Chapter 281 Restaurant War 5

Rankle pulled out a remote and pushed a big red button on it. A door on all the crates slid up and the air was filled by chattering teeth, creepy moaning, and shuffling limbs. A bunch of figures started to slowly walk out of the crates. Everyone stopped fighting and running as they got a good look at the newcomers and what they saw filled them with horror and dread. It was a huge army of zombies! There were hundreds of them. Many different alien species in many different states of decay. All the zombies seemed to be of various ages such as old people, middle age, and teenagers. Rankle grinned as his army shuffled in all their undead glory. Up in the tower Wasabi watched the scene unfold on a big tv with glee as Bubba trembled and covered his eyes.

"Now prepare to die! And once your dead I'll reanimate your bodies and draft them into my army!" Declared Rankle.

The zombies shuffled forward and spread out. A few shuffled toward Zim, who let out a girlish scream and swung the jar with the Source in it. The jar struck a zombie and it toppled over and fell to the ground. The zombie waved it's limbs around, but couldn't get up. It was like watching a turtle that had fallen on it's back try to get up. A couple other zombies ended up tripping over their fallen undead comrade and ended up in the same position. Zim and the Source looked at the fallen and struggling zombies and then they looked up at a couple of zombies that were shambling towards them. It looked like the zombies were going to attack them, but instead they just walked right by Zim and the Source. One zombie brushed by Zim and he immediately shoved it away causing it to to crash into it's fellow undead and make a row of them fall like a bunch of dominos. The zombies shuffled around bumping into tables, chairs, trashcans, and each other, before they reached any of the fighters. The undead brushed up against the food monsters, bounty hunters, heroes, and villains and made weak grabs and swings at them. All the fighters just looked at the zombies and shoved them to the ground with very little effort before going back to fighting each other. The zombies just shuffled around like mindless sheep. Rankle and his squad just stared at the zombies in shock and dismay.

"My super secret zombie army is completely useless! Why didn't no one tell me zombies were dumb and have poor combat skills and strength?!" Yelled Rankle as he shook his fist in the air.

Up in the tower Wasabi was banging his head against his desk at Rankle's stupidity. Now there was a horde of dumb zombies wondering around the food court and no one was controlling them. This was a complete disaster! It was then that Wasabi was struck by a crazy idea of brilliance. Wasabi went over to his computer and began to scroll through a list of machines and inventions his company scientist had built over the years, until his eyes landed on a music device that had mind control abilities over beings with weak minds. The zombies were perfect for this device. Wasabi got Bubba to get the device and together they headed down to the food court to take back control of the situation.

Back in the food court everyone was still fighting. Darklos had her staff sliced to bits by Mandie's flaming sword, but she quickly obtained some new weapons by ripping off the arms of a nearby zombie and began to attack her with those. Rankle had pulled out two electrical stun batons and was swinging them wildly at Finn, while he screamed.

"So what if my zombie army is useless, I'm still standing and ready to fight. I count as a one man army! And I still got a heavy duty secret weapon at my disposal. I'll wipe the floor with you using that!" Declared Rankle.

Finn dodged all of Rankle's attacks and knocked him back with a kick to the chest. Rankle recovered and pulled out another remote and pressed a button on it. The crate that was bigger then the crates that held the zombies opened up to reveal a large blue and grey mech suit armed with lasers and missiles. Rankle ran towards the suit and got inside it. The suit took a thunderous step out of the crate and pointed it's weapons at the bounty hunters and food monsters.

"Behold the MegaBoy 3000! It is armed with the latest weaponry and gives me the strength of 10,000 boys! Now you will be destroyed!" Said Rankle as he began to fire his weapons.

Bounty hunters and food monsters were taken out by missiles and lasers. Chritchellites ran about in fear as all the other fighters dodged about or took cover. Attea and Sceles recovered and ended up taking shelter in Mega Meaty Meat. Pig Sheriff and Colonel Kluckin freaked out at the sight as they quickly grabbed some bounty hunters and got the big cannon to point at Rankle. They fired the cannon and it ripped off the left arm of the MegaBoy 3000! Rankle snarled like a madman and charged at Colonel Kluckin's restaurant. He smashed the big cannon with his remaining arm and then proceeded to blast at the restaurant destroying it and a bunch of bounty hunters. Pig Sheriff and Colonel Kluckin laid groaning in the wrecked remains of the restaurant.

"That takes care of that." Said Rankle.

It was then that Wasabi and Bubba arrived on the scene with what appeared to be a portal DJ station. Bubba set the machine up and Wasabi took the controls. Wasabi activated a computer screen and began to scroll through it. Rankle took notice of this along with the other security guards who had just been standing on the sidelines since the zombies had been unleashed.

"What are you up to Doctor Wasabi?" Asked Rankle.

"I'm fixing the mistake you call a zombie. I mean seriously you had no real way to control these things and they're not even remotely aggressive. Lucky for you I have a way to fix all of that." Said Wasabi as he pressed a button and turned a few knobs.

The speakers on the DJ station began to play some heavy death metal music that had a strange affect on the zombies. They seemed to become more alert and attentive and then they all let out angry yells and began to violently attack all the other fighters with aggressive strong blows. Everyone was now desperately fighting against the zombies. It was like an insane zombie mosh pit. Wasabi laughed evilly at the scene. Techmo sliced some zombies up and used his cybernetics to scan Wasabi's machine. He immediately figured out what the device was capable of and how to beat.

"I'm going after the DJ station to put an end to these zombies!" Yelled Techmo as he began to run towards Wasabi and Bubba.

"Stop him!" Yelled Wasabi.

Rankle turned towards Techmo and fired a bunch of missiles at him, but Gearga intercepted them with a blade geyser that destroyed the missiles and hit Rankle scratching up his mech suit and damaging it. A bunch of security guards tried to stop Techmo, but they were hit by a bunch of trays thrown by Peridot. Rankle recovered from Gearga's attack and tried to hit Techmo with a laser, but a giant water arm from Lapis slammed into him and knocked him to the ground. Techmo was almost to the DJ station. Bubba charged at Techmo intending to crush him. Techmo unleashed a blinding light from his robotic arm that blinded Bubba allowing him to run by the big ape. Now he faced Wasabi and the DJ station.

"Step away from the machine." Ordered Techmo.

"I think not. You see I'm the big fish here and what I say goes. I'm just going to cut you out of the picture." Said Wasabi with a mad grin as two large mechanical claw arms sprouted out from his suit and over his regular arms.

Wasabi then sprung at Techmo swinging his arms at him and forcing the hero back. Techmo managed to dodge a few more swings before Wasabi managed to get a lucky blow in and knock Techmo to the ground. Wasabi closed in to cause more pain, when his arms suddenly powered down and fell to the floor. The mall owner cried out in rage and confusion as he tried to get his arms to move, but they wouldn't respond. Techmo walked over to Wasabi and removed a small round disk like device from the arm that had hit him. The device had hacked Wasabi's arms and powered them down. Techmo went over to the DJ station and plugged a wire into it.

"Time to kill this beat." Said Techmo as he began to hack the device.

Techmo hit a few switches and the song Macarena began to play from the speakers. The zombies stopped attacking and began to dance and do the Macarena. Everyone watched in stunned amazement as the zombies danced. Techmo then played Katy Perry's song Firework. At first nothing happened. The zombies just stood still and then their heads just exploded! In matter of seconds all the zombies collapsed to the ground dead with no heads. Techmo then smashed the machine.

"My zombie army!" Cried Rankle in dismay as he looked at his destroyed army.

All around the food court it looked like most of the forces that the various restaurants had been defeated and the restaurants destroyed. All except Sizz-Lorr's restaurant. It was still standing and Sizz-Lorr was standing outside next to a pile of defeated enemies.

"My food court is a wreck! It's going to take months to clean up all this mess and the zombie guts!" Yelled Wasabi.

The heroes, villains, mall security, a few dozen food monsters, Darklos, Sceles, and Mandie were the only people left standing. Rankle stared at the scene with disgust before turning to face the heroes and villains and pointed his weapons at them.

"Oh come on man! It's over! We're done fighting! My friends and I are not your enemy!" Yelled Finn.

"I don't care! Your nothin, but a bunch of filthy criminals! I'm taking you all down!" Declared Rankle.

It was then that the ground began to violently shake and crack. Geysers of gravy, mustard, and ketchup began to shoot out of the ground. The food monsters then began to chant.

"Slam Witch!"

"Slam Witch!"

SLAM WITCH!"

The ground then exploded open and out came a monstrous creature that easily dwarfed Rankle and the MegaBoy 3000. It was Slam Witch! The Slam Witch was a giant sandwich made out of two giant pieces with large spots of mold on it. The creature had a huge gaping mouth that dripped with melted cheese, with giant chicken bones for arms, a rack of ribs with bones sticking out serving as it's righthand, a giant meatball with large noodles serving as it's lefthand, two bean stalks for legs and orange peppers for feet. Slam Witch also had two large toothpicks for eyestalks the right eye was an olive with a shrimp eyebrow and the left eye was a hard boiled egg with an asparagus eyebrow. Between the two eye stalks was Gramma Stuffum embedded to her waist in the monster's head and sporting a cruel smile and a black witch hat. Rankle immediately fired a missile at the monster, only to have Slam Witch swat away with ease. The missile hit Wonder Fun Meat World and exploded. Gramma Stuffum laughed and began to sing.

Slam Witch comes and people scream

Made of brains and sour cream

If you won't eat his moldy bread,

Then Slam Witch eats you all instead!

Slam Witch comes and you'll all cry

Swats F-16's from the sky

Admit you crave his drippy spinach

Fall and worship giant sandwich!

Slam Witch grabbed the MegaBoy 3000 and yanked it's remaining arm off before lifting the rest of the suit up to it's face. Rankle glared at the monster as Gramma Stuffum sang some more.

Scores of people he has ate

And shall obliterate

The mall security and all their brothers

And all the misbehaving others

Who won't eat Gramma Stuffum's food

And now themselves are chomped and chewed!

But he who's made of skunks and dried veal

Comes to make you his next meal!

With that said Slam Witch shoved Rankle into his mouth and chomped down on him. The legs of the MegaBoy 3000 fell to the ground with a crash as Slam Witch swallowed the rest of Rankle. Everyone just stared at the monstrous sandwich in shock and horror. Wasabi yelled at Bubba to pick him up and together with the rest of mall security fled the scene in terror. Slam Witch looked around for his next victim and his eyes landed on Zim and the Source. With one quick swipe he picked them up and lifted them to his mouth. Gramma Stuffum sang some more.

Jump inside his massive jaw

Amid the plaque and old coleslaw!

With giant sandwich's pair of claws

On you, he chomps and gnaws!

Slam Witch popped a screaming Zim and Source into his mouth and swallowed them in one gulp. Gir screamed for his master and ran at Slam Witch. The monster picked him up and swallowed the little robot down. At this point the remaining fighters saw the huge threat Slam Witch presented and decided to put aside their differences and fight it together. Magma, ice, fire, lasers, blades, water, and tables and chairs pelted the monster making it stumble back a little. Slam Witch let out a scream of rage before it started to storm through the attacks to get at it's enemies. The food monsters joined in on the attack. It was then that Dominator decided to take advantage of all the confusion and attack Phoebe. Dominator put her hands together and fired a combined burst of magma and ice that struck Phoebe right in the small of her back! Phoebe cried out in pain as she crashed into the ground.

"That was for knocking out my tooth! Lucky one of my robots is a good dentist and was able to put it back, otherwise I would really bring the pain!" Called Dominator,

"Phoebe!" Cried Finn in panic as he barely avoided a swiping hand from Slam Witch.

Finn wanted to go to Phoebe's aid, but Slam Witch kept getting in the way and he didn't want to lure the monster over to her. Mandie swooped in on her rocket boots and attacked Slam Witch, with a blaster on her wrist and her flaming sword. Slam Witch roared in anger and grabbed Mandie. He then chucked her into his mouth and swallowed her.

"This sandwich is tough. We're going to need a game plan to take this thing down." Thought Gearga as she blasted fire at Slam Witch.

Inside the stomach of Slam Witch, Mandie had just arrived with a loud splash. The warrior princess shot to feet and took stock of her surroundings. The flames of her sword lite the place up allowing her to see. Mandie saw Zim sitting on a lump of chess with Gir and the Source. Zim had his knees tucked up to his chest and was muttering something about butts, toilets, and flushing. Mandie heard some groaning and turned to see Rankle laying against one of the stomach walls. Rankle had removed what was left of his mech armor and he looked battered and dazed. Mandie decided to focus on getting out of the monster, so she went over to another stomach wall and prepared to start stabbing into it, when she heard some bubbling coming from the stomach juices. At first nothing happened and then a giant serpent and shark like asparagus came launching out of the liquid roaring. It was a creature simply known as a Great White Asparagus. Zim, Gir, and the Source screamed in fear at the creature, while Rankle stared off into space. Mandie let out a war cry as she leaped onto the monster's back and began slashing at the head intending to chop it's head off. The Great White Asparagus roared and thrashed around, but Mandie managed to hang on as she continued to bury her weapon in the monster.

On the outside something strange was happening to Phoebe. She was unconscious, but the blow had triggered something powerful and ancient in her elemental core. Blue and white flames began to emit from her body. Phoebe's body turned blue and her shape began to change. She became more reptile like, with clawed hands and feet, a large forked tail, dark blue armored like scales on her back, a white curved crown patch with horns, a dragon like face with sharp teeth, and a bunch of white and blue flames dancing along her back. Phoebe had transformed into a dragon the size of an elephant. The red jewel on Phoebe remained the same and stayed where it was. Phoebe stood up and let out a loud savage roar getting everyone's attention. Slam Witch faced Phoebe and Gramma Stuffum glared at the dragon before singing some more.

Rotten people or flaming dragons

Slam Witch eats them all with muenster!

Miserable, verminous, despicable rat

Will now make Slam Witch nice and fat!

Slam Witch, charge!

Phoebe and Slam Witch charged at each other. The flames on Phoebe's back extended and shaped themselves into wings allowing her to fly forward.

Slam Witch, fight!

The two met with a mighty clash and exchange blows. Slam Witch was bigger then Phoebe, but she was quicker and was fighting like a mad beast. Phoebe clawed and bit at Slam Witch as he swung his massive hands at her.

Slam Witch, eat!

Phoebe flew back from Sand Witch before she charged at him like a missile hitting him and knocked him to the ground.

Slam Witch-ooh!

Slam Witch was quickly on his feet looking incredibly angry. Gramma Stuffum sang some more showing her displeasure at the current situation.

How dare you refuse my tasty monster?

Slam Witch will destroy you, hamster!

Before you jump into his gizzard,

Have a taste of candied lizard!

Gramma Stuffum pulled out a pot of orange slime and a spoon. She used the spoon to hurl the liquid at Phoebe hitting her in the eyes and blinding her. Slam Witch took this opportunity to charge forward and deal out several punches that knocked Phoebe around a little before she hit the ground.

Slam Witch comes and he must eat!

He's made of cheese and puppy feet!

And if you crave to be his dinner,

Fall and worship Slam Witch winner!

Before Slam Witch could press forward with his attack, he felt a great stabbing pain in his gut making him cry out in agony. A flaming blade was sticking out of his gut and was ripping a hole in him. The sword then went back and a few seconds later Mandie came falling out along with Zim, Gir, the Source, Rankle, and the decapitated head of the Great White Asparagus. The group hit the ground groaning and wet, while Slam Witch stumbled back clutching his gut in pain. Phoebe recovered and removed the slime from her eyes, before she leaped onto Slam Witch and began to rip him apart! She either rip chunks out and throw them to the side or she would simply eat them. Gramma Stuffum ended getting knocked of her creation and all she and her remaining minions could do was watch Slam Witch get defeated. In less then a few minutes Slam Witch was nothing more then a bunch of scattered scraps. Phoebe stood over what little remains there were left and let out a victory roar.

Gramma Stuffum and her forces fled the scene. The villains also took the opportunity to leave the scene. Mandie made a vow to seek out Dominator and challenge her to a rematch before leaving. Darklos and Sceles decided to go on vacation and left the scene. Dominator said she would keep in touch with Attea, before she grabbed some food from Sizz-Lorr and left.

All the heroes looked at Phoebe, who was still a dragon not sure what to do about her. Finn slowly approached Phoebe with his arms raised in a peaceful manner.

"Hey Phoebe, it's me. Finn. You did a great job, but now we need you to cool down a little. I need you to turn back into the girl I love." Said Finn calmly.

Phoebe stared at Finn bearing her teeth a little before seeming to calm down. She relaxed and she seemed to shrink and change back into her old self. Phoebe fell forward and Finn caught her.

"Ah...what happened? I kind...of blacked out and had a strange dream. What's...this weird taste in my mouth?" Groaned Phoebe.

"It's a crazy story." Said Finn before he explained what happened.

The heroes soon left the mall and returned to their ship and began to head back to Olympia. Back in the food court, Rankle sat in the fetal position crying about the destruction caused to the mall. It was certainly not an incident anyone was going to forget for a very long time.
