Again, I wanna say thank you to "Marvelomac1010" for this concept on how the episode "No Bus, No Fuss" could work out, and so here it is and it won't go down with whatever plans they have to get there to the school. So, enjoy reading this everyone.

Chapter 366: The new Bullies.

(September 15, Royal Woods Middle School.)

The Purple Ferrari of Luna arrives, and the duo inside come out and they watch as Luna drives off to her High School, and the duo who were dropped off are Lincoln and Delilah. Michelle had to get to the Mayor's City Hall early because the mayor had something big to inform her.

Lincoln then walks to the school, alongside his cousin. "So, looking forward to the meeting today with the Royal Woods Middle School Journalist Club?"

Delilah nods. "Yeah, and this is an idea I had. The idea of starting, the first ever Royal Woods Middle School News Channel, which we can be able to live stream on what's the news around the block, I hope they're fine with this. I know Jenny will like that, but if I am to make this happen, then I need some others who can be part of the whole thing."

Lincoln smiles. "I'm sure you can find some members to join, maybe some of my friends will join in." He then sees Jordan has arrived in the limo of Gretchen, and Hope is with them as well, and they go towards Lincoln and Delilah.

Then they see the school bus arrive, and coming out are these three news preteens, and they are a year above them in the school and they snicker and walk away from the bus and head to the school. Delilah didn't like this. "Guys, something's wrong."

Then they spot the friends of Lincoln. Clyde, Liam, Zach, Rusty, Lance, Trent, Artie, Stella and Mollie, and the group are badly hurt, and also wedgied together, but Mollie and Stella are wedgied onto each other. This shocks them and they all go over and help them.

"What the heck happened?!" asked Lincoln. "Why are you guys like this?" He helps adjust the glasses of Trent and he sees they have cracked, but then Trent has some spare glasses.

Liam then talks. "We were ruffled by some of the new kids, the ones from Hazeltucky who came here, and boy were they some very mean bullies." He is soon free from his wedgie.

Mollie is tended to when Sadie goes over. "We were just minding our own business, and there were no seats available when we were on the bus, and so we sat in the back and we talked about the upcoming game when Royal Woods faces Hazeltucky in Baseball."

Rusty then talks and he fixes his hair. "Then those three showed up and said that they didn't like what we were talking about, and then they told us to get lost because the back seats belong to them, but we told them that there are no seats for us to sit on."

Clyde is tended to by Chloe. "Then they told us that they're on top of the system and we're below them and that we have to follow the social economy rules of the popularity level and then I tried to talk them to not do this anarchy, and then what happened next was so fast that I swear it was as fast as lightning, and now here we are, beaten, bruised and wedgied."

This shocks them and they couldn't believe what they were hearing, and then Delilah talks. "This is awful! There is an anti-bullying law, and they don't know about it?! We need to…" She then sees this girl come out of the bus.

The girl has black hair with red dyed at the edges, a ling pink long-sleeved sweater, dark grey skirt and boots and light purple leggings. But she looks like a mess and she is in tears, and then they see some cuts on her and she falls to the ground, this makes Hope and Gretchen go over and help her.

Jordan knows who she is. "That's Jill M. Tilly, she's also new and… Wait, what happened to her?!"

The girl then speaks as she's helped up. "I just… I wanted to help, because it was wrong, and I didn't want… I don't like bullies…" Hope and Gretchen then bring her inside to be helped by the nurse.

This angers some of them and even Delilah and now she knows what to put on the news of the school blog, then Lincoln has an idea. "We need to tell the principal, and everyone else!" He then sends a message to Luna, and Michelle, because City Hall would hear about this act as well.

(Inside the School.)

Lincoln, Jordan and Delilah are at the Principal's Office and talking to her, and same with Meryl and Principal Ramirez is shocked at what she had to hear. "This is… I won't stand for this madness!"

Meryl is confused. "Those three are new, and the information about the anti-bullying law was also made and told, so how come those three weren't told about it?"

Jordan sighs. "Something tells me that they do know and they just don't care. The way they looked, and the attitudes they have only means, that the trio are law breaking rebel teens who just wanna do what they want, it is way too obvious and brings back memories of Hazeltucky."

Lincoln then looks to Principal Ramirez. "Are you gonna deal with this?"

Principal Ramirez gets up and she speaks. "Yes I am, and thank you for informing me. They're actions for beating up other students and causing one to be sent to the Nurse's Office makes this all too serious. I'll deal with this, but the best is to do it with a surprise."

"The other reason why not now, is because I have a small meeting with the lunch ladies later, and I have some other stuff to manage before the rest of the day and tomorrow goes on. So, get on to classes and I will deal with those ruffians, myself!"

Lincoln, Jordan and Delilah nod, and the trio walk away from the office and they head onto class, they then go to their friends and they tell them about what's been going on, and that Lincoln has a plan if they try something else.

Because those bullies picked on all of his friends, and this makes it personal to him, and he won't stand for it and surely a lot of parents of his friends will wanna know about this and it would make things worse for the parents of those bullies.

(After School Hours.)

The bell has rung and the students all come out and so do the three bullies from before, but who are they?

Taylor: A teenage girl with tanned skin, and long wavy brown hair that seems to be blocking some part of her right eye. She's wearing a black t-shirt underneath a white vest, red jean short pants, brown stockings and black shoes.

Anderson: A tall teenage boy with light skin and short black hair stylized on match. He's wearing a grey t-shirt, red shorts with vertical white stripes on each side and black and white training shoes.

Pablo: A tall teenage boy with tanned skin and dark brown hair, and he's wearing black round glasses. He's wearing a white short-sleeved shirt with collar, grey jeans, white socks and brown shoes.

They all talk about what they plan to do if they see those kids from before.

"Alright, so I think we should tie them up with their own wedgie's and then have them dragged outside of the bus!" said Pablo. "But with no one looking, of course."

Anderson then has an idea. "Oh, we should also do something to them when tomorrow hits. We should wedgie them, tie them up and then beat them all together and then when the bus makes it to the school, we tie them to the flag pole!"

Taylor smirks. "Now that is a good plan, but there is one thing we need to deal with. The one kid around this town who wasn't on the bus, and a few others. The kid with the white hair, his girlfriend and the two rich girls, they're the ones who weren't around and I wanna mess with them!"

The other two cheer at that and agree. "Yeah! Go Taylor!"

Taylor grins. "Heck yeah, I so rule and this is why I am the leader of the…." She then bumps into the principal, and she does not look pleased. "Whoa! What the heck are you doing here?"

Principal Ramirez does not look pleased. "You three are in so much trouble, we already called your parents and they are coming here soon, I want you three back in the school because a month of Detention is what you three will be getting, along with washing the school buses for the whole month as well."

The trio are shocked to hear this. "What?! Why?!"

Meryl then shows up. "Because you three have been bullying some kids in the bus, when clearly they didn't do anything wrong. Also, there is an anti-bullying law, and it is assigned to all schools."

Taylor scoffs. "That's nothing, all the anti-bully rule is nothing and shouldn't even be here! The bullies have always been around and next to no one, and not even the law can…"

"Can what?!" They see Mayor Davis arrive, with Michelle and she does not look pleased. "I didn't think folks from Hazeltucky would wanna cause trouble to this school, and apparently I found them and all three of you are gonna be in so much trouble, and you're parents as well for not handling this."

Michelle then goes through her notes. "The payment for harassing, bringing harm and causing some serious damage to some students and making one end up in the Nurse's office is gonna be approximately 1,500 dollars from each of your families."

Then some guards arrive and they apprehend the three bullies, and then they spot the kids from the bus and all of the other students looking at them sternly, and even the Middle School Football team is angry with them for what they did, they're not bullies anymore, they changed.

Taylor and her two friends spot Lincoln, Jordan, Gretchen, Hope, Delilah and Luna, are there and watching them get taken away. Then she yells towards them. "This is all a bunch of stupid stuff! You can't do this to us! They deserved that beating, and we're not gonna be done with all of you!"

"I am coming for you, kid! You and your dumb mom, you can't stop me…. This is all your fault!" The doors close and they all head on home, glad that didn't turn from bad to worse, and Michelle along with Mayor Davis walk into the school, and with Principal Rivers and Meryl.

Then comes some cars, and inside are the parents of the kids who were bullied, and they were all told about what happened, and they all wait for the parents of the three bullies so that they can give them a piece of their minds.

Lincoln and Delilah go into Luna's car and they all drive off, while Jordan rides in the limo alongside Gretchen and Hope, but deep down Lincoln knows that something is wrong.

'That girl… Taylor, she's not gonna be done with us. She will come back and from what she said… She wanted to mess with me, Jordan, Gretchen and Hope. We cannot let Taylor and her friends get the drop on us, they're sick and cynical and we don't know what they plan to us next time.'

'Looks like it's time for me to put the self-defense training to good use.'
