Time to meet and hear what Mick Swagger has to say, and will they give him the chance to talk after what had gone down from the whole summer rock country tour? After all, his words meant so much to himself and it did seem like knew what he wanted to say, or was he just venting? Chances that Luna will never ever see him as he was, long before. Chapter 355: The rockstar they don't like.
(September 4, somewhere outside of Royal Woods.)
This is where it's gonna take place, this is where the meeting will happen. We see the purple and red Ferrari, belonging to the louds and they aren't alone. We also have Sam, Sully, Mazzy, Chunk, Jordan and her parents, and to ensure this is going to be secured with no trouble, they contacted the allied outpost for some aid and some parallel world assistance.
They have…. 8 Guardian Tanks, 8 Mirage Tanks, 4 Hammer Tanks and 2 Sickle Walkers, and they were given access to the newly rebuilt, Prism Tanks – 10 of them, and they even recruited some old tech to show some British flair into this mix, such as 4 Churchill Black Prince Heavy Tanks, 3 Centaur AA Tanks, and 8 Cromwell Medium Tanks and helping command this force is Martin McKenzie/Tech Sector and his friend, Victor/Tesla Terror.
The forces remain in hiding, and are getting ready for whatever it is that Mick might cause as trouble, and they have their own intelligence from wherever Mick Swagger and his new band are staying.
Jordan then goes through the text message and then she goes to the others. "Guys, Hope Pertland just sent me the text that Mick Swagger's new band mates are in the hotel, and not causing any trouble and right now, Mick Swagger is on his way here in his own tour bus."
Luna then speaks. "He has a new manager, does the dude know about what's going on?"
Jordan goes through the text. "Extra information, yeah he does know. He was told that he would allow Mick Swagger to go alone and talk, and he hopes that there won't be any form of trouble for when he does come here. Looks like everyone in Mick's tour are on high alert."
Delilah scoffs. "Can you blame them? Mick made a mistake and harmed Lincoln, and tried to ruin us. His old band mates tried to mess with us, and where did it lead them? Locked up and never ever coming back. I hope they rot in jail, forever."
Sam is looking upset. "Whatever Mick has to say, let's hope it's all worth it because this feels like a god damn waste of our time. After what he did, I doubt anyone else in town will even like the concert. Also, word around town, the folks aren't even looking forward to the concert."
Michelle chuckles at that whole thing. "Well, he did make a scene and he dares to harm a kid from Royal Woods? That's his biggest mistake, and from what I do recall, a lot of folks in Royal Woods has removed every last bit of Mick Swagger stuff, and that explains why this big rig is here."
They all look to the Dump Truck, and it's loaded with everything the people have dumped, after what went down when Lincoln got hurt and the band mates were nearly in deep trouble, everyone all agreed and they got rid of everything Mick Swagger related, and the music stores agree as well.
Even though Mick Swagger has good music, they don't wanna take part into what he has done, and they don't even want him around, and yet he's coming to perform. This confuses Lincoln. "Wait, why the heck is he even coming to perform?"
Luna then explains. "Well, that whole ordeal of a plan was made by his new manager. He wants to make sure that Mick sees the damage he did. Chances that when the concert starts tonight, he's gonna get a lot of people yelling at him, or no one coming at all."
Delilah chuckles. "Dang, this is a lesson tour for Mick to show him of what his actions did. If this does go down, then he might not be able to continue with his tour. Also, whose Mick Swagger's new manager?"
Rick Rosato has that information. "The man's name is Drake K. Lawson, this guy is a good friend of the former manager of Mick from long ago and he's managed a lot of bands and he's one rich manager. He has heard about what Mick Swagger did and the man begged Drake to be his manager."
"So, he accepted, but only to show Mick that he needs to take a break from what he did, and the best option is to go on a tour that could show him that everything he did during the summer hasn't been forgotten and hasn't been left out, and they started in Pittsburg."
Then Harriet asks. "And what has happened on that tour in Pittsburg?"
Jordan sees the information. "People cheered, but then they stopped after he talked about making up for what he did and then the people wanted him to leave and… Oh wow, they wanted a refund. Dang, Mick made everyone super miffed at him."
"Well, he's gonna get one hell of a yelling from Royal Woods" said Michelle. She then sees something. "Also, incoming. Here comes the rockstar guy, the one we all don't like."
They all spot the new tour bus of Mick Swagger, with the logo of himself singing and this doesn't impress the troops or even Luna and Sam. Lincoln isn't afraid and he is ready for a fight against this man, and whatever he has in store.
The bus stops not too far and the door opens, and the man himself comes out. "Hello, hello mates. Good to…" He looks around. "Alright, I guess this is the first time to see this lot and I don't know if this is all even necessary, but this is your choice to make happen." He spots all the tanks and troops on standby.
He then looks to Luna and the others, and he can see how ticked off they are looking at him. He knows that what he did on the tour, was something they would never ever forgive and it seems personal towards Luna Loud.
"Luna, everyone… I just wanted to talk and I do question on why you lot chose for this place as a meeting. I mean, we could've taken this talk in the hotel, or somewhere else."
Sam scoffs. "Fat chance, Mick. Not in your life, and we aren't falling for whatever talk you got, and also, we don't trust you, and we never ever will." The others agree and Sam fist bumps with Sully and Mazzy.
Mick then sees the bus they brought, the tour bus from the tour before. "Alright, I won't ask any more on anything else about whatever else is going on. Now, let me talk, please Luna."
Luna sighs. "Alright, fine, but make it quick old man."
The words from Luna stings and so he talks. "Everyone, I am so sorry for what I did. I mean, I don't know what came over me on that whole thing I did on the tour, but I guess it just hurt inside of me to know that my old band was causing trouble and were punished and not coming back anytime soon."
"I was too stuck in the past of when the times were great and awesome, I failed to see that the boys I called me band mates and family have gone too far and are makin a ruckus around you lot. I was blinded and didn't see what was really going on and I felt like a total fool not doing anything."
"I also… I also wanna apologizing for hurting your kid, that was uncalled for and I was a dumb bloke of a drunk who had no idea what I did and I don't know how else I can even make the mistakes go away. I made things far worse than what me mates did. I snapped at you lot and then hurt the kid."
"The whole thing was all on me, and I just wanted to say how truly and deeply sorry for everything I said and did, and I just wish I could take back everything and make things right, and I do hope that there can be some clear air between us, luv. I really am sorry."
But he sees that Luna, and the others are unfazed and also, unmoved by his words. Luna then speaks, but Lincoln beats her to it. "Wow. Just wow… Well, those were some words, but you really think you can make up for what you did to me and what you spoke to the rest of us?"
"There are a lot of stuff that didn't seem right, and everything you said to us wasn't through some drunken state, because from what we do recall, those boys you call band mates have been with you since you started this career and were brothers to you and you always stuck up for them."
"But you never truly saw that their actions were making some mistakes, and not even telling them to change, and just trying to sort out some ways to make things in agreement and only doing little to tell them to stop, when clearly you allowed them to walk all over you. Everything you lashed out at us, everything was under your control, and what you truly felt."
"There is no other proof to show that you regret what you did, you regret what you did because it made everything into a mess and a lot of folks, and even your mum have heard and seen and are truly disappointed at the boy you have become, to the man who stuck with the lads he called brothers, and yeah, we heard about what happened on social media when your family found out what you did."
Michelle crosses her arms. "Kinda hurts doesn't it? Knowing that the real family is now seeing what kind of person you are? Well, good luck trying to regain trust and forgiveness from them."
Mick Swagger is now confused, and deep down, he has no words to say. "Everyone, I just…"
"No, we're done" said Luna sternly. "Your words won't make any dang difference, because we have chosen our own paths, and we have picked the path away from dealing with you. Because this is gonna be the last time we're ever gonna see you around us, or even talking to us."
"You are a total disgrace for others who have looked up to ya, and I am so glad that I am not gonna be looking up to you anymore, and the same goes with the rest of the folks in town, which also reminds me… This." She then looks to a box in the open field, and she pushes the button and it blows up.
The remains of the box are all the Mick Swagger stuff that she has kept throughout the ages and this surprises Mick. "Luna, what have you done luv?"
Sam is pissed off by those words. "You do not have the rights to say that, Swagger. She's my babe, not yours and never will be, and not even the breadstick either. Also…." She uses the radio. "Send the stuff off, now!"
The dump truck arrives to the open field and it empties its contents and Mick Swagger sees what are inside. Delilah then goes over to some soldiers, called Firebats and Devil Dog's. "This…. All of this, is from Royal Woods. You're actions from the tour months ago, has affected the town and now… Well, everything goes and everything is gone for good. Light it up boys!"
The Firebats and Devil Dog's stand fast and prepare their Incendiary Gauntlets. "Stop, drop and die! Let's burn this shit boys!" They light up all of the Mick Swagger merchandise and it all burns through the intense flames from the soldiers, and then some more troops come and they have flamethrowers and they all light everything up.
Mick Swagger is shocked by this. "This ain't over, mate." Chunk then has the tour bus they had towed to an open field. "We thought we could keep this, but then again, it brings back some unwanted memories, so…." He pushes the button and the tour bus they used blows up into a fiery inferno.
Mick is in total shock and he looks to Luna. "Luna, I just… Please…."
But she backs away. "No, never and not gonna go back to ever looking up to you. Everything I did, the change to this rockstar, it all disgusts me. But I am gonna remain with the music gig I love to do, but in my own way. When the candle of history burns out, another will light the way, and you're light is gonna be over, soon."
"Mick, you were twisted into lies from a corrupt manager who wanted you gone an wanted to use me, along with trying to get rid of the band, my family and my son, a band that made messes and screwed up big time and tried to drug us all, and then you became a drunken asshole who spoke words that hurt deep and then you hurt my kid, and this is what you try to do? Well, apology not accepted."
The others also speak together. "Never again." They all make their way back to their rides, but then Jordan looks to the man. "Also, this whole thing was recorded, so enjoy when the folks hear everything you said and how much everyone is gonna see… You've lost it, and you've lost everything."
Sam also speaks. "Now, you're gonna lose everything for being such an idiot. Who do you have to blame? Yourself? Your band mates who kept making mistakes? Well, the best option, is all of the above." She then gets into the Purple Ferrari and they all drive off.
The rest of the forces there also drive off, following the Louds and the others back into Royal Woods.
Mick Swagger is left standing there, looking at the stuff getting destroyed, he already lost so much. His messed up band mates, the best tour he could've made in history, and a band that looked up to him, the gal who could've been the best next rockstar, and worst of all, a town that once looked to him as a legend.
Everything is falling apart, and he knows that this all began, when Katie Crest gave him the shot to be part of a tour with the girl, named Luna Loud. Along with the messed up minds from the boys he once called brothers.
'My former manager was right…. I should've just taken a break, well perhaps I should take up the words he spoke to me before I got rid of him.'
Mick heads back to his bus, and the vehicle drives off, and he didn't even notice that the driver was his new manager and he sees, that the time of Mick Swagger's tour has to end, he needs a break and perhaps one day… He might find a calling, after the biggest mistake of his career of this year.
