing with the situation in Wizard City." Said Simon as he looked at Weiss.
Weiss gave a nod in agreement as Simon quickly went about some cleaning and gathering a few books in a bag to take to Wizard City.
A few stories up in the living room, Gideon and Mabel were hanging out and enjoying each other's company. Mabel was showing Gideon great amounts of affection by giving him a foot rub, a neck rub, feeding Gideon some grapes, and putting on a puppet show using a couple of socks she decorated to look like her and Gideon. Gideon was impressed by the puppet show epically since the puppet that looked like Mabel declared it's love for the puppet that looked like Gideon and the two puppets got married. Mabel then took out a measuring tape and began to measure parts of Gideon's body. Gideon asked what the measurements were for and Mabel told him it was a surprise, before running off.
From behind a corner Dipper and his friends watched this all unfold.
"Something is seriously wrong here." Said Dipper.
"Your right. I've seen and read about a bunch of crazy dramas that involve a love obsessed person and Mabel is totally acting like one, though her obsession and devotion for Gideon are up by 11." Said Pacifica.
"So what do we do?" Asked Rain.
"Well Gideon has Mabel under some kind of super crazy love spell or maybe he doused Mabel's food and drink with a love potion. I wouldn't put anything past Gideon to obtain my sister's love." Said Dipper with a slight bit of anger in his voice as he glared at Gideon.
"Well Gideon will deny doing anything to Mabel, unless we have some kind of serious proof. Lets just go talk to Mabel and see if we can talk some sense into her or get a better idea of what's driving her cuckoo for Gideon." Said Pacifica.
The three friends headed off towards Mabel's room where they could hear a sewing machine going.
In Wizard City, a party was fixing to begin in front of the Capitol. A bunch of tables and chairs were set up, along with some balloons, streamers, and speakers. At the front of the Capitol there was a stage with a podium on it next to a large tarp covered statue. Tons of wizards were gathered ready to party and meet the new Grand Master Wizard. Ron James stood inside the Capitol ready to walk on the stage and give a speech, when Huntress Wizard approached him.
"I know what you did." Said Huntress Wizard.
"And that would be?" Asked Ron James.
"I know you wished on a magic wishing skull to obtain great power and the position of Grand Master Wizard. A Real Magic Skeleton told me everything." Said Huntress Wizard.
"Traitor." Grumbled Ron James.
"A Real Magic Skeleton has gone to the Ice Kingdom to get Simon and bring him back here so he be put in charge of Wizard City and maybe find that wishing skull, so everything can be fixed." Said Huntress Wizard.
"We don't need Simon! I can totally handle running Wizard City. I have the magic power now, so I can do it." Said Ron James.
"Oh it takes more then great magical power to run this city. Since you've come to power, you've made one bad choice after another. You put a bunch of unqualified people on the council, you aren't taking the city's issues seriously, you nearly agreed to an alliance with an evil corrupt super power, angered a wizard, a warlock, and a dangerous dictator all of whom have a family relationship with some of the most dangerous prisoners in our prison, your throwing a big party making everyone in the city a big target incase someone decides to attack the city and left only a skeleton crew to guard the prison." Said Huntress Wizard.
"I don't see what your complaining about. It's not like there's going to be a big invasion or all the prisoners are just going to breakout and attack us." Said Ron James with an annoyed look.
"It can happen. That's the point. My grandfather took all things into consideration, especially threats to Wizard City and it's people. Your just drunk on your power and you have no clue about the responsibilities that come with the job." Said Huntress Wizard.
"Well your just paranoid. Nothing bad is going to happen." Said Ron James as he walked away.
Huntress Wizard just glared at Ron James.
Miles away at the prison a couple of guards were standing outside the main gate, when Gentleman Wizard approached the gate. The guards told Gentleman Wizard to stop and state his business and the wizard replied by firing a couple of burst of dark energy at the guards and killed them instantly. On the walls of the prison the few guards up there were being taken out by fairies and ants. Once all the guards had been taken out Herman, Deceit, Sorceress, Crocker, Bitterroot, Jordan, General Rabbit, and several dark magic users crept out of the shadows and behind buildings and gathered with Gentleman Wizard. The group then stormed the prison killing the few guards left inside, before they began freeing the prisoners. The Sorceress was happily reunited with the Sorcerer, Crocker and Bitterroot were reunited with their cousin Dr. Crocktopus, and Carl was just annoyed his brother had come to rescue him. Some of the prisoners went down to storage to reclaim their magical items. Once that was done the prisoners tried to decide what to do next.
"I'll tell you what we should do. We're going to take this city!" Said Jordan.
The others cheered in agreement and they started to march out of the prison to begin a full scale attack on the people of Wizard City.
At Milkey Way Asylum, Mandarin had gotten in contact with the homes of Anton, Izzy, and Aggie. The rulers of the Breakfast Kingdom, the Lizard Kingdom, and Farmer Village were furious and outraged about what they heard from the psychics about being held captive and experimented by people working for Bubblegum. Mandarin saw this as an opportunity and convinced the rulers to band together and launch a combined assault on the Candy Kingdom. The rulers agreed to this. Mandarin then contacted Sir Slicer and told what was happening. Sir Slicer saw this as a good opportunity to destroy the Candy Kingdom. The armies of the Monkey Kingdom, the Puppet Kingdom, and the various forces of Castle Lemongrab were quickly mobilized for battle. Puppet King was no longer in the bathroom, but he was passed out in the medical center of Castle Lemongrab, so General Monkey was in charge of the Puppet Kingdom forces. Bandit Princess went to The City of Thieves and with the aid of her archer bandits she mobilized the city population into an army and joined up with the Castle Lemongrab forces. Propeller Knight had his flying ships rise up into the air with a bunch of zeppelins and they flew in the direction of the Candy Kingdom. Sir Slicer's forces met up with the Breakfast Kingdom's army, the Lizard Kingdom's army, an angry mob from Farm Village, and the freed and vengeful patients from Milkey Way Asylum. The combined forces began to march their way to the Candy Kingdom. Nemo the undercover spy managed to sneak away from the huge army and ran in the direction of the tree fort to alert the heroes there of what was going on and to get in contact with the Peace Protectors.
Meanwhile at the Candy Kingdom, Mnemonoid, Loboto, and Phantomrider had arrived at the castle and were in a meeting room with Colonel Candycorn, Rattleballs, Root Beer Guy, and Cotton. Mnemonoid had tried to get an audience with Bubblegum and Braco, but had been told the rulers were busy. The psychic told the military leaders about what had happened at the asylum and how the Candy Kingdom might get attacked next by the Monkey Kingdom forces and their allies. Mnemonoid also told the leaders about the possible chance of retaliation from the homes of the psychics. All the military leaders had grim looks on their faces. Colonel Candycorn told the other leaders to place the kingdom on lockdown and have all military forces on high alert. The Candy Kingdom went on high alert as Colonel Candycorn went off to the palace see Bubblegum and Braco and tell them about the coming threat.
In the palace, Bubblegum sat in her bed, while Braco sat in a chair next to the bed and watched her. Neither of them knew that Crimson was also in the room with though, he was invisible. Crimson was still in his butler disguise. He had cast an invisibility spell on himself and entered the room to watch Bubblegum and take some drastic action against her. Inside Bubblegum's head, her mind was fast at work figuring out who Crimson was, though another bits of knowledge and info kept coming up and distracting the candy ruler. Bubblegum was forced to go deep into her mindscape and call upon her past lives to piece all the info she had together. The candy ruler stood and gave instructions to several pink beings of various genders and species to creat a large mental statue of Crimson from all the info gathered over time. Eric stood by Bubblegum as the statue was completed.
"Almost there." Said Bubblegum as the mask on the statue began to glow and crack.
On the outside Crimson watched Bubblegum's facial expressions and saw the queen stare off into space with a look of concentration that said she was on the verge of finding an answer to an important question. Crimson didn't like this so he decided to act. The villain brought his hand up and formed a tiny red snake made out of energy. Crimson then released the tiny snake and it flew into Bubblegum's ear. The snake flew to Bubblegum's brain and sunk it's fangs into infecting Bubblegum with poison and destructive magic.
In the mindscape the statue of Crimson turned black and crumbled to dust.
"No we were so close!" Cried Bubblegum in dismay as the entire mindscape began to turn black.
"Your dying!" Cried Eric as he and the other past lives began to vanish.
Bubblegum looked around in fear and dismay as the blackness closed in around her. She then felt a cold presence behind her and turned to see Crimson standing behind her. Crimson was now Bubblegum's hight. Bubblegum stared at Crimson in horror as his lefthand shot out, grabbed her by the throat, and lifted her up. Crimson then made a sword appear in his righthand.
"My dear Bubblegum, you've become very curious lately. You know curiosity killed the cat. Now your going to suffer the same fate." Said Crimson before he thrusted his sword through Bubblegum's chest!
Bubblegum cried out in pain and then she began to fade into oblivion along with the rest of her mind.
On the outside Bubblegum's eyes, nose, and mouth began to leak purple liquid. Braco saw this and became concerned. He shook his wife, but she didn't respond. Braco put his ear to Bubblegum's chest, but didn't hear a heartbeat. The king became historical as he desperately preformed CPR and called for help. Crimson chuckled silently as he left the room through the window.
Outside the palace Crimson found a quit place no one was looking at to undo his spell and become visible. On the kingdom walls Crimson could see guards running about arming cannons. The Candy Kingdom energy shield came on and the Gumball Guardians were on high alert. Off in the distance a huge army could be seen marching it's way towards the Candy Kingdom. It was the forces of Castle Lemongrab and it's many allies. A panic took hold of the Candy Kingdom. Crimson smiled at the fear he saw around him. It wasn't like the war, he originally planned to start in Ooo, but it would serve him and his master's plans.
"Oh how I love the beginning of a good war." Said Crimson to himself.
At the Ice Kingdom, Dipper, Pacifica, and Rain were in Mabel's room, watching Mabel sew what appeared to be a black suit.
"Um...Mabel are you sure your in love with Gideon?" Asked Dipper.
"Of course I am silly. My love for Gideon burns like a thousand suns. I honestly can't believe it took me this long to find my true feelings for him." Said Mabel.
"This sounds more like a crazy relationship based on lust and obsession." Said Pacifica.
"No it isn't! Me and Gideon are truly in love with one another. It's true love!" Said Mabel as she finished the suit.
"But what about us?" Asked Rain looking at Mabel.
Mabel just ignored him and went into a bathroom with a white dress and closed the door. A few minutes later Mabel came out wearing what appeared to be a weeding dress. Dipper just stared at Mabel in shock.
"You like? This is going to be my wedding dress! I made Gideon a suit and the two of us are going to get married! Then will move into a nice house have a few kids, maybe start our own kingdom. It'll be just like a real fairytale!" Said Mabel happily before she grabbed the suit and ran off looking for Gideon.
"This...is becoming all kinds of weird and wrong." Said Dipper.
The others nodded in agreement and then they chased after Mabel.
Outside the palace Thromnambular came across Lumpy Space Princess and Brad.
"Man this place is too lumping cold!" Complained LSP.
"Well this is the Ice Kingdom the name is self explanatory." Said Brad rolling his eyes.
"Do you desire to be warm? Just simply wish it and I'll make it happen." Said Thromnambular as he floated towards LSP.
"Whoa a creepy talking skull, but if you can grant wishes I'm down with that." Said LSP.
"Are you sure you should make a wish on this thing?" Asked Brad.
"I wish it was warmer in the Ice Kingdom." Said LSP ignoring Brad.
"Consider it done." Said Thromnambular as the two on his head changed to a one.
It soon became warmer in the Ice Kingdom and all the ice began to start slowly melting. Thromnambular let out a laugh. Only one wish left and he would be free.
