Diana, Sue and Nancy had another good school year. They did a good job on their assignments as a matter of fact. They have been working hard on that of course. They got a good grade on most of their assignments by the way. They also did a good job on their tests as well. They are about to wait for the bell to ring. Let's hope that Diana and her friends will be leaving for a summer break.

"It's been a good school year, Di." said Sue.

"It sure is, girls." said Diana. "In fact, we did a good job on our assignments."

"We have been working hard on that." said Nancy.

"That is true, girls." said Diana. "We have never failed our assignments."

"No, we don't, Di." said Sue. "We also got a good grade on most of our tests."

"Yes, we did, girls." said Diana. "It is very important to study the test before we take one."

"Here comes our report card." said Nancy.

They saw their teacher are giving a report card to her students.

"That is a lot of A's." said Diana.

"I see them too, Di." said Sue. "We never got a bad grade on our report card."

"I'm glad that we didn't get a single one." said Diana. "Let's wait for the bell."

Later, the bell has rung, and the students are leaving the classroom.

"Have a great summer, students." said Mrs. Jean. "I will see you next school year."

"We sure will, ma'am." said Diana. "See you later."

The students are now exiting the school building.

"Another school year is now in the books." said Diana.

"What should we do now?" Nancy asked.

"We can get some ice cream." said Diana. "They are giving it for free today."

Diana and her friends went to go get some ice cream.

"I have got some vanilla." said Diana.

"I am having strawberry." said Nancy.

"And I got chocolate for me." said Sue. "We can show our report card to our parents."

Diana and her friends are coming back home from school. See what happens in the next chapter of this long story.
