Just some small things I came up with in my sleep and towards an incoming chapter for Saturday which has something to do with an episode from Season 3 and chances it'll also be another step for Lincoln and Luna when they are distant from each other, even if it is just one night. Chapter 164: A few outcomes coming.
(Royal Woods Elementary School.)
The date is January 25 and Lincoln Loud walks down the halls of the school and then he sees Clyde race towards him. "Hey buddy, what seems to be the issue?" Then he sees Clyde has some tears on him. "Umm, Clyde. What's wrong? What happened?"
Clyde then calms down. "You….. You recall…… Recall Ricky the…… Ricky the Rooster?"
Lincoln then remember a rooster that's with Clyde when he does the morning announcements. "I think so, he's also the mascot for the Royal Woods Rooster's Football team, and I did saw him long ago when I was told to join the Football team. What's wrong with Ricky the Rooster?"
Clyde then sheds more tears and tries to explain, but Huggins comes over and hugs him. "He's gone!"
Lincoln is freaked out by this. "Okay, well this is awkward." He didn't know what else to say, he's never felt bad for someone just because a rooster died. "Umm, sorry for the loss guys."
Huggins continues to cry. "Thank you loud. That's so nice of you to say!" He then cries some more.
Clyde then calms down. "We need to….. To make a funeral service for….. For Ricky! The best one, and for him!" He then cries some more and so does Huggins.
Seeing that this is getting really, really awkward. Lincoln slowly backs up and goes someplace else. 'Wow. I thought that Rooster would last longer, but I guess all things come and go.'
Norm the janitor sees the two crying and he sees the pool of water they make. "I really should mop what you two make, otherwise I'll be out of wet floor signs and I already used up five of them."
Lincoln continues to walk down the halls and then he sees Lucy and Haiku talk to each other. "Hey girls, what's going on here?" He then sees they're more upset and gloomy then they normally are.
"Sigh, well next week Bartholomew won't be here in school since his parents are gonna bring him to a cruise ship for the remainder of his dark and dreary childhood" said Lucy.
Lincoln is shocked. "Whoa what? Dang. But he's the president of the Young Morticians Club, and also the kid who started it. Whos' gonna take leadership now?"
Haiku then continues. "And that is what the rest of the Young Morticians club is talking about. We all want to know who will get the title of being president for the club, and then we can make things a bit different for us, and also have this talk with Lucy's big sister Maggie. Bartholomew will be missed."
"Oh dang. Well, I know you guys can come up with something" said Lincoln.
"Thanks for the concern Lincoln, now if you'll excuse us. Haiku and I need to make preparations for the funeral of Ricky the Rooster, which will be held this Friday after the tests." Lucy and Haiku then walk away and then disappear in the shadows.
Lincoln is kinda disturbed by what they did, but this does make him smirk. 'Looks like Lucy is back to her usual goth self, sort of.' Lincoln then continues to walk down the halls and he sees Jordan talking to Lana and Lola.
The twins high five with Jordan and giggle, and then walk away and wave goodbye to her. The girl then sees Lincoln. "Hey Linc, what's up?"
"Nothing much, except for the loss of Ricky the Rooster, and that Lucy and Haiku are gonna make the funeral which is this Friday after the big test" replied Lincoln.
"Oh right. I heard about that, that rooster has been the pride of the school for a long time and no one would've ever thought he would just take the big coop to the sky so fast like that" replied Jordan.
"Yeah." Then Lincoln asks. "What the heck was that about with the twins?"
"Right, well Lana and Lola said they wanna help me make Ajax look better and awesome for the Annual Royal Woods Dog Show" replied Jordan. "We're gonna train later after classes and they talked to their mom about it and she said it was okay."
Lincoln is stunned by this news. "Whoa. Wait, why though?"
"Recall the mean rich girl, Lacey St. Clair? Well, they wanna show her that even a dog as simple as my Ajax can win, even though he never won one last year, but I think he could win this year's dog show" said Jordan. "I just hope the plan works."
Lincoln smirks. "Well, it's nice to see you bonding with the twins. So when's the big dog show? I wanna go and see it and also ask my mom if she wants to see it too."
They then walk down the halls together. "The whole event begins on 7th of February" replied Jordan. "We got a lot of training to do, and it'll all commence on Saturday. You got any plans for that day?"
Lincoln thinks. "Well, I am gonna have a sleepover at Liam's farm, maybe I can come over after morning meals and then help you guys out."
Jordan giggles. "Sure thing handsome. It is kinda nice that you're opening up to the twins now. You were so cautious and scared of them at first, but now you're okay with their very presence in the school and cool when they wave at you."
Lincoln chuckles. "Well, I wanna give them a shot to talk to me, but I know they have a long way to be even forgiven for their actions from last year in the summer. I wanna give them a shot, and I hope we can do it before the school year ends."
"Let's hope the day does come for them to give it their all" said Jordan. "They mean well to you."
The two of them walk down the halls and they avoid the three wet floor signs and see some students are being brought to the nurse's office. "Whoa. What the heck happened here? Where the heck did these water puddles come from?" asked Lincoln.
(Royal Woods High School.)
Luna walks down the halls with some books she has to study on and she has a lot to cover up if she wants to pass this week. 'Alright, so no need to do any rehearsals this week. Just me and these books and thank goodness Principal Rivers is giving everyone a day off tomorrow to study.'
Luna then goes to her locker and she puts some of her books into her bag and then closes her locker. "Dang. This bag got heavy." She then makes her way down the halls and then she sees her girlfriend, Sam and the rest of the band, Sully and Mazzy.
"He guys, what's up?"
"Luna!" Sully slips and slides across the floor and collides with Spencer and his pals from the Football team. "Sorry!" They're all fine, but where the heck was the wet floor sign?
"Wow. That was kinda intense." Luna looks to Sam and Mazzy. "What's with the rush dudes?"
Sam then tells her. "Chunk is in the hospital!"
"Wait what?!" Luna is shocked by this and she sees the message from him, she left her phone to silent and she sees the message.
Chunk has a cast on his left arm and left leg and he's on a hospital bed and smiles as he takes a selfie. There's a text written at the bottom.
"Hey there mates, well this was something I did not see coming, but apparently I crashed into someone's car when the damned bloke thought it was smart to race through the red light. Me van has taken a heck of a beat down, but I think she can be repaired, but I'm gonna be a whole before I can get back on me feet."
"These injuries are not from the car crash. As it turns out, the dork I crashed into was driving away from the law and so I came out and took the chance to stop him. He did get some shots at me with his gun and then beat me up good, but it was enough time for the law to come and take him away."
"I did a good job, sorry I can't be there to help haul your stuff for any gigs. I don't know how long I'm gonna have these casts on. Well, this is Chunk and to the Luna-ticks, I hope you guys past the big test. See you all when you come to check on me. P.S – Hospital food is as terrible as me uncles cooking."
Luna is shocked by this. "Whoa. I didn't think Chunk would be in this kinda issue. I hope he gets well soon."
"We plan to go and check on him when classes are over" said Mazzy. "You wanna tag along?"
"Yeah, I'll bring Lincoln too and ask Tabby if she wants to come and see Chunk as well" replied Luna. "This is gonna be one heck of a cluster for the rest of us."
They then watch as Sully and a few members of the Football team are being escorted to the Nurses office. "I'll be fine guys, see you later."
Spencer is the one helping him. "Dude, where the heck is that janitor and the wet floor sign?"
Luna, Sam and Mazzy walk down the halls to go to the study hall.
Luna then gets a text and she's annoyed by this.
"Hello Luna Loud, this is Katie Crest and I heard from the news about what had happened to Michelle Lewis. Sure is a shame she had to go through with that, then it got me thinking, How about, she stays home in Royal Woods with her son?"
"I mean, a woman of her standards and figure might become a prime target when we go on tour. She should stay home and I can handle being your manager through the whole thing, if you wanna talk some more, when we can chat this week when you have free time."
Luna is angered by this text and she sends a message back.
"Sure, we can talk and sure to shit you better be ready for what I gotta say to your stupid face! You do not say that about my family and by the time we talk, then it's gonna turn to hell! Don't text me again!"
Luan puts her phone away. "Son of a bitch."
Sam and Mazzy look to her. "Whoa! Luna, what the heck?"
Luna sighs. "The manager of that damned music tour. Sent a text and it's gonna get so god damn personal when we meet with her on Thursday, so Sully had better be ready. Because I am gonna go full on anger mode when we talk to her, and we're bringing Lincoln and Michelle with us."
This confuses and concerns Sam and Mazzy. "And what about Chunk?"
Luna then has an idea. "Video chat."
They continue to walk down the halls and try to talk about what Katie Crest sent to Luna.
(At a house somewhere at Olive Street.)
A white sedan drives in and a woman comes out and looks to the house she's gonna be staying in. "Hmm, this house seems like a good place for me."
She then gets out and she goes into her home and sees that everything that has been moved is in its place and she goes through her list of things to do. "Right time to get to work."
Who is this lady?
Selena Williams – at the age of 44 and standing at Rita's height. She has long brown hair tied into a bun and brown eyes, she wears a black suit and skirt with a red shirt underneath and black shoes, her fingernails are painted white.
She is a woman who thinks her opinion matters and wants what is necessary for the place she stays in. she is a former citizen from Gettysburg and was kicked out for being rude, mean and getting into each other's faces, but she mostly hates teenagers.
She goes through her list of things to do with the town. "Right, now I can handle with the many crisis things this town has and make it as perfect as it should be, and let them know what is right and what is wrong."
She then looks to her clipboard and sees the first thing she should check on. "FutureTech."
A/N: So, on Thursday is a confrontation with Katie Crest, Friday is a the big test along with the funeral for Rick the Rooster, Saturday Lincoln is gonna have a Sleepover at Liam's farm, we also have the upcoming Dog show and to top it all off, a new annoying threat into town.
