This chapter is an idea straight from fellow reader ko777. Thanks for the idea and assist, let's see where this goes and how far it'll head onward but this seems natural to go through, did some slight changes to the idea. Sort of. Enjoy reading folks.

Chapter 31: Bodily Rupture.
(The Loud House, Nighttime.)
Lincoln heads out of the bathroom and he goes into the bedroom and he sees the A + on the desk, the grade he got along with Jordan after they're successful internship for Seven/Eleven. Lincoln smiles and he goes over to see if he has all his school supplies ready. 'Hmm, need a new pencil.'
Lincoln goes to the drawers and he grabs a new pencil and he places it into his bag, he then feels this weird pain on his right side. 'What the heck? What the heck is going on? What's happening? What is this weird pain?' Then it stops and he's back to standing up normally. 'Whoa! What the heck was that?'
Lincoln decides to just ignore it and then go back to putting his bag away, but he feels some slight pain to his right side. Then his mom, Luna comes into the room already in her purple pajama shirt and pants, she had just finished with checking the cameras and setting up security. "Hey kiddo, ready for bed?"
Lincoln nods. "Sure am, I got a good feeling about tomorrow. I think I'm gonna chill at the library with Jordan. We have this big test coming up next week for Mrs. Johnson, so I think I'll head home on my bike."
Luna ruffles his hair and kisses his forehead. "Okay kiddo, if that's what you want then I'll let you and Jordan have some alone time at school. Just be sure to text me if anything goes wrong okay son?"
Lincoln hugs his mom. "I know mom, I know. You could use that time in rehearsing with Sam on that song you two were planning, so you guys can rock it out at the Royal Rumble."
Luna smiles and hugs her son. "That does sound like a good idea, okay then. Sam will probably be proud at what you're doing for us and trying to be around places without me around, stepping out of the bad memories and trying to go back to being the kid I know and love. I'm proud of you Linc."
They then break from the hug and Lincoln heads to his lower bunk and tucks himself in and looks to Luna. "Goodnight mom. I love you." He then closes his eyes and tries to get some sleep.
"Good night kiddo, see you in the morning and I love you too, son." Luna heads up to her bunk, but then she stops and she looks down to Lincoln and sees him trying to get comfortable. Luna was getting worried, he seemed to be in pain. "You okay there Lincoln? Anything wrong son?"
Lincoln's eyes are still closed. "Yeah, I'm fine mom. Just trying to get comfy, nothing wrong mom." Lincoln then sleeps on his left side and tries to get some sleep. "Goodnight."
Luna was feeling concerned, but she decides that if Lincoln is fine then he's fine. Luna climbs up the ladder and gets to her top bunk. Before she lays down, she feels like something's wrong.
Luna looks back down and she sees her son trying to get comfortable again and he seems to be sweating, and mumbling about something, something painful. Luna knows that he's troubled.
Luna gets down from her bunk and decides to keep an eye on him. Luna grabs her blanket and pillow and she lays down onto one of the beanbag chairs and faces Lincoln, Luna knows something is wrong and her son isn't telling her about it.
Luna wants to ask him what's wrong, but she doesn't want to push it and just waits. She knows Lincoln I having trouble, but what?
Luna lays her head onto the pillow and she watches as her son struggles to sleep, she then sees him finally at peace and she can hear his light snores. Luna also gets drowsy and she too falls asleep.
(Hours later.)
Luna's eyes bolt open when she hears someone crying. "What the heck? What time is it?" Luna sees the clock and its past 11 and almost midnight. Luna then sees her son on his bed, blanket to the floor and crying in pain. "Lincoln?" Luna goes over to Lincoln and she can see he was cringing to some kind of pain. "Lincoln! Lincoln what's wrong?"
"P-Pain!" Lincoln holds his right side and has tears on him as if he was being attacked from inside. "M-Make it stop mom-momma! Make i-it st-top! M-Mom, help m-me!"
Luna has no clue what to do, she doesn't know what is happening, and she cradles her son to calm him down. Then Great Grandma Harriet phases through the door. "Luna. I felt a disturbance, what is … (Sees Lincoln in pain.) My god! Luna, what's happening? What's wrong with Lincoln?!"
Luna then carries her son out of bed. "I don't know, I have to get him to the hospital! Now!" Harriet nods and she grabs Luna's sling bag and jacket and Lincoln's jacket and they both head out of the room and out of the house.
Luna then unlocks the car and the door opens and she puts Lincoln in the back seat and secures him with the seatbelt. "Hang in there Linc, hang in there. I'll get you to the hospital kiddo. Just hang in!"
Lincoln holds his right side and he continues to cry and show signs of pain. "H-Hurts, hurts so-so much!"
Luna didn't like seeing her son being hurt within and his tears were enough to make her cry too, but she had to be strong. Harriet closes the trunk. "The stuff is inside, do you need me to come with you?"
"No, stay here and keep an eye on the house. I'll inform you of anything!" Luna gets into the driver's seat and she speeds out of the drive way and makes like a street racer and goes to the hospital.
Harriet watches with worry as they drive away at full speed. "Be well Lincoln, whatever is going on fight it and stay strong."
"Harriet, what the heck is going on?" Harriet sees Merris approach her, she's in her white pajamas and wearing a coat. "Where was Luna taking Lincoln? What's going on?"
Even Mr. Grouse comes out of his house. "What was all that noise? Where was Loud taking her son and why did he look like he was in pain? Looks kinda familiar."
Harriet then tells them about what was happening and that they have no clue what was going on. This shocks them both, Merris then looks to her sternly. "I need to make a call." She heads back into her house.
Harriet can only hope the boy will be fine and that this won't bring anything bad towards Lincoln and Luna. This is not going well for them.
(Royal Woods Hospital.)
Luna's Ferrari makes a screeching halt in front of the hospital. She then sees some nurses and Dr. Ryan S. Kendrick with a stretcher ready at the doors of the hospital.
Luna turns off her car and she gets out of the car and she goes over to her son and she picks up Lincoln, she can see he was failing in fighting this pain and has some yellow liquid coming from his lips. "M-Mom, wha-what is …. What is h-happening … To m-me?"
"You're gonna alright son, you're going to be fine!" Luna carries him to the doctor. "Help! My son Lincoln, he needs help." She places him onto the stretcher and Dr. Kendrick looks to the boy.
"Good god, did he have any pains in his right side?" They all push the stretcher into the hospital and past some people.
"Yes he did, what is this doc?" asked Luna with worry as she runs with them.
"I know what this is, we need to bring him into the ER stat!" said Dr. Kendrick, he knows what this is. "He needs surgery if we are to save him!"
Luna goes wide eyed. "What? Surgery? What the heck is going on doc?"
"No time!" They make it into the ER and they position Lincoln to get ready for surgery. Dr. Kendrick goes to Luna. "Luna, you have to wait outside, we'll take care of your son." He then heads into the ER and puts on his medical mask.
Luna can just watch in shock and wide eyed at what was happening. She wasn't getting any answers and she wants to know what's happening to her boy. "L-Lincoln?" Luna sheds a lone tear from all of this, she then needed to make a call. She heads out of the hospital and gets to her car.
Luna gets her coat and puts it on, she even grabs her son's coat and then she grabs her sling bag and she gets back into the hospital. While headed back into the hallways she makes a call to someone. "Pick up, pick up, pick up! Come on Sammy."
She then hears her girlfriend's voice. "Hello? Luna? Do you know what time it is?"
"Sam, my son's in the hospital and I'm here right now!" said Luna. "He needs surgery!"
"What?! What happened?! Hang on I'm coming to you! I'll call Chunk!" Sam then hangs up.
Luna then makes it to the ER and she sees the doors, she wants to go in but she knows she can't so she goes to the chairs and sits. Luna then pulls out something from her coat, something she never thought she would use. Luna pulls out a rosary and she starts to pray, she prays to god that her son will be well and that whatever it is won't harm him or do anything bad.
She prays to god to save her child from this pain and bring her son back to her. Lincoln is all she has left, he is her son and she is his mom. All Luna can do right now, is just pray. "Lincoln, my son please come back to me. Please my baby, don't go."
(Minutes later.)
"Luna!" The rockstar mom sees her lover Sam Sharp racing towards her, she's in her blue short sleeved shirt and blue jeans and she's wearing a violet coat. "Luna! Where is he?! Where's Lincoln?!"
Luna goes over to Sam and hugs her, Sam also hugs Luna to calm down her rock goddess. "Luna, what happened? Whats going on with Lincoln? Why is he in here? Why does Lincoln need surgery, Lunes?"
Luna just cries as she hugs Sam, Sam does her best to comfort her from breaking down, but from the tears and pain Luna is feeling, Sam is also feeling it and they both sit onto the chair and shed some tears.
Merris arrives to the scene in her normal clothes, she was the one who brought Sam there. She knows Luna would call her and picked her up. She sits by the chairs and waits for them to calm down. 'What the hell is going on?'
Soon, Luna calms down and she breaks the hug from Sam. "L-Lincoln, h-he …. He was … C-Crying, and he w-was …. Was in p-pain! I … I …. I didn't know w-what to d-do ….. I just …." Luna breaks down and cries once again.
Sam sheds some tears and she hugs Luna once more. "Shh, it's gonna be alright. Lincoln's gonna be fine, he's a tough kid. He'll make it, our kid will make is Lunes. Don't you worry now babe." Sam kisses Luna's cheek and continues to comfort her crying girlfriend.
Luna then stops and looks to Sam. "O-Our kid?"
Sam wipes away Luna's tears. "A part of me thought Lincoln was like a little brother figure, but I already got one within Simon. A part of me ever since this whole small family thing happened makes me see Lincoln as my kid too, and I know he sees me as another parent a well."
Luna smiles and sheds some tears of joy hearing her girlfriend say that, she then hugs Sam once again and Sam hugs her back. They both shed some tears and they're both hoping that they're boy Lincoln would recover.
Merris can tell this is a painful and emotional thing for them. She then sees the Rosary in Luna's right hand. 'Luna truly is desperate to make sure he would be safe and alive. I can't blame her.' Then Merris recalls what Luna said, about Lincoln. 'Pain to his right side. Pain to his right side?' Merris then realizes what it means. 'Oh, oh dear.'
(An hour later.)
Luna and Sam lean onto each other with their eyes closed, and Merris is fast asleep on her chair. Then Luna is woken by someone. "Luna, Luna. Wake up." Luna sees it was Dr. Kendrick.
Luna gets up. "Doc!" this wakes up Sam and Merris. "Doc, what's going on with my boy? Is Lincoln alright? What happened?"
"Luna, calm down. All of you. Lincoln is fine, he's resting and he might wake up later. We had to perform one tough surgery on him and removed his Appendix which was going to burst, this is normal to people around 10 – 30 years old" replied Dr. Kendrick.
This shocks them, Luna is in utter disbelief and so is Sam. "His ….. His Appendix?"
Merris sighs. "I freaking knew it. When Luna said pain in the right side, it meant his appendix. I went through that too and it is painful."
Dr. Kendrick then looks to Luna. "I question why you didn't bring that situation up."
Luna sighs. "Because Lincoln never showed any signs about it, or he kept it to himself and thought it was nothing and didn't want me to know." Luna puts her hand to her forehead and sheds some tears. "I ….. I should've seen this, but I never went through that before."
They are all shocked. "What? Why? I've been through it before, Simon might have one too, but how come you haven't experienced it yet Lunes?" asked Sam.
Luna then recalls and then it hit her. "Lisa." They are all confused by this. "What does Lisa have to do with this?" asked Merris.
Luna then sits back down. "Lisa, she … When she was three, she …. She would be the one to …. To be allowed to remove our Appendix!" They all go wide eyed hearing this. "Lori, Leni, Luan, Lynn and myself we never had this situation because Rita and Lynn Sr let Lisa get our appendix so they won't have to pay for the bills, and so Lisa can experiment on our appendix. Lincoln was supposed to be next! And she's not around with us, so Linc is going through this …. This pain." Luna breaks down crying once again.
Sam goes to Luna and comforts her. "Shh, Luna it's okay. Lincoln is fine now. He'll recover, come on Lunes. Lincoln's gonna make it."
Dr. Kendrick and Merris look to each other. "Well, that explains everything. Lisa Loud is he personal surgeon to the louds when they have any bodily problems or diseases, but she's not allowed to do this. She's 4 and she's not suitable to be a doctor, mad doctor for sure on that."
Merris then recalls when they confiscated all the things from the louds home. "That explains the jars we found, all of them were brown and had labels of the names of Lori, Leni, Luna, Luan and Lynn Jr. and we got a record that she took their appendix out when she was 3 and she did it while they were asleep and told them afterwards. We got footage of her secret surgery and she had an empty jar with Lincoln's name on it, he was scheduled for September."
This shocks Sam and Dr. Kendrick. "Well, at least Lincoln si fine now and properly given a treatment." Dr. Kendrick then looks to Luna. "You can go and see Lincoln now."
Luna breaks the hug with Sam and they both go into the room along with Merris, they enter the room and they see Lincoln on the bed, he was out like a light and with the heart monitor still attached to him. Luna has tears just looking at her son in this state. It hurt Sam and Merris to see Lincoln like this.
"We're going to bring him to his room now, he has to be in bed for 12 hours, and then once he's discharged he has to be watched over for any aftermath signs." Dr. Kendrick and a nurse then they push him and the heart monitor out of the ER with Luna, Sam and Merris following.
They soon bring Lincoln to the hospital room 115, they place Lincoln onto the bed, only this time Luna helped because this is her son and she'll keep an eye on him. Dr. Kendrick and the Nurse leave them be.
Luna sits onto Lincoln's left side and she holds his hand and then she strokes his cheek. "Lincoln, Lincoln why didn't you tell me? Why did you keep this from me son? Why?"
Sam sits next to Luna and holds her hand and she also holds Lincoln's hand. "Lincoln didn't want anyone to worry and thought it was nothing, he didn't know what is was Luna. But he should have told you and maybe this would have been averted."
Luna sheds some tears and she kisses her son's cheek and she just looks to his sleeping form and the state he was on. "Lincoln, my boy. I … I should've seen this, I should've done better. Wake up my boy, please."
Sam and Merris know Luna is now in her messed up and worried state, this seems normal and very familiar ever since the whole bad luck incident. "I'm going to head out now, I'll be sure to inform everyone else about what's happened. I'll tell your friends and the schools about this."
Sam looks to Merris and nods. "Thank detective." Merris then takes her leave from the room.
Sam then looks to Luna who was leaning her head onto Sam's shoulder while looking at her sleeping son. Sam then puts her arm around Luna and rests her head onto Luna's. "Lincoln will make it, he's strong and will pull through. Don't worry Luna, our boy will be fine."
Luna just watches her son sleeping and then she closes her eyes while whispering. "Lincoln, I love you son." Sam too gets sleepy and drifts off to sleep. Luna and Sam intertwine they're fingers and smile.
But then Luna's eyes shoot open and she sees her son's hand is holding hers. "Lincoln?" She looks to her son and he slowly opens his eyes. "Oh god, Lincoln!"
Lincoln looks around and adjusts to the light. "What the? What the heck? Where the heck am i? What's going on?" He then calms down.
"Lincoln, Lincoln you're awake! You're okay!" said Luna and Sam as they shed some tears seeing Lincoln wake up.
Lincoln then sees his mom and Sam. "M-Mom? Sam? What's happening?" He then sees where he's at. "Why am I in this room again? Why am I in the hospital? What's going on?"
Luna hugs Lincoln. "It's okay Lincoln. It's gonna be okay son, you're alright now. Everything is okay. Everything will be okay again Lincoln, as long as I'm her with you."
Lincoln is confused and then he starts to shed some tears and he slowly returns the embrace and cries onto his mom's purple shirt. "M-Mom, what ….. What happened t-to me?"
"Shh, It's okay now Lincoln." Luna strokes his hair and she kisses his forehead all while shedding some tears. "I'm here, mommy's here now Linky. Don't you worry my child, you're okay now, and you're safe and alive."
Lincoln continues to cry and hug his mom for comfort, he was feeling confused and scared and has no clue what happened to him. Sam feels heartbroken by this and she joins in the hug.
"Don't be scared Linc, we got you, you're not going anywhere. You're okay now." Sam strokes his and also places a kiss on his forehead, Lincoln hugs Sam as well and continues to cry.
"I …. I love you, mom! I love you so much momma." Lincoln buries his face into Luna's shirt and cries.
Luna does her best to ease his sadness as she sheds tears of joy. "I love you too son, always and forever, sweet child of mine."
Dr. Kendrick sees this and he leaves a note on the counter and he walks off. 'That kid is strong to wake up after that, I hope he doesn't have to go through more bad things.'
(Minutes later.)
After so much tears of joy, sadness and fear. Lincoln is fast asleep. On his left is Sam and to his right is his mother, Luna. Both teens embrace Lincoln as all three of them are fast asleep and not planning to let go of each other.
Sam and Luna hug onto Lincoln and hold onto his hands, as Lincoln leans onto Luna and Luna snuggles close to her son. They have had a hell of a night and they are bound to talk about this when the daylight comes, but it's already past midnight. Which means its tomorrow.
