This was made from my good friend BTNF2021, and this is gonna be a bonding moment from what Lincoln requested from the previous chapter. So, enjoy reading this guys.
Family of Two.
Chapter 269: A night for Linc and Simon.
(The Loud House.)
It's Friday and we now see Lincoln Loud is done with some packing of his old books that he once used back at the school, and he knows he might not need this stuff. "There, all packed up and prepped to be put into the attic. Now I can get some new notebooks and books for Middle School."
Lincoln then sees the door to the bedroom open, and coming in is his mom, Luna. "Hi, mom."
Luna goes over and ruffles his hair. "Well, kiddo. Time for me to tell ya what Sam and I have planned, we're gonna go to a party later, and Sam's parents are gonna be going to a date later, and so…"
"Simon is gonna come over for a sleep over?" asked Lincoln with excitement.
Luna smirks. "Good guess, kiddo. He is coming, and we came up with this stick the other day when you wanted to hang out with Simon, and right before you gotta go back to school next week for the whole start of summer incoming."
Lincoln liked this idea. "I'll do it mom, I can keep an eye on him and make sure nothing goes wrong, and I know that Delilah and Michelle are going to a mother and daughter time tonight, and Harriet is gonna be here, and so it's gonna be alright with us."
Luna smiles at this and she hugs her son. "We know how much you always see Simon as a little brother, and that you like to spend some time with him when you feel like it, and so this is the best thing we got for ya and we trust you in keeping an eye on him."
They then depart from the hug. "Also, Harriet is gonna make some spaghetti for you both tonight, Sam and I are gonna be eating at the party, and don't worry about us. This party is at Chunk's place and everything is gonna be alright."
Lincoln nods. "Got it mom, and I look forward to tonight." They then walk out of the room, but then Lincoln goes after the phone he left behind and sees the text message from Jordan.
Jordan Rosato: Hey, Lincoln. Spending some family time tonight, with an awesome movie. Have fun with you're not, Linc and see you when tomorrow hits.
Lincoln smiles and he walks out of the room and he gets ready for when Simon arrives.
(Later.)
Lincoln is at the living room and he's waiting for the arrival of Simon. Michelle and Delilah have left already, and Harriet is making the spaghetti right now.
He then thinks of what to do with Simon. 'Okay, so some gaming with Simon would do a good idea, but before we do that we need to eat, and perhaps we can watch some TV while we do so, and then we do some video gaming. Harriet won't mind.'
Lincoln then sees his mom come down the stairs, and she looks dressed for the night.
Luna's attire: Black t-shirt with a red heart in the middle, purple long-sleeve jacket, black knee-ripped jeans, black and purple boots with white straps, black and purple fingerless gloves and her signature choker, bracelets and earrings.
"Hey mom, you look nice" replied Lincoln as he goes towards her.
Luna smirks. "Thanks kiddo." Then they hear the doorbell ring. "Huh, right on time." She goes over with her son and they open the door and see Sam and Simon. Simon is dressed in what he's normally in.
Sam's attire: black t-shirt with a KISS logo, dark blue short-sleeved jacket with a skull on the back, black and blue fingerless gloves, light blue jeans and velvet boots with white straps and a black belt.
"Hey guys, glad we came and I brought Simon's sleeping bag, and sorry about him." They see Simon, and he looks kinda sleepy and then he yawns, but he seems happy to see Lincoln.
"Hey, Lincoln." He goes over to hug him, and this makes Lincoln smile and return the hug.
"Hey there, Simon, glad you're here now." He then tickles the little boy's belly and thus makes Simon chuckle.
Luna and Sam smile at this sight, but Luna is confused and looks towards Sam. "Sammy, what the heck is with Simon? Why is the little dude not looking so chill to be awake and lively as he normally is?"
Sam smirks. "Yeah, well Simon was busy with a meeting with his little gamer's club, and then he went to hang out with dad in fishing, and the whole fishing didn't seem to go so well, and we question how an octopus ended up in Tall Timbers Lake."
"He was so sleepy, but we couldn't leave him be within the house, and so the best option is to have him come here and spend the night at the Loud House, for the time being that is and we can pick him up when tomorrow comes."
Luna nods. "Alright then." She then looks towards Lincoln. "Can you keep an eye on Simon?"
Lincoln looks to his mom and nods. "I can watch over him."
"As will I." They all see Harriet walk out of the dining room. "The spaghetti is done, and I am ready to watch over them for the rest of the night. Go on ahead, and have your fun you two, but not too much fun."
Lincoln then continues. "Plus, we can always call when something is wrong, but I doubt if anything bad would happen."
Luna chuckles. "I… We trust you kiddo." they then see Sam go over to Simon, and she kisses his cheek which makes him giggle.
"Have fun with Lincoln, little bro and try not to fall asleep on your food or end up getting passed out someplace else." She ruffles her little brother's hair and that makes him smile and chuckle.
"I'll try sis." He then hugs her and so Sam hugs her little brother back.
They then depart from the hug, and then Luna goes over and she hugs Lincoln and then kisses his cheek and then his forehead. "See you soon, kiddo." They then depart from the hug, and they watch as Luna and Sam go into Luna's car and they drive off.
Lincoln and Simon then go back into the house and Lincoln locks the door, and then he and Simon see Harriet place the bowls of spaghetti onto the table. "Enjoy the food children, this is spaghetti and meatballs, and I made sure they're not too spicy, but enough to be delicious."
"Thanks Great Grandma Harriet." Lincoln and Simon both say that and walk towards the sofa and enjoy the food. Harriet smiles hearing that, even though Simon is not her great grandson.
Simon then tries the spaghetti and meatballs. "This tastes amazing, Harriet. You're a good cook."
Harriet smiles. "I am quite the good chef, but not an ace chef. Kids, I will be in my room, so have fun being down here and try not to stay up too late, because one of you might fall asleep soon." She then walks up the stairs and goes to her room.
Lincoln and Simon then go back to watching some TV and continue to eat the spaghetti.
(Moments later.)
Lincoln is done with his food and he places the bowl onto the table, but then he looks to Simon who is still eating, and he notices how sleepy he looks, and he sees him getting drowsy and slowly entering mice-sleeps.
"You feeling alright there, Simon?"
Simon smiles. "Y-Yeah, just… Gonna just… You know, how it… This is fun…" Then he falls asleep and his face is in his pasta.
Lincoln chuckles seeing this. "Sleepy little gamer." He then removes Simons' face from the pasta and then he grabs a tissue on the table and wipes the food off of his face, and then he gets the bowl of spaghetti and he places it onto the table.
Lincoln lowers the volume of the TV, and then he lets Simon lay down onto his lap, and he grabs the blanket from Simon's sleeping bag and covers him with it. "Good night, Simon."
Simon then mumbles in his sleep about gaming, and Lincoln being his big brother. Lincoln smiles hearing this. 'Simon is always seeing me as his big brother, but he loves his big sister as equal as he sees me as family, but he should know that we won't be siblings or cousins when my mom and Sam go together in the future.;'
Lincoln then kisses Simon's forehead, and this makes Simon giggle in his sleep. "Sweet dreams little buddy, from your big bro, Lincoln."
The white-haired boy then continues to watch some TV, but not too loud, but then he has some bad vibes. 'We really need to sort out the whole problem with those attacks on me, I don't want Simon to one day become caught into the whole crisis. He's too young for this thing.'
Then Harriet comes down. "Lincoln, just need to grab something I forgot down in the kitchen and…" She then sees what was going on. "Huh, I guess I was right about him falling asleep anytime soon."
(Back to the hotel in Gettysburg.)
Katie Crest is at the balcony and in her sleepwear. She then makes the call to someone and she hears his voice. "Crest darling, what is it you seek from me this time, babe?"
Katie Crest smirks. "Lionel, good to hear from ya. So, I was wondering if you have any low-life folks who side with you who could help me get out of a trouble before something big goes on, and you may know what the whole gig is, right?"
"Hmm, that does sound quite tempting, and it may have something to do with the teen mother and her son. I think I have some guys who could do the job that is if you are willing to pay and have a plan."
Katie Crest then looks to the sky as she talks. "I do have a plan and as for the payment, you know what I am going to do to have you're guys do the job, I have the cash and if you feel like it, then come on by and enjoy some time with me."
"Oh, as usual. I believe that is something I can work with that, let me get some guys to be ready when the time comes. I will come to you, and then we can talk about this plan, and then we can get… Intimate."
Katie Crest smiles. "See you here soon, darling. Looking forward to what you can do to make my plan work." She then hangs up, and then she recalls something. 'Now, to make sure Mick Swagger is not around, otherwise I can't make the meeting possible. Time to make a party for him, someplace else.'
