John and Sabrina were up and began their daily routine of being on the road before heading to Staple Center for Hell in a Cell PPV. Sabrina went over the script with John, and they liked the end of his match. He would retain his title over his mystery opponent and then take some time off to film his reality show called American Grit.
Vince decided that his son-in-law would retain the United States title because he liked the U.S. Open Challenge every week on R.A.W. He knows if the title changes hands at Hell in a Cell PPV, the winner would not want to defend it every week like John does. He thought if Brock Lesnar could be the WWE World Heavyweight Champion and take off for months, defends the title at Night of Champions, and then disappears until the Royal Rumble PPV; when he can't, his son in law holds the title, then goes off, and films his reality show.
A couple of hours later, John and Sabrina walk out of their hotel suite, down the hallway to the elevator, and then step onto the elevator. John pressed the button for the lobby, the doors slid closed, and then went to the lobby. When the elevator reached the lobby, the dors sloe opened; Sabrina walked out of the elevator; first,t followed by her husband, who took her hands in his, and their fingers laced together as they walked through the lobby toward the exits. The doorman opened the door for them, and they smiled at him, exiting the hotel toward the limo waiting for them. Sabrina got in the limo first, followed by John, as the luggage was placed in the limo's trunk. A few minutes later, the chauffeur aims the limo into traffic and takes off for the Staple Center in downtown Los Angeles.
Meanwhile, at the Staple Center, Brie Bella went to see her booses to ask them why those videos of John and Sabrina were being shown after Nikki's matches. When Brie reaches their locker room and sees that the door is opened, and knocks on the door. Stephanie looks up to see her there.
"Come on in, Brie," she said; Brie walked into the locker room and closed the door behind her.
"Hi Stephanie"
"Hi, Brie," she said. Brie walked over to the desk and stood in front of it.
"Um.. can I talk to you?" She asked
"Sure, what's up."
"Um, Stephanie, why are those videos of Sabrina and John shown after Nikki's matches?" She asked. Stephanie looks at her.
"Well, those videos are being shown because Nikki tries to break up my sister's marriage to John. So that Nikki could get with him," she replied.
Brie was stunned and said, "What?"
Stephanie knew that Brie had no clue what her sister was up to and said, "Your twin sister Nikki is jealous of my baby sister and what she had. So, we decided it was time for John and Sabrina to reveal their marriage even though is it the worst kept secret in this business. So the fans ready knows they have married John and Sabrina have chosen not to flaunt their marriage on WWE TV."
"Stephanie, I didn't know, honestly; I had no clue that Nikki was trying to do that," she said in her defense.
"I know, Brie. It surprised me too when John told me early this month. Isn't your twin dating Dolph or not."
"Yes, Nikki is stilling dating Dolph, and I honestly do not know why because she has turned him down several times when he has asked her to marry him."
"Dolph must be in love with her then because I do not know of any man who would stay with someone who has turned them down several times."
"Me either. So the videos were to show her their life outside of the WWE?"
"Yes, we want Nikki to see that John has been married to Sabrina McMahon for the past ten and half years, parents to four children, and they are very much in love."
"Okay. Thanks for answering my questions."
"You're welcome, Brie."
Brie turned around, walked toward the door, placed her hand on the doorknob, opened the door, and then walked out of the locker room, leaving Stephanie alone to finish her work before the PPV started. The limo carrying John and Sabrina finally arrived at the Staple Center, turned into the garage area, drove inside, and stopped. The back door opens, out steps John, and then helps his wife out of the limo. Sabrina smiled at him. He smiles back and then kisses her. John grabbed his bag with his gears inside and then took her hands, their fingers laced together as they walked away from the limo and toward the locker room area.
They walked through the Staples Center to the locker room they were using for the night; wJohn opened the door when they arrived at the locker room, Sabrina walked in first, followed by him, and the door closed behind them. Vince, Vincent, and Stephanie were in the locker room.
"Hey John, Sabrina," Vince said from behind the desk.
"Hi, Dad," Sabrina and John said
"Hey, John, sis," Vincent said.
"Hey Vinny," John and Sabrina said together.
"Hey there," Stephanie said with a smile.
"Hey Steph," Sabrina and John said together.
They began getting ready for Hell in A Cell PPV, and John began preparing for his title, defends of the United States title. Hours later, L.A. time Four pacific time/ Seven clocks East coast, WWE Hell in a Cell PPV kicks off with a Preshow.
Renee Young joins Booker T, Corey Graves, and Byron Saxton. They began discussing the matches for Hell in a Cell PPV, including John Cena defending WWE United States Championship against a mystery opponent. They hype the HHellin a Cell PPV and then a "Rise Above Cancer" video after the video, backstage to JoJo, WWE United States Champion John Cena, and his wife, Sabrina McMahon Cena. John was excited about tonight's U.S. Open Challenge and revealed that it would be kicking off the PPV. JoJo asks Sabrina for her prediction. Sabrina smiled and said, "My husband will retain the WWE United States Title."
Back to the panel, they tried to predict who would answer The Challenge of John Cena at the beginning of Hell in a Cell PPV, and then the Preshow ended.
The WWE 2015 Hell in a Cell PPV kicks off with a video package for tonight's WWE World Title match, cell matches, and a shot inside the Staple Center as the pyros go off. Michael welcomes WWE Universe to a sold-out Staple Center in Los Angeles, California. Michael Cole is joined by J.B.L. and Jerry "The King" Lawler.
Right to the ring we go, and the music of WWE United States Champion John Cena hits. John comes out with Sabrina McMahon to a huge pop. John holds up a towel that says, "Never Give Up."
John and Sabrina walked down the aisle way, and he handed the towel to a young fan. Sabrina walks up the steel steps first, followed by John, to the ring's apron. John opens the ropes for her. She smiles at him. Sabrina steps into the ring and then opens the ropes for her husband, and he steps through the topes into the ring. Sabrina and John pose for the fans who snap pictures of the power couple. Lilian hands him the mic.
Cena says, "He has a long promo planned, but he's ready to get down to business. He's still the man to beat," the fans cheer. So John kicks off the special edition U.S. Open Challenge.
Jack Swagger's music hits and outcomes Zeb Coulter on a scooter. The music dies down, and Coupler says, "It's time for peoples from different backgrounds and difficult countries to come together. It's time for Cena to lose the WWE United States title to someone who will do more with it than Cena ever has."
The fans boo Coulter. Sabrina takes the mic from her husband and looks at Coulter. Sabrina says, "Hey, Coulter, no one will do the same thing ty husband has done with the WWE United States title. He has defended the WWE United States title every week on R.A.W., and whoever you have, they won't do it because they don't have the balls to do it, or they are not man enough either." Cena fans cheer and chant "Mrs. Cena" now. John smiles
Coulter didn't like how Sabrina spoke to him, and he introduced Cena's opponent, and out came Alberto Del Rio to boos. He makes his way to the ring with Coulter. Del Rio enters the ring, and the fans continue to boo him. Lilian does the formal introduction.
John says, "Baby go backstage. I do not trust these two."
He kisses her on the lips, and then Sabrina exits the ring, walks around the ring, stares at Coulter, and then walks up the aisle way and backstage.
Sabrina walked over to the table, stood beside it, and watched the match on the Monitor with Vince, Vincent, Stephanie, and other producers in the gorilla position. They watched as Del Rio had the early advantage in the match, but John fought back with his left and right hands, backing Del Rio into the corner. He continues to unload on Del Rio. Cena grabs Del Rio pulls him out of the corner and hooks Del Rio up for a suplex. Cena lifts Del Rio and holds him up for a least five minutes. The commenter commented on Cena power holding Del Rio in a vertical suplex and then dropping back. Cena covers Del Rio for a two-and-a-half count.
John keeps control until Del Rio catches John with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Alberto covers him for one count. Del Rio works on Cena's arm now and then calls for the cross armbreaker, but Cena nails Del Rio with a big clothesline. Del Rio and Cena go back and forth now; continue, the fans were into the title match. John was in the corner, Del Rio unloaded on him, and then the referee had to back him off, and with the referee back to John, Dolph Ziggler came over the barricade out of nowhere.
J.B.L. spotted him and said, "It's Ziggler. What is the hell is he doing here out."
Ziggler climbs onto the apron and nails Cena with brass knuckles.
"Oh, no, Ziggler just nails John Cena with brass knuckles," Michael Cole mentions.
Ziggler dropped the apron and then ducked down so the referee did not see him.
"And looks at Ziggler hiding like a thief in the night," Lawler pointed out.
Del Rio pulls Cena away from the ropes, then covers him for the win and the WWE United States Title. Everyone in the gorilla position was pissed off that Ziggler's interference in the title cost Cena the WWE United States title. Del Rio leaves the ring with the WWE United States Title to boos. Ziggler slid into the ring and began to taunt Cena while he was out. Ziggler rolled out of the ring and then grabbed a steel chair.
The WWE Universe booed Ziggler for his action and ruined a great title match.
"Ziggler had a chair now, and Cena is defenseless in the ring," Michael Cole said.
Ziggler gets back in the ring with the steel chair, and he attempts to use the chair on Cena, but the referee stops him. Then, Ziggler begins arguing with the referee. Sabrina races out to the ring and then climbs into the ring.
"Sabrina McMahon Cena is in the ring. Sabrina is checking on her husband, who is out," Lawler points out.
Sabrina knelt beside her husband, checked on him, and said, "John, honey."
When Ziggler turns around and is ready to nail Cena with the chair, he stops seeing Sabrina.
Ziggler began to taunt her, and Sabrina yelled at him, "Go away," shoving him away from her husband and herself.
The referee is telling Ziggler to leave as Trainers are in the ring attending to John Cena while Sabrina looks on with a concerned look on her face. Nikki Bella climbed over the barricade next. Lawler spotted her and said, "Nikki Bella has just come over the barricade."
Nikki slid under the bottom rope behind Sabrina.
"Nikki Bella is in the ring," Michael Cole pointed out
"Sabrina has no clue that Nikki Bella is behind her," J.B.L. said.
Nikki picks up the steel chair and then cracks Sabrina over the back with the steel chair.
"Nikki just nails Sabrina McMahon with a steel chair," Michael Cole said.
"Dolph Ziggler and Nikki Bella must have death wishes," J.B.L. said.
Nikki rams the edge of the chair into its midsection of Sabrina's.
"Nikki is ramming the edge of the chair into the midsection of Sabrina McMahon," Lawler said.
The referee tries to grab the steel chair from her, but Ziggler grabs him and hits the Zig-Zag on the referee.
Ziggler nailed the referee with a Zig-Zag," Michael Cole said Nikki nails, Sabrina, across the back again.
"Oh, come here, another chair shot to the back of Sabrina," Lawler said.
"We need more officials out here," Michael Cole said. Dolph Ziggler grabs Sabrina's arms.
"Nikki, honey, do it again," he said while holding Sabrina's arms. Nikki stood over Sabrina and rammed the edge of the steel chair into her midsection of Sabrina repeatedly.
"Nikki is ramming the edge of the steel chair into the midsection of Sabrina McMahon repeatedly," J.B.L. pointed out.
"This is ridiculous now. The referees need more help," Lawler said as Several WWE Officials came running out and attempted to stop the assaults on Sabrina McMahon.
However, Nikki continues to ram the steel chair into Sabrina's midsection. Stephanie McMahon's music hits, and the fans erupted. Nikki and Dolph look scared now. Stephanie comes out to the entranceway with Vincent.
"Here comes Sabrina's big sister Stephanie," J.B.L. said. Nikki dropped the steel chair. Stephanie and Vincent race to the ring together.
"Nikki Bella and Dolph Ziggler escape the ring before Stephanie and Vincent hit the ring," Lawler said
Stephanie knees down beside Sabrina and begins checking her. Sabrina was withering in pain on the mat. One of the trainers came over and began to attend to Sabrina.
"Oh, god, it hurt," Sabrina cried.
"You're going to be okay, Bri," Stephanie assured her.
"It's hurt, Steph," she cried
"I know, honey," she said
One of the trainers come over to attend to her. Vincent was beside John, who came around, and then the trainers took him from the ring while other trainers attended to Sabrina. The E.M.S. and trainer loaded Sabrina onto a backboard, then took her from the ring and onto a stretcher. Stephanie slides out of the ring under the bottom rope. Sabrina began to feel blood overflowing down her legs. Sabrina grabs her arm, and Stephanie leans down. Sabrina whispers, "Steph, I feel blood on my legs."
Stephanie looked at her and said, "Let's get her to the hospital."
E.M.S. wheeled Sabrina up the aisle way and to the right of the stage and then through a curtain and the backstage area with Stephanie followed the stretcher, and to the garage area to a waiting ambulance. EM.S loads Sabrina into the ambulance, and then Stephanie climbs into the back of the ambulance with Sabrina. One of the E.M.S. got in back too, and then the doors slammed shut, and the E.M.S. raced to the front and jumped in, turned the siren on, and then sped out of the Staple Center.
Stephanie told the E.M.S. that her sister Sabrina felt blood on her legs. Ten mins later, the ambulance pulled up to the local hospital in L.A., and the doors opened. The E.M.S. pulled the stretcher out, and then another E.M.S. jumped out, and they rushed Sabrina into the emergency room with Stephanie followed them. A nurse handed her some papers to fill out while Sabrina was taken into the emergency room, where a doctor and team attended to her.
Back at the Staple Center, Vince and Vincent were in the trainer room with John, who was beginning to check out by the head trainer. The trainer let Vince take John to the hospital. They grab Stephanie and Sabrina's purses and then walk to the garage area where the limo is waiting for them to the local hospital in L.A. where Stephanie and Sabrina are. Back at the local hospital, Stephanie was doing her best to fill out the paper that was giving her by a nurse. Stephanie continues to fill out the paper when John and Vince enter the hospital and walk into the waiting room to see Stephanie fill out the paper.
"Steph, any word yet? John asked Stephanie to look up.
"No, word yet. Is that Sabrina's purse?"
"Yes," John answer
"I need her wallet," she said. John reached into the purse and pulled Sabrina's wallet out.
He hands it to Stephanie. She opened it, looked through the cards inside the wallet, and found Sabrina's medical card. Stephanie wrote the information down on the paper that she was filling out. Then, she walked out of the waiting room to the nurse's desk and handed the paper to a nurse. The doctor treating Sabrina came out of the emergency room and walked over to the desk.
"Who came in with the woman?" Doctor asked
"This is her sister," she replied. The doctor looked at Stephanie.
"Hi, I am Stephanie Capuano, Sabrina's sister," Stephanie said
"Hello, Stephanie. I am Dr. Williams, and I have been treating your sister," she said.
Stephanie and Dr. Williams walked into the waiting room. Vince and John saw them and stood up.
"This is my dad Vince McMahon, John Cena, Sabrina's husband," Stephanie said.
"Dr. Williams, how is my wife?' John asked, worried sick
"Well... I am not going to lie to you. Your wife, Mrs. Cena, is fortunate not to have internal injuries. She has bruised ribs. Um, tells me…did anyone of you know that Mrs. Cena was approximately one week pregnant?"
John, Vince, and Stephanie were shocked and said, "What?!"
"Oh, god!" John said, burying his face in his hands and sitting down in the chair.
"I couldn't save the baby. I am sorry for your loss Mr. Cena."
"Can my daughter have visitors?" Vince asked
"Well, I haven't told her that she was pregnant or lost the baby yet. I will be given pain medication to take every 2nd hour to prevent inflammation. She is moving to a private hospital room right now. I am also keeping her overnight because once she is told about the baby and losing the baby, she might need to be seated after hearing the news," Dr. Williams told them.
"Okay," they said together.
They followed Dr. Williams to Sabrina's hospital room. John, Dr. Williams, Vince, and Stephanie enter the hospital room to see Sabrina hooked up to an IV, and she is not happy. John walks over to the hospital bed, sits beside her, and smiles at her.
"I don't want to be here," she said, showing McMahon's stubbornness inherited from her father.
"I know, baby, it is only for the night, and I will be staying with you tonight," he said.
"Promise me that you won't let them keep me tomorrow?" She asked
"I won't let them keep you the extra day, I promise. But there is something that I need to tell you, baby," he said. Sabrina looked at him, knowing it could not be good news.
"What did the doctor tell you, honey?" She asked
John sighs heavily and says, "Um… baby, the doctor told me dad, and Steph, that you were one week pregnant."
Sabrina got sacred and said, "Please tell me that our baby is okay?"
John whispered, "I am sorry, baby, but she couldn't save the baby."
Sabrina screams, "No!"
John took her in his arms and held her as she cried. It broke Vince and Stephanie's hearts to hear her crying. Dr. Williams gave Sabrina heavy sedation to relax her. Vince and Stephanie walked out of the hospital room and then left the hospital. They got in the limo that pulled away from the hospital and headed back to the Staple Center. Stephanie calls her brother and begins telling him what has happened with their sister Sabrina, and he is fume mad.
When the limo arrived back at the Staple Center, drove inside, came to a stop, the back door opened, and out stepped Stephanie, followed by Vince, and they walked away from the limo and through the Staples Center to the locker room where they were using for the night. When they entered the locker room, Vincent tied his sneakers, and Stephanie quickly changed out of her suit and into Jean and Shirt. Once the WWE Divas Championship match had ended, Natalya retained the Championship. Vince's music hits shock everyone.
"Oh -uh, here comes Mr. McMahon," Lawler said. Vince walked out the entranceway and rolled up his sleeves while staring at Nikki Bella and Dolph Ziggler, who was in the ring.
Vince began to walk to the ring, but WWE officials stopped him. So he began fighting with them to get to the ring. Nikki and Dolph were taunting him, but behind Nikki and Dolph, Stephanie and Vincent were climbing over the barricade, sliding into the ring behind them, and attacking them. Then, Stephanie and Vince unloaded on Nikki Bella and Dolph Ziggler as Vince made his way to ringside.
"Oh, Stephanie and Vincent are unloading on Nikki Bella and Dolph Ziggler," Michael Cole said
Stephanie and Vincent clothesline both Nikki Bella and Dolph Ziggler out of the ring to a roar from the WWE Universe. Vince enters the ring and stands beside his twins, and the three of them stare at Nikki Bella and Dolph Ziggler, who retreats up the aisle way, far away from the ring and the McMahons.
