A Fight Between Baroque Works and Straw Hat Pirates

After Ventus foiled Mr. 3's plan by delivering an exploding barrel of alcohol, Mr. 3 is using his Devil Fruit powers, flinging the way at the young Dragoon which he spews fire again, melting the wax in the process. Mr. 3 is shocked with his bulging eyes as he spoke.
"HOW?! HOW WERE ABLE TO MELT MY WAX?!" Mr. 3 yelled but regain his composure. "Wait! It must've gotten something to do with your Devil Fruit powers. Yeah, you breathe fire to melt that wax, I'm betting you ate the Dragon-Dragon Fruit."
"No, the Devil Fruit has nothing to do with it." Ventus told him with deadpan expression, causing Mr. 3 to face-fault down to the ground.
"What do you mean?! I am sure it's the Devil Fruit you've ate!" Mr. 3 exclaims, stood up quick.
"It's not the Devil Fruit." Ventus retorts with a glare. "I was born as a dragon, well, half-dragon actually."
"What?! That's impossible!" Mr. 3 shouts.
"Believe it, candle-stick, it's possible." Ventus told him. "My father is a dragon, and my mother is a human. That makes me a half-breed between human and dragon."
Mr. 3 still couldn't believe what the young Dragoon have told him about his birth, still thinks he ate the Devil Fruit that can turn him into a dragon. He's misinformed from the Baroque Works about Ventus' capabilities. Sure, they're right about his lance mastery and the abilities of the Dragoon, but what they didn't know was that Ventus is actually a mix between a human and a dragon. They only assumed that he ate the Devil Fruit to turn into a dragon.
Meanwhile at Dorry's campsite, Luffy and the others were able to beat Mr. 5 and Ms. Valentines Day thanks to Anna's traps. Both Shanise and Ivan have work together to beat them, with a little help of a ranger. Luffy is impressed of those three working together as he spoke while running with them through the jungle.
"So, do you think Mr. 5 and Ms. Valentines Day captured Zoro and Nami?" Luffy inquires seriously.
"No doubt about it, these two were only following orders by Mr. 3." Shanise explains. "Knowing him, he's probably moving on to another plan."
"Like what?" Usopp asks.
"It probably got something to do with Dorry and Brogy." Anna answered. "Even Ventus, who he now interfered his plan by using the explosive barrels."
"Good, and once we get there, Mr. 3 is in a lot of trouble." Luffy told him.
"Ventus probably have already beaten you to it, Luffy. I mean, he breathes fire like a dragon." Vivi stated. "But I wonder, did Ventus ate the Devil Fruit in order to transform into a dragon."
"Nah, he's born that way." Luffy simply answered. "You see, Ventus is a half-breed between human and dragon."
Vivi couldn't help but feel shocked, hearing that Ventus is a mix between human and dragon which it's something unheard of, especially the young Dragoon.
"You see, his dad is a dragon, and his mom is a human. Anna was once a Dragoon, but she's a nun from Ishgard while Starblaze is the Dragon King from Dravania." Anna explains.
"But how is it possible?" Ivan questions.
"We'll explain later. Right now, we need to get to Ventus and those two giants." Anna told them, changing the subject.
Though, both Ivan and Vivi want some explanation about the young Dragoons parents which they're about to find out later as they tread towards the jungle to find Ventus, Dorry, and Brogy.
While at the scene, Mr. 3 is at a disadvantage because his wax ability didn't work on the young Dragoon because of the dragon-fire melts the wax due to the intense heat. Ventus readied his lance as he spoke.
"There's something that's been bothering me, your plan is to capture not only us on the hit-list and Vivi, but you're also planning to capture Dorry and Brogy. Why is it that you're after these two giants?" Ventus questions, summarizing his plan.
Mr. 3 couldn't help but chuckle for a few seconds which it's pretty creepy as he spoke.
"I'm so glad you ask. Since I'm going to tell you about a little secret on mine, you're going to die once I reveal it to you." Mr. 3 said with an arrogant smirk.
"You're welcome to try." Ventus growled with venomous tone. "But know this, if I don't like it, I'll burn your entire body."
"There's no need for violence, I was going to tell you the main reason why I'm here to capture the Blue Ogre and the Red Ogre." Mr. 3 said, using his wax ability to conjure the heads of Dorry and Brogy. "However, there's no denying that these two giants are very strong, but once they're captured, that strength doesn't do them any good, none. The only option I can use is my brain, there would no sense to defeat them in a physical fight."
"True that you can use your head to make up for the lack of strength." Ventus admits, agreeing to his assumption. "But, your ways of using your head are cowardice."
"Say what you want, but I am considered the most intelligent agent the Baroque Works could ever ask for." Mr. 3 proclaimed, chuckled.
"Yeah, keep telling yourself that." Ventus muttered, sighed with annoyance.
"There's no need to be rude, it's really uncalled for." Mr. 3 refutes. "You're the one who interfered my plan to capture the two giants."
"I'm not the one who's planning to sabotage someone else's duel." Ventus retorts with a deadpan expression, making Mr. 3 gawked. "Are you going to tell me about your plans or not?"
"My, my, impatient, are we? Very well, I'll tell since you're in a hurry to die." Mr. 3 complies as he cleared his throat. "The bounty has placed on their heads long ago. And it still remained until this day."
"A bounty? What do you mean by that?" Ventus asks, raise his eyebrow in confusion while not letting his guard down.
"You see, both Dorry and Brogy are a 100 million berries per heads. Combined into 200 million berries." Mr. 3 explains. "Quite a handsome sum. I feel as if I've uncovered a long-lost treasure."
"So that's what you're after here!" The voice of Vivi shouts, earned their attention when they saw the Princess of Alabasta revealed herself along with Luffy, which they're angry. "Mr. 3!?"
"So, you're the candle guy!" Luffy growled. "I'm here to kick your ass!"
"Is that so? And I take it you're that straw hat with 30 million berries?" Mr. 3 asks, smirked. "Too bad your sum is so low. However, what caught my interest is your dragon friend here. The reason is because of his 100 million berry bounty."
"What?!" Luffy exclaims, shocked. "Ventus has a bigger bounty than mine!?"
'Idiot.' Ventus mentally thought with annoyance.
"You're full on nothing but dirty tricks! I can't believe you!" Vivi yelled, leaving Mr. 3 annoyed. "Putting a bomb on Dorry's alcohol was low, even for you!?"
Even though, they already know about the barrels being spiked by Mr. 5's Devil Fruit power by turning the barrels of alcohol into bombs. Ventus was able to sniff it out and foiled his plan.
"You're an annoying little girl, princess, giving away our secrets like that." Mr. 3 remarked with a hum.
"She didn't actually, I did." Ventus told him, earned his attention.
"And how exactly did you pull that off?" Mr. 3 inquires, making the young Dragoon smirked.
"The nose knows." Ventus answered, pointing his nose. "My dragon smell is so keen it put those dogs to shame. I was able to sniff out Mr. 5's scent that was coming from those barrels of alcohol. Though, it was clever for trying to hide a bomb inside of the alcohol while trying to further damage Dorry, but not enough to hide it from me."
Mr. 3 then growled at the young Dragoon but regain his smirk expression on his face.
"Well then, you won't be laughing for long." Mr. 3 told him. "Because I have a little surprise for you and that straw hat."
Mr. 3 then turned his body a little as the fire lit up on his hair, grew bigger while unleash his cry while positioned himself.
"Giant Candle Set" Mr. 3 then flings his arms, launching the huge amount of wax as he conjures a very massive amount of wax, turning it into a giant birthday cake-shaped wax arrangement with a pillar on top of the lower floors, a half-dome, and candles on top. He then chuckled with an evil smile on his face.
"So, this is what Mr. 3 is capable of!?" Vivi exclaimed with horror.
"A birthday cake?" Luffy asks in confusion.
'I don't like the look of this. I've got a bad feeling about it.' Ventus mentally thought, looking at the cake with a grunt.
"Now, for the two gargantuan. Candle Jacket" Mr. 3 then flings his arm at Dorry and Brogy, launching the wax at the two which it causes them to slip down to the ground. He then uses his wax powers to bind them on the ground, making it harder for the two giants to get out. Luffy growled at Mr. 3 with pure anger when he's about to charge after him.
"Candle Lock" Mr. 3 saw Luffy heading his way as he flings the wax at the rubber captain, immobilized his legs with the large candle-shaped restraint and causing him to fall down to the ground. "Now that I've got three for the price of one, I should make two more addition to my collection."
They then turned their attention to the jungle, saw Zoro and Nami being tossed down to the grown while being restraint as the clones of Mr. 3 revealed themselves.
"Now then, time to get the candles set up." Mr. 3 said. "I think it's time to play a little game."
"Candles?" Nami repeats, gasp with dread when she saw the massive candle-shaped waxed birthday cake. "What is that thing?!"
"Nothing good." Vivi answered. "I'm sorry you guys."
"But...Vivi! What happened? I thought you were with Luffy and the others!?" Nami exclaimed.
"They're still safe at the campsite." Ventus explains without looking at the navigator. "They were able to knock Mr. 5 and Ms. Valentines Day out."
"Hmm, that explains why Mr. 5 and Ms. Valentines Day aren't here. No surprise because they are very weak after all." Mr. 3 mocks his fellow Baroque Works agents. "Well no matter, time to begin."
"Ventus, whatever you do, kick his ass." Zoro grunts, earned a nod from the young Dragoon.
Zoro and Nami were placed in the massive candle-shaped waxed birthday cake. Until, the half dome spins around while the top of the candles burn, slowly encasing them with wax vapors which it'll take a while for the wax turning the two into statues. Luffy and Vivi couldn't help but look at them with horror while Ventus looks at Mr. 3 with a scowl on his face.
"Now that I've got everything ready, time to explain the rules. But first, I would like to welcome you all to my famous Giant Candle Set." Mr. 3 said, bowing to them while regain his composure as he starts explaining. "The rules are simple: The candles are our time limit, and these wax flakes are starting to flow down to your crew, including Princess Vivi. They will eventually be covered and turned into wax figures. They'll become perfectly live-like statues for my collection, something that even I couldn't achieve on my own. I will literally capture their spirits and incase them forever in wax-shells. It will be a true masterpiece."
"For you, maybe." Ventus refutes. "You still have poor taste for your so-called artistry."
"SHUT UP! WHAT DO YOU KNOW?!" Mr. 3 yelled with shark-like teeth and budging eyes, regain his composure. "Now then, once the wax flakes slowly turning them into wax-shells, they will die for my art."
"I don't think so, you freak! I have no interest in dying for whatever it is you called art!?" Nami yelled at Mr. 3, turned her head to Ventus. "Hey Ventus, why are you standing around here doing nothing?! You could at least beat the crap out of him!"
"Relax, he knows what he's doing, but Luffy...he's gonna have to set this one out." Zoro told her, turning his head to Dorry and Brogy. "Now these two, they're gonna make one huge statue."
"Now that I explained how the Giant Candle set works and for how long, let's move on to the next one, shall we?" Mr. 3 told him, chuckled a bit. "The other rule is: You have to fight me and my assistant, Ms. Goldenweek. And if you're able to do so, then you can have them."
"You should know I don't trust you, even if you're planning on using your dirty tactics, you're still not half the man you really are." Ventus told him, making Mr. 3 growl at him. "In my opinion, you're nothing but a coward who always hiding under the bridges and letting someone else do the dirty work for you."
That got Mr. 3 angry while Luffy burst with a laughter along with the two giants, Zoro, Nami, and Vivi which he's right about him.
"THAT'S IT! YOU'LL PAY FOR THAT INSULT!" Mr. 3 yelled at the young Dragoon. "Once I defeat you, you will be adding to my collection."
"Bring it, Candle Stick." Ventus taunts, readied his lance.
"Candle Lock" Mr. 3 flings the wax at Ventus which he sprouts his wings as he takes flight, making him miss his target. "What?!"
"Spiral Blow" Ventus charges toward Mr. 3, strike him with his lance combo which he only hit a clone.
"Well, if that's how you want to play. Wax-Wax Art: Axe" Mr. 3 used his wax to conjure an axe, charging after Ventus which the young Dragoon isn't amused.
"Lance Barrage" Ventus countered that attack as he slashed him twice, and slashed him to knock out of the way which another clone is destroyed.
"Well, well, well, it seems getting you caught and fight against you is really harder than I thought it would." Mr. 3 mocks, earned his attention. "I forget how well-known of your lance skills of yours, especially of your dragon ability."
"If you're aware of my ability, then why even bother fighting me when you couldn't even beat me with your flimsy Devil Fruit powers?" Ventus mockingly questions.
"Flimsy? I wouldn't dream of fighting you head-on, I'd rather use my brain." Mr. 3 stated.
Ventus deepens his scowl, knew that Mr. 3 isn't even trying to fight him which he'd rather use his Devil Fruit powers to not only fight for him, but try to find the openings do he would use it against the young Dragoon.
"Ventus is really having a hard time finding out who's who. It won't do him any good if he keeps attacking aimlessly." Nami said seriously.
"Relax, he already knows. He's a smart kid." Zoro told her. "He'll figure it out."
"Oh yeah, let him figure out which one is the real Mr. 3." Nami muttered with deadpan expression.
Zoro and Nami then argue each other, leaving Mr. 3 watching the scene which it's not exactly what he had in mind. It's obvious that they're too careless about the danger ever since Luffy showed up and Ventus is still waiting for him to fight back.
"If that's how it is since you are interfering my artistic work, then I'll have to fight you for real this time." Mr. 3 declared, readied his fighting stance.
"Candle Lock" Mr. 3 then flings his arm, launching the wax at the young Dragoon which he leaps up in midair.
"Tornado" Ventus conjures a tornado as it pursues Mr. 3 which he's in panic, sucking him inside and spins him around.
Mr. 3 is screaming with terror while being spinning around, sent flying towards the sky while Ventus flies after him.
"Six Dragon Thrust" Ventus then unleashed his thrust combo, sending him multiple thrusts at Mr. 3 which made him scream in pain.
"Sonic Thrust" Ventus then delivers a thrust with sheer force, sent him flying down towards the ground and made him crash down.
"Nice one, Ventus!" Nami cheered with a smile on her face.
"Now to free the others. Dragonfire Dive" Ventus then descends down towards the massive wax-shaped birthday cake, channeling his fire element on the harpoon.
Both Nami and Zoro aren't liking where this is going which they know that he's going to free them with his flame ability. Mr. 3 grunts while trying to stand up, but he notices the young Dragoon is diving down at the cake with flames.
"NO! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! THIS ISN'T THE RULES OF THE GAME! NO! YOU'LL RUINED MY MASTERPIECE!?" Mr. 3 yelled with his eyes budging and his face pale.
But it's too late, Ventus crashed down towards the dome, destroyed it along with the pillar, and set the birthday cake on fire which Zoro and Nami are still stuck there. Vivi and Luffy are completely stunned of what the young Dragoon did as he lands on the ground.
"Ventus!? Why did you do that?!" Vivi yelled at him. "Weren't they your friends?!"
"You jerk! You're going to pay for-"
"Will you shut up already!?" Ventus yelled at them with white eyes and shark-like teeth. "They're not dead if that's what you're wondering."
That got Vivi and Luffy confused, wondering what he means.
"I was able to hold back my fire magic, so I won't burn them into a crisp." Ventus explains. "Besides, with that amount of heat, the wax will melt."
"That dragon friend is right; we saw him use the fire that came out of his mouth melting the wax." Brogy agrees with a smirk.
With that, both Dorry and Brogy free themselves with the amount of strength, breaking the wax in the process and they're able to move as they stood up.
Mr. 3 isn't too happy that his masterpiece is destroyed by Ventus, turned his head to him as he spoke.
"You'll pay for that." Mr. 3 growled with a snarl. "You've destroyed my masterpiece and you broke the rules."
"So what? I'm not the one who breaks an honorable duel." Ventus retorts. "Besides, I don't have to follow your rules while attacking you aimlessly."
Mr. 3 have heard enough as he raise his arm while getting his Devil Fruit powers ready.
"Wax-Wax: Harpoon" Mr. 3 then conjures a harpoon, throwing it at the young Dragoon which he manage to catch it.
"Exploding Star" Usopp use his slingshot, firing the pellet at Mr. 3.
Mr. 3 is caught off-guard when he notices the pellet heading straight towards him, but Mr. 5 was able to save his fellow agent as he took a bite out of the pellet. Though, it exploded him, but Mr. 5 doesn't seem to be affected at all, making Usopp stunned.
"You call that a throw? I've seen Dragoons threw better than you." Ventus taunts, breaking the harpoon into two with his dragonic strength.
"That's not very flavorful. Your gunpowder must not be too good." Mr. 5 stated, licking his lips which he's disappointed of that taste.
"There's no way! He ate it!" Usopp exclaimed while Karoo quacked with fright.
Ms. Valentines Day then revealed herself out of the jungle, which she's really angry along with Mr. 5. They're humiliated of their second defeat by Shanise, Ivan, and Anna which the two Baroque Works agents are very furious. They then saw Ventus, even more angry as one of them spoke.
"You!?" Mr. 5 snarled, pointing at the young Dragoon. "Don't think we forget about you defeating us."
"That's right. We still have a score to settle with you." Ms. Valentines Day added. "Back in Whiskey Peak, you and your stupid friends have interfered our mission to terminate the Princess of Alabasta and beaten us."
"Oh, really now?" Ventus mocks with a smirk. "Guess you guys didn't take that defeat very well."
Mr. 5 and Ms. Valentines Day growled at his remark, feeling insulted by the young Dragoon.
"But if you're up for round 2, then I'm game." Ventus said, readied his lance to fight against three Baroque Works.
"Mr. 3, let us deal with him. He's making a mockery out of us." Mr. 5 insisted.
"Well, neither of the two you were able to beat him because of the both of you are very weak." Mr. 3 points out.
"What was that?!" Mr. 5 shouts, daring him to say that again.
"It's nothing." Mr. 3 answered, turned his head to Ventus. "However, he was able to outwit me with his somehow and manage to defeat me with his own tricks. But that matters not, we're going to have to work together if we can beat that insignificant dragon."
"Hey, who are you calling 'insignificant', ya dirty ear-wax man?" Ventus refutes with a tick mark on his head.
"WHAT DID YOU CALL ME?!" Mr. 3 yelled with shark-like teeth and a tick mark on his head. "I DON'T USE EAR-WAX, THAT WILL BE THE MOST DISGUSTING THING! I USE CANDLE WAX!?"
"So what? I bet you can use that." Ventus taunts with shrug, making Mr. 3 even more angry.
"THAT'S IT! THAT'S IT! THAT'S IT! YOU WON'T BE LAUGHING FOR LONG ONCE I ADDED YOU TO MY COLLECTION!" Mr. 3 yelled, throwing a tantrum.
Mr. 3 then readied his fighting stance as he was about to launch his wax at the young Dragoon.
"Blunt Arrow" Anna fires her arrow at Mr. 3, hitting him with the blunt tip of the arrow.
"Flash Star" Usopp fires his pellet at the Baroque Works, blinding them with the flash of light.
Shanise and Ivan rush out of the bushes to help Ventus while Zoro and Nami manage to get out of the flames, also rushing towards the young Dragoon to help him. Soon as the blind fades away, the three Baroque Works saw two former Baroque Works agents and two Straw Hat pirates next to Ventus which they're not expecting this.
"If you want to fight us, you'll have to deal with us first." Shanise told them with a smirk.
"That's right, we were able to beat you lot and we can do it again." Ivan added with a smirk.
"Only because you got help by that bitch you called Anna." Mr. 5 points out, glaring at them. "Don't matter how many you bring, we'll still beat you."
"Hey Ventus, why don't you go and finish your fight. We'll handle these clowns." Zoro suggests, smirking.
Ventus nods with an agreement as he look at Mr. 3 before getting into his fighting stance. Zoro is going to fight against Mr. 5 as he placed his bandana on his head with a smirk on his face, drew his sword and placed it in his mouth while drew out his other two swords.
"You think you can take me on with these swords of yours?" Mr. 5 questions. "You do realize I can use my Devil Fruit powers to turn my body into a bomb?"
"Doesn't matter what you are, what matters I'm here to win this fight." Zoro remarked. "Besides, I didn't get a chance to fight you. I was too busy fighting against Luffy, and Ventus was able to finish you guys last time. This time, I'm gonna make sure I'll win this fight."
Mr. 5 then smirked at the swordsman, seeing that he's determined to fight as they readied their battle stance.
Shanise and Ivan are gonna work together again to fight against Ms. Valentines Day as she readied her axe while the latter readied his baseball bats.
"Don't think this will be the third time that you two will beat us." Ms. Valentines stated, smirking. "Because there weren't any trap you were using last time."
"Oh, don't worry, there will be no traps this time. Cuz' we're gonna fight to win." Shanise remarked with a smirk.
"And this will a third time that we fight and win against you, baby." Ivan added with a smirk.
Ms. Valentines Day then glared at the two fellow Baroque Works agents, seeing that these two doesn't even care if they're gonna get beaten which she's starting to get irritated.
"You may have destroyed my masterpiece and interfered my creativity, but I won't let you get with it." Mr. 3 growled with a snarl. "This time, I'm going to fight you seriously."
Ventus didn't respond while glaring at Mr. 3, knew that by the look of his expression, Mr. 3 is very angry at the young Dragoon.
"Candle Champion" Mr. 3 then covers himself with wax, making a massive battle suit that resembles a large robotic boxer. Luffy is confused about the battle suit, wondering why would he use that.
"Is that supposed to impress me?" Ventus asked sarcastically with deadpan expression on his face.
"Nope, it suppose to make you look terrifying and it'll be the end of you." Mr. 3 stated with a smirk. "This suit is so strong I even beat a pirate worth 42 million berry bounty. This battle suit enhance my strength and defense. Because of that, it even considered my work of art."
"Ooh, I'm so scared I'm shaking in my scales." Ventus mocks sarcastically, pretending he's trembling his body it makes Mr. 3 face fault down to the ground.
"GABABABABABABABABABABABABA!"
"GEGYAGYAGYAGYAGYAGYAGYAGYAGYAGYAGYAGYA!"
Dorry and Brogy couldn't help but laugh at the young Dragoon's remark along with Luffy, who's also laughing. However, Mr. 3 have had enough of Ventus' mockery which he's starting to get even more angry.
"If that's how you want to play, then this is the last time you make a fool out of me." Mr. 3 growled. "Ms. Goldenweek, give my suit a new color."
"After that, can I-"
Before Ms. Goldenweek could finished her sentence, Anna threw some kind of gas bomb next to her. It then exploded, causing the painter to fall asleep which made Mr. 3 shocked.
"What?! What just happen?! Why is she sleeping?!" Mr. 3 demands with a shout.
"That will be me." Anna told him, revealed herself out of the bushes with a smirk on her face. "I was able to spruce up a Sleeping Gas. It's a gas that can put anyone to sleep, including so partner."
Mr. 3 is starting to grow angrier by the minute, without Ms. Goldenweek's painting ability he'll have to fight without her. He then regains his composure and spoke.
"Well in that case, I'll have to fight without her artistic talents." Mr. 3 said, turned to Ventus. "Now, when I'm in this armor, I'm utterly impervious to harm. This suit is hard as iron and it may be made of wax, but it fixes like a glove, and it's impossible for anyone to pierce and you won't stand a chance against it."
"Oh really, guess I'll have to level the playing field, huh?" Ventus said with a smirk as he partially transforms into a humanoid dragon. "This is my partial transformation, it enhances my attributes, especially my own lance mastery. Although, you should know I can still melt your so-called suit of armor with my flames."
'Damn, I forgot he can use fire from his mouth. Not to mention he's stronger than my own Devil Fruit powers. I'll have to end this quickly so I can turn him into a living wax statue.' Mr. 3 mentally thought, smirking.
'I notice Ventus is able to figure it out during his fight, he's using his fire power to melt the wax few minutes ago, smart kid. But, Zoro is gonna need my help if he wants to beat Mr. 5.' Usopp mentally thought, looking at Mr. 5 while turned to Ms. Valentines Day. 'She's gonna be hard to deal with too because of her Devil Fruit that can get her to change weight. Anna helped them out last time and she can do it again, but there's no traps to help them this time.'
Usopp then turn his head to Luffy and Vivi, notice he's still stuck by Mr. 3's candle binds from his legs while the Princess of Alabasta watches the fight.
'Luffy is still not going to fight like this, guess I'll have to get him out and have him give Ventus a hand, even though he doesn't need it.' Usopp mentally thought as he placed his googles on, aiming his slingshot at Luffy.
"Flame Star" Usopp fires the pellet at Luffy, which he's aiming at the legs as the pellet then burst into flames, melting the wax in the process and the rubber captain is finally free from the binds.
"Thanks, Usopp!" Luffy thanked with a shout. "Now that I'm out of the wax, time for me to kick your ass!"
Luffy then rushes next to Ventus which he's eager to fight against Mr. 3 as he spoke.
"Hey Ventus, let me give you a hand. I've waited long enough to fight this wax guy." Luffy told him seriously, cracking his knuckles.
"Fine by me." Ventus complies with a nod. "I could some help fighting against that walking candle stick anyway."
"I'M NOT A WALKING CANDLE STICK! I'M A HUMAN BEING!?" Mr. 3 yelled with shark-like teeth and a tick mark on her head. He then rush towards the two pirates.
"Champion Fight: Harvest Field Maneuver" Mr. 3 was about to plow towards them with his boxing gloves which both Ventus and Luffy manage to dodge just in time.
"Gum-Gum: Stamp" Luffy then stretch his leg out while try to hit him, but Mr. 3 was able to block that attack with his boxing gloves.
"Dragon Breath" Ventus summons the dragon spirit while leap in midair. The dragon spirit then spews fire at Mr. 3 which it's very effective against wax as he dives down towards the Baroque Works agent, unleashed a flurry of slash combo with his harpoon.
"Gum-Gum: Bazooka" Luffy got his chance as he stretches both his arms out, striking him with his palm strikes which made him stumble back a bit. "Guess your armor isn't so tough after all. "Ventus! Now!"
"Fang and Claw" Ventus then savagely slashes him with his lance, cracking the armor in the process since it's been affected with flames.
"Chaos Thrust" Ventus then finishes him, unleashing his multiple thrust against Mr. 3 as he screams in agony. Mr. 3 is then sent flying as he crashes down to the ground in defeat.
"How?...How were you...able to...defeat...me?" Mr. 3 weakly groans with a question.
"Instinct." Ventus and Luffy answered in unison as Mr. 3 rendered unconsciously.
Meanwhile, Mr. 5 is on the offense while trying to use his Devil Fruit power to explode Zoro, but the swordsman is on defense by evading his attacks. Zoro already knows what Mr. 5 is capable of back at Whiskey Peak when he witnessed his Devil Fruit powers first-hand. Apparently, Mr. 5 is really angry because they're able to defeat Mr. 3 and destroyed the Giant Candle Set. Usopp stood up as he readied his slingshot, firing the pellet at Mr. 5 which he saw that one coming as he chomp the pellet.
"You fool, I've done told you, the gunpowder won't work against me." Mr. 5 told him, but his mouth is starting to burn up along with his digestive system as he spews fire up in the sky. "SPICYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!?"
"Sorry, but I didn't use the Exploding Star. What you eaten is hot sauce. My Special Tobasco Star" Usopp shouts, telling him of his new pellet.
"Oni Giri" Zoro charges after Mr. 5 as he slashes diagonally and horizontally, leaving him collapse down to the ground in defeat.
"That was quick thinking, Usopp, thanks." Zoro thanked him with a smirk, placing his swords on the scabbards. Usopp responds with a nod. "Who'd thought that hot sauce could affect him."
Ms. Valenties Day is now furious when she saw her fellow Baroque Works agents are beaten, leaving her the only agent left to fight against Anna, Shanise, and Ivan.
"How dare you made a mockery out of Baroque Works?!" Ms. Valentines Day snarled with anger. "I am sick and tired of you and friends interrupting our mission, got that?!"
Ms. Valentines Day leaps up high in the air when Anna readied her arrow.
"10,000 Kilograms Press" Ms. Valentines is about to descend down towards the three, but Ivan has other plans in his mind. Ivan then jumps up from tree-to-tree, using his acrobatic skills as he then launches his steel chains, binding her. "What?!"
"Now!" Ivan shouts.
"Brutal Swing" Shanise then charges after Ms. Valentines Day and then leaps in midair, swung her axe at the Baroque Works agents and left her scream in pain when she felt the cleave.
"Gust Arrow" Anna then fires her arrow, using the wind magic as it then hits the target, sending Ms. Valentines Day towards the jungle.
Dorry and Brogy were impressed at Straw Hat pirates defeated the Baroque Works, but they're mostly impressed Ventus because of his quick wits he was able to outsmart Mr. 3 and beaten him with a little help of Luffy. However, they felt familiar about Ventus which they're reminding him of someone they knew long ago.
"That's a very impressive fight." Dorry praises them with a smirk. "Never thought that I see the day you pirates fought like true warriors."
"But the only one who's a true warrior is Ventus because of his quick thinking and his dragon abilities." Brogy added with a smirk as he turned to Ventus. "Tell me since you're a half-breed, are you related to a dragon by any chance?"
That question made Ventus shocked which he didn't know that both Brogy and Dorry knew of his father, Starblaze, and his mother, Merida.
"Yes, my fathers name is Starblaze." Ventus responded.
"I thought so." Brogy said. "It's no wonder you look familiar."
"Wait, hold on! You know his dad?" Usopp questions.
"Yes, we do." Dorry answered. "Starblaze is well-respected Dragon King from Dravania and he fought many of his enemies long ago. He even come to Elbaf occasionally for having discussions with the leader of Elbaf."
"He did?" Ventus asks.
"Oh yeah, he even fights against the leader once to gain his trust and respect." Brogy complies. "So, how is Starblaze been? Haven't heard from him for a long time?"
Ventus then starts to feel sad when Brogy ask of how his father been which neither of the two giants knew what happen to him. Luffy and the others notice of the young Dragoons sad expression on his face. Ventus looks up and said.
"My father...is dead." Ventus told them.
