Endeavor's test.

Present Time.

- "I'm glad to hear that everything went well."- Izuku said hearing what happened in the Digital World. – "I guess the best thing would be to go to sleep, it's already a little late."-

- "Yes, I guess you're right, good night."- Kaminari said before going to his room.

- "Night."- Shinso said before going to his room.

- "Good night and Izuku..."- Melissa said before giving Izuku a kiss on the cheek. – "I'm glad you're back."- After this, Melissa also goes to her room.

Todoroki is also about to leave, but Izuku stops him by grabbing his shoulder. – "Wait Todoroki, there is something else for you to know."-

A female voice calls his attention. – "Hey Dabi!"- It was Toga, who noticed that his partner was distracted. – "Are you alright?"-

Dabi keeps looking around before stopping to look at Toga. - "Yes, it's just that... I thought I heard something... it must be due to fatigue." - Dabi said ignoring what happened. – "Come on, we have to go, we have to inform Tomura."-

Grumblemon, who observed the entire conversation, was thoughtful and somewhat worried. – "He's starting to remember... this can't be good."- He thought.

All class A is in the common room, it is Sunday, that is, a day off from school activities. – "Hey Tokoyami! I heard you managed to intern with Hawks."-

As everyone chats, the door to the dorms opens, in that four people enter.

- "We are the Wild Wild Pussycats."- The four people said in unison while doing a pose. They were the Pussycats, only in casual clothes instead of their hero suits.

Everyone gets excited to see the guests. - "It's the Pussycats! It's been a while!"-

- "But what are they doing here?!"-

- "Can't we come visit our favorite kittens?!"- Ryuko (Pixie-Bob) said.

Izuku notices that there is someone else who came to visit. – "Kota-kun! You are here too!"- Izuku said as he approached the boy.

- "Hey Midoriya, look..."- Shino (Mandalay) said to Izuku as she pointed to a certain pair of shoes, similar to Izuku's. – "Kota chose them himself, said they had to be red at all costs."-

- "T-That's not true!"- An embarrassed Kota said.

- "Looks like you have a fan now, Izuku."- Melissa said as she walked over to her boyfriend.

- "Hey Melissa-chan."- Tomoko (Ragdoll) said getting Melissa's attention. – "I also came to thank you for saving me from the villains, if it hadn't been for you, I don't know what would have happened to me."-

- "Y-You don't have to thank me."- Melissa said.

- "Looks like I'm not the only one who saved someone during the camp."- Izuku said.

While this was happening, in the distance, Uraraka watches this exchange with a somewhat sad expression, with the excuse that she needs to check some things in her room, she leaves the place.

Everyone fails to notice the girl's expression, all except one person, who follows her.

- "I noticed you were a bit down when you left, I was wondering if you're alright."- Shinso said.

- "Y-Yes, I'm fine, I don't know what you're talking about!"- Uraraka said trying to change the topic. – "Still, I appreciate that you care about me, now if you'll excuse me, I need to check some things, thanks."- Uraraka said before starting to close her door, but something made her stop.

- "It's because of Midoriya and Melissa, right?"- Shinso said, in that he notices that the door stops moving. – "I knew it."- Shinso thought. – "Can I come in?"- The door opens and Shinso enters.

Shinso closes the door as Uraraka sits on her bed. - "Am I so obvious?"- Uraraka asked.

- "Kind of…"- Shinso said. – "Not everyone would have noticed, I'm sure of that, but for our group of friends it was something obvious, Todoroki and I did notice that."-

Uraraka's face blushes slightly at those words, at the same time she stares at Shinso and remembers that time in the entrance exam.

She begins to remember and realizes that Izuku was not the only one who saved her that day from the zero-point robot, Shinso also saved her.

Uraraka smiles at this memory and takes Shinso's hand and stands up. – "Yes, you're right! Thank you very much."-

- "Now let's go with the others, I think the ranking of heroes is about to be announced."- Shinso said with a smile.

Mina finishes arranging some things in her room. - "Aaaand Done! With that we finish!"- Mina said then she turned to Todoroki who sat on Mina's bed with a thoughtful look. – "Thank you, dude!"-

- "Yeah…"- Todoroki said.

- "Hey... are you okay? Since morning you are quite thoughtful."- Mina said, she noticed that Todoroki was weird since morning.

Todoroki comes back to reality. - "Ah… Yeah… It's just... I found out something important."-

- "Oh! I love gossip. Come on tell me!"- Mina said.

- "I don't know... it's something quite personal..."- Todoroki said.

- "Oh... I see... in that case you don't need to tell me, I know the limits."- Mina said. – "Still, if you need someone to talk to, I'm here!"-

Seeing the girl's honesty Todoroki felt confident to talk to her, for some reason. – "Well... I guess you already know that, but my father is Endeavor."-

- "Yes... we all know that."- Mina said while sitting next to Todoroki.

- "I won't go into too many details... but I used to have three siblings."- Todoroki said.

- "Used to?"- Mina asked with a surprised expression.

- "Yeah… The second oldest, and my only sister, her name is Fuyumi, and she is an elementary school teacher."- Todoroki said. – "The third is my brother Natsuo and he is studying medicine, and finally I am the youngest of the three."- Todoroki pauses for a moment, wondering if he should continue. – "And then there was Toya... our older brother. The last we heard from him is that he died in a fire."-

Mina widens her eyes at this. - "Todoroki… I'm sorry… I didn't mean to stir up bad memories."-

- "That's the point... I recently found out that there is a possibility that Toya is still alive."- Todoroki said. – "The problem is that I can't tell my family that... and I don't know what to do."-

- "Does that... have anything to do with this?"- Mina said as she points to Todoroki's D-Scan, which was attached to Todoroki's belt.

Shinso, Melissa, Kaminari, Midori... and if you allow me, I can also be one of those people."-

Noticing that his classamate turned red, rather purple because of the color of her skin, being the oblivious person that he is, Todoroki worries about his classmate. - "Are you okay? I notice something purple, I guess you wear purple instead of red because of the color of your skin."- Todoroki touches Mina's forehead to check her temperature. – "You're not hot... maybe it's nothing."-

This action only makes Mina blush more, luckily, for her, someone knocks on the door. – "Hey Mina, Todoroki! If you have already finished, the hero ranking is about to start in case you want to go see it."- Toru's voice could be heard from the other side of the door.

- "Y-Yeah! We are done! We'll be there in a few seconds!" – Mina said, in that Toru returns to the common room. – ""-We better go Shoto! It is the first Ranking without All Might; it will be interesting to see how things will be."- Mina said to get out of her room quickly and avoid more embarrassment.

Todoroki quickly follows her. – "I have to admit... she looks pretty cute with a blush."- Todoroki thought.

Shinso, Uraraka, Todoroki and Mina return to the common room to see everyone settled down to watch television. – "Guys! You arrive just in time for the top 10 announcement."- Izuku said.

- "Here it is, the live leaderboard for the first time since Kamino!"- A reporter said. – "Everyone knows the magnitude of its importance! Starting today's event, heroes will traditionally perform on stage! Let's take a look!"-

- "No, I present to you! Japan's top 10 heroes!"- The announcer said. – "In tenth place! Going down one place being ninth last time! The Dragon Hero: Ryukyu!"-

On stage Ryukyu is greeting the public with a somewhat disappointed expression. – "I think I don't accept this time..."-

- "In ninth place! He's down too, but he refuses to retire due to old age! The Equipped Hero: Yoroi Musha!"-

In the stage there is an elderly-looking man with a long white beard, bald head and pale orange eyes with black sclera. His Hero Costume is a full set of Japanese armor with a red cape wrapped around his torso. His helmet notably has one large horn pointing upwards. – "Hmm…"-

- "In eighth place! The one from the "Clean Brilliant" commercial! The Laundry Hero: Wash!"-

Wash's hero costume resembles a washing machine with arms and legs protruding from his shell and has two strained eyes popping out of the lid atop his head. His arms are covered by thick grey hoses with yellow rubber gloves with green grips on the ends. His lower half wears a pair of waterproof pants with a belt. He also wears large boots with a subtle wave pattern around the mouth, and circles on the outsoles where he can release bubbles from. – "Washer!"-

- "In seventh place! A significant jump! The star that does not stop climbing positions! Kamui Woods!"-

On stage Ryukyu is greeting the public with a prous expression. – "It's an honor."-

- "In sixth place! Keeping the same position! The Shield Hero: Crust!"-

In the stage there is a well-built man with black hair combed backward, with a streak of grayish-white hair running down from the center of his hairline. The back of his right hand has a layer of crust, probably due to his Quirk. His hero costume consists of a black mask over his eyes, and attire similar to the armor Spartans would wear, including a green hooded cape and a black shirt that appears to be stitched down the middle with a red pattern. He didn't say anything.

- "In fifth place! The rabbit determined to climb the ranks! The Rabbit Hero: Mirko!"-

Mirko has an athletic build with muscular arms and legs, who stands slightly below average height. Rumi has dark skin, red eyes which are tilted slightly inwards, long eyelashes, and straight white hair that used to reach down past her waist, but she had later cut short. On her head, she has a pair of long white rabbit ears pointing upwards with a slight crook. Along with these, she also has a white round tail, which gives her overall design a definite resemblance to an albino rabbit.

Her hero costume consists of a sleeveless white leotard with dark purple trim around her shoulders and waist, a wide, yellow crescent moon design over her chest, and a single thick metal plate wrapped around her midriff. She wears purple thigh-high boots to compliment her leotard, with more plating around the heel and toe areas, making her feet look like those of a rabbit. She also has a pair of thick white gloves on her hands with long cuffs, sporting small triangular protrusions around their edges. - "Joining a group is for the weak!"-

- "In fourth place! The mysterious ninja who rose in the rankings for his determination and conflict resolution! The Ninja Hero: Edgeshot!"-

Edgeshot is standing on stage completely silent. - "Please be quiet, we are in public."-

- "In third place! Still at rest due to his injuries and absent for that very reason! The Fiber Hero: Best Jeanist!"-

The image of Best Jeanist with the words "Get well soon" and "Congratulations" is shown on the screen

- "In second place! Marching to his own beat, but still doing it fiercely! The Wing Hero: Hawks!"-

- "This is too exaggerated..."- Hawks said while standing on the stage.

- "And finally, tentatively the most valued hero! A man who has come a long way! Reaching the top as number one! The Flame Hero: Endeavor!"-

Entering the stage, Endeavor appears, wearing a new suit. His bracers have been redesigned to look sharper and armor-like, and they now completely encase his arms. On the back of his hands are grill handguards that have a set of holes to flush a torrent of flames out the back of his hands if needed, and his fingers are exposed from the base knuckles. His bodysuit now has large stripes running across his torso, with the spaces in-between being completely engulfed in his flames. Endeavor also added shoulder pads and a new belt, which appear to be made of the same material as his bracers. His belt is a stylized kanji for "Flame".

While all this is happening, a data portal is forced open near the location, Red claws emerge from the portal, forcing the portal open. A pair of yellow eyes peek through the portal. – "So this is the human world... let's see how strong your best warrior is."-

…

Everyone is leaving the place, the event was over, among the people were the top ten heroes who were being interviewed by reporters.

Suddenly, a creature falls from the sky with a huge crash in front of everyone. – "You guys look strong! Let's see how strong you can be!"- The creature said.

The creature has a mask, long, blonde hair and yellow eyes, and it bears the Mark of Evil on the backs of both of its hands and on its abdomen. Below the Mark of Evil on its abdomen are two pairs of red eyes. Inside its groin is its 'true form', which is a round, dark-grey-furred being with short arms and a toothless mouth. The 'true form' also has a mask over its eyes.

Endeavor is the first to prepare to fight, but not before giving orders to the rest of the heroes. - "Everyone, get the civilians to safety! I'll take care of this thing!"-

- "Are you sure?"- Hawks asked.

- "It's my duty as number one."- Endeavor said.

- "Number one huh... You must be the strongest then... show me what you're capable of!"- The creature said.

- "What is that thing?!"- Everyone screamed when they saw the creature on television, they were about to get up but right at the end of the program the creature appeared, making everyone pay attention to the screen again.

However, five people apparently recognized the creature, or at least know what it is. - "A Digimon!"-

Villain League Hideout.

The league was also watching the event, since they had nothing to do they decided to see the top of the heroes. They were surprised by the Digimon's appearance, not because they didn't know what it was, but because Shigaraki hadn't sent any Digimon to attack. – "Who is that Digimon?"- Shigaraki asked.

- "It's a VenomMyotismon. A Mega level Digimon."- A Demidevimon who was there said.

- "Wait! You didn't send it, did you, Shigaraki?"- Stain asked.

- "No, I didn't."- Shigaraki said.

- "Should we do something?"- Twice asked.

- "No... I want to see how the thing ends, if he kills Endeavor, we can try to recruit him, if he refuses, I'll send Machinedramon to kill him, or if Endeavor defeats him, he will show that he is useless."- Shigaraki said.

Back to the fight.

Endeavor quickly lashes out at the Digimon with a powerful fire fist, which knocks the Digimon back. – "I'm going to show why I'm number one!"-

- "Not bad..."- VenomMyotismon said as he got up from the ground without any apparent damage. – "You managed to touch me, it's not something that anyone can do... but you did nothing but tickle me!"- The Digimon charges at Endeavor.

Endeavor points his hands at VenomMyotismon. – "This has to be the work of the League of Villains... I'll try to capture it to get information. Hell Spider!"- Endeavor thought at the moment of throwing cobwebs made of fire.

However this was of no use as VenomMyotismon with a wave of his hand destroyed the cobwebs and attacked Endeavor with a strong blow to the stomach which sent him flying and crashing into the building, the blow was so strong that it made Endeavor go through the building and still continue towards the sky.

Endeavor uses his fire to stop and stay in the air.

VenomMyotismon appears unexpectedly behind Endeavor and grabs him by the face with his hand and drags him through another building.

The impact is so strong that the building begins to fall, in that Ryukyu appears in his dragon form and prevents the building from crashing to the ground, Hawks, with his feathers, rescues all the civilians who were trapped in the building.

Keigo Takami. Aka Hawks.

Quirk: Fierce Wings.

Keigo's Quirk grants him a pair of large, bright red, feathery wings on his back. These wings allow him to fly, and he can telekinetically control the movement and nature of each individual feather with ease, enabling him to harden them into a blade-like state and/or shoot them as projectiles, as well as control their speed and trajectory.

Using his feathers again, Hawks attacks Venom Myotimson, managing to distract him for a few seconds, enough time for Endeavor to break free of the hold and counterattack.

- "Burning Fist!"- Endeavor attacks with another fire fist, this time more powerful than the previous one, raising a large smoke screen, however VenonMyotismon emerges from it without any damage.

- "Interesting..."-

- "I'll burn you until there's nothing left!"- Endeavor says as he unleashes a large amount of fire, however VenomMyorismon counters with his own attack.

- "Chaos Flame!"- VenomMyotismon fires purple flames from its abdomen, the attack collides with Endeavor's creating a huge explosion. However VenomMyotismon doesn't stop and goes through the smoke created by the explosion and charges at Endeavor. – "That's the best you got?!"- He screams as his claws light up in purple fire.

Endeavor quickly expels a large amount of fire which manages to stop VenomMyotismon's advance. Using his fire, he propels himself against the Digimon and manages to hit him in the face, causing him to crash into the same building, now evacuated. - "I'm just getting started! Prominence Burn!"- Endeavor launches a massive, concentrated beam of fire from his entire body against VenomMyotismon, creating a giant explosion.

However, VenomMyotismon emerges from the smoke, this time with some scratches. – "That's what I'm talking about!"-

- "Impossible! That's my strongest attack"- Endeavor says surprised.

- "Let's keep fighting! Tyrant Savage!"- VenomMyotismon attacks with its claws covered in purple fire.

- "Flashfire fist!" - Endevor counters with a fire punch.

Both attacks collide which begins an exchange of blows in the air. The exchange of blows extends throughout the air, both move from one side to another exchanging several blows, the good thing is that the area was already evacuated, so no civilian has been harmed.

Endeavor kicks VenomMyotsmon which causes him to crash to the ground, but VenomMyotsmon recovers and hits Endeavor causing him to rise into the sky.

Endevor shoots a fire blast at the Digmon who dodges it and attacks it with his own purple fire blast.

Endeavor barely dodges the attack and prepares another fire blast the moment he sees VenomMyotismon appear in front of him, this time he manages to hit the fire blast against his enemy, causing VenomMyotismon to crash into a nearby building.

VenomMyotismon shoots out of the building and manages to deal a cut with one of his claws, since the others did not hit their target thanks to Endeavor managing to dodge them, the cut was a small one on the right side of Endeavor's torso, so the hero He was still able to continue the fight.

Taking advantage of the short distance, Endeavor lands a flaming blow to VenomMyotismon's face, but VenomMyotismon doesn't back up and attacks with a burst of purple fire, sending Endeavor flying upwards.

Endeavor recovers in the air and watches as VenomMyotismon charges at him, creating a fire arrow, Endeavor throws it and manages to hit VenomMyotismon's right arm making him stop, taking advantage of this, Endeavor approaches him and attacks with his strongest attack, but this time with more power than before. – "Prominence Burn!"-

VenomMyotismon is hit by the attack and flies away until crashing into another building, also empty, the building collapses on top of him.

Endeavor doesn't let his guard down, but apparently VenomMyotismon doesn't show signs of moving, several seconds pass and this makes Endeavor relax a little thinking that he managed to defeat the enemy, however... – "That was fun."- VenomMyotismo suddenly appeared behind him, this time with some damage to his body. – "But I'm getting bored."- Endeavor turns to see VenomMyotismon, however he is greeted by a cut on the right side of his face. – "It's time for this fight to end."- Endeavor falls to the ground. – "I am the winner."- VenomMyotismon says as a bleeding Endeavor is on the ground being stepped on by one of the Digimon's feet.

Everyone who was watching the fight widens their eyes in surprise, the number one hero...defeated?

In the dormitories of class 1-A everyone was worried, but especially Todoroki, who was looking at the screen in despair. – "Father…"-

In the hideout of the villains, everyone was watching the fight with interest, without caring about the final winner, however, for some reason Dabi, deep inside himself, was somewhat worried. – "Why do I feel this way?" -

Even the rest of Endeavor's family, who are watching the fight from home, were worried.

VenomMyotismon is looking towards Endeavor. – "This is all the power of the number one... Pathetic…"-

These words made Endeavor open his eyes, those words made him remember.

Flashback.

Enji Todoroki, the man behind the hero Endeavor, finds himself in a grave, the rest of his family is there, his wife Rei, carrying their youngest son Shoto and by his wife's side his other two children, Fuyumi and Natsuo.

Everyone is looking at the same grave, the grave of his eldest son, Toya Todoroki, there was an accident, a fire, caused by Toya himself, the fire did not leave anything of his son's body, they were only seeing an empty grave, a symbolic grave.

Endeavor snaps back to reality unleashing a gigantic torrent of fire which forces VenomMyotiamosn back, Endeavor uses his fire to get up and propel himself against VenomMyotimon, this time delivering a powerful fire punch which sends VenomMyotismon flying a few meters and then makes him hit the ground with a fire kick.

- "You still have strength..."- VenomMyotismon said before starting to fly, however he starts to cough up some blood. – "How could he hurt me so much?"-

Endeavor uses his fire and chases after him. – "Even though my body is already at its limit... even though I can't move anymore."- Endeavor thought.

VenomMyotismon attacks with his claws covered in purple fire, but the attack is dodged by Endeavor.

Endeavor manages to deliver a punch to the Digimon's stomach, making him spit more blood, but it doesn't end here, from the arm with which he attacked fire begins to emerge, for every second that passes more fire was expelled.

Endeavor soars higher into the sky, taking VenomMyotismon with him, so the fire will burn nothing but the enemy. – "I've always hated that damn school motto..."- Endeavor thought before unleashing as much fire as possible. – "Plus Ultra! Prominence Burn!"- After that shout, Endeavor unleashes all the fire he has left.

- "So... this is the power of humans... Amazing..." - VenomMyotismon thought. – "I accept my defeat human... no... Endeavor!"- They were VenomMyotismon's last words before exploding in a combination of data and fire.

Endeavor falls to the ground in a ball of smoke.

Everyone comes to see and... – "Endeavor... is standing!"- The reporter shouted in delight as she watched a weak Endeavor with his right fist raised in the air in victory.

Everyone watching the fight, except for the league who didn't care about the outcome, breathed a sigh of relief.

Endeavor is helped by Hawks to stay on his feet, Endeavor turns to look at the camera, knowing that his son and family are probably watching this, he decides to speak. – "This time…"- Everyone falls silent to hear what the hero has to say. – "This time I will do the right thing."-

Although no one understood what he was referring to, everyone applauded with emotion, however, one person did understand the message.

About the Class A vs Class B arc... although if it will happen, I will not detail it, what will happen is that I will make a summary in the next chapter with the important points of each confrontation, I do this because the truth is that nothing important will happen in those confrontations.

Now... I have an announcement to make.

From this chapter I'm going to take a vacation break… Most likely there will be no more chapters until August.
