Fight Wapol's Crew!
Winter Island, Castle
When Dr. Kureha finished telling two about how Ventus met Chopper and why he left, they begin to understand why the young Dragoon left the island and not telling them. Nami and Sanji knew the reason because he doesn't want anyone he met involved with the dragons and they're no match for them, either. They were happy that Ventus fought Wapol and his group, teaching the villagers how to defend themselves and fight back. However, the two were surprised that Ventus beat the Blackbeard pirates, with a little help from Dalton and Chopper.
"Out of the two of us, Chopper was really sad and very upset that Ventus left this country without telling us why. He left us a message about the dragons from Dravania are coming here. It would explain why, and we were able to fool them with the mixture between his and the animal blood." Dr. Kureha told them. "The villagers are hoping for Ventus' return, including Dalton."
Nami and Sanji knew Ventus have done his travels on his own, but it would explain why he's been on the Grand Line.
"So, for months, you and the people are still waiting for him?" Nami questions.
"Yeah, Ventus have been a big help to us for the past nine months." Dr. Kureha answered. "We were able to rekindle hope and fighting back against Wapol's group. And now he's return, we can hope for Ventus to beat Wapol and his group."
Until, Chopper opens the door, barging into the room in his reindeer form.
"Doctrine! There's trouble! He's here! Wapol is back!" Chopper warned her, leaving Nami and Sanji shocked that Wapol is here along with his group, but Dr. Kureha smirked.
"Is he?" Dr. Kureha asks.
"It's him! The guy with the annoying mouth!" Luffy shouts with a glare.
Ventus head towards the gates with pure anger in his eyes, can't believe Wapol and his followers are here. He thought the Lapahns were dealing with them, then again, they're strong due to the Devil fruit powers, but they give Wapol a hand.
Chess and Kuromarimo bowed to Wapol with respect, but Musshuru refuses to bow to him. Wapol laughs with triumph for his return.
"I have returned, finally! Now at long last, we shall restore Drum Kingdom." Wapol shouts with a triumph smile on his face, laughing.
"Wapol sir, look, on top of the castle." Chess said, pointing at the tower when they saw a pirate flag that's once belong to Dr. Hiriluk.
"Wait a minute, that's the pirate flag!" Musshuru exclaims.
"Why is that strange flag flying?! It's an outrage! Where's the flag of the Drum Kingdom?!" Wapol demands with anger.
They heard a cackle coming from Dr. Kureha when she and Chopper arrived outside of the castle.
"That old thing? I burned it." Dr. Kureha told him.
"Well Kureha, the last survivor of our Doctor Hunt. Get out of my castle!" Wapol demands, telling her to leave.
"This castle is no longer yours, Wapol!" Dr. Kureha retorts with a scowl. "It's on of corruption and misery during your reign, leave! Not just here, the country too! The Drum Kingdom is already died out, moron!"
"What's that?" Wapol asks in a dangerous tone, dared her to say that again.
"Wait!" The voice of Luffy shouts as he and Ventus rush towards Wapol and his group. "This guy-"
"I'M GONNA KILL YOU, WAPOL!?" Ventus yelled with rage, running ahead of Luffy and readied his lance. "Spiral Blow"
Ventus quickly move towards Wapol, knocking him and sent him flying. Unfortunately, both Chess and Kuromarimo save him from the fall.
"You've got a lot of nerve coming back here, Wapol! Not only that you tried to kill my crew, but you came to turn this country into a living hell!" Ventus shouts. "I should've killed you and your damn lackies when I've had the chance!"
"Hey, Ventus!" Luffy shouts, earned his attention. "Why did you have to do that?! That guy was mine, not yours!?"
"I don't care if he's yours! He and those fools are my prey to kill, so back off!" Ventus retorts angrily, not in a mood to argue with him.
"Now hold on, Ventus." Sanji called him, came out of the castle with his winter coat. "Before you go all out and kill them, you need to realize that we've got beef against these guys, too."
Ventus then realizes that Sanji is right, remembered the previous fight against Wapol and his group while try to get Nami to the doctor.
"Besides, he and these idiots tried to Nami and us." Sanji points out. "So, you need to save them for us."
"And why should I?" Ventus questions. "They're the cause of making this island and treating his people like hell!"
"True, you were holding your grudge against them because of that." Sanji states, leaving Ventus shocked. "Dr. Kureha filled me and Nami in about you. She told us everything about you on this island, how you helped the villagers, meeting Chopper, everything."
Ventus knew that Sanji is also right about him and Chopper.
"Ventus, you've been helping the villagers and given them hope to fight back against Wapol for the past nine months. Plus, you've been a good friend to Chopper and the group of villagers, which it would explain why you're this country's savior" Sanji continues. "You may have a reason to leave, but-"
"Hey, how dare-"
"Gum-Gum: Pistol" Luffy stretches his arm back and punched Wapol in the face. Though, Chess, Musshuru, and Kuromarimo saved him again.
"Thanks, Luffy." Sanji thanked him, turns to the young Dragoon. "As I was saying, you may have a reason to leave, but now, you're back here on this island to finish what you're starting. However, you've got us, we're your friends, your crew, am I wrong?"
Ventus already knew that Sanji is right about it when they first met and started as a pirate, sighed and spoke.
"No, you're not wrong, Sanji." Ventus answered.
"Then let us help you, just give us a chance to fight these guys. You, Anna, and Zoro fought the Baroque Works agents a while back, and you're fighting Wapol by killing him?!" Sanji shouts seriously. "Ventus, I understand what you're getting at, but you need to remember, you're not doing this alone! We're here to help you, so don't think that you can get up here and fight on your own!"
Ventus then widens his eyes, seeing what Sanji is getting at and remembered the time back at Arlong Park. He now understands what Sanji is tell him, causing him to soften his expression.
"How dare you?! Do you know who?! This is no commoner, this is Wapol! The King and absolute ruler of Drum Kingdom!" Kuromarimo yelled at them with anger.
"That's right! Show some respect! He's this countries monarch! How dare you do such a thing to this most Excellence of excellencies! For shame!" Chess added.
"Like hell I give a damn he's King of this island! You and your cronies made this country Hell!" Ventus yelled with his dragonic tone, pointing his lance at them.
"That's right! Besides, he ticked me off again!" Luffy agreed, making a face.
"I take it you and the brat run afoul of before?" Dr. Kureha questions.
"Sure have! He's that annoying big-mouth pirate!" Luffy answered for the young Dragoon.
"What'd he do?" Dr. Kureha asks again.
"He ate part of our ship! And then he attacked us and my friend! This guy's got it coming and I'm gonna give it to him!" Luffy shouts with a serious glare.
"Kay, but before you do that, aren't you cold in that getup?" Sanji questions which he mentions of Luffy's usual attire. "You know? Cold?"
"Hey! Did he say he was the King?! But I thought he was a pirate!?" Luffy exclaims with his budging eyes.
"DUMBASS!" Ventus yelled at the rubber with white eyes and shark-like teeth, couldn't believe how slow or stupid Luffy is.
"TOOK YOU LONG ENOUGH!" Sanji shouts, also couldn't believe how slow or stupid Luffy is.
"Ha! So, you're disrespectful and have wax in your ears!" Kuromarimo shouts with his vein popped his head. "But yeah, Wapol is the King of Drum Kingdom, Straw Hat! When he met you before, he was temporarily a pirate for his own reasons, but no longer!"
"King Wapol's pirate days are now behind him! And so, he's returned to reclaim both his castle and his country!" Chess added.
"And after hearing of that brats return, we have a score to settle with him!" Musshuru added with a snarl.
"It's freezing out here." Luffy said, shivering in the cold while tried to wrap himself up.
"YOU'RE REALLY ARE AN IDIOT!" Sanji and Ventus shouts at him with annoyance.
"YEAH, IT'S 50 BELOW ZERO!" Chopper added.
"I think they're ignoring us." Chess muttered, annoyed that their being ignored when Wapol sat up with a groan.
"Straw Hat, you've got some nerve." Wapol muttered with anger. "Just you wait, I'm gonna bite you into pieces!"
"Um sorry, but you have to hang on for just a minute, he had to go get a coat." Sanji told him when Luffy quickly disappeared.
"IS THIS A JOKE?!" Wapol yelled, flailing his arms. "Well, in that case, I'll just have to eat you first, throne-stealer!"
"Yeah, that's not gonna happen because I can burn your mouth in seconds." Ventus told him with a deadpan expression. "Besides, I have no interest of being someone's king or your stupid throne."
"Don't play stupid with me!" Wapol retorts angrily, pointing his accusing finger at the young Dragoon. "You, while I was out in the ocean, finding my way back here, you were planning on taking my throne! I heard from everyone in the village, throne-stealer! So don't try to talk your way out of this!"
"Do you even hear yourself?" Ventus rhetorically questions. "For a false King, you're just as stupid as you look."
"Shut up!" Wapol shouts.
"Hey, Ventus." Chopper called him, earned his attention. "Just now, he can stretch himself, how?"
"Like you, he ate the Devil fruit that has the ability to stretch himself, like rubber." Ventus explains. "In other words, he's a monster."
Chopper understands what Ventus is telling him about Luffy.
"Well, well, looks like we're up against that old hag, a reindeer, and a few of the Straw Hats. Not that much of a challenge, this will be over quickly and once we eliminated them, there won't be anyone else fool-hardy enough to defy me." Wapol stated with a smug, crossing his arms.
"Of course, my King." Chess agrees. "Today will be remembered as the day you've restored Drum Kingdom to its former glory."
'Like I'll let it happen.' Ventus mentally shouts, readied his lance.
"I'll start with you, Dr. Kureha! You've committed a major offense by moving into my castle! And afterwards, I'm taking care of you next, throne-stealer! You think you can just come here and take my throne, think again!" Wapol states.
"Wow, you're really stupid as you look. No wonder you and your goons didn't stand a chance against me." Ventus insulted. "I said it before and I'm gonna say it again, you're a false King."
"Shut up!" Wapol retorts with a shout. "And what's greater thing of offense is that by flying that strange flag!"
"It's not yours! Not anymore, it's Hiriluks grave." Dr. Kureha stated calmly. "I wasn't interested in this rundown place with all the bad things you did here, but we can use it to do some good and the reindeer insisted on flying the doctors flag."
'After what happen to him, Chopper really looks up to him.' Ventus thought with a sympathy smile, looking at the reindeer.
'And that's why I raise this skull and crossbones as a challenge to all the diseases of the world. This symbolizes my belief, that nothing is impossible! I will save this country with my doctor skills! By raising this flag, I vow to fight just like the pirates do!'
These words have echoed on Chopper's head, remembered what he told him about the pirate flag years ago.
'Doctor, he fought to save this country by raising that flag.' Chopper mentally thought, remembered the good times with Dr. Hiriluk and how he died before the mushroom could kill him. 'This castle is where Doctor died, he gave his life trying to save this country. This place is his grave and the symbol of what he believed in.'
Ventus can tell that Chopper is thinking about Dr. Hiriluk, but Wapol on the other hand, he just laughs it off.
"I'd almost forgotten that fool!" Wapol mocks with a laughter for a few minutes, leaving Ventus anger to boil. The former King then turned his expression into a scowl. "How dare you desecrate my castle by flying the flag of a stupid doctor?! I command that it be burned immediately!"
And that does it, Ventus is now had enough of his mockery and his stupidity as he sprint towards the former King with pure rage.
"Don't think we'll fall for that twice!" Chess and Kuromarimo shouts in unison, shielding their former King.
"GET OUT OF MY WAY! Petal Storm" Ventus then unleashed his wind magic, slashing them with his petal wind and knocking them out in the air. He then leaps before Wapol could even get the chance to chomp him.
"Soaring High" Ventus then channels his lance with lightning, descends down when he was about to strike Wapol.
Until, Musshuru managed to block that attack, protecting his brother, but inflicted damage from Ventus' lightning magic.
"Do you honestly think that I would let you kill that imbecilic brother of mine?!" Musshuru exclaims with a scowl, readied his fist. "For the past nine months, I've waited a long time for given you the same way you've given me! Spin Drill"
Soon as his fist turns into a drill, Ventus kicks him in the face and backflips in the air, making him stumble back a bit while the young Dragoon lands on the ground.
"And it seems your nine long months of payback just wasted." Ventus taunts with a smirk, stood up. "Didn't think I was caught off-guard. I'm impressed."
"And you've gotten stronger the last time we fight." Musshuru said with a smirk. "You may have beaten me, but don't think I let you win twice."
Ventus and Musshuru readied their fighting stance, about to clash against each other.
"I'll never let you touch that flag or get inside this castle." Chopper growled, changing into his human form and earned their attention. "Never..."
"Look, sir, he's that..."
"Yeah, you're right! It is him! He's that doctors monster, the one Dalton stopped!"
Musshuru, Kuromarimo, and Chess now remembered Chopper, the same reindeer who went enraged of Hiriluk's death and attempt to kill Wapol, but stopped by Dalton six years ago.
"That flag there...it's a symbol of his faith...I won't let you take it down! Not now! Not ever!" Chopper shouts with a glare on his face, but Wapol just laugh it off.
"We're gonna take it and all of you down! And we're going to the castle! Show them no mercy, boys!" Wapol shouts with a smirk.
"Sanji, I should warn you about Kuromarimo." Ventus told him, earned his attention. "His afro can stick you like magnet, only because the afro of his had the static electricity."
"Got it." Sanji confirms with an understanding. "And I take it you're fighting with that guy?"
"Yeah. Because I know him and these idiots too long." Ventus nods with a statement, turns to Musshuru with his dragon eyes. "Besides, I still have a score to settle with Wapol, but I'll make an exception by fighting against Musshuru."
"That's fine by me, Chopper and I will handle these two clowns. That way, it'll even the odds." Sanji told him. "Old lady, are you gonna fight too?"
Ventus flinched, had a bad feeling about this.
"Old lady?" Dr. Kureha repeats with a glare, bonked him in the head very head. "If their more than you can handle, I'll step in."
"Should've kept your mouth shut, Sanji." Ventus warned him quietly.
"Couldn't agree more." Sanji agrees, rubbing his sore head.
"Don't you worry, sir, we'll get them out of your hair! And speaking of hair!" Kuromarimo shouts as he fires the afro, sending it straight towards Dr. Kureha.
"Doctrine/Dr. Kureha!" Chopper and Ventus shouts with worry in unison, but Sanji channels fire with his foot along with wind as he blocks it and burns it to ashes.
"What the?!" Kuromarimo exclaims with shock.
"Hey big man with the afro, didn't your mother ever tell you it's not right to strike a lady? Especially not a hot young one?" Sanji questions with a glare.
"Is that really the best time to talk about that?!" Ventus yelled with white eyes, a tick mark on his head, and shark-like teeth.
"Now that's more like it, blondie." Dr. Kureha said with a smirk, cackle a bit.
Chopper then sighed with relief, glad that Sanji stopped the afro just in time.
"How is it possible that you learned magic?! I thought Ventus was the only one who can use it!" Kuromarimo exclaims.
"Ventus and Anna were the ones who taught me how to use magic. It only acquires when my affinities are measured, so my affinity is between wind and fire." Sanji explains with a smirk. "So, I asked him that I can spar with him while learning magic along the way."
"But that's impossible!" Chess exclaims with shock. "No way you learned magic! Ventus is the only one who can use it!?"
"Yeah that's true, but don't forget, Anna's affinity is wind because of a trait as a ranger. And Ventus is a special case because he's got more than one affinities." Sanji told him. "I'm still learning how to use it, but I'm a fast learner. Guess I'm gonna have to use my magic for a test drive."
Kuromarimo and Chess couldn't help but glare at Sanji. Musshuru and Ventus then clashed against each other, trading blows while blocking each other. Ventus can tell that Musshuru was able to keep up with his amount of speed and agility which he surprised, but Musshuru was also impressed of how strong the young Dragoon is.
After a few minutes of clashing against each other, they jumped a few steps back.
"Run Hypha" Musshuru sends a large number of spores through the ground, travel towards Ventus but he readied his fighting stance.
"Dragon Breath" Ventus leaps up in the air and the dragon spirit spews fire at the mushrooms. Descends down towards Musshuru, unleashed his slash combo which he was able to dodge them all, but the young Dragoon won't give up that easily.
"Rising Drive" Ventus ascend upwards while twirl his lance and slams him upward, making him scream in pain.
"Cherry Blossom" Ventus then send out a wind projectile at Musshuru along with petals, sent him flying down to the ground and crashed against it.
Kuromarimo and Chess were shocked that Musshuru is getting beaten by Ventus, but Wapol doesn't care about his brother because they don't get along for the most part and he's disappointed that Musshuru is getting beaten by the young Dragoon. Sanji and Chopper on the other hand we're impressed of Ventus fighting against someone with experience.
Musshuru pulls himself up, stood up with a pant on his face. He's a bit of a mess because of the pain he's been inflicted, but he won't give up without a fight because he's got tricks under his sleeves.
"Lot Stiffen" Musshuru creates six purple clones of himself from the spores within his body. They then change colors, making them look like the original which Ventus raise his eyebrow with a suspicious glare. "You think it's easy to beat me when you got seven of me's now?!"
The clones and himself charges after Ventus as he readied his lance with his calm yet serious expression on his face.
"Six Dragons" Ventus then summons the dragon spirits, charging after the six clones.
Kuromarimo, Chess, and Wapol were completely shocked of his new power, even Sanji and Chopper were shocked as well. Dr. Kureha was impressed that Ventus have gotten stronger the last he's been here, but didn't think he was that strong considering of the new powers she has witnessed.
Both Ventus and Musshuru continued to clash with dragons and clones, but the young Dragoon can sense that the real one is behind him as he leaps in midair, dodging his sneak attack.
"Lance Burst" Ventus charge forward, stabbing him and then flips and kick him into the air.
"Six Dragon Thrust" Ventus then leaps after him when the dragon spirits destroyed the clones. He then thrust his lance six times and the dragon spirits goes after Musshuru, damaging him and with the final thrust, the dragon spirit sent him down to the ground.
Ventus then lands on the snowy ground, placing his lance on his shoulder. Musshuru then pulls himself up, but in a bloody mess when he's heavily wounded with slash marks and bite marks from dragons.
Both Chess and Kuromarimo were about to intervene, but Sanji and Chopper block their way. Chopper punches Chess in the face with his fist.
"Collier Shoot" Sanji jumps in the air, lands a powerful kick in the neck, sent Kuromarimo flying and crashed against the ground.
"Sorry, but you're dealing with us." Sanji states. "Can't let you interfere anyone else's fight."
Wapol isn't too happy, seeing his men are getting beaten by the Straw hat pirates and Chopper. Kuromarimo stood up with pure anger on his face as he then charges after Sanji, readied his afro fist.
"Collier"
Sanji starts by kicking his neck, making him stumble a bit.
"Epaule"
He then sent a downward kick to the shoulder, knocking him off-balance.
"Cotellete"
He then drops down into a one-hand stand position, kicking him in the rib.
"Selle"
He then does a combo by spins around in the opposite direction, delivering a fast kick to the lower back.
"Poitrine"
He then sent a straight kick into the chest.
"Gigot"
He then delivers a sweeping kick to the kneecaps, sent Kuromarimo flying.
"Now! Mouton Shot"
Sanji then finally delivers a powerful kick by flying into the air and channels all his might into one leg to deliver a flurry of kicks between the midsection and the head. He then unleashes a devastating attack, sent Kuromarimo flying and smashed against the ground.
Wapol and Chess were stunned that Sanji have beaten Kuromarimo which they weren't very happy about it. Dr. Kureha on the other hand, she's impressed that Sanji managed to beat Kuromarimo since the fight between Ventus and Musshuru is taking too long.
"Heh! So much for your afro man." Sanji states with a victorious smirk on his face. "Guess he's all bark and no bite after all."
Wapol couldn't help but growl at the chef, angry of his win.
But the fight between Ventus and Musshuru is still on, clashing against each other. Musshuru was still holding on, but barely since he's know on the defense. Ventus was about to slash him, but Musshuru quickly dodges and get enough distance from the young Dragoon.
"Snow Spore" Musshuru then lets out a massive wave of spores from his body, sending it towards Ventus.
"Dragon Breath" Ventus summons a dragon spirit as it spews fire, burning the spores which, it neutralizes the poison. He then descends down, unleashed a slash combo while leaping, causing him to grunt in pain.
Soon as he lands, Ventus suddenly starting to grow numb and coughs a bit of his blood.
"Ventus, what's wrong?" Sanji shouts with a question.
"He must've gotten too overconfident when he's beating Musshuru." Dr. Kureha explains. "He must've planned all this by getting him to inhale poison, so it'll spread all over his body."
"Wait, are you serious?!" Sanji exclaims with shock when he heard that explanation.
'Damn! So that's his plan, he's using the spores and getting me to inhale the poison. Seems I underestimated him and his dirty plan.' Ventus mentally thought with a scowl, cursed himself. "Bastard!"
"You really think I didn't have a plan, did you? I knew you were going to kill me from the start along with my idiot brother. So, I came up with a plan to slow you down by sending the number of spores on you and have the poison spread all over you." Musshuru explains with a smirk, wiping the blood off his lip. "Once the poison gets to your heart, you're a dead dragon and I earned the reputation as a slayer."
'Shit! I can't afford to die for this! I still have to find my uncles and bring them to justice for what they did to my family!' Ventus mentally shouts, tried to think of a way to get out.
"Spin Drill" Musshuru swiftly charges after Ventus, turns his fist into a drill as he strikes him in the chest.
Ventus is then sent flying and smacked against the wall, but the poisonous spread is making it worse for him.
"Run Hypha" Musshuru then creates a large amount of spores into the ground, travels towards the young Dragoon and holds him.
"Now that you're caught with my spores, I'm gonna watch you die nice and slowly." Musshuru states with a smirk, cross his arms. "So Ventus, any last words before you die?"
'That sneaky bastard! I'm not letting him get away with this!' Ventus mentally thought with anger. 'I can't transform into a dragon in this state because of the poison is spreading my body.'
"Six Dragons" Ventus then summons the dragon spirits, leaving Musshuru shocked as the dragon spirits charged after him. The sixth dragon spirit stayed behind, freeing him from the spores. Ventus then collapses down to his knees while Musshuru fights them off with his clones.
Sanji, Chopper, and Dr. Kureha are worried of his well-being, thinking his fight might be over and he'll die. Ventus panted heavily as he pulls himself up, standing up since he has enough time to come up with a plan. Until, Ventus remembered something back in Burmecia, remembered dancing with Freya long ago.
"Dance of Plenty" Ventus turns his left, saw the image of Freya as she turned her head to him. She nods as they begin to use the Cleyra Dance.
Chopper and Dr. Kureha are watching them dance while Sanji went goo-goo eyes on the female anthromorphic rat dancing with the young Dragoon. Wapol and Chess were confused, but wondering why they have to dance at a time like this. Musshuru managed to beat the last dragon spirit, but turns his head to Ventus, seeing him dancing with Freya.
'What is he upto? And why is he dancing?' Musshuru mentally questions.
Soon as the dance is finished, the green aura surrounds Ventus, healing him and the poison is gone. Freya then disappears with a smile on her face, proud of her student. Ventus turns his head to Musshuru, readied his fighting stance.
"How the hell were you able to recover that fast?! My spores could've killed you!" Musshuru shouts with a glare.
"True, but you forget to realize that I've learned a healing spell that can cleanse the poison. It's called Dance of Plenty, this magic allows me to heal not only myself, but one of my friends." Ventus explains with a smirk. "However, the catch is I need someone who knows of the Cleyra Dance."
Musshuru growled at him with a glare, couldn't believe that Ventus has a hidden healing magic that can clear the poison out of his body.
"Grrrr, it doesn't matter how much tricks you've got in your sleeve! I'm still gonna kill you!" Musshuru yelled with anger, points his finger at him. "Spin Drill"
Musshuru swiftly charges after Ventus, turns his fist into a drill as he was about to strike him, but the young Dragoon blocks his attack with his lance. Ventus then pushes Musshuru back.
"Sonic Thrust" Ventus then retaliates by delivering a multiple thrust, jabbing him and making him scream in pain.
"Moonblossom Dragon" Ventus then leaps in the air and channels his lance with the wind along with the dragon spirit, using his slash combo while leaping in the air. Musshuru is screaming in pain because of the damage he's inflicted.
Ventus then finishes him off, descends down towards him as he impales him in the shoulder while the dragon spirit bites him and the wind slashes him, causing the snow dust to appear. Sanji, Chopper, Dr. Kureha, Wapol, and Chess are watching the fight, but can't see who stands victorious.
Soon as the snow dust clears, Ventus is still standing and Musshuru is left defeated and resulted dead because of the wounds and dragon bite marks. Chess is extremely stunned that Musshuru is not only beaten, but dead. Wapol is disappointed that his brother is defeated, but doesn't care that if he's dead or not.
"An eye for an eye, right?" Ventus questions with a growl, tossing Musshuru into the pile of snow. "Chopper lost his father-figure six years ago. Now you lost your brother."
"So what that I lost that moron!?" Wapol shouts with a glare. "He's nothing but a tool!"
"Then you left me no choice but to kill you the same way I did to Musshuru." Ventus snarled with anger.
When Ventus was about to fight Wapol, Chopper charges after him with enraged expression, but Wapol uses his Devil Fruit power to chomp the reindeer.
"Chopper!" Ventus and Dr. Kureha shouts his name in unison with their eyes widen.
Until, Luffy rushed out of the castle with his own winter coat since he missed the entire fight. Sanji turns his head to the rubber captain, glad to see him in the winter coat.
"Luffy! Grab my leg from there!" Sanji shouts, lift his leg up.
"Leg? Sure." Luffy complies as he stretches his arms, grabbing Sanji's leg. "Like this?"
"Yep! Just don't let go!" Sanji replies as he then kicks forward. "Armee de L'Air Assault Gum Shoot"
Soon as Sanji kicks forward, Luffy launches himself with higher speed, shoulder tackled Wapol in the stomach and forced him to spit Chopper out of his mouth. Wapol was then sent flying and hit the White Walkie, sent the white furred animal flying into the sky, but Wapol crashed into the snowy ground. Dr. Kureha smirked, impress that not only Musshuru is dead, but Luffy knocked Wapol out.
"Not too shabby." Sanji muttered with a smirk.
"You can say that again." Ventus agrees, earned his attention.
"Take it you've done yours?" Sanji questions, earned a nod from him. "Hey, at least you're not in full dragon, but still, glad you didn't go all out in blind rage."
"Yeah, and that dance was amazing. Where did you learn that?" Chopper asks with amazement.
"Freya taught me." Ventus answered simply. "She taught me how to dance years ago."
"Well, I think it's amazing." Sanji compliments. "Freya and Fratley taught you well."
"What? Who taught Ventus well?" Luffy asks in confusion.
"Long story, you missed the fight between Ventus and Musshuru." Sanji explains. "Ventus won the fight and killed Musshuru in the end."
"Really?" Luffy asks, but reacts with a smile. "I may not like you kill someone, but you did it for the right reason."
Ventus gives him a nod with a thankful smile.
"Wapol, sir, are you alright?" Kuromarimo asks with worried, somehow recovered.
"We've underestimated them. They're stronger than we thought!" Chess exclaims, growled at the Straw Hat pirates. "Not to mention that Ventus even killed Musshuru! We underestimated that brat!"
"Then it's time to bring out my guns and my bigger appetite!" Wapol groans with anger, earned their attention. "I'll show them! The true power of the Munch-Munch fruit!"
"Very good, sir." Chess said as Wapol pulls himself up.
"That's right, I show them the Munch-Munch Factory" Wapol yelled with anger.
"Whoa, he stood up." Luffy stated with shock.
"So does Kuromarimo." Ventus added.
"Yeah, but how?! You hit him pretty hard!" Sanji exclaims. "Not to mention I beat that hairball guy silly."
"I guess they're tough." Luffy guessed, causing Dr. Kureha to scowl.
"He doesn't even know when to give up, after what I did to his brother. That heartless bastard." Ventus muttered with anger.
"Hey Chess, tell me what I ate today in the exact order I ate it." Wapol ordered as Chess complied to that order, looking through the book.
"Well sir, you started by eating two cannons on the ship: One sauteed in butter and the other raw, then it was a cannonball and gunpowder salad, followed by the main course of a toasted cottage." Chess told him.
"And you thought I eat alot." Luffy told him with a sweat drop.
"You do, but this guy is a bigger pig than you." Sanji points out.
"I second that. He's got no dignity and no manners at all." Ventus agrees.
"You see, Straw Hat, throne-stealer, whatever I eat becomes part of my body thanks to the Munch-Munch fruit." Wapol growls with a sinister smile as he starts the transformation, turning his arms into cannons, turning his head into a chimney, and his body into a house. "Munch-Munch Shock: Wapol House"
"A house!?" Sanji exclaims.
"The hell!" Ventus exclaims.
"Awesome!" Luffy states with amazement.
"Now if you'll please excuse, I have to eat! Behold the Munch-Munch Factory" Wapol then took a bite out of Chess and Kuromarimo, leaving Sanji, Chopper, and Luffy shocked while Ventus growled with anger.
"No way!" Sanji exclaims with horror, watching Wapol eating Chess and Kuromarimo. "He-He's eating his own men!"
"Bastard!" Ventus cursed him.
"THAT'S SOOOO MEEEEEEAAAAAAAN!" Luffy shouts with his jaws dropped.
Soon as Wapol had his fill, he began moving around from side-to-side after the steam came out of his head and his cannon-like hands. He then stops, letting the steam came out again.
"He stopped." Chopper muttered.
"Feast your eyes on this! Come forth, you Miraculous Union!" Wapol shouts.
"What kind of union?!" Sanji demands.
"I had a bad feeling about this." Ventus muttered.
As the door opens from Wapol's belly, it revealed to be a fusion between Chess and Kuromarimo.
"Allow me to introduce myself! I am the strongest warrior of Drum Kingdom!" The fusion said as he came out of the stomach.
The fusion has an appearance of a large man and a combination between Chess and Kuromarimo. He has four thin arms, short legs, and wide-set body. He wore a similar clothing to his original parts, sharing the coat patterns of Chess and Kuromarimos clothes.
"Chessmarimo! Hah!" Chessmarimo introduced himself.
"'Miraculous Union?' More like Ridiculous Union." Sanji states with a sweat drop.
"This is stupid." Ventus muttered.
"SWEEEEEEEEEET~!" Luffy states, amazed with his tongue wagging and his eyes budging.
"IT'S RIDICULOUS/STUPID!" Ventus and Sanji shouts in unison with annoyance, showing their shark-like teeth.
"Just don't let your guard down." Dr. Kureha warned them, earned Sanji's attention. "They might look silly, but don't be fooled, they're tough. So tough that the citizens couldn't stand against them, that's how these thugs were able to exile all of the doctors."
Sanji and Ventus now begins to understand the reason why the doctors weren't here on the island years ago because of Wapol and his group of followers as they turned to Wapol and Chessmarimo. They three can only grin with sinister expression on their faces.
"Article 1 of the Drum Kingdoms Constitution: Those who don't do as the King wishes will be put to death. That's the number 1 law of this country." Wapol told them. "You've refused my wishes and broke that law."
"And since when do we ever listen to your stupid laws?" Ventus rhetorically questions. "In case you didn't notice, we're pirates! We do whatever we want.
"Shut up! No one ask you!?" Wapol yelled with anger. "Now you were all going to be punished for your crimes! But first, I'm gonna deal with that better than the quacks flag sullying my regal castle! It's time that I took that thing down!"
Wapol then fires the cannonball, shot down Dr. Hiriluk's flag. Luffy turns his head at the tower, notices the pirate flag that's about to be fallen down. Chopper couldn't help but widen his eyes with dread, seeing Dr. Hiriluks flag goes down.
"A pirate flag..." Luffy muttered. "Hey reindeer, that flag..."
'Nothing is impossible for a man who raises a pirate flag! Isn't that what I told you, huh?!'
These words have echoed on Chopper's mind, remembered what Dr. Hiriluk told him about the pirate flag years ago. Ventus has had enough of Wapol when he about to charge after him out of pure rage, but Chopper beat him to it.
"How dare you?! You attacked Doctors flag, you freak!?" Chopper yelled with anger, sprinting after Wapol as he leaps in midair while turning into a human form. He then grabs hold of him. "Doctor tried to...He tried to save even you!"
When Chopper was about to punch Wapol, he then remembered those words from Dr. Hiriluk.
'Chopper, try not to hold grudge against us humans, okay? This country is sick right now, the people and the King both suffer from the terrible sickness of the heart.'
He then widens his eyes and stopped himself, not going to punch Wapol.
'But this is Wapol, doctor, someone as bad as him isn't worth saving, is he?' Chopper mentally questions about Dr. Hiriluks words, but decided not to hit Wapol. "I...I won't hurt you if you'd just leave this country forever."
"Chopper, what are you doing?! Even if he does promise that, you can't trust a word that Wapol says!" Dr. Kureha shouts, shocked that Chopper won't hurt him.
"She's right, Wapol is a heartless bastard who's not worth saving because of what he did to this island!" Ventus shouts, tried to reason with the reindeer.
"But...Doctor said-"
Wapol got a chance as he fires the cannon, shooting Chopper and sent him flying.
"CHOPPER!" Dr. Kureha and Ventus shouts his name in unsion as the reindeer came crashing at the snowy grounds.
"Hey, big mouth!" Luffy shouts, earned his attention when he saw the rubber captain stands next to the pirate flag with the torn sleeve tied next to the broken flagpole.
"Straw Hat!" Wapol shouts, shocked that the pirate flag is still standing. Even Chopper is surprised that Luffy managed to climb up to the tower and tied the flagpole.
"You guys weren't real pirates, you were just fake ones, weren't you?!" Luffy shouts seriously. "That's why you don't know what flying a pirate flag means cuz' you were just a bunch of fake who didn't risk your lives!"
"That guy..." Chopper muttered.
"'What a pirate flag means, Straw Hat?'" Wapol repeats, laughs with a mockery. "Don't make me laugh, flags have no meaning!"
"If you think that, you're dumber than you look!" Luffy retorts.
"What?!" Wapol exclaims, feeling offended. Ventus then realizes what Luffy is planning.
"Listen, pirate flags stand for something, big mouth, you're raised to some kind of joke!" Luffy told him.
"Moron! The only joke is that I let you live as long as I have! Since you dared put that flag back after I knocked it down, it's time to deliver the punch line!" Wapol declared as he fired to cannon.
"HEY YOU, LOOK OUT!" Chopper yelled at Luffy when the cannonball is heading straight to him and the pirate flag.
"Do your worst! You can't break this flag!" Luffy remarks with a statement as the cannonball shot him and the pirate flag.
"LUFFY!"
"WAS HE HIT?!"
"He was blown to pieces!" Wapol states with a laugh, smirked.
"I won't be so sure if I were you." Ventus warned him, earned his attention.
"What are you saying? You saw, didn't you?" Sanji questions, feeling skeptic.
"It'll take more than a cannonball to kill him." Ventus assured him.
Soon as the smoke clears, Luffy is still standing and still carries the pirate flag.
"I've told you, you can't break it." Luffy growled, leaving Wapol stopped laughing.
"What?! How did he do that?!" Chessmarimo exclaims with shock. "It's impossible!"
"I have no idea who this pirate flag originally belongs too, but it doesn't matter! A pirate flag is someone's pledge to risk their life! It's not something to laugh at!" Luffy declared with serious expression on his face. "IT'S STANDS FOR SOMETHING YOU JACKASSES WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND IN A MILLION YEARS!"
It got Wapol and Chessmarimo shocked and feeling insulted by Luffy's remark. Chopper couldn't help but look at Luffy with an amazed expression on his face and Ventus somehow calms down a little.
'Incredible! So this is a pirate!' Chopper mentally thought with awe.
"It won't break! Ever! Cuz' the skull on it is a symbol of faith!" Luffy states.
