Chapter 357 Scouts

Up on Earth's moon, Dominator's ship was on the surface undergoing repairs. Dominator sat in her command chair looking at the Earth and wondering what manner of creatures called it home. Finn and his allies called the planet home and it stand to reason that many other powerful and strange beings lived there. Dominator sent down some spy bots to scout the planet and tell her what all was down there. The spy bots flew down to Earth and sent video footage of the various civilizations back to the ship. Dominator was impressed by all the different places that were in Ooo and she realized she needed more information about them. The spy bots were good at videoing things, but they lacked the necessary skills to collect and gather information from the locals themselves. Dominator decided it was high time to put some of her new minions to work. She got out of her chair and went looking for her minions.
Zim was in his lab with Gir and his clone army working on a new project. Zim desired a new ultimate minion to serve him and help him with his goals. He worked for several hours on his project and was just putting the finishing touches on it. Zim connected some wires and his creation came to life right before his very eyes and floated up from the table and squeaked. The new minion resembled a stuffed animal and was a tiny, purple, nose-less, moose.
"Behold my latest and greatest creation! I present my ultimate minion Minimoose!" Declared Zim to his clones and Gir.
The Zim clones and Gir cheered wildly for Zim, who grinned and bowed. Dominator entered the lab and took in the scene. Zim noticed Dominator and frowned at her.
"What do you want?" Asked Zim with annoyance.
"Well I have a mission for you and your invading skills. I need to send some people down to Earth and collect information on the locals, so I can see what we're dealing with and figure out the best course to invade the planet. Since your an invader I thought you would be perfect for the job." Said Dominator.
"Of course Zim is perfect for the job! Zim is the best at everything and there is nothing he cannot do! It's about time that you saw my limitless capabilities. I shall go to Earth and conquer it!" Said Zim as he marched out of the room followed by his clones, Minimoose, and Gir.
Dominator smirked and turned to Zim's computer.
"Your basically sending him down to the planet to fail or hope he does something highly embarrassing." Said the computer.
"Pretty much. You going to warn Zim or try to advise him?" Said Dominator.
"No. He probably wouldn't listen to me anyway." Said the computer.
"That sounds right. Well whatever he does it'll be entertaining." Said Dominator turning as she left the room.
Dominator gathered Zim's group along with Argit, Thrasher, and Blastus on the command bridge. She told them that they were all going on a scouting mission to collect information on the locals and she showed them all video footage from the spy bots. Zim's eyes narrowed as he saw footage of Peridot in the Ice Kingdom. Dominator finished up the meeting and the scouts headed to the hanger. Zim got into his ship with Gir and Minimoose, while Argit, Thrasher, and Blastus got into a drop ship with Zim's clones. The ships took off flying to Earth.
Zim and the other scouts landed in a place not to far from the Grasslands. The scouts got out and observed their surroundings. Gir rolled around in the grass, while Zim pulled out a pad like device and began to sketch a house complete with a picket fence, a mail box, lawn gnomes, and some flamingos. Zim had gotten some images of the houses of Ooo and was going to make a base in the image of one, so he and the other scouts could blend in. He rolled the pad up into a cylinder like shape and pressed a button on it. A drill popped out on one end of the cylinder and Zim placed it on the ground. The cylinder drilled itself into the ground and Zim ran away from the hole it dug and beckoned the others to do the same. The ground began to shake and a bunch of pipes and cables spat up out of the ground and began forming a large shape. Zim's ship was lifted into the air on a platform and was surrounded by what appeared to be a purple roof of a house complete with a satellite dish. A large green house was formed with all the fixings and it looked perfectly normal except for the giant cables sticking out of the side and into the ground. The Zim clones cheered and clapped. The other scouts looked at the house fairly impressed.
"This will serve as our base of operations. Now if you would excuse me, my clones and I have to go to the land of ice to do a little unfinished business." Said Zim before turning to the direction of the Ice Kingdom and he and his clone army marched towards it.
Argit just shrugged and he went into the house followed by Thrasher, Blastus, Gir, and Minimoose.
On the outskirts of the Ice Kingdom, Dipper was with Mabel, Rain, and Pacifica giving a little tour of the place to Jeff, Mimi, Lapis, Pumpkin, and Peridot. Everyone was enjoying themselves, until they saw Zim and his clone army marching towards them. The advancing army stopped a few yards from the Ice Kingdom. Zim stood at the front of his army and grinned.
"Hello again Peridot. It seems I've got you right where I want you. At the mercy of my army. Now I shall have my revenge and put our rivalry to an end." Said Zim.
"Our so called rivalry doesn't exist. Your chances of claiming a victory today are non existent. " Said Peridot.
"That's what you think! Army attack!" Yelled Zim.
The army charged forward and a look of concern went over everyone's face except for Peridot and Lapis, who were perfectly calm. What Zim didn't know was that ice and snow were just another form of water and as soon as the clones stepped onto the snow, they turned into chunks of newfu. Several dozen clones fell for this, but the rest of the army after seeing the fate of the front runners quickly stopped and backed away. Dipper saw this happen and picked up a snowball and chucked it at one of the clones. The clone screamed and turned into a chunk of newfu. Mabel and the others saw this and started throwing snowballs at the clones as well. In a matter of minutes only a dozen clones were left standing and had quickly began retreating from the Ice Kingdom. Zim stared at the defeated remains of his army in both shock and anger, before turning to glare at Peridot.
"This proves nothing! I will be back and victory will be mine! It's only a matter of time!" Yelled Zim.
"Get lost clod!" Yelled Peridot as she hurled a snowball at Zim and hit him in the head.
Zim let out a cry of pain as the water burned him and he took off running after his retreating minions. Peridot and the others cheered and congratulated one another for their victory.
Up on the moon Dominator watched Zim's humiliating defeat on her tv and was enjoying every second of it.
"Now that's what I call entertainment." Said Dominator with a grin.
This new planet was going to full of fun challenges.
