Even though it's still summer to all of you my fellow readers, just recap that this story is following after summer and now it's following the proper time for Lincoln and Luna to get to school, even though it's Friday. Enjoy reading my peeps.
Family of Two.
Chapter 26: First day, to a new school year.
(The Loud House, September 4..)
Great Grandma Harriet looks to the clock and see that it was now past 5:30, which means she has to get everything ready. She goes down the stairs and heads for the kitchen, all while leaving some spells to vacuum and sweep the house and the front porch as well.
Harriet arrives into the kitchen and she turns on the stove, she starts to crack some eggs and brings out the bacon and some pancake mix. She then starts to make breakfast.
She then listens closely and she hears someone yawning. 'Sounds like Luna is awake and this early too. I don't want her to bother with this, she has to get ready for school and this seems to be too early for her.'
Upstairs in the room shared by Luna and her son Lincoln, Luna Loud wakes up and she looks around. Luna looks to the calendar and sees the day marked on September 4, which was today. 'School day is here. Looks like Lincoln and I have to get ready for the next step on our new life, being away from each other for almost a day, but we have to get through this.'
Luna then gets out of bed and she goes down her bunk and smells the air. 'Great Grandma Harriet must be cooking, I'll let her be and accept this from her.'
Luna now has her feet on the floor and she turns to look to her sleeping son, but then she's shocked when she sees Lincoln is sitting up and looking at her. "Lincoln? I'm sorry, did I wake you?"
Lincoln shakes his head. "No, I was already up before you did. I don't know why, but I just felt like getting up and decided to just sit in bed and wait for the time to get out of bed."
Luna then sits onto her son's lower bunk, Lincoln goes closer and hugs his mom. "Today's the day we have to go to school, which means we will be away from each other and have to handle the problems on our own."
Luna can feel some slight trembling from Lincoln, which means he's nervous. "I know you're feeling kinda nervous son. Like the first day of kindergarten all those years ago, but we have to pull through and make the most of it. Besides, we're not gonna be alone. We have our friends to help us out, all of them."
They then break the hug. "Feeling better Lincoln?" Lincoln nods, but still feels nervous. Luna then has an idea. She gets off from the bed and goes over to her drawers. Lincoln is a bit confused at what his mom was looking for.
Luna then goes back to Lincoln and hands him some small device with a purple button on it. "This device, should you be in trouble then push this and the one with me will glow and I'll be sure to make it to your school and see what's wrong. I had the time to make this when you were on your third date with Jordan, Sam helped out as well. It was a lot of hard nerdy reading to go through."
Lincoln smiles and looks to his mom. "I like it mom, this is an awesome idea." He then hugs her again and Luna hugs him back.
"This is for the better, and the school still has its new security systems just in case." Luna then kisses his forehead and she looks to the time, it wasn't 6 am yet. She knows Lincoln doesn't wanna let go, so she gets up while hugging Lincoln and they sit onto the beanbag chair and they both enjoy this small moment before they have to leave the room and get ready for the school day.
Lincoln continues to hug his mom and whisper. "I love you so much momma."
Luna hugs him tightly. "I love you too my son, always."
(Skip, hours later.)
Lincoln and Luna come down the stairs and are both in their day clothes and they're school things with them, all set and ready for the day.
Lincoln – White shirt, Orange Hoodie, blue and violet lining jeans, white and black sneakers, black fingerless gloves and his necklace from his date with Jordan. Along with his backpack.
Luna – White and black striped shirt, Purple long sleeve jacket, black knee ripped jeans with a white belt, purple boots with white straps and black fingerless gloves. Along with her sling bag.
They both head down stairs and they see Great Grandma Harriet waiting for them and smiling. "Are you two both ready for today?"
"We are so ready for today Great Grandma Harriet, we have all of our school things and if something bad happens then we'll be sure to let the other ones know and we have our pals and gals to help us out" replied Luna.
Hearing that was all Harriet needed to hear. "Well, you two should get going now. Even though it's not even 7:30 yet. I will remain here and keep an eye on things, do not worry."
Lincoln and Luna go over and they hug Great Grandma Harriet and she hugs them back. "Thanks for helping us for the rest of the summer."
Harriet smiles. "All in a good days work for your resident family friendly resident ghost" They then break the hug. "No off you two go, I'll see you two later when school is done for the day."
Lincoln and Luna then head out of the house and they get to Luna's car, they both put on their seatbelts and Luna looks to her son. "You ready for this Lincoln?"
Lincoln nods. "Next stop, school." Luna starts the engine and they slowly drive out of the drive way and they wave goodbye to Great Grandma Harriet and she waves goodbye to them, they then drive off to school.
Harriet sighs. 'I have a bad feeling something bad will happen to them, I can be able to follow them. But they don't want me to, things aren't going to be easy for Lincoln today and I think someone might end up trying to hurt him'
Harriet is about to go back into the house, but then she stops and sees this raven by the fence looking at her and cawing. 'What the heck are you?' Then it flies off and disappears into the clouds. Harriet feels like something was off. 'Something, or someone is coming here soon and I must prepare.'
(Royal Woods Elementary School.)
All of the kids greet each other as they all get to the school, some of them come down from the school bus. Jordan gets out of her mom's van and she drives off and she waves goodbye, she then greets her gal pals.
Jordan then notices something coming. "Here they come!" All the kids hear this and they all see the amazing purple chrome Ferrari arrive, they all go jaws dropped at this sweet, sweet ride.
They all think some popular kid is in there and might be new, they did hear about the new girl Stella who is now friends with Jordan and her gals.
The car opens and Lincoln Loud comes out of the car and so does Luna, they then close the doors and they both go over and greet Jordan. "Hey there my morning rose" replied Lincoln.
This makes Jordan giggle and she gives him a quick kiss to his cheek. "And a good morning to you as well my shining white knight, and it's good to see you too Luna."
Luna then fist bumps with Jordan. "I won't be here for long, just here to do some last minute talking to Huggins." She then sees the principal come out of the school and wave at her. "Be back soon kiddo." She goes over to Principal Huggins and she then tells him of something that has happened yesterday at the Royal Woods mall, Huggins understands this and he shakes hands with Luna.
Huggins then heads back into the school and Luna goes back to Lincoln and his friends. Luna kneels down and she hugs him. "See you after school sweetie."
Lincoln also hugs his mom back. "See you after school. Mom."
The kids overhear this and they're confused, they don't know what was happening and why Lincoln Loud wasn't riding in that old van the louds had and why did he kiss Girl Jordan and why they have the same necklaces.
They then break the hug, Luna kisses his forehead. "Text or call me if you're school day is done and I'll be sure to come on by to pick you up."
Lincoln smiles. "Okay mom, I know walking alone could be dangerous and I'm not sure about going home on my own. Depends if my friends tag along, if that's okay with you mom."
Luna looks to Jordan, and her gals and she knows Lincoln's friends must be in the school. She then looks to Lincoln. "I think that sounds like a great idea kiddo." Luna the gets up and heads to her car.
Lincoln waves goodbye to his mom and Luna waves back to her son. He then watches as his mom drives off to her school. Royal Woods High School.
Lincoln sighs. "This is it, going to school on the first day. I just hope I don't run into trouble."
Jordan holds his hand. "We got your back, all of us." Jordan's friends also nod.
Lincoln was glad he had some new friends and a love life to be by his side. They all head into the school, Lincoln even high fives and chats with Trent, Lance and Artie. All of the others kids wanna know what the heck is going on, but they decide to wait until the school news blog is updated. Then they realize, was Lincoln Loud wearing a new outfit?
Lincoln and Jordan with their friends enter the hallways and they see the place has changed a bit. They see some wireless cameras are near the doorways and the hallways, he then sees a security guard walking around the school and a board of school rules and one of them is about Anti-Bullying. This was the major change Luna did and it was looking good.
A lot of the kids coming in see this and then they see the new rules. Things were confusing to them, then they all see the notifications on their phones and tablets about the school news blog and what they read shocks them.
Lincoln and the gang then see his other crew at their lockers. Clyde, Liam, Zach, Rusty, and Stella and ….. Tabby and Polly? Wait what? They go forward to them. "Hey guys, glad to be back in school again?" asked Lincoln.
"Heck yeah we are, the gang is back together again!" said Rusty. "Oh, and Polly is now part of our class with Mrs. Johnson."
"Same with Tabby, they got transferred through the support from their parents" replied Liam. "Now I don't have to feel all lonesome when class has some free time."
Tabby giggles and kisses his cheek, making Liam chuckle. "I sure love this gal."
Lincoln is shocked. "Wow, looks like the summer batch of pals and gals are now going to be in the same class, this is a good thing."
Jordan chuckles. "Summer Batch of Pals and Gals? Is that was we're calling ourselves when we all hang out for the summer?" The others also chuckled at this.
"Your mom made so many changes to this school and it is awesome!" said Stella.
"This looks kinda like some government spy stuff" said Zach. "But I'll let it slide, I know this is from the CPS guys and their meant to make sure no trouble happens at school so I'm cool with all of this."
Lincoln was happy to see all of them enjoying themselves and accepting this new stuff. Then out of the corner of Lincoln's eyes, he sees Lucy talking to Haiku and the Young Morticians Club, they all see Lincoln and wave to him. Lincoln waves back and they head to their first annual Young Morticians Club meeting, Lucy had her friends and her club back.
Just then, they hear the bell ring. "Looks like class is about to begin, we better get to it" said Clyde. They all head to Mrs. Johnson's Class. But unknown to them, Chandler McCann and his two friends Dennis and Patrick are following them.
"Okay, so all I gotta do is send Larry a note during class that will tell him to meet me at the back of the school, it's going to sound like a nice invite. But when he gets to the back of the school to talk to me, that's when I make my demands and get him to hand over that computer! I deserve it., not him and his new small family with his stupid mom!" said Chandler.
"That sounds like a good idea man and we'll be backing you up if he brings his dorky friends" said Dennis.
"There's no way this plan will fail!" said Patrick.
"Oh it will, I can assure you." The three boys turn around and see Principal Huggins behind them with a note in his hand. "I overheard your little scheme and I for one am not pleased by it." He then hands them each a piece of paper. "You three are no longer in Mrs. Johnson's class, you are transferred to Mr. Louis's class and this little plan of yours will now be on alert and consider this your first warning Mr. McCann. I'll be watching you."
Chandler sees all of the cameras looking at him, and then a security guard looks to them from the corner of the hallway.
"Now, get to class you hoodlums." Principal Huggins then heads back to his office, and the security guard follows secretly from behind and makes sure they get to class.
Chandler and his goons walk to their newly assigned class. "Dang it! Stupid new rules, stupid Huggins, stupid Larry and his stupid mom! This is not what I wanted at all!"
"We'll figure something out man" said Dennis.
Chandler then thinks of a way to get to Loud, but how? He then has an idea. "Boys, we go over and talk to Larry at lunch, there's no way Huggins or any guards can get to us." He then whispers to Dennis and Patrick what the plan is, and they both smile and agree to it.
Lincoln and his friends enter the classroom and they see Mrs. Johnson smiling at them, she then hands them some new books for history class and then she gets in front of the chalk board. "Okay class, now you all know that things have been different around here for a reason and I would like to say something as well."
They're all confused at what was this all about. "Lincoln, we know you've had a lot of hard times here at school and I myself haven't been quite the good teacher. I am really sorry for ….. For not listening to you about the whole Polar Bear-Green House Project, you weren't supposed to be outcasted and I should've listened." The others also recall this and what they said to Lincoln, Jordan was feeling so much regret for siding with her friends as well, all because she loves Polar Bears.
"Also, the fifth grade video contest has been removed until further notice, so that there won't be any more stress, pressure and humiliation inflicted on anyone who competes" replied Mrs. Johnson. "And we will not be having the business project anymore, we all shouldn't have done that to you with the pies."
Hearing that was a major strike into everyone's head. They can all guess that Mrs. Johnson must've had a long and hard talk with Principal Huggins, and the changes have just begun.
Lincoln sighs. "What happened, happened Mrs. Johnson. I understand we were all pushed into pressure and lesser known school board laws. That was the past, and I think we should embrace the new changes for the future, so this doesn't ever happen again. I guess I can forgive you all, but that was long ago and I try not to think about it too much."
Everyone was stunned to see how Loud would just let go of the past problems and not care about it. Mrs. Johnson still feels like she has to do better, otherwise her reputation as a teacher and the trust from everyone will be gone and she would be left alone.
"Alright then, with all of that being said. Let's begin with class, I want all of you to write down an essay on what you all did this ….. Summer." She stops and they all look to Lincoln who was nervous about that one. "Or, we could just get into our books." She just had to say what they did for summer!
(Royal Woods High School.)
Luna parks her purple Ferrari and she gets out and she sees all of the teens their waving at her and she waves back. 'Looks like they're all on my side. Carol was right.' She then spots Principal Rivers at the doors with Oliver waving at her, Luna approaches them. "What's up Principal Rivers?"
"We wanted to thank you for donating a lot of cash to help fund the school clubs, it was very generous of you and it will help us if the school budget is shot" replied principal Rivers.
"And the added security cameras are going to help maintain the rules are applied" replied Oliver.
Luna smiles. "All in a good days work guys, things are changing and we all have to go through with it, like me and my kid. Man it sounds weird telling to the two of you."
"Think nothing of it Ms. Loud, we know how much Lincoln means to you" said Oliver.
"And in case something bad happens at school, then use this." Principal Rivers hands her a card. "This card will allow you to pass through the security guards so you may leave the school and get to Lincoln, if he's in trouble. Principal Huggins will also call me if there is any trouble at the Royal Woods Elementary School."
Luna accepts it. "Wow, thanks guys. This could help with the added emergency beacon I gave to Lincoln."
Principal Rivers and Oliver are both confused, but they know she must've had a plan before they did.
Luna then enters the school and waves goodbye to Principal Rivers and Oliver. Luna is given some warm greetings from everyone in the hallway, then she sees Sam and Sully and Mazzy. "Hey dudes, looks like this is it. Our first day back to school and to class. You guys ready to face it all?"
"You know I am so ready to see how well we do for this school year babe" said Sam as she hugs her girlfriend.
Luna and Sam then see the smiles from Sully and Mazzy, but they know they're feeling nervous. "You dudes feeling alright?"
Sully and Mazzy look to each other nervously and then towards Luna and Sam. "To be honest Lunes, not really. We really messed up last month with you and Lincoln" replied Mazzy. "We still feel bad for setting up the whole comeback gig and making it turn you into someone you didn't wanna be anymore, we're sorry still Lunes."
"You sure you don't wanna be part of the music club later after school Luna?" asked Sully.
Luna sighs. 'I will be part of the music club when I have the free time, but at most of the times I gotta make sure my son is okay and not feeling too down in the blues. You'll rarely see me in the music club room, you have to understand that this is a change I gotta do. For me and for Lincoln."
Sam places her hand onto Luna's shoulder. "You got my support babe, and don't worry. I'll make sure Sully and Mazzy don't do anything that could wreck the club and what it stands for. You're the band leader and we'll reunite when you say it's time and ready." Sully and Mazzy also nod, they too agree with Sam and understand.
Luna smiles and she fist bumps with all of them. "Let's see what this school year has for us." They then hear the school bell ring. "Looks like it's time for first period dudes." They make their way through the halls and head for the classroom, Luna does wave to Carol, Dana, Becky, Whitney, Teri, Jackie and Mandee, as well as Benny, Spencer and Ruby. Carol motions Luna they have to talk later.
Luna was looking forward to this school year, though she was thinking. 'I wonder how my son is doing at school. I just hope no one causes any trouble for him.'
(Royal Woods Elementary, Gym class.)
All of the kids get out of the lockers and they're now wearing their gym clothes and are now doing some laps around the field outside.
Lincoln does notice Clyde looking at someone. "What are you looking at buddy?" Lincoln sees this girl with brown hair and seems to be the same size as them. Lincoln smirks. "Oh, okay Clyde I see what's going on."
Clyde snaps back to reality and looks to Lincoln. "Huh? What? What is it Lincoln?"
Lincoln chuckles as they run. "Clyde, you were looking at that new girl. I can tell when someone might have a small crush or a thing for someone."
Clyde then looks to the new girl talking to one of their classmates Emma. "Well, the new girl's name is Chloe and ….. And I don't know what to do Lincoln."
Lincoln jogs backwards in order to talk to his friend. "Then wait for the right moment, there will be a time for you to ask this girl out or even ask if she wants to hang out with you. Be patient and take your time and do not let your dad's know about this or you won't hear the end of it."
Clyde smiles hearing this from his best friend. "Yeah, yeah, yeah. You're right Lincoln. Thanks buddy. I'll start making a plan after school on how to approach her, or just go with my gut instinct and possibly pack something just in case I might break down."
"You do you buddy, also I think it's best to ask her somewhere around the remaining days of this month" replied Lincoln. "We don't have school tomorrow because it's gonna be Saturday."
"Yeah, thanks for the advice Lincoln." Clyde then runs ahead of them, this kinda surprises them all at how fast Clyde was going or how he was even getting this energy. Even Coach Pokawski was confused, he thought Clyde was going to pass out or something.
Lincoln chuckles seeing this and he looks back and sees Zach, Rusty and Liam looking to him in shock. "What's up with you guys?"
"Dude, you just gave Clyde the best girl advice, ever!" said Zach. "That was pretty cool man!"
"Hot dang! Looks like hooking up with a gal made you give out the best of romantic impressions Lincoln" replied Liam. "Good going buddy."
"Wow! You're way better than me, I am impressed and also a bit jealous, but impressed man" replied Rusty. "Now the only one in the group with no date is Zach.
"Yeah it's true, I (Zach looks to Rusty in anger.) … Hey!" they all chuckle at this and so does Zach, he needs to find that special someone for him too.
Jordan jogs next to Lincoln and kisses his cheek. "Helping Clyde with the new girl was so sweet of you, and if he is feeling like it. Then I think I can help figure out who she is and what she likes."
"Really? How?" asked Lincoln.
"Jenny" replied Jordan. "She does run the school news blog and she could be able to get some intel on Chloe and the what she likes, what I do know is that she's in our class and she moved from Hazeltucky last week."
Lincoln thinks about it. "As much as it would mean to Clyde, I think he'll deny it. Clyde might wanna try and figure it out on his own and not get the help from us. He's changing and it's good, he might become more than just a kid being helicoptered by his dad's."
Jordan smiles hearing this. "Okay then, but the offer will still be available for Clyde, tell him that later handsome." She then races ahead of him, this makes Lincoln smile and he races after her.
The others just watch as Lincoln and Jordan run ahead and laugh, they were having a good time and the other kids found this kinda sweet, though they all wanted to talk about the situation with Lincoln when it was summer. They have seen the news, but they wanna know the truth, but seeing that Lincoln has more friends and Jordan by his side, they decide not to.
Chandler sees this and rethinks his plan, he can't get near Lincoln if he has his friends.
(Royal Woods High School, Cafeteria.)
Luna and her friends are busy eating their lunch, then they get approached by someone they did not expect. "Hey Luna, Sam, Sully and Mazzy, mind if I sit with you guys?" asked Beatrix.
They are a bit confused. "Umm sure I guess. Have a seat Beatrix Yates." Luna and the others look as the happy and smart girl in school sits with them. "So, what's on your mind Ms. Yates?" asked Luna.
"First off, you guys can just call me Beatrix" replied Beatrix. "Also, I was wondering if you guys got an opening for the music club."
Sully spits out his soda and starts choking, Mazzy helps him calm down. Beatrix is a bit startled by this and then looks down. "Oh, sorry. I didn't mean to make things a problem, I should just go now."
"No, no. Stay" said Sam. "We're just kinda shocked to hear this from the gal who's been on the home school and well-rounded stuff for a long time, or so we think. I mean, you're the smartest girl in school and you wanna join our music club, wow!"
Beatrix sighs. "Guys, I'm old enough to know that the whole well-rounded thing is going a bit too far and I can see just how uncomfortable it is to see my family accomplish so much and get the other families riled up and very annoyed. I don't have much friends and the only ones I seem to have are my siblings, I am good with the violin and I have been perfecting it too, but I could use a change of scene."
"Then glad I'm here." Carol sits with them. "You're looking at the violin player of the music club, I talked to Luna and the others and they're okay with me being in the club too. This is the 3rd club I've joined so far in this school year and if you want some new look into music, then I can help."
Beatrix looks to Luna and her friends and they all smile. "Welcome to the club Beatrix Yates, surely Carol can show you how to fiddle" said Sam.
"Fiddle? You mean like old western style fiddle?" asked Beatrix.
"I have dabbled on it back then and I still like to do it" replied Carol. "My parents like it when I play the violin and the piano, but they seem more pleased to see me happy when I pull out my fiddle and just be who I am."
Beatrix couldn't believe it, she has friends and a new kind of club to join. "Wow, thanks guys! This means so much to me and I'll make sure my family doesn't know about this, I don't want them to overreact and get angry, I've never actually seen them angry before."
Luna then goes into parent mode. "Beatrix listen, this choice you're doing is your own and I can appreciate that. But when the time is right, you gotta tell them what you've been doing. The club you're in, your new look on music and the friends you've made. There could be some ups and downs, but they'll understand in time and learn to support you. What matters is your happiness and I'm sure they'll be okay with it."
They were all happy to hear that from Luna, she was giving out some advice like a mom would. "Lincoln sure has an awesome mom within you, thanks for the advice Luna and I'll be sure to tell my family when the time is right." They all smiled at how great Luna did.
Then Sully raises his hand, Beatrix notices this. "What is it?"
"Can you help tutor us sometimes?" asked Sully. "Some of us might not be that good when it comes to our grades and we could use some help from the smartest person in school." Mazzy also agrees, she and Sully aren't the best when it comes to history class unless it's about the history of music.
Beatrix smiles. "You got it guys, anything for friends of mine." They all start to talk to each other.
Luna notices on the wall of the cafeteria is the poster of the upcoming event, a big musical performance "The Royal Rumble." Luna knows this is about playing in front of the whole school, she then decides. 'I'll think about it.' She then goes back to talking to her friends.
(Royal Woods Elementary, Recess.)
Lincoln and his friends are all enjoying their lunch together and as usual they all navigate on which lunch should be traded and which one should not, Clyde is in charge of that one. "Okay, so Lincoln is willing to trade his breakfast sandwich with Jordan's apple pie, Flat Tire is trading his ribs for Rusty's meatball sub, Joy is trading her slice of chocolate cake for Jenny's fried chicken, Lance is gonna trade his buffalo chips with Trent's meatloaf and Stella is gonna trade with Tabby and her muffins, anyone else wanna trade lunches?" Clyde sees no response. "Okay good, then let's enjoy this trade and lunch."
They all trade lunches and eat. "You should be a traffic cop Clyde, you seem to be good ad keeping things in order at the trade traffic zone" chuckled Sadie.
"Thanks, though I don't know what I really wanna be when I grow up" replied Clyde.
"Chances we might find it soon" said Flat Tire as he looks to the wall. "Look."
They all look to the poster and they see the "Royal Woods 6th grade Internship day project." It was back, but this one is for 6th graders.
"Huh, looks like it's time to see which internship Clyde and I can be part of" said Lincoln, he then looks to his best friend. "You ready to see what we can do together at someone business buddy?"
Clyde then sighs. "Lincoln, I think we should switch it up a notch."
"What do you mean?" asked Lincoln, the others were also surprised by this. They thought they would be tag teaming for the internship thing again. They do recall why Flip's was shut down and replaced.
"I was thinking of looking for a baking place that could use someone's help and I am good with baking and also cooking" replied Clyde. "So either baking or cooking will do. Also, I think you and Jordan should team up for an internship."
Lincoln and Jordan smile hearing this. "I think that's a great idea buddy."
"Making the right call and making some change, good for you Clyde" replied Jordan.
"Well, change is coming and it's about time this guy makes his change and accepts it, plus I don't wanna have to compete with Lincoln again for any dumb promotion" replied Clyde. They all chuckle at that, though Stella is confused.
"Hey Larry." they all know who it is, Lincoln decides to ignore him. "Hey Larry Loud, I wanna talk to ya" said Chandler and with him are his goons Dennis and Patrick.
But Lincoln ignores him entirely. "So Larry, I was at the mall yesterday and I saw your sister with this big box with the brand new computer and I asked if I could buy it because she bought the last one in stock and it was also on sale and I was supposed to get it and no one else. So, I know the computer is at your home and I wanna know, how much do you want for it?"
But he gets no response, the others soon understand what Lincoln's plan is. Lincoln is surprised that his mom got him a ….. New computer for … His birthday. But h shrugs it off and goes back to eating.
"Larry? Hey Larry! Larry I am talking to you!" said Chandler. He then forces Lincoln to turn around.
"Huh? Oh hey Chandler, what do you want dude?" asked Lincoln as he eats a slice of pie.
"I want the computer from you Larry! The one your sister bought yesterday at the mall!" said Chandler. Now how much do you want for it?"
Lincoln looks around. "Who the heck are you talking to anyway?"
"You Larry! What the heck is wrong with you?!" said Chandler. I'm talking to you and you alone!"
"My name is not Larry, it never was" replied Lincoln. "I think you got the wrong table and are looking for a different person."
"Yeah man, there's no Larry in the 6th grade" said Trent. "But there is one at the 5th and 4th graders."
Dennis and Patrick see them as well. "He's not wrong, there's Larry Jacobson and Larry B. McCarthy."
"I don't care!" yelled Chandler. "I want that computer from you Larry! So you better hand it over to me now! I am being serious here!" He has no idea that everyone is looking towards him and some of them are recording this.
"My name is not Larry" replied Lincoln. "Why are you calling me Larry when it's not even my name? I don't even know any Larry in the class."
"Would you just stop with that?! Your name is Larry and it always was!" yelled Chandler. "You better hand over that computer or you're going to regret having more than just a bad summer Larry Loud!"
"His name is not Larry Mr. McCann." They turn around and they see Principal Huggins. "Also, you just got yourself the whole weekend of detention."
"What?! I didn't do anything!" said Chandler. His goons slowly back away but their blocked by the security guards.
"You attempted to threaten Mr. Loud, and also I know you're planning something stupid to get what you want" said Principal Huggins. "Your parents will be told of this, and this is your second warning. Break the third and you're parent's will receive a bill from the school board."
"What?! No! This wasn't my fault! It was Larry's!" said Chandler.
"I didn't do anything, also who the heck are you still talking to Chandler? Who's Larry?" asked Lincoln. He then eats another slice of pie.
"His name is Larry! I know it is! What the heck is going on?!" Chandler is then being restrained by two more security guards.
"His name is not Larry, it never was" replied Principal Huggins. "His name is Lincoln Loud, and it would appear Chandler that you may be suffering from loss of sanity. Take him to my office I need to call his parents about his condition, he may need a therapist and a psychiatrist."
"What?! No! I'm not wrong! His name is Larry and I want that computer!" Chandler breaks free from the guards and goes after Lincoln in a bloody rage assault.
Lincoln stays still and waits for it, everyone is in shock and panics and tries to go over and help him. Lincoln then steps to the side and Chandler hits the top of the table and stumbles to the other side and hits the nearby garbage can.
He then gets up, "My co …. Computer. L-Larry, wha-what the heck is happening?!" The guards the help him up and also bring his goons as well.
"It appears you truly have lost it Chandler" said Principal Huggins. He walks back to his office with the two guards and Chandler and his pals. Chandler however just cries, he's actually crying? Wow!
Everyone else is shocked by what Lincoln just did and how insane Chandler has become. Lincoln's friends and Jordan are impressed, his name is Lincoln and wasn't Larry and that was the best strategy he has ever had.
"Looks like someone is ready for some dodge ball lesson soon" replied Jordan. She then kisses his cheek.
Lincoln chuckles. "And I look forward to it." He kisses her cheek. Though, this doesn't make the others comfortable. If Lincoln Loud learns from Jordan Rosato, then their doomed.
(Skip, after school.)
Lincoln along with his girlfriend Jordan, and his other friends: Clyde, Liam, Tabby, Rusty, Polly, Zach, Flat Tire, Stella, Trent, Kat, Lance, Joy, Artie, Cookie, Mollie, Sadie and Jenny come out of the school.
"So, anything the other kids in this school wanna talk about?" asked Lincoln towards Jenny.
"A lot of kids wanna know more about the whole court incident between you and Luna against the former family known as the louds" replied Jenny. "It is trending like wildfire and they all seek answers and wanna give you their condolences about what happened to you. Also, some parents are asking about these new rules being made, but luckily two officers that Lincoln knows, explained to them that they have been signed off by the school board and that they have to accept it."
"StoneHeart and Merris" said Lincoln. "They know how to back up every inch of new laws to this town."
"The parents of the so-called bullies are all just upset that there's a bill for bullying, they're just not in the mood to pay for anything their kids do" replied Stella.
"Obviously with these new changes, bullying will be a thing of the past and the next generation of kids can live their lives peacefully till their future" replied Clyde. Then he sees the new girl Chloe heading into her mom's van with her friend Emma. Clyde sighs looking at her leave.
The others notice this. "So, what loud said is true" said Mollie with a grin. "Nice crush you got McBride."
"You gotta wait for the right time man, don't rush it and let it come to you" said Stella.
Clyde sighs. "Yeah, I know. Just gotta keep my cool and come up with a plan to ask her if she wants to hang out!"
"Chances she'll ask if you're asking her out on a date" chuckled Artie.
"Like when you asked me to hang out, but it was actually a date that went super, super well?" asked Cookie as she leans onto her boyfriend.
Artie chuckles. "Yeah, though I'm not the only one who did that." Lance and Trent also recall asking to hang out with Joy and Kat, but it turned out to be a date. This makes them all chuckle.
Lincoln then sees Flat Tire looking at someone, that someone is Poppa Wheelie. "You okay man?" They all look to Flat Tire and see what he's looking at, obviously that kid again.
"Yeah, just not in the mood to ever hang out with that guy again" said Flat Tire. "He's still a jerk and I am not going to be his friend anymore." Flat Tire then grabs his bike. "See you guys later, also I hope we all get good intern jobs on Monday." He then rides off.
Just then they see a purple Ferrari arrives. "Hey kiddo, ready to go home?" asked Luna as she gets out. Lincoln goes over and hugs her. "Whoa, what did I miss?" Then she sees the looks from the others, they all seemed nervous and uneasy. Luna then looks to her son. "Lincoln, what the heck happened?"
They then tell her about what had happened between Lincoln and Chandler and how it was all dealt with. Luna was not pleased by this, but she calms down and hugs her child. "At least you're safe and unharmed. I will have a talk with that kid's parents one day to set him straight and sure as heck one day I am filing a heavy duty lawsuit on them!"
Some of the kids hearing this are kinda scared. Though Lincoln and his friends knew this was Luna being protective. "At least everything is fine, for now" replied Lincoln. "If he does do anything bad again, then I'll come up with some way to evade him."
Luna smiles hearing that and kisses his forehead. "There is no freaking way I am going to let anyone hurt my boy. Now come on, let's go home." She then looks to Jordan. "You wanna tag along?"
Jordan smiles. "Yes please, I already texted my mom I was going to hang out at your place." Lincoln and Jordan say their goodbyes and they get into her car.
Luna then spots the McCann parents, Charlie and Amelia talking to Huggins and Charlie has his son by his arm and two other parents are dragging Dennis and Patrick into their vans and driving off.
The McCann parents see the scornful gaze that Luna was casting on them and it turns into a deadly shotgun glare and it scares them. Now they fear for this 15 year old mother.
Luna then gets into her car and drives off. Chandler watches them in anger. 'This isn't over Larry!'
Luna, Lincoln and Jordan continue they're drive all the way back to the loud house. "So, any big events I should know of?"
"The Royal Woods 6th grade Internship day project is inbound on Monday and Jordan and I are planning to team up for it" replied Lincoln. "Clyde had other plans in being an intern at either cooking or baking."
"Well that's nice, if you guys got any trouble being interns then just tell me" replied Luna. "Also, I was thinking that we should chill tomorrow, what do you say Lincoln? Mom and Son bonding time?"
Lincoln smiles hearing that and looks to Jordan. "You go ahead and have that moment with your mom, we can hang out some other time." Lincoln kisses Jordan's cheek for being so understanding.
Lincoln then looks to Luna. "I'd like that mom, I'd like that a lot." They continue their way back home, they have a heck of a Saturday to enjoy.
A/N: This is just the start for Lincoln and Luna in their school days. There will be more to come, like the big internship day project and whatever Chandler might have planned next. Lincoln and Luna will face a whole lot more trouble and I think some of you guys might know who the others might be, this has got to be the longest chapter for Family of Two I have ever made, for now.
