This takes place after the whole thing from the last chapter and things won't be so easy and someone will wanna talk to them and try to overcome what she fears. Enjoy folks.

Chapter 68: Leave us be, or talk it out.
(The Loud House.)
The house seems quiet and there seems to be no sound of any sort, no guitar sounds or any soothing tunes or even clatter from cleaning, or cooking.
Great Grandma Harriet wanders through the house and she looks around, she sighs and she knows everything is silent after what happened the day before and deep down she is angered by this. 'That stupid ghost show will surely pay for doing that to Lincoln and those McBride's crossed the line and they will know my wrath, but not yet, not now. Soon, I will go for them.'
She looks to the front yard and she sees Luna checking the mailbox. She knows Luna is way pissed off at what happened.
With Luna, she checks the mail and she sees some letters from Pop-pop and she smiles, she then sees a letter from the studio of ARGGH! She doesn't look forward to it, but then she opens it and sees it's a check. "What the heck?" She then reads the letter.
Dear Luna Loud – We are sorry for what the manager of the show did to your son and how he treated with no signs of respect and insulted the problems you both have been through. He has been removed from everything from our show and we are also canceling the entire show itself. We offer you this check of more than 250,000 dollars as our way of saying sorry.
Luna looks to the check and she puts it into her pocket and she keeps the letter. 'This had better not happen again.'
She then sees a bus come and stop in front of their house and some tourists come out. "Excuse me, is this the house of the ghost who we saw on social media?" asked one of them.
Luna did not like these people coming and she gets her taser ready. "What about it brah?"
Then some more tourists come out and they have their cameras ready. "We were wondering if we could snap a few pics with the ghost and also with you and you're kid. We were told we can come here and get some photos and autographs after what happened, we really wanna see this for ourselves."
Luna is ready to snap and beat the shit out of these guys, but then some cop cars come and so does Mayor Davis. The bus driver sees this. "Oh shit!" He then drives off, leaving the tourists alone.
Mayor Davis sees this. "Someone stop that bus now!" The cop cars take chase and they contact more squad cars and give chase to all of them.
Luna sighs. She then looks to the mayor. "Let me guess, con artists are making fake tours for people who come here after what happened?"
Mayor Davis sighs. "Yes, and we'll make sure these people leave town, now!" The cops go over and they escort the tourists into their cars to take them back to their apartments and send them home.
Some of them resists because they paid for this tour and they wanna see this ghost for themselves. Then Lincoln comes out of the house in his orange hoodie. "Mom? What the heck was all that noise?"
"Hey look! It's the kid!" They all start taking photos and some of them break free from the cops and they go to the boy, Lincoln backs up in fear from them and then one of them gets tazed and they see Lun with her taser.
"Stay away from my son you heartless monsters!" The tourists back up and some of them try to take some more pics, but then they're hit by some manure and it's from Mr. Grouse.
"You heard her! Leave the boy alone and get the heck out of here, or my rake is the next thing I toss." Then some kids on bikes come, Lincoln's friends and they start throwing eggs at the tourists.
"You harassing freaks leave my boyfriend alone now!" Jordan hits a female tourist in the eye with her hard boiled eggs?
"Get runnin' you vermin's, we don't want no stinkin' people like you here!" said Liam. He then has a chicken ready and it goes rapid fire with an egg barrage.
"Leave them at peace or you guys are leaving in pieces!" said Flat Tire. He uses a slingshot and chucks the eggs at them. "Angry bird in the hole!"
"Yeah! Go back to your government and they're lies about aliens not being real!" yelled Zach.
Rusty stops and looks to Zach. "Seriously man?" They then begin to throw eggs to the tourists and the cops cuff the people this time and take them away, then some teens led by Carol see this and they record what happened.
"You guys just had to come here!" said Carol. "Now smile you intruders!" The tourists see this, they're being filmed for what they did and they see Luna going over to comfort her crying child. Looks like these folks are about to get a major hate from everyone they know and love.
The cop cars then leave and so does Mayor Davis to deal with these cons who are hiding in town and making a tourist attraction out of the loud house.
Carol, Dana, Becky, Zach, Jordan, Rusty, Liam and Flat Tire then see Lincoln sobbing as Luna comforts him and also sheds some tears.
Jordan gets off her bike and she goes over to hug Lincoln, the others also come over to check on him and all they can hear is him in pain. "I'm not bad luck. I'm not bad luck momma. I'm not, I don't wanna be bad luck! Please!"
All Luna can do is hug her son and assure him he's not, even though he keeps saying he is. His thoughts are haunted and the memories of his pain, suffering and near death are swarming back at full speed.
Michelle Lewis comes back and she feels upset. She then sees Lincoln. "Oh god! What happened?" She goes over and checks on the boy. She then looks to the others. "Can someone tell me what happened here while I was at the police station?"
Dana sighs. "Stupid tourists came here to see the ghost of Royal Woods, we spotted the bus and we had this bad feeling about it and we were right."
"We made sure those people are seen and others can be warned about this, there are people who are con artists who are comin to our town and taking advantage after what happened yesterday" replied Becky. "This is just wrong on so many levels."
Carol kneels down and she places her hand on Lincoln's shoulder. "He doesn't want this, he doesn't need this. Let's hope the mayo can stop this before it gets out of hand."
Then Jesse Rosato arrives with Sam and Simon onboard. "We saw the video!" They go over to Lincoln who is a mess. "Lunes, is he okay?"
Luna then gets up and she carries Lincoln back into the house, everyone else also follows and they see Luna sitting on the couch and still hugging Lincoln. They all feel bad after what happened, and they know who it is to blame. The guys from ARGGH! And the two men who called them, Howard and Harold McBride.
Jordan looks to Michelle. "What were you doing at the police station?"
"Well, I do know how to be the lawyer kind of person even though I haven't been to law school and I was able to talk to the cops into the issue with the McBride couple and we decided not to give them jail time, so we instead let them off with the warning and to perform community service till the end of October. Also, they did not know that yesterday they broke the restraining order and they're given a new one."
"The break this kind of law and order again, when we have no choice but to call in the greater law and have Clyde removed from them and given to a family who knows how to be less of an issue with the whole helicoptering thing, along with the cats. When we told them this, they fainted and also panicked and tried to call Doctor Lopez, but bad news Doc isn't gonna be answering they're calls anymore. She said she wants nothing to do with them."
This shocks all of them, especially Lincoln who is still lightly sobbing. "Wow! That was deep lady" said Rusty. "I wonder how Clyde is doing right now."
"Clyde's hanging out with Chloe, to keep his mind off of his dads who were called by the cops" replied Zach.
They all notice Lincoln is calm and he looks down in sadness. "The pain is back, and it's gonna keep haunting me. I don't even know what to do anymore, my mind feels tormented and is gonna snap again."
Luna then pulls him close to her into another hug. "We're gonna take care of this Linc, I know we can pull through."
Then Great Grandma Harriet appears which startles everyone but Lincoln and Luna, she then sits on the armchair and she has anger all over her. "Whoever those con artists are, I will silence them to the point they will never ever speak or breathe again. They wanted this and so they will pay for it, with their lives!"
They're all kinda freaked out by what she just said, but they understand she is at the point of an angry Paranormal Activity mode, only without the crappy shaky camera cinematography.
They don't know, someone enters the house nervously. "Hello, can I come in?" They all turn around and see the one person they did not expect to come back to the house.
Lincoln and Luna are shocked. "Lucy?!"
It is Lucy, the former Goth sister of Lincoln and Luna and adopted by the Shapiro family, she has a small box with her and its neatly wrapped like a gift. "Hello everyone." She then goes over and she hugs Lincoln.
"Lincoln, I saw what happened on TV and I am so sorry you went through what those fake ghost searchers do and for not coming here for your birthday."
Lincoln wipes away his tears and he hugs the little Goth girl. "It's okay Luce, I understand. Also, I thought we'd meet at the park for this, why are you here?"
Lucy breaks away from the hug and she can feel the presence of something else, in the room. She knows something is at the arm chair behind her and it is looking to her as well and she gets nervous.
"I…. I heard about the whole thing they said and what you guys said on the TV from yesterday and now I wanna know, is it true that Great Grandma Harriet is living here and not a threat?"
Luna and Lincoln look to Great Grandma Harriet who is just looking to the little Goth girl and she sighs. "Lucy Shapiro." Lucy feels tense hearing that ethereal voice. "Please turn around, I wish to speak to you face-to-face."
Lucy feels like she shouldn't, but she does so and she is now looking to the same ghost that she once spoke to, the very same ghost who understood her and the very same ghost who brought fear into her soul. "How are you feeling child?"
Lucy was about to say something, but then she faints onto the floor and they're all a bit shocked.
"Huh, did not see that one coming" replied Michelle. "I thought she would be okay with the presence of such a spirit, but never mind."
Jordan sighs. "Well, I guess she still feels kinda scarred after all that has happened with that time way before the court, which we all know about." Lincoln, Luna, Sam and Jordan look to the ghost who sighs and looks to the passed out little girl.
Luna helps Lucy onto the couch and lets her rest on one of the cushions. "Can someone tell me why she's afraid of her? I wasn't given all the full detail of the whole summer incident" said Michelle Lewis.
"We can tell you that when the time is right dude, right now we should try and figure out why would Lucy wanna speak to Harriet" said Sam.
Lincoln then sighs. "You guys heard what she said, she saw everything from….. Yesterday and she wants to confront her fear and see for herself if things are different here and no longer a daunting nightmare she once saw." Lincoln then strokes Lucy's hair and sighs seeing her like this.
Luna also knows. "She wants to be brave and less scared of everything that has happened. We understand this."
Harriet also knows and she wishes to end this nightmare and horrible problem Lucy has with her, to be with the little Goth girl she once knew and love and also trust, then someone else comes in. "Hello, I followed Lucy here to make sure she…" Maggie then sees Lucy passed out and she also sees the ghost who is just sitting. "She fainted when she saw you didn't she?"
They all nod, Maggie sighs. "Yup, I told her this was not the right time to do this. Plus, she didn't seem ready when I asked her before we came here."
Great Grandma Harriet goes over to the unconscious Goth girl. "Leave us be, I wish to speak to her alone and I will not harm her." She looks to Maggie. "You have my word."
Maggie nods and they give them some room to speak. The teens and the kids on their bikes head on home, Maggie joins Luna, Sam, Lincoln, Jordan and Michelle upstairs and Harriet makes sure the door is closed and everything is silent and still.
Harriet sighs as she looks to the Goth girl. "Lucy, I want you to know that I wish no harm for you, so we must talk now." She then whispers to her ear. "Wake up Lucy, wake up now."
Lucy then sits up and looks around. "What? What? Lincoln? Luna?" She then sees the apparition of Great Grandma Harriet and deep down she still feels fear, but she knows she has to face this and speak to the ghost. "H-Hi."
Harriet doesn't smile. "Hello Lucy, it's been a while. A long while, ever since the whole court scenario that involved Lincoln."
Lucy feels bad about this. She knows that is one thing she hates from herself and it hasn't left her since. Lucy then looks down in sadness. "Great….. I mean, Harriet, I am so sorry for all that has happened. I know why you haunted us before the whole court thing and we deserved every inch of it, a fitting punishment than death."
Harriet can truly see that Lucy is going through guilt, the same guilt from when they nearly lost Lincoln and all thanks to some stupid superstition. Harriet scooches closer and she too looks down. "Yes it is true, you and the others deserve far more than just death. You broke the family that was once loud and forced the other into a painful torment that is far worse than any hell and deep down, I felt like you and the others needed to face the same thing!"
Lucy is now shaking in fear, she was now afraid of what this ghost will do to her
"But I know that deep down, you're already suffering enough, and I know I cannot do anything since this is a better punishment than being tormented within something. We are not like the old family and we would never do that to those who have wronged us. We wouldn't wanna be the same people who did the same thing to Lincoln, the law is a better fitting thing to do than torture, because feeling guilt and regret is better than anything, like this eternity of being here in the world of the living, but it gives me a reason to do so and that is to keep what's left of the family together and that family is Lincoln and Luna."
Lucy still feels bad, Lincoln and Luna are the ones who took the loud name and are the only members in the house.
Harriet then pulls Lucy close to her, Lucy is shocked she just broke her ethereal form. "Lucy, I know Lincoln and Lun forgive you, but deep down you don't forgive yourself yet and you don't know how to do so, since the life you once had is gone and there's no turning back. If they're willing to forgive you, then so do I."
Lucy then looks to the ghost and she sees it, the smile from her former Great Grandmother. "What?"
"Lucy, I wanna help you redeem yourself, I have been through that before and it took me a long while to find my own sense of peace and I did so. So, let me help you forgive yourself and the way will truly be clear. Because I wanna rekindle the lost bond we had, the bond between Gothic great granddaughter and her deceased great grandmother."
Lucy doesn't know what to say, deep down she should be scared still. But seeing this ghost who once brought her fear is now showing signs of kindness is enough to make Lucy's heart skip a beat and she starts to shed some tears.
Lucy then hugs Harriet and cries, the ghost hugs her back and does whatever she can to comfort the crying 8 year old. "It's alright Lucy, I'm here now. There's no need for tears child. Everything will be alright, I forgive you Lucy Shapiro."
All Lucy can do is cry and also apologize for what she has done to the people she once called family. From the stairs, everyone sees this and smile.
Maggie smiles and wipes away a tear. 'Well done little sis, well done.'
Luna smiles and looks to her son who is happy to see the former loud sister being redeemed, buy her fear. Luna feels like something could change. 'Looks like someone else is gonna be visiting this place more often, this should be interesting.' She then recalls something. 'Lucy's birthday is on the 30th of this month!'
Lincoln feels as if there is a chance for all the louds to perhaps be redeemed like Lucy and he knows yesterday's ARGGH! Incident was seen by many. 'Did the former family also see that?'
Outside, the mailbox had one letter, that latter was left there when Luna saw the bus of tourists and she did not know there was one letter she missed.
The letter is from Lynn Junior, and it's for Lincoln and Luna Loud.
A/N: The aftermath of the ARGGH! Intrusion and Lucy is now redeemed and chances she'll be able to come by and visit Lincoln and Luna more often and also speak with Great Grandma Harriet. Leave a review and tell me what you all think.
