A/N: Hey guys! Back with another update! This chapter takes place after the events of Chapter 24! Hope you like it!

Percy has an Annabeth-funded credit card. He has his own credit card too, but she insists he use the one she gave him for anything around the house. Groceries, décor, a new coffee machine—whatever they might need, he's free to use the card.

She's also told him that he can buy mostly whatever he wants for himself too. Though he normally uses his own money for purchases solely for himself.

And now he's sitting here wondering if, by his own logic, he can use her card to buy this plane ticket. Annabeth, he knows, wouldn't care if he did, but can he justify it as enough of a them thing?

In this mind, it's purely selfish. He misses his girlfriend. He wants to see his girlfriend. (Said girlfriend is in Denmark for a shoot and honestly how amazing is the place anyway that is keeping her away from him for three months, can't Hollywood's set designers and VFX artists fake it so she can stay in LA?)

It takes one look at the empty side of the bed for his mental debate to crumble apart as he clicks 'Confirm' on his laptop and finalizes the decision.

A day later finds him nervously sitting on a flight to Denmark and staring at the last message in his text chain with Annabeth (a picture of the hills) and agonizing over what to say. He should respond to her picture, he should tell her he's visiting, he should—

Before he can come to any sort of conclusion, one is made for him by the announcement to please put all cell phones on airplane mode.

Well, too late now.

-.-

He arrives on her set sixteen hours later, having only managed to wash his face in the airport bathroom, looking a little worse for wear.

After some confusion and showing them his VIP badge (and half-pulling up an article on their relationship), he finally manages to enter the set.

Maybe it's because she has such a big presence, or maybe just because he naturally seeks her out everywhere, but he locates Annabeth at once.

She's sitting on one of the chairs, script in hand but clearly not focusing on it and instead frowning down at her phone.

It's then, as he's drinking in the sight of her in person, does he realize that maybe this is a bad idea and she might not want him here and may be in a horrible mood which he just makes worse—

"What's up?" Another voice calls, as Will Solace, her co-star, walks up to her.

Annabeth groans. "Percy hasn't texted me back in almost seventeen hours!" (Oh damn, has it really been that long?)

Will chuckles. "There is a time difference, maybe he's sleeping."

Annabeth pouts (adorably, he might add). "But I miss him! And he never takes his long to respond! I even sent another text and still nothing…what if he's mad?"

His heart does gymnastics as he goes from the rush of realizing Annabeth misses him to the sadness of her thinking he might be mad at her. It's so much to process that he just freezes.

Will plops down on the seat next to her. "Or, he's just busy."

Annabeth crosses her arms. "Ugh, I can't take this anymore!"

Will smiles. "If you miss him so much, just call him."

"Yes!" Annabeth jumps up. "I should just call him, it's not that late in LA right?"

Before Will can confirm or deny that claim, she's already dialing. And for the first time in forever Percy's phone volume is actually high (because translation apps work best with sound) and his ringtone suddenly bursts out.

Annabeth freezes at the sound and both her and Will turn to where he's standing just off to the side.

He meekly raises a hand. "Hey."

After a few seconds of Annabeth's shocked expression, there's a blur of blonde and suddenly she's pressed against him. He immediately wraps his arms around her, breathing in her (somehow) still lemony scent and savoring that she's actually here.

"Percy," she mutters into his neck. "Are you actually here?"

"Um…surprise," he tries to joke, but his throat is already closing up in love for the woman in his arms. "I missed you."

She pulls back, a blinding grin on her face. "I missed you too!"

(That concept, for some reason, is something he's still not quite wrapped his head around but all that matters is that she's in his arms again, right where she should be.)

"And I can't believe you're actually here," she continues, pulling back but still holding onto his hand. "Why didn't you text me back? I was so worried!"

He smiles sheepishly. "Sorry, got busy with the flight and all."

Annabeth shakes her head, but the smile hasn't left her face. "I'll only accept it since you're here in person. I can't believe this," she repeats.

Will walks up to them. "Nice to see you again, Percy."

"Hey," he replies before Annabeth cuts in.

"Wait, did you just get in? Have you eaten? Do you need anything?"

"Annabeth! Will!" The call comes in before he can answer.

And though he doesn't want to let her go, he still turns to her with a smile.

"I'll manage."

She shakes her head, pulling him closer, like she doesn't want to let go either.

"Go to my trailer," she says finally. "I'll meet you there when I can."

He nods, the tiredness and hunger finally starting to fully sink in. Annabeth reaches up to peck his lips. "Out that door and to the right."

And with that she reluctantly lets go of his hand and starts to walk away. He watches her walk two steps before quickly turning back around and once again flinging herself into a hug.

He holds her once more as she looks up at him with a wide smile.

"Thank you." As if this wasn't an entirely selfish wish to see his girlfriend (and funded by her card).

But he just settles for kissing her once more.
