This is it, what they have been waiting for and now Lincoln, Luna and the rest of the band are now at the one place looking forward for the epic race of their good racing friend, but there might be some trouble there as well. Enjoy reading my friends.

Chapter 121: Racing to Trouble.
(Atlanta Motor Speedway, Atlanta Georgia.)
The whole speedway is a cheerful sight with tons of racing fans all over the place and everyone is looking forward to one epic race. All the racecars are there and ready, also being checked for any issues and mishaps.
Racecar drivers are all being interviewed on the race and also signing some autographs to fans and interacting with each other, pit crews are checking on fuel and other things needed for the race.
A red bus arrives with the logo of Burpin' Burger and coming out are Luna, with her son Lincoln. Also with them; Sam, Sully, Mazzy, Chunk, Jordan and Michelle Lewis and they are ready for this wicked awesome day of racing, okay so they are here for the race, but mostly for their biggest gig ever.
They then see Bobbie Fletcher and her crew chief go to them. "Hey guys, glad you all came and I hope you enjoyed the tour bus."
"We did, and thanks for the bus too. But, I know the credit goes to the dude who got is this ride for the whole trip" replied Luna.
"That would be me, Ms. Loud." replied the crew chief; Randall Fletcher – The older brother to Bobbie Fletcher and a good man for the racing pit crew chief. Former racecar driver, till he suffered through some back problems and decided to let his little sister take the track.
The guy is wearing a Burpin' Burger themed crew chief uniform and has his headset ready, brown hair with a mustache. The man is in his mid-50's and has been racing since he was 20 year's old. He stopped when he reached 39, when he crashed and had a serious back injury.
"Thanks for the bus mate and the burgers too. Because I am stuffed" said Chunk as he hauls the amps to the area where Bobbie's Pit crew is.
Sully then whispers. "We can't say much about the restroom though, he ate so much."
Randall and Bobbie are wide eyed hearing that. "Well, that can't be good for the guys who have to clean the bus, also the whole stadium staff has been told about you kids and they're all gonna be ready to setup the stage so you guys can perform the national anthem" replied Bobbie Fletcher.
"We're all stoked and happy to have you guys here. To perform on stage and in front of thousands of fans here for the race" said Randall. "You kids got everything you need?"
"We do and we're just as excited as anyone else here as well" said Sam. They then walk with them with the gear, they follow them to the pit crew's area and they see the stands and seats getting filled up and they see a large tray of burgers for them to enjoy later along with some sodas.
"Burpin' Burger really does know how to impress with the whole sponsorship thing" said Jordan.
Then Bobbie Fletcher goes to the band. "Now, before I go to my car, I need to tell you guys that some lady came here and said she'll be watching the whole event from the V.I.P area of the whole thing."
They then look to the high seats and spot Katie Crest, along with Mick Swagger talking to each other, this upsets the band and Michelle, but mostly ticks off Luna. "Usually I'd be stoked in seeing Mick Swagger, but not anymore. I'm changed and being a fan of a guy who made me who I am is not gonna make me feel like the old Luna Loud."
"Whatever her business is here, is our issue and her presence along with Mick's is not gonna make us nervous. We got this, we've been through hell and sure as heck we can take it all." Luna looks to her band. "You guys ready for this?"
They all nod. They then leave the pits and cross the track with Chunk and some staff and they head to the stage at the center grassy area of the field. Bobbie Fletcher heads to her car and gets her ready to race.
Luna looks to Lincoln and Jordan. "Lincoln, I need you to stay here at the pits and stay close to the grownups okay?"
Lincoln nods. "I'll be fine mom." He then puts on the same hat as the pit crew. "We'll be safe here."
"I got this covered Luna, don't worry" said Michelle Lewis.
"We'll be safe Ms. Loud, there's lot of guys and gals here in the pits for any trouble to come near us. Also, I doubt there could be anyone coming to stir up some trouble, this is a big race and it seems to be live too" said Jordan.
They all see the camera crews and also some cameras are from Royal Woods, and they are confused at one thing; what the heck is Katherine Mulligan doing here?
"Well, that sure is odd. What the heck is Katherine Mulligan doing here?" asked Luna.
"Something must be up, but I doubt she'd be here for the news on the race, I don't even think she's part of the Royal Woods sports news crew, or she could be helping cover the story here for the sports news crew" replied Lincoln.
This was odd and confusing, but they just shrug it off and leave it be.
Luna then hugs Lincoln and kisses his forehead. "Stay safe, stay here and don't do anything troublesome. I love you kiddo and I'll be right back, enjoy the show."
Lincoln kisses her cheek and hugs her back. "I will mom, now get out there and show them the awesomeness of the band and what they can do. This gig is big, bigger than what you have dreamed of."
Luna smiles and they depart from the hug and she goes off to the stage to join the band and have the gear double checked if they are ready.
Lincoln smiles and then Randall stands next to him. "Kinda reminds me of our mom. Before we went off to do some Go-Kart racing, she would tell Bobbie and me to be careful and stay safe. She's just as affectionate as your mom."
Lincoln chuckles. "The love of a mom is as strong as any known love, or could be stronger."
Randall chuckles. "Amen little man, amen to that." They both fist bump and high five each other.
But they have no clue that someone with red hair, and a light green hoodie sneaks away into the area of the pits and smirks. 'Gotcha Loud!' He then grabs the hat from the other pit crew and he sneaks off somewhere else. He then sees Katherine Mulligan and her camera man walking away, since they still have no clue what they're doing. The kid figure smirks and has a crow bar. "Right on time and all according to plan."
(Later.)
The whole stadium is packed with fans and the racers are all ready for the big race, the last race of the year for them and the big trophy win, along with 190,000 dollars.
The racetrack has been cleared of any form of ice and snow and has been kept warm underneath the stadiums large roof.
Lincoln, Jordan and Michelle Lewis watch and see all the pit crews getting ready with the tires and fuel and Michelle Lewis even points out that one of the towers is damaged and would have to be replaced.
Katie Crest and Mick Swagger watch and get ready for the big national anthem part, and they watch the band on the stage.
Luna and her band are locked, stocked and ready to go, like the cars ready to race. Luna then looks to Katie Crest and Mick Swagger who are looking forward to what they can do, but she doesn't bother with them and she looks to Lincoln who is waving at her.
Luna smiles and she has enough confidence to do this. Then the announcer speaks up.
"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Atlanta Speedway Stadium!"
Everyone cheers and all the cameras are live and showing this throughout the country, especially to Royal Woods and to a little girl with blonde hair in the living room with her twin sister.
"And now, here to perform the American National Anthem, ladies and gentlemen, please welcome: The Luna-Tics!"
Everyone cheers and claps at the band that have been known in Royal Woods, but they seem to be focusing on the teenage girl who made the country less of an issue with con artist fake junk.
Luna looks to her band. "Ready dudes?"
They all nod. "Ready!"
Luna sighs. "Let's hit it." she then looks to Mazzy who starts it up with the violin, then Sully goes next on the keyboard. Soon, Luna and Sam joins them, they perform the American National Anthem with the guitars, violin and keyboard they have, and they make it one performance for all to remember.
Luna even sings the national anthem, alongside Sam. Lincoln smiles seeing this, his mom was in sync with Sam and both showing everyone just how musically talented they are.
Everyone places they're hands on their hearts as this song goes on, and a legendary Bald Eagle champion named Steven Trevor with his Bald Eagle Reaver are there, the eagle takes to the skies and has the American Flag on his feet and it flies around and everyone look to the flag of the nation flying around with the veteran eagle.
Lincoln then feels like someone is watching him, then he feels something. "Hey Michelle, I think I need to use the restroom."
Michelle nods. "Okay." She then looks to Jordan. "Jordan, I'm gonna escort Lincoln to the rest room and keep an eye on him, you think you can stay here?"
"Sure, and if the song is over, I'll tell Luna and the others where you went" replied Jordan.
They nod and Michelle helps Lincoln find the bathroom, she doesn't want him to run into trouble or get lost around the place, but they have no clue someone is waiting in the shadows.
Soon, the song comes to a close and everyone cheers and claps from this.
Luna and Sam smile and look to the crowd cheering, and they knew that the gig is over and it was time to head back to the pits.
Luna looks to the V.I.P area and she looks sternly to Katie Crest, the woman just claps at the performance. Mick Swagger sees how this is getting tense and so he scooches away as to not be locked onto the stern eyes of this 16-year old mom.
Luna sighs and she's about to go to the pits. But then she hears the audience gasp. "What the heck is going on?"
"Luna! Look!" Sam grabs Luna and she points to the many screens and they see the camera is live from the Royal Woods camera and it shows Katherine Mulligan, her camera man and Michelle Lewis, unconscious with some blood from their head and tied up.
Luna goes wide eyed and she sees Jordan looking around with the pit crew for Lincoln and Michelle, they were supposed to have been back by now.
Luna then looks to the screen and then her heart breaks at what she sees, Her son, Lincoln Loud is tied up and on the ground of this very large room area and he's got some bruises on him and a black eye and his right arm looks like it's been dislocated.
Seeing this was making everyone shocked, then they see the camera face the person who did this and it was none other than Chandler McCann. "Hey teen mom, this your kid? Well too bad, this is what happens when you mess with someone like me! Good luck finding your kid now, because he'll be sleeping in the dirt tonight!"
Chandler then puts the camera down and makes sure it's facing Lincoln and then he begins to beat Lincoln with the crowbar and this makes everyone shocked and yell at him to stop.
The staff and guards of the stadium fan out and look for the kid and stop this, but Bobbie Fletcher looks at where they are, she knows who Chandler is and she recognizes the location. A wide area that seems like the place where the racecars pass through and it's also the same height as a semi-truck with a large and long trailer.
She then hops into her racecar and she drives towards Luna who is enraged and trying to figure out what to do and where to find Lincoln. "Luna! Get in!"
Luna gets into the car and she has her FutureTech pistol with her, and they drive off. The other racecar drivers also get into their cars and follow her, this just turned into a race for someone's life instead.
Jordan and the band also join in and follow them, luckily they go someplace not too far from the pits.
(Somewhere in the stadium.)
Chandler chuckles and laughs maniacally as he beats Lincoln with the crow bar, at this point Lincoln can't be able to cry while his body is getting beaten up all over.
His sides and arms and legs are taking the hits, but not his head, even his back is being struck down. Luckily, he didn't use the sharp end of the crowbar.
Michelle, Katherine and the camera guy struggle to break free, but all they can do is watch and cry as the boy is getting his life beaten out of him.
Chandler then ties the crow bar to his belt and looks to the camera. He then smiles. "I honestly don't care about anything anymore, I mean I don't even have my friends or the fame and popularity I used to have, but you guys wanna know something? I might go to jail for this, but who fucking cares?! What matters, is that this Larry pays for what he did to me!"
He then grabs the magnum pistol which was inside of Michelle's jacket and he has it armed and ready. "Any last words, fucking white haired asshole?"
Lincoln closes his eyes and just awaits for his end, but then the sound of an engine is heard and before he could pull the trigger, the racecar of Bobbie Fletcher arrives and it makes a screeching halt, but comes in a little too close and it hits Chandler from behind and he's sent flying and he slams and rolls around the pavement far from Lincoln and the gun is tossed into the air and next to Lincoln.
Luna and Bobbie Fletcher open the doors and they race towards Lincoln and untie him, the other racers arrive and help Michelle, Katherine and the camera guy and they need some medical attention from the wounds they have on their heads.
Lincoln is barely breathing and is getting frowzy from the massive pain he took. "Lincoln, hang in there buddy we're gonna get you to a hospital."
Luna unties her son and she sees all the bruises he took and his legs have cuts marks and bruises and little blood is coming out. "We have to take him to a hospital and fast!" said Bobbie Fletcher.
"Loud!" Chandler is back up, and even though his whole body is sore, he charges at them with the crowbar and a knife he kept in his hoodie and he is seeing red. Luna is about to pull out her modified stun magnum.
But seeing his mom doing something to save him trigger Lincoln, and he grabs the gun and he looks to Chandler and fires four shots. Two hit his legs, one to his right shoulder and one to his left hand and the delinquent goes down and is now unconscious and bleeding from the shots.
Lincoln drops the gun and he begins to pass out.
Luna then picks up her son and she carries him to Bobbie's car. Bobbie gets into the driver's seat and she drives off with Luna to the Atlanta General Hospital.
Seeing this happen, some of the racers help Michelle, Katherine and the camera guy drive to the place as well.
Jordan, Sam and the others watch as they drive off and the audience is now in panic and relief that the hooligan has been subdued.
The cops arrive and they take Chandler and bring him to the hospital, and then they find his phone and he has ten missed calls from his parents, he is in deep shit trouble.
A black Mercedes Benz arrives next to the band. "Get in, now!" said Mick Swagger. They all hop in and they ride off to the hospital to check on Lincoln and Luna.
Following behind them is another sports car and inside that one is Katie Crest. This has turned into something she now fears might happen when the summer musical tour begins.
Everyone in Royal Woods is shocked, Chandler's parents are in tears at what happened to their son and what he has become and they know that with this happening, they could be driven out of the lives from Royal Woods and Michigan.
Why? Chandler just assaulted and brought harm to the woman who led the contract and court deals against Conmen and fake ghost hunters, wounded the two members of the Royal Woods local news and nearly killed the white-haired boy known around town after the bad luck incident.
This could spiral into chaos and would alert not just the town, but the FutureTech base and worst of all, the former louds watching this.
