An aftermath from the incident with visiting Lynn Sr and Rita, they need to talk about some issues that have transpired from the last chapter and someone from one of the new episodes is trying to get involved with their lives, and someone might wanna talk with the family soon. Enjoy reading folks.

Chapter 116: How vile is Science?
(The Loud House.)
The purple Ferrari of Luna arrive and not too far behind is the red Ferrari of Michelle Lewis. They have finished they're visit to Lynn Sr and Rita and they are back home and are going to have to deal with a new issue and that issue is Michelle and her injury.
Michelle Lewis got shot after their visit to the prison where Lynn Sr and Rita were, they had to take down the inmates who tried to escape and take away both Luna and Rita, through courage and crazy shit determination, they successfully took them down, well took one of them down.
Michelle is sorta healed up.
Luna goes over to check on Michelle who is having it hard to stand up straight. "Alright Lewis, time for you to go to bed, now."
Michelle sighs. "Yeah, okay." They all go into the house, the door opens and Harriet sees them.
"I heard about what happened, thank goodness none of you have gone critical. How're you doing Michelle? I heard you got into the fight and got shot."
Michelle nods. "Yeah, yeah. I got shot from one of the stray bullets that belonged to one of those convicts and I shot one of them with the help from Sam." She does her best to try and keep her right side from causing so much pain. "Still sore, I need to rest up now."
Sam helps Michelle back into her room. Luna looks to Harriet. "We got her sent to the hospital, after they got the bullet out and patched up her wound, FutureTech forces came with some kind of healing patch and she has to stay in bed for the whole day for the process to finish. Thank goodness for those guys and they're help."
"And what of the men who caused this?" asked Harriet.
"From what we know, one of them has kicked the bucket and the other got injured and is being sent someplace else and possibly maximum lockdown, alongside solitary confinement" replied Lincoln.
Luna ruffles her son's hair. "This little dude was the one who showed the bad guys no mercy and took action. I'm proud of what you did, but it was also reckless and you could've gotten hurt." She kneels down to his level and she hugs him.
Lincoln also hugs Luna. "I did what I had to, to help you mom. They were gonna t-take you away fr-from me again." Lincoln begins to shed some tears. "I had to mom, I had to. I don't wanna lose you. I don't want us to be separated and get hurt again." He hugs onto Luna tightly, afraid that she'll be taken away.
Luna knows that what had happened was bringing back some unpleasant memories from what happened when they were faced to fight Flip and his conmen allies, a fight for their life and to stop whatever dark deed Flip and those men had, and one of them was torturing the two louds.
Harriet looks to Luna. "You and your son need to have a talk. I shall stay down here and keep an eye on Michelle, should she need something."
Luna nods, she departs from the hug with Lincoln and the two of them head up the stairs, Sam comes out of Michelle's room. "Michelle is doing fine, she'll be okay and probably won't be able to do much as she's asleep now. She really looked like she needed the rest. I'll be sure to inform her pals at Reiningers about this. Where are Lincoln and Luna?"
"Upstairs, Luna has to talk to Lincoln after what had happened" replied Harriet.
Sam sighs. "Looks like they need my help too." She goes up the stairs to go and check on them.
Harriet then heads to the kitchen to make something for them to eat, but they have no idea that a white van with two black cars arrive and some men in black suits come out with a female scientist. "This is the place."
(Upstairs.)
Luna and Lincoln are both sitting on the lower bunk of the bed, and with them is Sam.
"Linc, what happened back there the other day was brave of you to do and I understand why you did so. You were smart enough to think of using the gun, which kinda shocks me. But the whole ordeal could've had you killed and I am not losing you" said Luna sternly, but she also has some sadness in her voice.
"You're mom's right Lincoln. You were literally owning it when you shot the man to save Luna, but that guy could've killed you and we were not having that one" replied Sam. "You're lucky Michelle and I took him down, before he did anything else."
Lincoln looks down with sadness. "Am I in trouble?"
Luna sighs. "For nearly getting yourself killed, tomorrow I want you to come home after school. You're grounded for a week for doing that reckless crud." She then hugs Lincoln. "I'm sorry Linc, but I have to. You did something I did not want you to do, even though it had a reason."
Lincoln hugs her back. "I understand mom, and I'm okay with it. Just as long as we're safe and sound and with no one else coming after us."
Sam sheds some tears and she too joins in the hug. They stay like this for a few minutes, then they break the hug.
"Are we gonna go back and check on our former parents soon?" asked Lincoln.
Luna sighs. "Not sure when Linc, but for now the one person we should have our sights on is the very girl who made the life we have into this. Soon, probably on Saturday we're gonna go and see… Junior."
That did not sound right for Lincoln, he has mixed emotions from what has happened between him and Lynn Jr. He wants to see her, but also he doesn't wanna see her.
Luna knows how he feels and she too had the same feeling too. Luna rubs his back and she pulls him close to her. "Easy there Linc, you're not the only one having second thoughts about going to see Lynn. But we have to check up on her, to see what she's been doing and to ask how she feels about all of this and if she knows what we've been through."
"The hot deal in this issue, is telling Leni and Lori" said Sam. "They're gonna wanna know about this and sure as heck they won't be happy."
"We know Sam, and there's no point talking to Luan about this, not until she opens up her mind and sees her mistakes in telling those words to us" said Luna. "Also, how was Lucy? We haven't spoken to her since we came back to town."
Sam sighs. "Lucy told me to tell you guys that she's gonna be spending a week with her family. After what happened, she could use some family comfort and not the one from this family."
Lincoln knows this. "I don't blame her, she became a victim in a deadly crossfire and she could've been killed. Thank goodness she was safe when it all happened and unharmed, but chances she might be scarred."
"Don't worry kiddo. We'll talk to her soon, probably when the week is over" said Luna.
"Or when we go and see Lynn" replied Lincoln.
Luna sighs. "Yeah, or when we go and see Lynn. But we'll have to tell Lucy about this, if she wants to be part of the meeting with another old family member."
Just then they hear the doorbell ring. "What the heck was that? Are we expecting some company?" asked Luna.
They all get off the bed and then walk out of the room. "Jordan said she'd give me some space after what happened and the same goes with Clyde and the others" replied Lincoln. "Maybe it's the rest of the band."
"Not possible Linc, Sully and Mazzy said they're gonna bring our school work to us" replied Sam. "Could be Fiona and Miguel, but they have the December sale to manage this week and it's gonna be busy."
Luna then realizes something. 'Dang it! Through everything we've been through, I forgot that we have to setup the Christmas décor around the house. We have to figure out when we can set them up and we can't go and see Lynn this week, we have to go and see Bobbie Fletcher and her race.'
They make it down stairs and see Harriet placing down the glasses of milk and a plate of chocolate chip cookies on the table. "Are we expecting some company?"
They all shake they're head in denial. "Then something is wrong."
Luna looks to the door, and she readies her gun. "I got this." Sam gets in front of Lincoln and she has her taser ready and Harriet gets ready with whatever spooky thing she has in store.
Luna takes a deep breathe, she then opens the door and they see this woman. A tall woman with brown hair and a knot at the back. Wearing the usual lab coat, glasses and a black tie and black shoes.
"Hello there, you must be Luna Loud. Let me introduce myself, my name is Dr. Caroline, Linnaeus of Incognito Labs."
Luna is confused and she sees the guys in black suits. "What the heck do you want?"
"Miss Loud, we have heard so much about what you and your son have been through and also heard about this paranormal issue, though I am not the kind of woman to believe in that stuff. But, we would like to speak with you about this company that is in contact with your family" replied Dr. Linnaeus.
"The ones called FutureTech I presume. We haven't been able to make contact with them and they refused to reply to our dema- I mean calls. We would like to speak with you about this and also take some samples of you and your son's DNA. You two seem to be tough survivors to withstand any odds that try and harm you both."
"We will also pay you if you participate in coming with us at our base at Incognito labs. Another thing, we also wish to run some research on the whole paranormal thing your home has. Even though we find that kind of belief malarchy, we are curious as to how it exists in our world and remain undetected."
Luna did not like the sound of this and neither did Lincoln and Sam. They see the guys in suits have some brown bags with them, and they seem pretty big and empty.
Luna then has her gun out. "No. Now get the hell away from us or someone is gonna get more than 6 rounds in their heads."
Dr. Linnaeus sighs. "I didn't think it would come to this." She snaps her fingers and the men have guns of their own and point it at them, Luna then pulls out something else in her jacket and that something is a Machine Pistol that FutureTech gave her.
"Miss Loud, drop the weapons and come with us. We don't want things to escalate from bad to worse now do we?"
"Drop it bitch!" They see Merris come out of her house and she has her gun pointed at them and she also has her phone. "I called backup, they even said they're on their way right now with tons of reinforcements. Now drop the guns, now!"
Dr. Linnaeus is angered by this. "I did not come all this way to just have my research be ruined by some happy family loving idiots. Now, come with us and no one else gets hurt or worse. You got one choice, now move it!"
Luna gets ready to shoot, but then she smirks. "Hope you got no phobias."
"What?"
Then something appears in front of her and has a demonic look and scares the men and the scientist. The being then grabs Dr. Linnaeus and tosses her over to her white van and she hits the side of it.
Then the being grabs the men in black suits and sends them flying to their cars as well.
Dr. Linnaeus slowly gets up and sees the being standing in front of the lawn and with the being is Luna and Sam. The being then changes her form back to Harriet. "You a believer now?"
Dr. Linnaeus is shocked from this and she tries to get up. "N-No, it cannot be. Ghosts are real?!"
Then cop cars arrive, along with FutureTech forces and Detective StoneHeart's car, and a little girl is with her. "That is the woman officer. That is Dr. Carol Linnaeus of Incognito Labs. The illegal space research facility!" said Lisa Helmandollar.
Lincoln, Luna and Sam are stunned to see Lisa is there. Harriet is not shocked by this. "I kinda knew she would come here and she did. Nailed it."
The scientist woman gets up and is then hand cuffed and same with her guards. "What? No! Let me go! What are you doing?! Unhand me!"
StoneHeart goes to her. "Dr. Caroline Linnaeus, the state of DC has made the call that you are now under arrest for the creation of Incognito labs and other research facilities unregistered to the Science committee. As of now, the FBI and CIA are also beginning the hunt for any other facilities you have aligned with, FutureTech will also provide assistance and commence the hunt for these unregistered and unlicensed sectors of illegal experiments and research."
Dr. Linnaeus is shocked to hear this. "What? How in the world did you know of this?!"
"That would be me" replied Lisa. "Even though I am not allowed to be part of the logical greatness of a scientist, I am still looking into the science committee news and any upcoming events, and I managed to see the ad that was left on the site about Incognito labs and I did my research, and it does not exist."
"At first I thought it was just the name of some kind of online gaming system, but then I looked into some research and recent unexpected reports and findings about the lab and did my own hunt and search and bingo, I found the truth and it's also connected to the science facilities I once worked for."
"No wonder why they wanted to remove all connection with me when the court began. They wish not to be caught by the law when I confess my actions in causing the damage to my old family. I have been studying and going through research since last month and it appears the fruits of my labor have come to bear."
"Also, because her adopted dad is a private investigator" replied StoneHeart. "Take them away, a lot of big time scientists will want you and you're team taken down and locked up, for a long, long time. Also, we have charges for attempt in kidnapping Lincoln and Luna Loud and sneaking into Royal Woods past the border checkpoint too."
Dr. Linnaeus struggles to be free. "No! Not like this! Stop this, I am superior to all of you!" She then looks to Lisa. "We are not through you and me! I will be back, to take you down and make you pay!"
She then looks to Lincoln and Luna. "And then I'm coming for the two of you. My research is not done and I will get into FutureTech and I will know they're secrets!" She's then placed into the squad car and taken away along with her guards.
Lisa then begins to walk away from this. "Lisa." The little girl stops, she knows it was Lincoln who said those words. "Thank you."
Lisa doesn't look to him. "I did what I had to. We do not need another repeat from what had happened with Flip and the conmen." She then goes back to StoneHeart's car to show him the evidence of what she found out from her one month of research.
But then she stops. "Also, have a good life. I hope you can keep this life together and also find some peace for whatever your futures hold. Farewell, Lincoln Loud and Luna Loud, also Sam Sharp and… Harriet Willard." She sounded nervous saying the ghost's name.
Lisa then goes into the squad car with the detective and they drive off.
Luna and Lincoln felt like smiling, but were also concerned. They can see that Lisa wants to talk to them but she can't due to her fear of being into trouble, but she just stopped trouble and saved their family from another disaster.
Lincoln, Luna, Sam and Harriet walk back into the house, but both louds are thinking. 'Should we speak with Lisa?'
A/N: Michelle will recover soon, and it is unknown on when Lincoln and Luna will speak with Lisa. Possibly next year, they will return to check on Lynn Sr and Rita, they will inform about this to Leni and Lori soon, and on Sunday is when they will go and check on Lynn Loud Junior.
