This is the 31st chapter. I don't own the series of One Piece.

Erumalu, City of Green!

In three years, not a drop of rain has fallen in the desert kingdom of Alabasta, the Land of Oasis. Desperate for rain and prodded by outside forces, the kingdoms people are taking up weapons. The land is at the brink of war. With nowhere else to turn, the people are turning on each other. After arriving in the Alabasta port town of Nanohana, Luffy was reunited with his older brother, Ace. Ace and Ventus are working together and demonstrated the power of the Flame-Flame fruit. And now with him by his side, the Straw Hat pirates follow the Sandora river upstream towards Yuba.

Alabasta, Alubarna

In the city of Alubarna, the people of Alabasta are making their way towards the kingdom when the guards rushed down to stop them when they cross their weapons.

"Hold it!"

"What business do you have here?!"

The people of Alabasta then got close to the guards as one of them spoke.

"We have to see the King! We're dying out here! How much longer can this war go on?!"

"Between the war and the drought, there's nothing to eat! Our crops and livestock are dead!"

"My baby needs milk! There must some at the palace! Let us in!"

The people are begging to see Cobra Nefertari, but the guards won't let them inside of the palace. However, they heard the doors were open as Cobra Nefertari revealed himself from the entrance of the palace which it got their attention as he walks a few steps while staring at the people and the guards with a serious expression on his face.

"Are you just stand there?!"

"And do nothing?!"

"And you call yourself a King?!"

The crowd is starting to get riled up and about to go after Cobra when the guards tried to stop them.

"Shut up! How dare you insult his royal highness?!"

"They have every right! All of them!" Cobra shouts, stopped them as he walked towards the steps and stops. "I'm sorry, you all have to put up with an unbearable suffering because of my lack of strength, and for that, I apologize. Those who wish to speak, please come inside of the palace. Tell me of your quarrels and I will listen, the only thing I can promise is that I will share your suffering as if it were my own. I asked that you endure a little more. Mark my words though, I will return peace to this kingdom. Even if it takes my life to do so."

Cobra then remembered what happened years ago in Alabasta since the incident that causes the drought and it causes the people to rebel. Vivi knew that everything about the incident was a set-up and someone tried to overthrew him and the kingdom.

After Cobra finished his flashback, the people of Alabasta went inside of the place. The two guards give Cobra a nod as they follow the people while the king of Alabasta looks at the sky.

'I hope you're alright, my dear.' Cobra thought, hoping his daughter is alright. 'I wonder where you are right now? And what you're doing at this very moment, Vivi?'

Alabasta, Sandora River

Some time later after doing a few more rounds of cheers, the Straw Hat pirates all went back to do their usual things. Ventus and Anna were helping Sanji make some food and pack them in the bags for the journey to Yuba. Chopper is laying on the deck, feeling the nice breeze which Zoro is doing some training by swinging his dumbbell. Shanise, Nami, and Ivan are watching the horizon while keeping the ship straight to Erumalu. Vivi is writing a message to her father at the bedroom when Sanji arrived and spoke.

"The tea is ready. Come on up to the kitchen." Sanji told her.

"Thanks, Sanji. I'll be right there." Vivi said with an appreciated smile.

Sanji then went upstairs, head towards the kitchen. However, Usopp and Luffy went inside of the kitchen, playing the rice instead of helping which it got Ventus and Anna annoyed.

"Ahoy there, mateys~! It is me, Captain Riceball Usopp!" Usopp said, imitating while stuck his finger with the riceball. "And who might you be, huh?"

"I'm Ricey, the Riceman!" Luffy exclaims with a goofy grin, showing the riceball man.

It didn't take long for Sanji to get to the kitchen as he whacked them in the heads with pans.

"Quit playing with our food, you damn numbskulls!" Sanji shouts with white eyes and shark-like teeth. "If you've got free time, wash dishes! I could use some help since me, Ventus, and Anna still have to pack all the food for the hike to Yuba!?"

"Let me know if I can help." Ace offered with a smile which it got Sanji's attention.

"No. You're our guest, so just sit back and relax." Sanji suggests. Thanks though."

"Alright." Ace said with a smile.

However, it got them noticed Luffy and Usopp washing the dishes on the wooden buckets before Sanji could even start washing the dishes and Ventus and Anna getting back on making riceballs.

"That's mop water, you idiots! We just swab the decks with!?" Sanji yelled at the two with a tick mark on his head.

"If you two aren't going to help, then get the hell out!" Anna shouts, kicking both Luffy and Usopp out of the kitchen. "Those idiots!"

With that, Anna decided to help Sanji get the dishes cleaned up while Ace helps Ventus make some riceballs, trying to get everything ready for the long journey to Yuba.

While at the deck, Zoro is swinging the dumbbell while Chopper is relaxing on the stairs.

"Ah, what a nice breeze~." Chopper said with a smile.

Vivi made her way at the front of the ship when she approaches Nami, Shanise, and Ivan, who're watching the horizon.

"Nami, Shanise, Ivan, if you three don't mind, I'd like to stop the ship here." Vivi told them, earned their attention. "It'll just be for a moment."

"Stop? What for?" Nami inquires.

"I have a very important mission for Carue." Vivi answered, turns to Carue.

"Carue?" Nami repeats.

"What do you need him for?" Ivan inquires.

Soon as they land on the shoreline, some of the crew disembark while some stayed on the ship in case either the Baroque Works or the Marines were coming for them.

"Carue, I need you to go to Alubarna Palace and deliver this letter to my father." Vivi told the duck. "It contains everything uncovered by Igaram and myself. The details of Crocodile's and the nefarious plans for this country are in here. Also, it lets him know that I've returned to Alabasta safe and sound with the company of brave friends, willing to help us in our struggle."

Carue can tell Vivi wants to let her father know that she made it to Alabasta with her friends.

"Well then, can you do this for me, Carue?" Vivi asks when Carue accepts with a quack and a salute, leaving her smiled as she kneeled down, extends the message to the duck. "Now, be careful to conserve of your water, okay?"

Vivi then stood up while Carue responds with a quack.

"Good luck. You can do it, duck." Luffy said with a grin.

"Go let my father know, Carue." Vivi told the duck. "There's hope for this kingdom at last."

And with that Carue then make his way to Alubarna, but stopped for a second as he drinks a water and then sprint towards the Palace.

"I SAID CONSERVE! NOT CONSUME!" Vivi yelled, but Carue is already out of sight. "Thank you, good luck."

"Well, I did know that Crocodile was here in Alabasta, but him try to steal a kingdom? That sounds like a bad joke." Ace states with a smirk, leaning against the rail. "Because why would a pirate drop anchor in one spot and settle down? Crocodile trying to usurp the throne of Alabasta doesn't make sense-"

"Alright! Let's set sail!" Luffy shouts excitedly when he and the crew were on the ship.

"Hold on!" Usopp protests, tried to get on the ship.

"You know, there could be another side to this take over thing." Ace states, walking away.

"Huh?" Zoro asks, wondering what does he mean by that.

"Like some sort of deeper goal or something." Ace clarifies.

Somewhere in Alabasta

Meanwhile, Crocodile looks at the window filled with water while lighting up his cigar.

"Alabasta, the Kingdom of Sand, even if you can build cities a top to dunes and they manage to stand for thousand years, the desert will still be filled with stench of death." Crocodile muttered, pulling the curtains with his golden hook and look at the view of the waters. "Death is a constant, and this land has embraced its shadows since this inception."

And then, he heard the sound of footsteps when Ms. All-Sunday approaches and spoke.

"I've just got a report, it's about the Billion ships stationed at Nanohana. They were destroyed by someone, and all hands are reported lost." Ms. All-Sunday informed him. "Of course, I'm having all of this verified as we speak."

Crocodile wasn't too happy about his agents being killed, but didn't even know that it was Ace and Ventus who killed the Billions. He puff the smoke out of his mouth and spoke.

"No great loss, we have more replacements for the Billions that will ever need." Crocodile told her with a shrug. "A single drop of water spilled in the desert is insignificant and no obstacle for my plan. However, is anyone who would dare defy me has appeared in this land, crush them underfoot."

"Understood." Ms. All-Sunday complies as she then leaves. "I've already dispatched the lizard runners to contact our other agents."

"Excellent." Crocodile said, closes the curtains.

Alabasta, Sandora River

The Straw Hat pirates then made their way towards the shore which Chopper is really excited about journeying across the desert.

"We're finally here." Luffy states.

"Wow! So, we're going into the desert?" Chopper asks. "Does anyone know how hot it's supposed to get?"

"Over 100 degrees in the daytime." Nami told him.

"What?! Please tell me you're joking?!" Chopper exclaims, slides down on the wooden rail.

"AHH! NAMI, WHAT HAPPENED?! WHERE'S YOUR DANCER OUTFIT?!" Sanji questions with shock, saw Nami in a cloak with budging eyes and shark-like teeth, but he also notices Vivi wore a cloak also. "AHH! YOU TOO?! VIVI, WHY ARE YOU WEARING THAT?!"

"Because any expose skin will get sunburned." Vivi told him. "You have to cover up in the desert."

"But...those outfits...were so sexy." Sanji whines, sulking like a child.

"And this is exactly why we bought these cloaks, seeing that someone like you wouldn't understand the desert climate." Anna berates him.

Anna is now wearing a black hauberk with a leather vest, a leather vambraces, leather skirt, black pants, and leather boots. She also wore a black hooded cloak over her shoulders.

Ventus wore a light blue shirt with white hood, white sash, light blue pants, and white boots.

"Speaking of which, are you going to be alright, Ventus?" Nami asks when she turns to the young Dragoon. "I noticed you only bought two cloaks."

"I'll be fine. I can use scales to prevent my skin getting sunburns and keeping my body temperature cool." Ventus assures her.

"But won't you feel hot wearing that?" Vivi asks.

"Believe it or not, dragons use their body temperatures between either of the climates they're in. They're in between warm-blooded and cold-blooded, it won't matter which climate their in." Ventus explains as he partially turns himself into a dragon, sprouts his wings and revealing his scales and his horns.

"Hmm. These clothes sure come and handy when it comes to magic thread." Nami said which it got Ventus and Anna noticed the look she has 'I-wonder-how-much-berries-I-will-make-in-selling-that' face.

"Sorry Nami, his clothes aren't for sale." Anna told her with a deadpan expression, causing Nami to pout.

"Well, it's better than having him walking around naked." Ivan states, causing Nami to blush with embarrassment which she didn't forget about Ventus' physic.

"Put these on, Luffy." Vivi suggests, extends the cloak to him.

"Oh, thank you." Luffy thanked her, grabs the cloak and puts it on.

"Time to drop anchor." Zoro suggests when he, Shanise, and Usopp were heading towards the anchor.

"Right." Usopp complies while Shanise responds with a nod.

Unknown to the pirate crew, something went bump on Ace's small ship which it got Ventus' attention when he sniffs the air.

"What's wrong?" Anna asks.

"You smell something?" Sanji adds with a question.

"I don't think we're alone." Ventus told them. "It's coming from the sea."

Zoro and Shanise were about to drop the anchor when they noticed something from the sea.

"Huh? What are those?" Zoro asks curiously.

Shanise then hummed while glaring at the sea as it came out of the water, revealing the dugong-like creatures with turtle-like shells. The Straw Hat pirates

"Turtles?" Zoro guessed.

"No, I think they're seals." Luffy states.

"Kung-Fu Dugongs!?" Vivi exclaims, recognize what they are.

Suddenly, one of the Kung-Fu Dugongs begin speaking which Chopper can understand what he said.

"'If you what to come ashore, you have to beat me first. But I doubt that'll happen, you bunch of cowards.' He says." Chopper told them.

However, Ventus is starting to get very angry when Kung-Fu Dugongs were looking down on the pirate crew which it got them noticed when they him breath heavily like a caged animal. Usopp cuts in when he was about to fight them with a confident smirk.

"Nobody calls me a 'coward' and gets away with it." Usopp said as he was about to lunge after them. "Here comes the pain!"

Vivi was about to stop him, but it's too late, Kung-Fu Dugong beats Usopp in a matter of seconds.

"Kung-Fu Dugongs are really strong!" Vivi shouts.

Ventus was about to go after them which he's angry, but Luffy beats him to it when he got off the ship, punched the Kung-Fu Dugong in the head.

"See?! They're not too tough!" Luffy shouts with a victory smile, pumps his fists up in the air.

"That's bad too!" Vivi shouts.

And before they knew it, the defeated Kung-Fu Dugong stood up and look at Luffy, bows to him.

"Huh? What the?" Luffy said in confusion as the Kung-Fu Dugong looked at him with starry eyes.

"It's one of their rules: If they lose a Kung Fu match, they've become the winners pupil." Vivi explains.

"You don't say?" Zoro said with his arms crossed.

Then, the number of Kung-Fu Dugongs gathered around and look at Luffy with starry eyes, crowded the rubber Captain.

"THEY THINK YOU'RE THEIR MASTER NOW!?" Vivi yelled with white eyes and shark-like teeth.

"Right! Everyone after me!" Luffy ordered as the Kung-Fu Dugongs gathered around. "Now punch!"

As ordered, Kung-Fu Dugongs starts punching which they're not punching right.

"No! Like this!" Luffy said, readied his fighting stance and punch.

The Kung-Fu Dugongs done the same and punch like Luffy did, then switching their fists while Luffy instructs them.

Sometime later, after Luffy finished 'training' the Kung-Fu Dugongs, the pirate crew gathered their things and getting ready to leave. However, the pack of Kung-Fu Dugongs are behind Luffy.

"Right! All set! Let's go to Yuba!" Luffy said with a grin.

"Hey, wait a minute! You're not bringing them with us!" Zoro exclaims.

"Luffy, you can't!" Nami scolds.

"They're water creatures, they won't make it." Vivi adds, tried to reason with him.

"The Kung-Fu Dugongs won't last in the desert, there's no sense of having them with us." Shanise points out, crossed her arms.

"Besides, we don't have enough food and water for all of us." Anna adds.

Though, the Kung-Fu Dugongs were hugging Luffy's legs, really want to go with them which it got Nami and Vivi, except Anna and Shanise, widen their eyes.

'But they're so cute.' Nami and Vivi thought with a guilty expression as they turned away.

"It's gonna break my heart to say 'no' to them, but we can't let them come along." Nami muttered with a sweat drop.

"I agree, but how are we supposed to get them to stay?" Vivi questions with a sweat drop.

"I know." Chopper said as he smelling those bags which it got mostly food.

"What are you doing?" Sanji questions, wondering what the reindeer is up to as he found a meat.

"Here." Chopper offers, extends the meat to the Kung-Fu Dugongs. "You can have this, but only if you guys stay here, okay?"

And with that, the Kung-Fu Dugongs huddled around Chopper and take him away from the pirate crew. Ventus has had enough as he takes flight and grabs Chopper, given the Kung-Fu Dugongs an angry roar which it got them stop in their tracks and frightened. Until, they noticed Ventus has the aura of a Dragon King with enraged look. The Kung-Fu Dugongs then tried to persuade him which Ventus didn't like where this is going.

"'We all wanted to go with him and his friends. Wherever he goes, we go.' He said." Chopper told him.

"The only path they'll be heading is death. Also, we don't have enough supplies to take care of the group that big. My answer is still 'no' and it's still stands." Ventus growled with anger without looking at Chopper. "If I ever see any one of you following us, I'LL BE BURNING ALL OF YOU AND TURN YOU INTO WELL-DONE DUGONGS!?"

And with that, the Kung-Fu Dugongs then rushed back into the water with fright, leaving the Straw Hat pirates alone which they're also scared of his dragon rage.

"Didn't think he would be that mad." Sanji said with scared tone.

"No kidding...We don't want to get on his bad side." Usopp told him.

"That's what will happen if you mess with a dragon with a bad temper." Ace states.

"Yeah, we keep warning Luffy, he just won't listen." Sanji told him.

Then, the Straw Hat pirates continued to head towards Yuba while Ventus calms down since he finally let out his anger.

"Honestly, Luffy, now do get it?" Nami questions with a glare on her face.

"No, they said they wanted to go with us. So, why couldn't we let them?" Luffy asks, being oblivious as usual.

"We don't have the food and water to take care of the group that big. Also, we keep telling you not to get on Ventus' bad side, which you never listen, moron!" Nami told him.

"She's not wrong." Ivan agrees. "Besides, I don't what we would've done if Ventus didn't force them to leave."

"Yeah. They kept saying 'Where you go, we'll follow, master'. They really would have too if he didn't threaten him or me given them food." Chopper adds.

"We're lucky that our supplies kept the same, thanks to Ventus." Sanji told him. "Even though, he's angry enough to scare them away."

"Luffy is a handful." Ace told him.

"Yeah, you're telling me." Sanji agrees with a tick mark on his head.

As they continued to head towards Yuba, Vivi, Zoro, and Usopp were just standing in front of them. Curiosity got the best of them, and they walk over there to see what they're looking at.

"What's this?" Sanji inquires.

"Are we in Yuba already?" Luffy questions.

"No, this is Erumalu. It was known far and wide as the City of Green." Vivi explains as they look at the ruined city.

"It was green?" Luffy asks.

"Was this Crocodile's work?" Anna questions with a serious expression.

"Yes." Vivi confirms, turns to them. "Take a good look around, everyone. This is what Baroque Works has been doing to my country. The people of Alabasta, this is what they go through."

After several seconds of looking at Erumalu, Shanise and Ivan were starting to feel regret for joining the Baroque Works while learning the true colors of Crocodile and the agents. They continued to walk through the ruined city.

"Wow, there's nothing here at all anymore, huh?" Luffy states.

"No, it's nothing but a ghost town now." Vivi told him. "But up until a few short years ago, it was a thriving city full of gardens, palm trees, and lush green."

"In the middle of the desert?" Ventus inquires, raise his eyebrow.

"Yes." Vivi confirms.

"This place, huh?" Zoro said, kicked the dead palm tree.

"Rain was always scarce here. But by saving every last drop of water and using it wisely, the city was able to full inch flourish." Vivi explains. "Unfortunately, that's stopped when the rain did. Not a single drop of water has fallen on any part of this country for three years now."

"Three years?!" Sanji repeats shockingly.

"Wow, that long?!" Chopper asks, also shockingly.

"But wait, even without rain, there was still the river as another water source." Zoro points out.

"And it's close, why couldn't they just pipe the water in from over there?" Usopp questions, thrust his thumb at the river.

"Well, the answer to that is just up ahead." Vivi told him which Ventus and Anna had a very bad feeling about this. She then turns and walk along with the others. "Even though, it's a desert kingdom, never in a thousands of years in Alabasta's history has the rain ever stopped completely. However, there was one place in that country where the rain fell more than usual, much more in fact."

"And what place is that?" Ivan inquires curiously.

"Alubarna, the capital." Vivi answered. "The city where the King's palace is located."

Vivi then remembered of Alubarna had more rain than any of the city where the people gathered the rain while Cobra watches.

"The people of the land called it the 'King's Miracle'. At least they did until one peculiar day." Vivi explains, remembered when the Baroque Works agents delivered the big loaded bags of Dance Powder which they accidentally dropped them. The people are wondering what the powder is, but one of them recognize what they really are.

"Dance Powder?" Nami, Anna, and Ventus said surprisingly.

"Oh, so you've heard of it?" Luffy questions.

"Yes. It's also known as the 'Rain-Dance Powder'." Anna told him.

"A powder can?" Chopper asks.

"The reason it was called that because it was said to make rain once burned, right?" Ventus inquires.

"That's right. And apparently, the Dance Powder was created by a researcher and a country where it never rained." Nami explains. "Burning it creates a misty smoke, which rises into the sky. Once it reaches the clouds, it causes them to rain. In essence, it gives you the ability to create rain on the spot."

"Oh, I know what you're talking about! I've seen that stuff before." Luffy states with a big grin, clasping his fist. "I ate some a while back, it tasted pretty gross though. Yuck!"

"You ate Dance Powder?" Nami rhetorically asks with disgust, walks past him.

"Dance Powder is not meant for eating, you moron." Ventus told him with a deadpan expression.

"It's not even food, it's for making rain." Zoro points out.

They can hear Luffy yelling, but decided to ignore him.

"Hold on. I don't get it, wouldn't that stuff be perfect for a desert country like this?" Usopp questions.

"It would've been if people doesn't know the side effect of the Dance Powder." Ventus told him.

"Side effect?" Usopp repeats.

"Before they found out, many people danced with joy when it was invented, just as the powder's name implied." Anna explains. "However, there's a catch, it causes a drought in different cities in this country."

Usopp is getting confused, much to their frustration.

"Could you give this idiot a simple explanation, Nami?" Anna offers. "He couldn't understand the brief explanation."

"Hey!" Usopp exclaims, resenting that insult.

"Sure." Nami complies, turns to Usopp. "Let me explain how it works. Now, the mist from the Dance Powder targets the small clouds that aren't ready to rain yet. It artificially matures them into a full rainclouds. Those clouds would've naturally grown into rainclouds, but when they were further downwind."

"Oh, I get it! It steals all the rain that would've normally gone into a neighboring country." Usopp said, finally understands. "That must've cause some big problems."

"It did, a war broke out between the two countries." Shanise told him. "Ever since then, the World Government is instituted a worldwide ban on a production and possession of Dance Powder."

"Even so, some of it manage to show up here, huh?" Usopp asks.

"When it happened, the country had been experiencing strange weather. There had been no rain, not a single drop had fallen anywhere, except one place and that was the capital." Vivi explains, remembered the people of Alabasta had gotten angry about what they learned.

"VIVI! THAT MEANS YOUR DAD IS THE BAD GUY HERE!?" Luffy yelled, wrongly accusing her.

"NO! You idiot! He was framed!" Sanji shouts at him with white eyes and shark-like teeth, repeatedly kicking him in the head. "Her sweet dear old dad would never do such a thing! You got it?!"

"Of course, my father hadn't anything to do with it, he was innocent." Vivi said sadly. "Unfortunately, the large amount of Dance Powder was discovered inside his palace shortly there after."

"Huh, even had people working inside the palace." Zoro assumes.

"It's obvious enough that Crocodile is planning something, if he's going this far to have the people turned against each other along with King Cobra." Ventus adds.

As they stopped, they noticed a weird road.

"So, what is this, a road?" Sanji asks.

"No, it used to be a large canal that piped in fresh water from the Sandora River." Vivi explains, leaving Zoro and Usopp shocked. "Until someone destroyed it. Now do you see what happened? With its canal gone, the City of Green lost its only remaining source of fresh water. The people here waited and prayed, but sadly, rain never came ."

'And all because of Crocodile.' Ventus thought with anger.

After hearing this, he really has a strong hatred of Crocodile. Since he's the Seven Warlords of the Sea, Crocodile is just using it for a disguise for his true agenda. Whatever he's planning, Ventus will hunt him down and kill him along with the Baroque Works.

"Wow, something like that and the Dance Powder incident would really make people distrust their King." Nami states.

'That's exactly what Crocodile planned, I bet.' Zoro mentally thought.

"With no more water, fighting began to break out in Erumalu. To escape the violence here, there was only one thing the exhausted citizens could do, they abandoned the city and left for other oasis in search for water." Vivi explains, stops. "And then...the City of Green...withered away."

A moment of silence came, but breaks when the wind blows along with the sound.

"What, is that?" Nami asks.

"Is it the rebels?" Chopper questions.

"Or more of those creeps from Baroque Works?! Oh no!" Usopp shouts with panic.

The pirate crew, except Anna, Ace, and Ventus, kept their guard up when the sound is getting louder.

"No, it's just wind." Ace told them calmly.

"Sounds like a voice, right?" Luffy asks, turns to him.

"Oh man! It's coming from all directions! This isn't good!" Usopp exclaims with panic. "Ace, what are we gonna do?!"

"Calm down, Usopp. There's no danger." Ventus assures him. "It's just the wind blowing the town and echoing off the old buildings."

"It's like...It's like the City of Erumalu is wailing over what's happened to it." Vivi states, hearing the sounds that was like crying and moaning.

Just then, the small devil tornado is heading their way.

"Watch out!" Nami shouts as they braced themselves for the strong wind.

Ventus holds on to Chopper since he's the smallest of the group and lightest out of all of them, so he wouldn't be blown away. As the wind subsided, they all relax a bit.

"Whoa, what's the deal with that freaky wind?!" Usopp exclaims.

Luffy turns around, saw something from the ground as he then rushes after it.

"Someones collapsed!" Nami states.

"Wait, you mean there's still people living in this city?" Vivi asks shockingly.

"Impossible, no one lives here anymore." Ventus states, sniffing the air.

Luffy stops along with Vivi and the others, saw a figure that was only a skeleton. Vivi collapses down to her knees and spoke.

"What did my father...and all of my people...What did they ever do?" Vivi asks, cried. "They don't deserve this. It's hard enough to live in the desert every day, it's a struggle just to survive! Somehow, the people of Alabasta found a way to do it and then led a happy lives! But Crocodile destroyed those lives! What gives them the right to do that?! What?! All the while, as one of the Seven Warlords, he passes himself off as the hero of the people! They don't know what he's really doing! No one realizes that he's exactly deceiving the entire country, even as they cheer him on!? I can't...I can't let get away with this!?"

Luffy, Sanji, Usopp, and Ventus couldn't hold anger for much longer and went off to look for something to let it out, destroying the building. Ace and Anna starts digging the ground, giving it a proper burial. Vivi places the skull on the ground and Ace stabs the ground with the stick. After Luffy, Sanji, Usopp, and Ventus letting out their anger, they returned to their crew.

"Vivi! Let's get moving, okay?" Luffy suggests. "I'm itching to do this!"

"He's right, let's get to Yuba." Nami said, agreeing to Luffy's statement when Vivi turns to the two.

"That's where the rebel army is, right? Yuba?" Zoro questions as Vivi pulls herself up.

"Yes, I have to stop them. We're going to persuade their leader." Vivi told them.

"How so?" Zoro inquires, raise his eyebrow.

"I'll tell the rebel leader the truth, that all of this is Crocodile's doing." Vivi explains. "And have him stop all of this pointless bloodshed."

"Let's go." Zoro ordered.

And with that, the Straw Hat pirates are now making their way towards Yuba.

That's it for the 31st chapter.
