Some hanging out in the summer, a few talks about what happened the other day and whatever they're all looking forward to when next month arrives, and some complicated stuff that some of them have to talk about, to ensure that someone isn't left out. Enjoy reading this guys.

Chapter 349: Small loose ends to clean.
(August 29. Tall Timbers Park.)
Everything is looking quite nice for everyone in the Park here, and this is where Kurt and Leni are. The duo sit underneath the shade of the tree and they look around the large body of water, and the duo are in their bathing suits and enjoying this summer.
Leni leans onto Kurt and she rests her head onto his shoulder, seeing this makes Kurt smile and he places a small kiss on her cheek and this makes Leni giggle. They then enjoy some pace. "So, this is it. We're gonna spend the last day together tomorrow, before I have to leave."
Leni nods. "Yeah, but we can spend the whole day, just you and me and the rest of the family can tag along too. They wanna be here and do what they can before they have to go back home, and Madeline is gonna be upset that she has to leave, she's such a nice little girl."
Kurt chuckles. "That is true, he was born and raised in the same place as I was and thanks to mom and dad, they knew how to make her into a good little girl, but even she can be a big mischievous and try some new stuff, recall she tried to get onto the mechanical bull ride?"
Leni recalls that one, two days ago. "Yeah, I do recall that one, and boy was she almost in trouble, but she did impress everyone and… Dang, I didn't think she could ace what her dad did. You're family sure is an exciting group."
They watch as Luan is splashing some water alongside Maddeline, and riding the speedboat is Hanna and she watches as her husband, Jeremy is holding on and enjoying the rush of the wind as he's far behind and skiing across the water.
Kurt chuckles. "Yeah, my family can be the life of excitement and hardworking style too. Heck, the sole reason why who I am now, mom and dad taught me to do the right thing and they supported me all the way, and…. I wanted to follow in my dad's footsteps."
Leni smirks. "And look at where you are now, a rookie races in college and a dang good looking guy with a good heart, and that's what I like about you. A guy who is caring and understands others, and always puts his family first, as would I. Let them be Luan, or to the former family."
Kurt smiles. "And that's what I love about you, Leni." the two share a small kiss and as they depart they look onto each other with small hearts in their eyes and they both blush, and this gets the attention from Luan and Maddeline who giggle seeing this.
Maddeline then asks. "So, you think Leni and Kurt would get married one day? Also, if they do, then I call bride's maid! Or, we can both be bridesmaid."
Luan chuckles. "Easy there, Maddie. Hold the breaks and slow down a bit, that thing is not in our ordeal and only for Kurt and Leni. Let's leave them be, and get ready for what comes tomorrow." Maddeline nods and the duo have a small swimming race and they continue to have fun in Tall Timbers Park.
(The Loud House.)
Luna is in her room and she's done with the songs for the next gig alongside her band mates and Sam is with her too and she helps repair her guitar that broke off its string and she has a bandage on her right arm after it got hit by the damaged string that broke off.
Sam then strums on her guitar and she smiles. "There we go, as good as new and sounds like she's brand new too." She then places the guitar next to the wall. "So, Lori is having a hard time in jail?"
Luna nods. "Yeah, but we've made some changes and Michelle managed to talk the whole thing out with the warden there, and the gal agrees that the bad inmates have to be kept away from the really, really bad inmate ladies and Michelle donated some cash to help make the place bigger."
"They said that renovations begin next week, and that they have to try and sort out some of the inmates into where they should all go to, to ensure they don't start fights and don't cause way too much trouble, and the lady who didn't like Lori… She is trouble to our eyes."
Sam nods, and then she realizes. "Luna… This lady, she brings me some bad vibes. You know why, babe."
Luna nods. "Yeah, same. The whole thing feels like Sasha Alabaman, and that lady who was in Rita's prison who came for us. But two in one body, that lady in the Royal Woods jail might know Lori, and the former family, and she…. She might come for us."
Luna then shows no sign of fear. "But, we can handle her. We've trained and we've learned to be stronger and there is no way that we're…." Then she realizes. "Wait, this lady is nothing like the others."
Sam is confused. "Wait what? What do you mean, Lunes?"
Luna chuckles. "Babe, the lady that Lori is facing can't read, she doesn't seem to be good with planning, and yeah she seems tough and a threat, but she doesn't think through with what she does and if she does come for us, what the heck is she gonna do? Come at us head on?"
"She's not the smart kind of lady, and she might not even win as she comes, and chances we could beat her in less than a minute. She has the brawn, but she lacks the proper brain and I do wonder, where the heck did she come from and what did she do?"
Sam also sees this. "Yeah, yeah. You have a point, I mean… She doesn't even sound tough, you and the others did tell me and I guess we're just worried about bad returning memories. So, this new and lady is not even close to being a potential trouble to come and make bad things happen."
Luna nods. "Heck yeah babe." They then continue to turn their guitars, but deep down Luna is concerned. 'Sam might be right though, she will hear about us and if she does come, then we need to outsmart that lady and make sure she doesn't do any harm.'
'Also, I hope Delilah and Linc don't get the hard time when they go to Middle School… I mean, Bolhofner is coming back, and we need to know if he did change, because if he is still obsessed with Michelle, then he'll try something to get to her, and I fear that Linc and Delilah are both gonna be in the middle of it.'
(Gus' Games n' Grub.)
Lincoln is talking with his friends as they enjoy some pizza, and they can see that Rusty Spokes is there and is playing some games with his little bro, Rocky.
Lincoln then looks to the others. "Guys, listen… I know that some of us hate Rusty for what he did and how much of a fool he made upon himself, but we cannot just leave him be like this. He's our friend and we have to be there for him."
They all felt unsure about those words and so Jordan speaks. "Guys, he's right. We know he made a mistake and ruined himself and it might not be so well in Middle School, but know this… It won't go so well for him in Middle School."
Clyde agrees. "Jordan's right. He won't be able to be himself, and a lot of kids there are gonna start picking on him, and we gotta be there for him. Word of what he did when he live streamed is still ongoing and preteens aren't gonna be so cheerful and supportive of him when he arrives."
"We gotta be there for Rusty, even if he did do some dumb stuff, and leaving him be would make us look like total jerks. So, we can't let him be alone, no friends and no support. He's trying to make up for what he did and we gotta give him the chance."
Lincoln looks to them concerned. "Guys, please…"
They can tell that they mean it, even Jordan means it and they can tell that, giving Rusty the stink eye and not bothering him is just not gonna do well. They all know that it would be wrong to leave him be. "Alright, alright" said Trent. "We'll help him out, and you guys are right."
Joy nods. "Yeah, leaving Rusty alone to be picked on us so wrong, and it wouldn't make us look like good friends. So, we'll give Rusty the chance, and make sure he doesn't get into trouble."
Liam also agrees. "Yeah, especially since we're all gonna be going to Middle School soon. He's gonna be eaten alive, like in one of them shark movies where folks get devoured and yeah, I watched it alongside my ma, pa, memaw and little sister and we didn't like the blood and gore and stuff."
Jenny then speaks. "To be specific, Liam. Shark's don't attack people on purpose." she then looks towards Lincoln. "We'll be there for Rusty, you have our word, Lincoln Loud."
This makes Lincoln smile. "Thanks guys, this is gonna help Rusty out, and when folks see that he has changed, then he won't be made into a social outcast, and he is our friend and we never leave our friends alone to be messed with."
They all agree to this and they all know that when Middle School comes, it will be a challenge and then Lincoln recalls about Mr. Bolhofner and how tough he can be, and he also fears about if he is changed after what happened with Michelle, or he might not have changed.
Rusty and Rocky then go towards them. "Hey guys, did the pizza arrive yet?" They all begin to talk and chat about some stuff and even tell Rusty that they're not gonna leave him be when Middle School arrives, and this makes Rusty smile. He has his friends by his side.
As this goes on, they don't notice Polly overheard them and then she leaves the arcade. 'Maybe I was a bit too hard on Rust, I don't wanna be with him anymore… But that doesn't mean that we can't be friends. I gotta talk to them.'

A/N: The next chapter is where Leni and some of the others spend some time with the Logann's before they leave, and whatever Luna and Sam are feeling, might not be wrong, something will happen soon and it's where Lori is, and as for the kids going to Middle School, they aren't gonna leave Rusty to fend for himself.
