Chapter 303 Beat Blue

On Nerraw, Finn and his friends and family were getting surrounded by the aliens created by Warren. The blue creatures were spreading out and more were joining their ranks. Ishcano trashed his tentacles ready to dish out some destructive harm, while Warren just smiled in anticipation. Gata had BMO pick Jake up and place him in the cockpit, before she jumped out of the mech armed with a sword ready to fight.

"Keep Jake safe." Said Gata to the mech.

"Will do." Said BMO.

The aliens closed in and Gata thought of a way to buy herself and her comrades a little time and give them an opportunity to take the enemy by surprise. She looked at Warren, who was at the very back of his forces giving them mental commands like the muscles and cells that they were. Gata called out to the shapeshifter.

"You know it seems like your going through a lot of trouble just to obtain some youth and life force to extend your own life."

"What do you mean?" Asked Warren.

"Well if your as smart as you claim to be and if you've been looking in on Jake from time to time like you said, you would know about Marceline and Lucinda and how unique they are. Marceline was bitten by a supernatural creature called a vampire and Lucinda was bitten by a supernatural creature called a werewolf. Both of them were bitten when they were teenagers and they've looked the same age for over a thousand years. They basically have eternal youth going for them plus a healing factor to patch them up whenever they get hurt. I'm surprised you haven't gone and tried to get either one to bite and give you their powers. Becoming a vampire or werewolf sounds a lot easier then producing a child and draining them of their youth and life force, through some overly elaborate scam." Said Gata.

"You honestly raise a good point. I really should look into that, though first I still need to drain Jake and kill all of you. I want to be very young once I get both Marceline and Lucinda to bite me, so I can be a super being, also I can't have you lot telling people about my secret with all my dead kids. It's just business and I really don't want a bunch of people like the authorities on my back." Said Warren.

"Guess that makes sense. Though there's one thing I should warn you about vampires, since you want one to bite you." Said Gata.

"What's that?" Asked Warren.

"Well vampires have huge weaknesses towards bright lights like the sun. Bright flashes of light are also quit harmful." Said Gata casting a look towards Phoebe.

Phoebe stared at Gata for a few seconds and saw what she was getting at. The fiery shot a look of warning to Finn and Jermaine before she took a deep breath and body unleashed a bright blinding light. All the heroes covered their eyes to protect them from the light, while Warren ended up being blinded by it. Warren stumbled back shouting in pain as he covered his eyes. He lost his mental connection with his creations, who just stood around and slumped like lifeless dolls. The heroes then charged forward and began to attack the aliens. Finn's right fist glowed with his Olympic power as he punched a group of aliens and scattered them like bowling pins. BMO punched Ishcano knocking him to the ground and crushing a bunch of aliens beneath him. Phoebe threw some exploding fireballs that scattered the aliens. Gata and Jermaine went about punching and slashing the aliens as they made their way to Warren.

Warren's vision was slowly returning as he heard the sound of the fighting and felt the pain the heroes were inflicting on his creations, which sent a great throbbing pain through his mind and body. The shapeshifter heard the sound of running feet and saw two blurry shapes rushing at him. Warren panicked and decided it was best to retreat and put a little space between himself and the heroes, until his sight fully returned. He quickly stretched his limbs and began running from the battlefield. Finn saw the shapeshifter running from Gata and Jermaine and did a super jump into the air with his powers. The teen soared through the air and landed smack dab right on Warren's back sending him crashing to the ground. Warren gasped in pain as Finn grabbed his belt and yanked it off him. Gata and Jermaine came running towards Finn, as a bunch of skin on Warren's back formed into a arm and then slammed into Finn knocking him and the belt away. Warren quickly scrambled to his feet, with his vision becoming much clearer as he faced the heroes. Finn was already back on his feet barely looking fazed by Warren's attack as he held the belt up high. Jermaine had the other belt with him. Finn turned to Gata.

"Do you think you can fix Jake with these belt things?"

"Maybe." Said Gata.

"You give me those belts back!" Yelled Warren.

Gata and the others glared at Warren and then she came up with a real idea to hurt the shapeshifter. Phoebe, BMO, and Jake caught up with the rest of the group and stood besides them. Gata looked over at Phoebe.

"Hey Phoebe lets go pay Warren's house a little visit. I'm up for a little bit of destruction." Said Gata.

"What did you have in mind?" Asked Phoebe.

"Oh just the destruction of an evil deadbeat dad's life work. He ruined so many lives, I recon he deserves to have something he actually values destroyed." Said Gata.

"I agree." Said Phoebe.

"You can't! My work is everything!" Cried Warren.

"We can, especially after what we learned about you." Said Gata as she took the belts from Finn and Jermaine.

Phoebe grabbed Gata and the two of them flew towards the city. Warren's eyes went wide in alarm at this and be summoned all his alien creations in a desperate attempt to stop the two girl's. A bunch of aliens came charging out of the city and a few of the buildings reshaped themselves into large aliens and joined the charge. Before any of the creatures could attack Jermaine charged at Warren and kicked him right in the crotch! Warren cried out in pain and doubled over grasping, his wounded area, and lost his mental connection with his creations. The aliens fell flat on their faces or crashed into one another, allowing Gata and Phoebe to fly right past them towards Warren's house.

"That's what you get for trying to kill my brother!" Yelled Jermaine as he glared down at the groaning Warren.

Warren let out a few alien curses, before he scrambled to his feet and ran to his house on long stretched legs desperate to save his research. Finn and the others took off after him.

Phoebe and Gata flew into Warren's house and quickly located his and research. There were notes, books, computers, and a bunch of chemicals and lab equipment laying about. Phoebe went about burning the books and notes, while Gata went about smashing computers and lab equipment with her sword. Gata spotted a screwdriver nearby, picked it up and did a little tinkering on the belts. Satisfied with her work, Gata sent a little message to Jake and BMO using her watch telling them a plan she had about how to beat Warren. Gata quickly told Phoebe her plan as Warren arrived on the scene and looked at his destroyed work in complete dismay.

"My life's work! It's all GONE!" Cried Warren.

"It is." Said Gata with a smirk.

Warren let out a scream of anger as he enlarged his fist and arms and slammed them into Gata and Phoebe and knocked them both out a window and out of the building. BMO appeared and caught the two women, but Gata dropped the belts and they landed on the street. Warren came out of the house and grabbed the belts. BMO suddenly fell to his knees.

"Battery low!" Cried BMO.

Warren smiled as he leaped onto BMO, forced his cockpit open, grabbed Jake, and put the Galaxy Savior belt on him, before he carried the magic dog to the ground below. The shapeshifter grind nastily at Jake as he put the Proud Pop belt on.

"Your stupid friends and siblings ruined my life's work. So now I'm going to force you to stretch and drain every last bit of your life force out of you and when I start getting old, I'll just go pay those kids of yours a visit and drain them of their youth and life force. They have your DNA and powers, so my belts should work on them." Said Warren.

"Well at least I know I didn't inherit my creativity skills from you." Spat Jake.

"What do you mean?" Asked Warren.

"I mean, despite all your power and so called smarts your really not that creative. You use the same shapeshifting shapes and same stories for every child you take here. Seems like your a one trick pony with no real skills." Said Jake.

"Oh you want to see some skills? Fine! Get a load of this!" Said Warren as he began to rapidly stretch and change into several different shapes.

Warren changed into Joshua, Simon, Betty, Marceline, Finn, Drake, Django, Lemongrab, King, LSP, Billy, Gearga, Tobe, Bubblegum, Slime Princess, Lucinda, Patience, a Earclopses, Sir Slicer, Gata, Phoebe, and a Gumball Guardian. The shapeshifter then to take the form of non living things. He changed into a car, the Peace Protectors's tank, Marceline's house, and Finn, Gata, and Jake's treehouse. As Warren did this Jake started to look younger and have less wrinkles, until he was back to his old self. Warren stopped shapeshifting and was breathing hard. He was old again and covered in wrinkles.

"What's...going?!" Cried Warren looking at his hands in confusion.

"Oh I just switched the name plates on the belts, so you would end up with the belt that drains and Jake ended up with the one that transmits the youth and life force. We tricked you into believing you won. Your getting a taste of your own medicine." Said Gata with a smirk.

A panicked look appeared on Warren's face as Jake enlarged his fist to three times it's normal size and then he used it to punch Warren in the face knocking him to the ground in a heap.

"Don't ever threaten my kids." Growled Jake as he advanced on Warren.

Warren sat up and began to backpedal away from Jake and towards his house. The shapeshifter looked up at Jake and began to plead to him.

"Now...Jake there's no need to do this. You and your friends...won, there's no need to end me. I promise I won't go anywhere near your kids."

Jake's skin turned yellow as he continued to advance towards Warren.

"Oh come on! I'm your father! You can't kill me! How about in exchange for my life, I take care of that evil clone of yours, Jinn. I'll drain his youth and life force and I'll be out of your life."

"Yeah no deal. Even Jinn doesn't deserve that." Said Jake as he punched Warren again.

Warren flew through the air and through the window that he had previously knocked Gata and Phoebe. The shapeshifter realized he had no choice, but to flee the planet. Warren went outside and summoned the aliens, Ishcano, the land, and the buildings he had created from his skin and cells and absorbed them back into his body to give him some energy. He then grabbed what appeared to be a tiny toy model of a rocket ship, but it was an actual rocket ship, shrunk down, and jumped into the ship taking the controls. The heroes watched as the ship began to takeoff and fly toward space.

"So long suckers! Will meet again and I'll have my revenge on every last one of you!" Shouted Warren from the rocket.

"Oh no you don't!" Yelled Jake as he stretched his arm up and grabbed the rocket.

The tiny rocket sparked and sputtered as it tried to escape from Jake's grasp. Jake let out a wild yell as he tossed the rocket with all his might at the black hole.

"NNNNNOOOOOO!" Screamed Warren as he and the rocket were sucked into the black hole and every fiber of his being was obliterated.

And thus the battle was over. The heroes whooped and cheered in victory. It was a very happy moment.
