Chapter 361 Slime Strife

Simon lead Bubblegum, Braco, Peppermint Butler, Gumbald, Bebe, and Blargetha to the dinning. Betty was sitting at the dinning room table with Slime Princess, Lolly, and Chicle seating on the right side. Slime Princess and Lolly gave Bubblegum a smile and a wave in greeting. Chicle frowned at Bubblegum and gave Gumbald an angry glare. Lolly gave a nervous smile as she stood up and walked to her husband.
"Gumbald." Said Lolly in greeting.
"Lolly." Said Gumbald giving a friendly smile.
"Hello dad." Grumbled Chicle from his seat.
"Hello son, why don't you stand on up and give your old man a nice big hug." Said Gumbald looking at his son.
"How about you imagine me hugging you in your mind and I imagine hugging your throat with my hands with mine." Said Chicle.
"Oh now that's just both cold and rude! You wound me son." Said Gumbald with a look of hurt in his eyes.
"Well good. It's what you deserve for what you did to mom and me." Said Chicle with a glare.
"Hey quit being so mean!" Yelled Bebe.
"And you are?" Asked Chicle looking at Bebe.
"Allow me to introduce the newest member of our family. I present to you my daughter Bebe." Said Gumbald introducing Bebe.
"Daughter? How could this have happen and how come she is already a teenager?" Asked Lolly.
"Oh you can thank my genius brain, a little bit of DNA, and some bioengineering for that. Bebe is a work of both science and love and I can assure you she is indeed related to our family." Said Gumbald with a grin.
"Nice to meet you all." Said Bebe with a bow.
"Now that is out of the way, can we please get back to the meeting please?" Asked Blargetha giving Slime Princess a quick glare.
"Yes we all have a lot to talk about, so let's go get this show on the road." Said Gumbald.
Bubblegum, Braco, and Peppermint Butler took a seat on the right with Slime Princess, Lolly, and Chicle and Gumbald, Bebe, and Blargetha took a seat on the left. Patience showed up a few minutes later, after dropping off Neddy in a game room with Eria. She took a seat next to Slime Princess.
"Alright we are all gathered. Now let's begin and try to work this bad blood out shall we." Said Betty.
Everyone nodded and the meeting began.
In another part of the palace, Finn and his group had found their way to Dipper's room. Finn knocked on the door and Dipper opened it and saw the group.
"Can I help you with something?" Asked Dipper.
"Actually you can. You see I have a part of a mask that belongs to this really bad guy named Crimson and I thought to get some magical assistance in using this mask piece to track the guy down. Simon told us, you have been working on a tracking spell that could help us." Said Finn.
"Well I have just the thing. I'm glad to help." Said Dipper letting Finn's group into the room.
The group entered and they saw that Mabel was in the room along with Rain and Pacifica. Finn took notice of a blackboard with details Horror's Hand and Mt. Ebony.
"What's all this about?" Asked Finn indicating the blackboard.
Dipper explained his research and his plan to have the Wizard Council to give him permission and aid to go to Mt. Ebony and search for Horror's Hand. Finn was impressed by this.
"That's cool. If you get this quest approved, you can count on us for help." Said Finn.
"Thanks man I'd really appreciate that." Said Dipper.
"Alright, so how does this tracking spell of yours work?" Said Finn.
"Well first I need the object you got from the guy your looking for." Said Dipper.
Finn pulled out the mask piece and placed it on a small table nearby. Dipper pulled out his spell book and looked up the tracking spell North Star.
"This will take me a few minutes to cast." Explained Dipper as he studied his book.
As the others waited for the spell to be cast a tiny eye bat watched them through a crack through the celling. The eye bat was a little creature conjured up by Gideon using a demonic wishing eye. Gideon had been spying on Dipper in hopes of finding out more info on Horror's Hand or some other important information, when he heard the plan of using a tracking spell to find Crimson. The evil boy had very little dealings with Crimson and didn't know his secret identity, but he knew the reveal could lead to some trouble for the organization. Gideon used his demonic wishing eye to contact Laser Wizard at the lair and tell him what he learned. Laser Wizard told Gideon that Crimson would be alerted about the spell and he then told Gideon to get rid of the mask piece, before ending the call. Gideon stood in the middle of his room and pulled out the red ring Rain had once gotten from Crimson before he tossed it away and cut off all connections to the masked villain. A vile plan began to form in Gideon's mind as he thought of a way to breakup Mabel and Rain.
Back in the dinning room the meeting was starting up.
"I think we should let Slime Princess and Blargetha say their piece first, after all their little feud and disagreement is far more recent then ours. We've been waiting several hundred years to talk out our own problems, I think we can wait a little longer." Said Gumbald.
"Fine by me." Said Bubblegum.
"Alright let's begin." Said Betty.
"Ok. Blargetha I have to know why you hate me so much and why did you try to take control of our kingdom." Said Slime Princess looking at her younger sibling.
"I already told you why I hate you at the Royal Duel, but I suppose I should go into a little bit more detail to help you understand why. Since the moment I was born I've been in your shadow. You were the first born and given the title of princess, despite being of royal blood and a member of the family no one ever called me princess. It was like I wasn't good enough for the title of princess, even though I am one. I spent years learning and studying technology to use to advance and better our kingdom and whenever I presented my ideas they were all turned down by you and our court. You never once had my back sister." Said Blargetha with a glare.
"Blargetha...that isn't true. I liked a bunch of ideas, but a vast majority of them involved creating factories to build machines and weapons of war. There is no need to have those things." Said Slime Princess.
"Your wrong! I wanted to turn the Slime Kingdom into a fierce and mighty military power house that would be feared and respected by others, but you and your peaceful ideals kept holding us back and preventing progress. I was thinking of starting a coup with some unsavory people from our kingdom, but then you found out you were the Slime Elemental and the people loved you even more and my plans for a coup were crushed to bits. Then I married Gnome Leader and I finally had the rank of queen. I threw you out and took over the kingdom and was finally able to build my factory and create weapons. I even had a nice deal going with Castle Lemongrab and were making quit a good deal of money and quit a good reputation for myself, until you went ahead and ruined everything. You just couldn't stand the fact that I was queen and was running the kingdom far better then you ever could. You challenged me to a duel and used some tricks to beat me and take back everything I worked so hard to create. You ruined my dream!" Said Blargetha with an intense glare.
"Hey just a quick reminder you agreed to that duel Blargetha and you used a tank that could transform into a robot. That seems pretty unfair in my book. Slime Princess used only her powers and won the duel fairly." Said Patience tilted down her sunglasses a little to give Blargetha a calm cool look.
Blargetha glared at Patience and Slime Princess gave her friend a smile, before she turned to her sister and spoke.
"I'm sorry that you feel that way sister. I never knew how you felt and my actions upset you. I was trying to do what I thought was best for our kingdom and people. All I want is peace and happiness for all our people including you, so please lets make amends. Surly if the two of us worked together we could accomplish great things and help our kingdom. It's what mom and dad would want."
"Sorry sister, but no deal. I'm working with someone, who finally understands and respects me and unlike you he appreciates my ideas and skills. I will take back the Slime Kingdom and I will show everyone how superior I am to you and that I deserve respect." Said Blargetha with a confident and arrogant smirk.
Slime Princess just looked at her sister stunned. Patience gritted her teeth and slammed the palms of her hands down hard on the table as she stood up and glared at Blargetha.
"Hey! That's your sister your talking and despite whatever you think, she actually does care about you. Slime Princess hated the idea of challenging to a duel, but she had to, to prevent you from selling weapons of war to the wrong kind of people. She didn't want you or your kingdom to be responsible for numerous deaths caused by your machines. After the duel, your sister felt incredibly sad about beating and wanted to speak and make amends, but you just ran off without saying a word. Your sister is being the bigger person here by apologizing to you, when it should be you apologizing to her after all the stuff you did. I can say this with absolute certainty that Slime Princess is a great and kind ruler, who tries to do what's right for her kingdom and for the rest of Ooo. She's a great leader and friend and I stand beside her. Your the one who needs to understand and show respect here." Said Patience before she sat back down.
Blargetha stared at Patience with a look of utter stunned shock on her face.
"Thank you." Whispered Slime Princess to Patience.
Patience smiled at Slime Princess. It was awkwardly quite for the next few seconds and then Gumbald finally spoke.
"Well I think that went well. Let's move on shall we."
"Fine by me." Said Bubblegum.
As the royal family of the Candy Kingdom began to start talking, Crimson got a telepathic message from Valeena telling him about the tracking spell that Dipper was about to cast. At first Crimson thought about excusing himself from the meeting to use the bathroom, so he could use a demonic wishing eye to create a copy of himself to attend the talk, while he snuck out of the Ice Kingdom and put on his mask and cloak and confronted the group of trackers in another location and maintain his secret identity. Then Crimson recalled Bubblegum's bubble creator and a new plan began to form in his mind. A plan that would make Bubblegum look even more bad then she already was and get Finn and a few others to turn on her.
"I'm exactly right where I want to be." Said Crimson to himself as a tiny wicked smile spread across his face and no one noticed.
