Time for some self-defense training and in the hands of some other worldly counterparts, and there won't be much folks watching at what they're doing, and the training will improve them and possibly help control their violent rage against those who harm their family. Enjoy reading this guys.

Chapter 330: Self-Defense and Training.
(August 9. The Loud House.)
Right now, the folks there are waiting for the arrival of those who will train them. The group is Lincoln and Luna Loud and Sam Sharp, and also there to watch them do this, are Michelle, Delilah, Harriet and Jordan. They were told that others cannot come and watch this go down, not after what Sergio announced, and that explains why there are a lot of aircraft in the sky, to make sure that no one else will come to witness this whole thing.
Michelle looks around. "They really went over the top with the air force here. I mean, that is awesome." They spot the Battlecruiser above the town, codenamed: "Trident"
"No kidding" said Delilah, she has binoculars and looks to the sky for any signs. "But, it would be nice if they showed up."
"Let us be patient. They might have a reason to not be here early." Harriet then sees something. "Never mind, here they come."
They spot a Special Ops Dropship arrive from a portal in the sky, and some Hel's Angel's Viking Fighters are flying with them. The Dropship hovers above the back yard and the main door opens. Lincoln smiles. "This is it, everyone! They're here!"
"Calm down, buddy" said Sam. Luna also chuckle seeing this from Lincoln. "Let's not make things awkward when they do come here. But, it is awesome to meet them again."
They see three figures walk out of the dropship, they then jump off the door and land onto the ground and in front of Lincoln, Luna and Sam. The trio are amazed once again by the appearance of their other worldly counterparts.
Commander Freezer Burn/Lincoln Albert Loud, Commander of the Royal Defenders and wielding Mjolnir and his Shredder Blaster, that can be combined to form Sky Striker. Skilled in combat and evading attacks and even tactical awareness on what to do in the front line. He is also trained to wield the force, and can wiled the Runeblade Frostmourne as Luna does. Like his mother, he also has ice and demonic powers.
Appearance: No other changes to his skin, or hair. But he's wearing a light blue, white and red trench coat and some light Vibranium battle armour, and pants, and the same color as his combat boots. Red fingerless gloves and his combat mask, with his blaster to his left side and Mjolnir to his right side.
Lt. Luna Killer Frost/Luna Spellman, First Lieutenant of the Royal Defenders and wielder of the Runeblade Frostmourne, she also has powers such as advanced and powerful Cytokinesis along with her demonic powers from her demonic crown and kwami, Lucius. She also has her own combat training and trained in the powers of the force.
Appearance: Blue leotard showing apportion of skin above and between her chests, black laces onto her boots, elbow length gloves with fur on the openings, and black bracelets. A blue snowflake choker around her neck and snowflake-shaped earrings. Her hair is dark blue as her attire and she has pale white skin, and her eyes are also light blue with dark blue irises.
Lt. Sam Livewire/Samantha M. Sharp, Second Lieutenant of the Royal Defenders and doesn't wield any weapons. She wields powerful control over electricity and can become the energy form of electricity. She too has combat training and can be able to evade any enemy attacks.
Appearance: Black long-sleeve Unitard with a lightning bolt shape opening at her chest therefore revealing some skin, knee high black boots and electric blue gloves. Pale white skin, electric blue hair that reaches her back, and her streak is now white, her irises in her eyes are also white.
The sight of their heroic counterparts surprises them, and makes Luna and Sam blush at the sight of their own hero forms, and they feel like howling and they do what they can to not do so. Jordan is impressed by the hero version of her boyfriend. 'Wow. That kid is cool.'
Commander Freezer Burn goes towards them. "Alright, so we were informed from Hollow that you guys need self-defense training, and after some long talk together, we chose that we will help you guys."
Luna Frost then speaks. "We also heard about what went down with that damned parrot, Sergio. We feel bad you had to go through that little dude, and we also don't like that wretched bird."
Sam Livewire goes to them. "We wanna help you guys maintain this uncontrolled angry side of you." She then looks towards Luna and Sam. "We know you guys have taken up shooting lessons and have ranged weapons, but hand-to-hand combat is all too necessary."
Luna nods and walks towards them. "Well, alright then. Let's get this self-defense training started, dudes. But, let my son do this first."
(Moments later.)
The others stand back and watch as Commander Freezer Burn removes his trench coat and then puts his weapons away, and then he removes his combat mask and they see the small scar above his nose, and then he looks towards Lincoln Loud.
"Alright kid, so I'm gonna come at you at full force and you need to try to fend me off. Use your emotions to strengthen yourself to see what would happen next, got it?"
Lincoln nods, and so he gets ready. The Commander then charges at him, with his fists ready. He then tries to punch Lincoln Loud, but Lincoln Loud dodges and then tries to grab his counterpart. But the Commander is faster and he overpowers Lincoln Loud.
He tosses the boy to the ground and Lincoln slowly gets back up, but then he backs up as the Commander is trying to attack him. Lincoln then does a leg sweep and the commander is on the ground, but then he tackles Lincoln and pins him.
Then Lincoln feels upset from this, and then he overpowers his hero counterpart and tries to punch him, but the commander catches his fists and he head-butts him off, Lincoln stumbles and he tries to land a punch, but then Commander dodges and then throws him over to the ground.
The others are surprised by this and Luna and Sam are worried. The Commander then helps Lincoln back up. "You're anger and rage gives you strength, but you need to find some way to calm down and balance that fury, so that you can gain focus as you fight off the enemy, got it?"
Lincoln nods. "Thanks…. Also, ow." He then goes to Delilah and Jordan and they tend to his bruises.
Luna Killer Frost looks to Luna Loud. "Alright, dude. We're next. Let's dance, and I won't use my powers." She then places her Runeblade onto the ground and then she goes to the open space of the back yard.
Luna Loud follows and she takes off her purple long-sleeve jacket. "Alright dude, ready for this thing, and try not to hold back on all the melee combat, dude."
Luna Frost chuckles. "Alright dude, let's do this thing!" She watches as Luna Loud goes after her, but Luna Frost grabs her by the back of the shirt, and then pins her to the ground, and then she tries to elbow her.
But Luna Loud uses her right leg and she kicks the back of her hero counterpart and knocks her off. Luna then goes after her, but Luna Frost does a spin kick, and Luna Loud backs off. Luna Frost then tackles Luna Loud and attempts to punch her, but Luna Loud catches the fist, and then kicks her off.
Luna Frost gets back up and smirks. "Well, well. Looks like someone knows what to do, this is gonna be fun." She then slides underneath Luna Loud and sweeps her feet and Luna Loud is on the ground, and then she uses a cross arm breaker lock.
Luna Loud attempts to break free, and she punches Luna Frost on her stomach and then she throws her away, but Luna Frost lands on the tree and then she jumps off and she lands on top of Luna Loud. She then picks her up and pins her to the tree and then kicks her at the back of the knee.
Luna Loud goes down and groans from the pain. Luna Frost takes a moment to catch her breath and she goes over and offers a hand. "Alright, so you seem to have some control, but not strong enough."
Luna Loud sighs and she accepts the hand. "Yeah, I figured. I mean, sure I can be good with blasting and stuff, and also trying to get out of the way when fighting, but I guess I', not that strong enough, which is weird. Because I have been lugging around heavy gear for gigs."
Luna Frost chuckles. "Dude, that is not enough. You need to train someplace else, to get stronger and learn to overpower those who think they can take you down. We'll get to that next time, for now let's the Sammy's do this next one."
Luna Loud chuckles. "Oh heck yeah." They go over and share a small kiss with their own Sam Sharp, and watch them go to the open area of the backyard, and then Michelle tends to the bruises on Luna Loud.
Sam and Sam Livewire stand far from each other, and Sam Livewire turns her eyes back to normal. "Alright dude, so I won't be using my powers otherwise that won't be fair."
Sam Sharp cracks her knuckles and she takes a deep breath. "Got it, and don't hold back with the combat style, I wanna see if I can give it my all." She does a tiger style pose and this surprises the others.
Lincoln and Luna Loud are both confused. 'Wait, when did she learn this?'
Sam and Sam Livewire charge at each other, and then Sam Sharp ducks down and she grabs the right foot of Sam Livewire and then she pins her down, but Sam Livewire elbows her off and then she does a backflip and then tries to lunge at her, but Sam moves fast and dodges.
Then she jumps onto the back of her hero counterpart, but only for Sam Livewire to hit the ground with Sam hitting first, and then she tries to pin her down. But then Sam Sharp grabs the right arm of her hero version and tries to do an arm lock. Sam Livewire is impressed and she counters.
Sam Livewire gets up, and then she tosses Sam to the tree but she manages to maneuver as she's thrown and she lands on the grass, then Sam goes in for the attack again, but only for Sam Livewire to duck down and do a leg sweep to Sam Sharp.
Sam Sharp then gets back up and dodges the leg strike of her hero counterpart, and then she does a kick to the face of her hero version and then she grabs her by the front of her hero attire, and then both Sam's reel back and punch each other in the face.
The duo back up and wipe away some blood from their mouth, this makes Sam Livewire smile. "Well, looks like someone knows how to be strong and be focused."
Sam chuckles. "Thanks, got the whole stick of all those moves when watching my little bro play his fighting video games and playing with him too. The moves seemed pretty believable and useful for self-defense."
Sam then looks to Luna and Lincoln Loud who are shocked, and even the others and Luna Frost and Commander Freezer Burn are surprised. Lincoln and Delilah both speak. "That is so awesome!"
Sam chuckles. "Thanks…." She then goes back with the others so they can all hear what their hero counterparts have to say, and the three hero versions stand in front of them.
Commander Freezer Burn speaks. "We can see that the rest of you need some training, we got Lincoln Loud who needs to focus and channel the balance between his anger and trying to be aware of what might go down and also be smart enough to counter anything that is thrown at him."
Luna Frost is next. "We can get started on that when we tell you dudes when we might be coming, and also when none of us got nothing schedules for something. The next lesson will be about channeling the anger within you dudes."
Sam Livewire is next to speak. "Sam Sharp on the other hand seems to know what to do, and I don't think she needs any self-defense training, unless she wants to know more when it comes to fighting."
Lincoln nods. "Alright, we will try and we can't wait for the next training session and lessons."
Luna also nods. "We'll see if we got nothing else to do for either the rest of the week or even next week."
Sam smiles at this idea. "Yeah, I guess I could use some more lessons from you guys, that would be nice, and thanks. WE all look forward to this."
After the talk, they all head back inside to the house and get something to eat and drink, and looking forward to the next training session with their hero counterparts.

A/N: Seems like the self-defense training is mostly for Lincoln and Luna, and Sam is a good fighter, but she could use some training to improve, so now they have their trainers, and will have to wait for the next training lesson.
