Diana is now getting ready to wash the clothes. She hasn't been washing the clothes in a long time as a matter of fact. Her mom was doing that of course. She will remember what to do with the clothes by the way. She will try to get them clean without the clothes getting damaged. Let's hope that Diana will be washing the clothes.
"Time to wash the clothes." said Diana.
She went to the laundry room and turns on the washing machine. Then, she puts the clothes and laundry detergent in there and closed the door all the way.
"I'm washing the clothes, mom." said Diana.
"That is good, Di." said Mrs. Evans. "Make sure that you don't get our clothes damaged."
"I will keep an eye on that." said Diana. "In fact, I am good at washing the clothes."
"It's been a while that you have been washing the clothes." said Mrs. Evans.
"I know, mom." said Diana. "That is why I decided to wash the clothes today."
"That's my daughter." said Mrs. Evans. "We can put the clothes away after it was clean."
"That sounds like a good idea, mom." said Diana. "Time to put them in the dryer."
Diana went back to the laundry room and took out the clothes from the washing machine. Then, she put the clothes and the dryer sheet in the dryer and turns it on.
"The clothes are now in the dryer." said Diana.
"When they are done, make sure that you bring out the basket." said Mrs. Evans.
"I sure will, mom." said Diana. "It is going to be a lot of work."
"Yes, it is, Di." said Mrs. Evans.
Later, Diana brought out the basket and went back to the laundry room to take out the clothes from the dryer. Then, she puts the clothes in the basket and cleans out the dryer lint.
"The clothes are done, mom." said Diana.
"That is great, Di." said Mrs. Evans. "I am proud of you."
Her mom is giving her daughter a hug for washing the clothes. See what happens in the next chapter of this long story.
