Part 35
Iris watched the black clad speedster. She had no idea why he took her. She had no idea who the Flash or any of the other speedsters were. She only met the Flash a few times and he only gave her his name and Frost's names besides telling her to stop writing about them. Taking a deep breath before speaking.
"I don't know why you took me. I have no idea who the Flash is." Said Iris
Zoom turned to glare at her.
"He knows who you are. That is all you need to know. He will give me his speed or he will watch you die." Growled Zoom
"I talked to him a couple times. I don't mean anything to him."
"He is a hero. Heroes don't let those they see as innocent die without at least trying to save them. But that is the kind of mind set that will get them killed. Once the Flash and his speedster friends are dead and I have his speed this world will belong to me. Any meta that doesn't join the army I am forming will die."
"What is going to stop them from killing you?"
"Those idiots aren't fast enough to stop me. None of them are powerful enough to stop me."
Iris felt a shiver go down her spine. Whoever this monster was under the mask scared the hell out of her. He then took off in a wake of blue lightning.
Barry walked into the med lab to find Caitlin organizing her medical supplies. Which was not that odd. He knew that his wife who he loved more than anything did tend to be a bit OCD at times. Not that he was stupid enough to point it out to her.
"Cait is everything ok?" asked Barry
"I'm scared ok? I am scared that I am going to lose you. I know you have to go and save Iris. But I just remember last time and how he nearly killed you."
"You stopped him. I am going to stop him. Cait, him taking you was one of the main reasons that I was so determined to get my speed back. I wanted to rescue you. But you saved yourself."
"Barry, I never told you everything that happened while he had me."
"Cait, if you don't want to you don't have to."
"I need to. Your dad knew. I told him. I kind of had to he was being my doctor when I got back. Zoom, Hunter tried to rape me. He didn't but he did try. I really believe that is what really woke Frost. Not Flashpoint. I blacked out for a few moments when he pushed me down on the cot I was on. He was on top of me then the next thing I know he pulled away and got off. He then sped out of the cave."
"Have you asked Charlie what she remembers from then?"
"I am scared to. She doesn't like talking about the old Earth. Mostly because of the fact she did some bad things there."
"She was angry about being repressed for so long."
"She knows that it wasn't my fault. I didn't even know she existed for most of that time. Besides she is still giving mom and dad the cold shoulder."
"Does she know you make cold puns?"
"Yes and she hates it. But I know all her deep dark secrets so she won't do anything to me. Besides I am her twin she loves me."
"Yeah I do love you Caity. But you two should get out here Zoom is calling the Flash out." Said Charlie
They walked out into the cortex and looked at the tv. Zoom stared at them through the screen.
"Central City I am Zoom! I am your God! You will hand the Flash and every other speedster in this city over to me or I will start killing everyone here starting with Iris West. Any meta human that joins my army will be spared. Flash you and the other speedsters have two hours to turn yourselves over and give me your speed. Report to Central City park then."
"Man this guy thinks high of himself. Calling himself a god." Said Ronnie
"More like a demon." Said Caitlin
"Caitlin, you aren't in any danger from him. He will never get his hands on you again." Said Barry
"He got that right. With him I just might live up to the name Killer Frost." Said Charlie
"Char, you are no killer and never were. You are a good person who just had a few anger management issues. Not that I blame you. But you do know if our parents hadn't decided you needed to be suppressed I never would have feared you when you clawed your way out. We could have found a peaceful balance long ago. Why do you think that leading into crisis I let you take the wheel and try to live a life."
"I know. After we take down Zoom we are going white water rafting. Cisco you and Kamilia are coming too. I am her boss and can order her to come. You remember that you owe me the trip Barry." Said Charlie
"Of course. I would never go back on that promise." Said Barry
You are scared she is going to stab you in the leg again right? Asked Caitlin in his head.
*You know I am. Barry thought back.
"You do know that it is rude to do that talking in your heads thing." Said Cisco
"Cisco, I don't think you want to know the details of how I want my husband to ravish me when we go home after all this is over." Said Caitlin
"Hell no! No! I don't want to know what my best friend does to the woman I think of as a sister!" said Cisco
"Then don't comment on us having a private conversation." Said Caitlin
"So how are we going to trick Zoom into thinking we are giving him our speed?" asked Wally
"Easy, we let him in and I get on the treadmill and we make him think that we are removing the speed force from me." Said Barry
"But we really will be giving him the meta cure. He will inject it into himself so he will be taking it voluntary." Said Jesse
"Even if it is done as a trick." Said Caitlin
"Cait, it will still be his choice. Besides we did agree that in some cases will take the choice out of their hands." Said Barry
"You got to admit Zoom deserves to have his powers taken from him by force after what he tried to do you on the old earth Caity." Said Charlie
"Charlene, I don't want everyone to know about that. Barry knows and I don't want anyone else to know." Said Caitlin
Caitlin stormed out of the cortex. Everyone turned to stare at Charlie.
"Leave Charlie alone. When Cait is ready to tell you she will." Said Barry
"I'll go talk to my sister." Said Charlie
