Time to end the terror of Tourists going for Lincoln, Luna and Harriet. But it could spiral into chaos, so let's see where this goes and some guys are about to make a big entrance to help them, well save them from something bad. Enjoy reading folks.

Chapter 71: Ending the tourism.
(The Loud House.)
Lincoln comes down the stairs and he sees his mom, Luna talking on the phone and she looks serious. He then stands next to her and waits for her to finish her conversation with whoever it is.
Luna then finishes her talk and she sees her kid looking at her and she smiles. "You ready for school kiddo?"
Lincoln nods. "I am. Also, who the heck were you talking to on the phone mom?"
Luna sighs. "Mayor Davis, and she will make her big announcement on stopping this whole con artist tourism thing, she said it'll be around lunch time and chances a lot of people will be shocked at the choice she made, but it's all necessary."
"Luna is not wrong." Great Grandma Harriet goes towards them. "I read on the newspaper that some houses around town keeps getting visited by tourists and some rank amateur ghost hunters and they keep asking where this house is and also asking if they can scan their homes for paranormal activity. They think there is tons of other ghosts around town, when there's only one active ghost and that's me and I do not like it when people start trying to do the same annoying stunt to other homes, it's rude and mean."
Lincoln sighs. "Whatever the mayor has planned, I'm sure everyone in town will agree to that choice and it could end the chaos that has spread."
Luna then checks her watch. "We should head on to school now kiddo." She then opens the door and some guys with ARGGH! Homemade ghost detecting junk are around the house and one of them goes to the front door.
"Excuse me miss. Can we please come in and check on the ghost in your home?"
Luna kicks the man in the gut and then shoves him away and she closes the door and then grabs her phone. "Time for some backup."
Soon, the sound of helicopters comes in and the people scatter, some of them have been contained in powerful nets and then comes in the cops who help intercept these people and then some of the neighbors help take them down.
Lincoln and Luna come out and Luna looks to the chopper and she gives a thumbs up to the chopper and it flies off, they then see the cops make so many arrests and the people try to convince them this was all for science. But this was an act of privacy invasion and also close to home invading.
Great Grandma Harriet comes out to see this and the people being taken away are shocked and try to reason to see the ghost, but the cops just take them away.
Great Grandma Harriet smiles. "To be honest there is one group of people I would be happy to talk to, the licensed kind and respectful category of ghost talkers and that's the Ghost Labs people or those who show respect to spirits like me, would be nice to meet them."
Lincoln chuckles. "Not wrong, those guys are legit and they know what they're doing."
Lincoln and Luna then head into the car and they wave goodbye to Great Grandma Harriet. They then see Michelle come back with her car and she watches the other two louds drive off. "Huh, guess I missed them."
Great Grandma Harriet looks to Michelle. "What are you doing back here early?"
"Well, Reiningers is doing well with renovations and they'll be done by tomorrow. So, they sent me back to get some rest even though I wanted to help out. So, what the heck did I miss and why the heck were there tons of cop cars driving by earlier?"
"It's a long story" replied Great Grandma Harriet.
Then Mr. Grouse comes out of his house and he picks up all the junk homemade ghost hunting gear. "A Story about some young people who don't show respect to other homes."
Michelle Lewis then figured out this had something to do with those stupid ARGGH! Fans. She then gets an idea. "I think I know how we can stop this, but we need to talk to Luna and Lincoln about it when they get back and this could help turn the tide of this madness."
(Royal Woods Grade school.)
The purple Ferrari arrives and Lincoln comes out, but he goes back and gives Luna a hug and then she drives off to her school.
Lincoln then meets up with his other pals and Jordan. "So, tourists at your home or are they ghost hunting dorks?" asked Jordan as she kisses his cheek.
"The second one and mom handled them with ease" replied Lincoln. "You guys looking forward to the big announcement the mayor is going to make?"
"We are, but some of us are already guessing what it could be, and some of us are placing bets" replied Liam. "My guess is that they're gonna be putting up some big security to make sure there aren't going to be some stupid con artist tourist agencies."
"My guess there's gonna be some military guys going to come in and patrol the town" replied Rusty.
"The mayor might shut down tourism in town" replied Zach.
Lincoln smirks. "You guys do what you do, whatever happens could truly change everything." He then looks to Clyde. "Anything from your dad's and what they have to say about everything?"
Clyde sighs. "They wanna say sorry for their actions, so they asked me if it was okay for them to come on by so they can apologize."
Lincoln thinks about this. "Let me speak to my mom and possibly Great Grandma Harriet and also to Detective Merris, and then I'll tell you what they have to say."
Clyde nods. "Whatever the choice is, I can respect that. I know that they won't be happy with them visiting because they still have the restraining order and I know they have gone too far with what happened last week on Saturday."
"Are your dad's still being hated by everyone in town?" asked Artie.
Clyde sighs. "Yup, not many people wanna talk with them and if they start asking about the contents of their products then they're immediately kicked out and the same goes for their trips to the pharmacy. At this point they will be outcasted by the town and the best way to show everyone that they're sorry for their actions is to make amends with Lincoln, Luna and Harriet."
"Well, that makes sense why they wanna talk to them" replied Lincoln. "But I will have to speak with them and then we can see what we can do."
Then Stella sees something. "Hey President Lincoln, your secret service is here." The others also see this and chuckle.
Lincoln is confused. "President? Secret Service? What do you?" He then sees something and smirks. "Okay, okay. I get it."
Waiting for them outside of the school are Dennis, Patrick, Flat Tire and Richie. Wait what? They're dressed in black suits and shades and they have walkie talkies.
They go towards the four boys. "Alright, what the heck are you four doing?" asked Lincoln.
"Sorry Linc, we didn't expect Flat Tire and Richie to be part of this. Also, we're just making sure that no other annoying group of people out of town come and ruin the school day for ya and we're willing to follow you when you need our back up" replied Dennis.
"We got some stuff that could help counter, like whipped cream spray to the enemies faces" replied Patrick.
They then look to Flat Tire and Richie. "And why are you guys part of this now?" asked Jenny.
"We wanted to help out as well, Lincoln did make us part of this group of pals and gals months ago and we wanna show our thanks by keeping him safe from some horrid and privacy invading dorks" replied Richie.
"Also we look so sick in these suits. Kinda like some awesome secret service group from the movies, whether we're the good guys or the bad guys or the awesome guys" replied Flat Tire.
"Which film? You mean the Men in Black?" asked Zach.
Lincoln sighs. "Guys, this is nice and all and I do appreciate it, just don't make things awkward as it is. This is kinda ridiculous and I don't wanna draw too much attention to myself. I don't wanna look like one of those rich kids who can't interact with other kids and people."
"We know Lincoln, also everyone else in school knows and are all on high alerts for anyone who comes and ruins the school day" replied Dennis.
"Even though some kids are saying we could use some action in school" replied Patrick.
They all head into the school and the other students don't seem to mind seeing 4 of Lincoln's friends dressed like this. Lincoln knows this is gonna be one heck of a day, he then sees Lucy and he waves to her and she waves to him, she seems happy.
'Maybe she got what she wanted and now that show she watches doesn't have that teen guy like she said. I guess she'll have to wait for when it comes out again.' But right now, everyone even Lucy are looking forward to the announcement by Mayor Davis.
(Skip, lunch hour.)
Everyone is eating lunch and they all have their cellphones ready and soon they all get the message that the Mayor is getting ready for the big announcement.
Lincoln finishes sending a text to Luna and he then sets his phone to the big announcement. "My mom said she and her friends are also getting ready to hear this."
Everyone in town gets ready and remains silent as they listen into the announcement by Mayor Davis, whether it be on TV, phone, tablet, laptop or computer, or radio.
"Citizens of Royal Woods. There has been an outbreak of the worst kind of disease and that disease is in the form of con artists who come into the town and think they can make their own tourist agency and then ruining the peace we have here. The tourists themselves are nothing more than pawns into this madness that has happened and also have no respect for the good folks of our town and the peace we just want."
"But the family that has been dealing this the hardest is the loud family, Luna, Lincoln and the confirmed friendly ghost with them, Harriet Willard. Ever since the incident with that ridiculous fake ghosts show, it has turned them into a tourist hot spot as well as a place for some idiots with homemade junk to go to and it has also caused trouble and so I have spoken about this issue with the state government and they have made the choice that would end this madness."
"The Governor of Michigan has made the choice for me to speak, that we will be shutting down all forms of tourist agencies into our town. So there will be no tourists coming here, to keep the peace until this all dies down, until we can end this madness of con artists and as for the issue with idiots who come with their homemade junk, the National Guard will be setting up and outpost to keep track of things."
"The benefactor is this unknown company known as FutureTech, they're new and they have announced they will set up shop outside of our town and act as the heavy duty security for when the police need reinforcements. This is all necessary, to keep the peace and to end the violation of privacy from people of the outside. As we speak, there are going to be troops and cops hunting down fake agencies and sending tourists back home."
"Airports and checkpoints will have troops to ask questions to tourists on the agency they chose, but they will still be sent back if they are tourists. I only hope this will work and that we can one day open up our borders again to much better kinds of folks who wanna see our lovely town. FutureTech has made the announcement that they have arrested and sent back more than 200,000 tourists since the start of Sunday all the way to this day."
"I do hope this message also goes to the people who want to see our lovely town, please do not be like the people who have been invading the privacy of the small family, they don't deserve this kind of thing. They already went through their family once and we do not wish to see another act of chaos happen again, things have been peaceful for everyone and we intend to keep it that way. That is all, and thank you for listening everyone."
They soon stop watching and everyone around town are shocked, but they all know this is necessary, as for the con artists hiding around town, this is bad. They heard that Flip has been taken down by the law twice and now they're going to be next, Royal Woods is no longer they're cash town anymore.
A raven sees all of this from the window of the school and it flies off as its eyes glow violet and then green.
(After School.)
Lincoln comes out of the school, and soon Lincoln sees his mom's car arrive and she comes out to go towards him. "I heard the big announcement too kiddo, everyone did and it will be over soon."
Lincoln hugs his mom and everyone else awes at this. "Ya darn right it's gonna be over punks!" They then see a man with a gun and he attempts to shoot them.
Luna defends her son and Lincoln is now filled with fear, everyone else screams and runs off to hide and the four boys also help for a shield, but Patrick trips and Flat Tire tries to act like a hero but he also trips and so do the others. Yeah, those shoes they're wearing aren't really helping, also their laces are untied.
The man then shoots the gun and the bullet heads for Luna, but then something defends them. They open their eyes and see someone in a cloak with feathers around his shoulders, a hood and staff stands between them and the gunman and they're in some kind of barrier or force field.
The man looks to Luna and Lincoln in a Scottish accent. "You two alright?"
Lincoln and Luna nod and are shocked. "Thank you sir."
"No problem kid." The man then looks to the gunman who tries to shoot, but the bullets just turn into ashes by this barrier. "You are that stupid aren't ya con artist? Well, let me oblige you with something that'll send a message to the scum like you around town!"
The hooded man slams his staff to the ground and his eyes glow blue and he starts to speak in this incantation. The gunman reloads his gun. "I am not going to let some stupid kids ruin the tourist stuff the rest of us cons work hard to make!" He tries to shoot, but once again the bullets are vaporized.
The man then finishes his incantation and he sends a wave of energy and blue glowing chains grab the man and he's shackled to the ground, the hooded man then grabs his staff and he charges at the gunman and he knocks the gun away and whacks him in the head.
He then whistles and then someone in black clothing and a mask drops from a high speed aircraft and he places his hand on the man's face. "Sleep you filthy scumbag."
The gunman is now asleep and then some armored vehicles and cop cars arrive and they take the man away.
Everyone else is shocked and don't know what they just saw. Lincoln and Luna look to the two odd men who fist bump each other. "Good job Guardian, though I wanted to do more than just make him sleep."
"Well, at least you finished it off, and now that man will be sent away, but I believe he is the first of many" replied the hooded man.
"Excuse me." The two men look to Lincoln and Luna. "Thank you. Also, who the heck are you two?" asked Luna.
The two figures go towards her. "Let's just say we're friends from another world and we're here to ensure that nothing else goes wrong, also tell Harriet I said hi and that I'm sorry for giving you that nightmare Luna, I was just trying to see how you could handle such a memory of an alternate world."
Luna is shocked. "W-What?!"
Lincoln is also confused. Then something big with four legs arrive and the mud nearby is hit and splashes all over the hooded man. "Oh come on! What the hell?! This is dry clean only man!"
The masked man in black clothing laughs at him. "Ha! The Guardian of the realms is now a god damn mess! Look at you, you retard!"
The hooded man is now angry. "Alright, that's it. I'm headed back home. Feel free to go back to your world Hollow." The man then shocks everyone by turning into a raven and then flying through a portal in the sky.
The masked man, known as Hollow then calms down and he looks to the reports. "Okay, so there have been 18 arrests and those cons are going back to jail, that's good." He then turns around and sees the shocked expressions from everyone. "What's wrong with all of you?"
Lincoln then asks. "What the heck did we just see?"
Hollow smirks. "Let's just say you might be seeing more of us, soon. See you around Lincoln and Luna Loud. Also, I think you're housemate has a plan to end this nightmare as well, one that could shake the very foundation of the future you two are gonna have." He then hops into this Sci-Fi looking aircraft and it takes off.
Everyone at the school have taken photos and videos and have no clue what the heck just happened.
"So, were they aliens?" asked Zach.
"They look more like advanced stuff to me" replied Stella.
"Are we gonna ignore the fact that some hooded guy just turned into a bird and used magic?" asked Sadie.
Clyde then faints. "Guys, this is so hurting my head" said Jordan. "What the heck just happened?"
Lincoln and Luna can only know that they're gonna have to talk to Great Grandma Harriet about this, but another part of them can tell this is a good thing. They have this new tech army that's keeping all outside threats at bay and some odd new allies, but the answers they seek might shock them, well they're prepared for whatever they have to know.
They both head back into the car and drive off, they need to know what Michelle Lewis has planned.
Lisa and Darcy are shocked at what they see and then Lisa faints. This is all new for everyone, and more are yet to come.
