Chapter 378 Beach Invaders

After the hotdog eating contest was over the resort staff brought out a bunch of speakers and began to play a bunch of awesome music for the guest and beach goers. A bunch of the people were dancing, while some of the others just sat back and chilled. Gata practiced creating a bunch of small simple figurines and shapes using the little crafting magic she knew and Phoebe used her flames to heat up the sand crafts turning them into glass crafts. A bunch of the beach goers were impressed by this and Gata and Phoebe gave the little crafts away. Lapis and Phoebe watched Gata and Phoebe do this and it gave Lapis an idea.
"You know Peridot a bunch of our kind can form weapons with their gems. I wonder what kind of weapons our gems can form?" Said Lapis.
"I don't know if we can form any weapons Lapis. Neither one of us was formed for combat purposes in mind." Said Peridot.
"True, but you weren't formed with Ferrokinesis in mind, yet you have that power Peridot. So maybe there's more to us then what we know." Said Lapis.
"I guess you're right." Said Peridot.
"Let's give it a try." Said Lapis.
The two gems each took a deep breath and began to focus on creating weapons. At first nothing happened, but then Lapis's gem began to glow and out popped a blue sword. Lapis eyes sparkled in awe as she held the sword and gazed at it. Peridot's gem began to glow as well and then a large green pistol like gun emerged from her gem and plopped into her hands. Lapis and Peridot marveled at the gun and decided to go see what it could do. They put a little distance between themselves and the rest of the beach goers, so no one would get hurt and then they located some driftwood that had washed up on shore. Lapis tested her sword on one piece of driftwood and was pleased to see that her blade was able to cut through the wood with ease. Peridot took aim at another piece of driftwood and pulled the trigger of her gun. A green beam of energy flew from the gun and struck the driftwood blowing it to bits. Peridot eyes went wide in amazement and Lapis clapped her hands. The two gems then put away their weapons. Lapis looked back at the dancing beach goers and was inspired to try another new thing with Peridot.
"I'm feeling pretty bold Peridot. I want to go for a little dance and I want the two of us to fuse." Said Lapis.
"Fuse?! But Lapis I've never fused with anyone before. And what about that horrible experience you had with Jasper? I thought you would hate fusion after that mess." Said Peridot her cheeks flushing a little dark green.
"Yeah that was a bad experience with Jasper and it did leave me a bit shaken up about fusion, but the thing is that thing with Jasper wasn't a real fusion. Oh sure we formed a powerful being, but that was forced. Jasper didn't care about me or respect me as a individual, she only wanted my power to help invade Olympia. A fusion should be formed between two gems who actually care about one another. I care about you Peridot and I want to fuse with you." Said Lapis.
"But what if we aren't able to fuse right now." Said Peridot looking unsure.
"Hey if we don't fuse in our first attempt, then will just try again." Said Lapis offering Peridot her hand.
Peridot smiled and took Lapis's hand. Lapis smiled back. The two gems headed back to the other beach goers and found a good place to dance. Lapis took Peridot into her arms and they began to ballroom dance with each other. The two danced and danced and then Lapis dipped Peridot and pulled her back in. Both Lapis and Peridot's gems began to glow brightly and then a bright light enveloped them. The light blinded everyone and caused them to stop dancing. When the light cleared a new being was standing in Lapis and Peridot's place. It was a fusion!
The fusion had a slim build with four skinny arms, a rounded chest, and long legs. Her skin was turquoise and she had two black eyes, a sloped and pointed nose, and undefined lips. The fusion dark teal hair, which was short and somewhat messy, flaring outwards at the ends. Her arms all came from her shoulders and were long and skinny. The fusion's gemstones were teal and located on her forehead and upper back. She wore a white visor with a teal and black sleeveless shirt with a yellow diamond insignia on it, and she also had a very short black cape that attaches to it. On all of her arms she wore black arm bands, and she also had high waisted black shorts with yellow accents and tall black socks with cutouts at the toes and more yellow diamond insignias.
Everyone stared at the fusion in awe. Mimi, Chi, and Nyx's eyes went wide in wonder. The fusion blinked her eyes a few times and then she looked down at herself and a big grin spread across her face as she started jumping up and down pumping her fists in the air in excitement.
"It worked! The fusion worked!" Cheered the fusion.
"So you're a fusion between Lapis and Peridot. That's pretty neat! So what exactly should we call you?" Said Jeff.
"That's a really good question. Let's see. Oh I know just the name! You all can call me Turquoise!" Said the fusion with a little bow.
"Well it's a pleasure to meet you Turquoise." Said Jeff.
"Giant lady!" Said Mimi happily.
After the fusion was introduced all the beach goers went back to dancing and partying. As everyone was dancing the water near the shore bubbled a little and out rose Sea Sorceress. Sea Sorceress looked around the area and spotted Simon in the crowd and quickly made her way to him. Simon saw Sea Sorceress coming towards him and took notice of the grave look on her face.
"Sea Sorceress." Greeted Simon with a bow.
"Simon. I bring troubling news." Said Sea Sorceress.
"What is it?" Asked Simon.
"I sensed something massive making it's way through the ocean and making it's way to Ooo. I'm not exactly what it is, but I can sense a dark evil energy from it. It's unclear if this threat is the doing of one the villains in Ooo or if it's the creation of a new enemy from across the world. All I know is that this thing is bad and I fear that it will cause great destruction once it reaches shore. We need to evacuate the beach at once." Said Sea Sorceress.
"Agreed." Said Simon.
However before anything could be said or done the ocean water out to sea began to bubble greatly as a massive shape began to rise and surface. Everyone stopped dancing to stare at the odd object as it rose from the ocean and began to hover in the air above. The object was large and round with a fin on either side of it and the front of it was designed to look like a metallic whale face.
"Is this the threat you were talking about?" Asked Simon looking over at Sea Sorceress.
"No it's not. The threat I sensed is still coming in from the sea, but whatever this is I have a bad feeling about it." Said Sea Sorceress eyeing the strange flying machine.
Some speakers on the ship began to play a strange song.
There`s a sea mammal on a roll,
Evil swims in his soul.
You'll fear his flippers' clutch
Surprisingly smooth to the touch.

He's Dr. Blowhole
A large holographic screen appeared above the beach and the face of Dr. Blowhole appeared looking down at the beach goers. The dastardly despicable dolphin grinned down at everyone before he began to go into an evil monologue.
"Greetings land dwellers. I am Dr. Blowhole the most evil and brilliant mind in all the Seven Seas. Today you all have the honor of being conquered by me. The creatures of the sea are the dominant ones on this planet and I plan to rule over everything. Submit to me and my forces and I promise you a peaceful life of servitude."
As Dr. Blowhole spoke Manfish marched out of the sea at the head of an army of Frogmen and Walrusies armed with spears and harpoon guns. Manfish had a big grin on his face as he held a large swordfish in his righthand. Canyon glared at Manfish with utter contempt in her eyes.
"I knew you disliked land dwellers Manfish, but I never thought you would join forces with an evil army to attack and invade Ooo. You have really gone off the deep end Manfish. How disgraceful." Said Canyon.
"Disgraceful? You're the one who is disgraceful Canyon! You fight alongside land dwellers and you've done very little to protect Mother Ocean and it's inhabitants. I am taking back this world and giving it back to it's rightful masters! I am in the right!" Declared Manfish.
"I fight for both the land and sea and all that is right and good in this world. You only fight for selfish and insane reasons. You are in the wrong Manfish." Said Canyon.
Before Manfish could make a reply the a bunch of waves began to slam into the shore as a gigantic figure swam to the shore followed by a boat. The giant reached the shore and stood up to it's full towering height. Everyone gasped at the gigantic naked figure of Island Monster. The boat then reached shore and beached. A gangplank lowered from the boat and out came Naked Wizard holding his dark wooden staff followed by the rest of his nudist followers. Women screamed and covered their eyes, mothers covered their children's eyes, and a few men got nose bleeds by staring at Island Monster. After several seconds of silence Dr. Blowhole finally spoke.
"What the heck is all this?" He demanded.
"I am the mighty Naked Wizard and these are my followers. We are here to conquer and spread the Naked Truth to all of Ooo! Clothes are cages and chains for the body and must be removed, only then will people be free! I have use my mighty magic to stripe the being known as Island Lady of all her foliage for all the world to see her full body, gave her the ability to, transformed her into a monster and weapon that will serve me. Now you will bare witnesses to her power and embrace the Naked Truth!" Said Naked Wizard as he pointed his dark staff at a group of people far away from the others.
Island Monster turned towards the group took a deep breath and unleashed a mighty gust of wind from her mouth at the group. The wind was incredibly strong and had very good precision. The wind struck the people and blew their clothes right off leaving them naked! The people screamed in embarrassment and covered themselves. The wind also struck Alcor's tent ripping it out of the ground and exposing a helmet less Aclor giving a back rub to Wendy. The two teens blinked their eyes in confusion and Wendy looked up at Alcor and saw his face. Wendy's eyes went wide in surprise and her jaw dropped. Alcor gave Wendy a weak smile and then he looked over and saw Dipper, Mabel, Soos, Pacifica, Stan, and Ford giving him similar looks. The teen looked back at Wendy.
"I'll explain this. I promise. Right now I think we have other problems to deal with." Said Alcor.
Wendy could only just nod.
"I don't care, who yo people are or what your cause is. We are taking over this beach and the rest of the surface. You naked morons can just leave and will deal with you later." Said Dr. Blowhole.
"Oh no way! We didn't come this far to be chased off by a stupid talking fish." Said Naked Wizard.
"I am a mammal you idiot. I have a blowhole that takes in oxygen." Said Dr. Blowhole looking rather annoyed.
"Who cares! My point is we're not leaving and it seems highly unlikely you and your little band are going to leave. So I guess that leaves us with one option. Will fight to see which of us is truly superior and deserves to rule." Said Naked Wizard.
"Fine by me! I will utterly crush you all!" Declared Dr. Blowhole.
With that said the two invading forces charged at one another to do battle and the heroes and the beach goers ended up right smack in the middle of them.
