Alright, so this chapter is gonna lead to what my two buddies have come up with in the next chapter. Also, a portion from a news stick episode is gonna be here, and someone is gonna be the boss of this club and would really help everyone in Royal Woods Middle School. Enjoy reading this everyone.

Chapter 374: Middle School and action.

(September 24. Royal Woods Middle School.)

Lincoln walks down the halls, but then he stops when he sees someone he knows, and that someone is his cousin, Delilah Lewis Loud, and she is going through some doors around the halls, and she is using a magnifying glass, and so he goes over to talk to her. "Delilah, what the heck are you doing?"

Delilah looks to Lincoln with her magnifying glass and her right eye looks big and this startles him, she then puts it away. "Oh, sorry about that, Linc. Just going through all the rooms and looking for the great myth, of the hidden arcade room of the Royal Woods Middle School, it has to be here, I know it."

Lincoln recalls that rumor, and then he recalls something else. "Umm, remember what Laurence and Allison said, the room is a legend and might not be real. I don't think this school even has a room about arcade games, that doesn't sound like a school thing."

Delilah nods. "True, true. But it would be awesome to know if it is real, and I have been following trails, leads and other stories and they all seem to be mixed into different tales, and make a trail of tales and that means that the arcade room is real, and it is here. But, it's well-hidden where no one would find it."

Lincoln has no idea what to make of this. "Okay, well alright then. Is this for the journalist club and the club you wanna start? The Action News Club?"

Delilah nods with excitement. "The club is a success and we are sharing so much news about what we have come to know and find out about what goes on in the school, and we became an even greater watched news show when we interviewed Polly who was appointed the new leader of the Middle School soccer team."

"Stella is the main gal for the anchorwoman, and we got some other members and even Zach to be part of the news. Along with Sadie, Mollie, Artie, Chad and Christina. The Action News Club is a major success and as the leader of the Journalist Club, it is gonna be a heck of an awesome gig!"

"Dang, leading the Journalist Club and the Action News Club knows how to make me a big exhausted…. For only 1 minute, and then I am back into the zone! See you later, cousin." Delilah then goes around the halls, to look for clues and she sees the vending machine with all the popcorn packs is empty.

Seeing how this seems like either a good or strange thing, Lincoln walks away and heads to his next class, but he is happy for Delilah and that she's doing her own thing. 'Alright, well I should get myself ready for the music club after class. Darrel said that we're gonna have a talent show next week, and I am so gonna participate in that one.'

'If my mom finds out about this, then chances she'll be proud of me for being part of it and then she'll watch me perform. I wanna show everyone that I have advanced from the musical lessons my mom, Luna has taught me. I wonder who else is gonna be part of the talent show.'

(Lunch Time.)

At lunch, Lincoln and Jordan sit down with some of their friends, and all of them packed some lunch, and they all begin the lunch trade, and Clyde is once again doing the traffic trade. As they redirect their trade traffic, they all look to Zach and he seems upset.

"Sorry guys but…" He then smiles. "No Tuna in this lunch, boom!" Zach shows them the ham, egg and cheese sandwiches. "My mom didn't pack me the same old lunch, and I managed to convince her to make it something else and here it is.'

Liam smirks. "Well, I'll be. Good job there, Zach. Now no more tuna or sardine or any fishy kinda breath. For a minute there, I thought you're momma was gonna have you bring goldfish."

All of them are confused at what Liam just said and then Chloe points out. "Liam, Goldfish doesn't seem to be an edible kinda fish. What makes you think it would be?"

"My memaw was once lost in the forest" replied Liam. He then eats his pie. "She needed to try and survive and she was gone for two weeks, and she said she had to eat on fish by the river, but all of them fish were goldfish and so she had no choice but to get something inside of her gut."

They all didn't wanna know anymore, and so they all began to eat their lunch, and then Jordan asks. "So, the whole Action News Club doing amazingly?"

Stella swallows her food and then she responds. "Dang right. Man, it feels so good to be part of this club, and along with being part of the Tech Club. I mean, we're looking for another big story, to show everyone that we are just dang wicked awesome."

"Also, we didn't have to buy new gear for the whole club, we salvaged all of the old gear they used long ago, and luckily I was able to convince the tech club and we all managed to tinker and turn them back online. Bringing back the past, and letting it find a place in the modern time."

"But, we had to get a brand new camera, and Delilah managed to do that one. She's a dang good leader, and a dang awesome journalist. Two gigs in one, and two clubs to manage. She is possibly the top gal of the school."

Zach chuckles. "No kiddin, but her new investigation is a bit… Weird? I don't know, because the whole hidden arcade room doesn't sound kinda… intense, I mean it's an old legend that's been around before we have been here."

Lincoln then sees Delilah, and she talking to her friends Allison and Laurence, the leaders of the Gamers Club, and it looks like she is trying to convince them. "Guys, let's leave her be. Chances she will find the legend of the hidden arcade room, or she might stop and make it a cold case. We shouldn't interfere."

They all agree and they all go back to eating their lunch, and then Lincoln hears his phone go off and he sees who is texting him.

Ronnie Anne Santiago. Hey, Lincoln. We're gonna have a sleepover tomorrow night. You, along with Jordan and Delilah are invited to come along and have some fun. Bring a tent each, and something for the awesome sleepover, and it's at my place where I live with my dad.

Lincoln smiles reading this and then he types a text message to his mom, Luna, to see if she's alright with this. They just have to be careful, because even though it's not the Casagrandes apartment, Sergio resides in the city, and who knows if he is changing his ways to his old-self.

Then Rusty asks. "Hey, Lincoln. Have you ever thought about joining the Action News Club?"

Lincoln swallows his pizza. "Sorry, but I don't plan to do that kinda stick. I'm gonna stick to the chess club, and the music club." He then continues to eat his lunch.

'Because mom and I don't wanna be part of the whole big social media news and stuff, we are mostly but I don't wanna be in front of the camera all the time. After all, mom and I are the anonymous tip to the crimes of that rich jerk, and soon he will be locked up and dealt with.'

(After classes.)

The school day is done, and right now Lincoln and Jordan walk down the halls, and the duo begin to talk about what they plan to do when tomorrow hits, the big sleepover at the place where Ronnie Anne and Sid are staying.

Lincoln then explains. "Well, Ronnie Anne sent another message, and she said that because her dad, Arturo was the only resident there months ago, he has been trusted by the original landlord, Mr. Scully to be the man in charge of the whole building, and he is learning how to manage everything."

"But, he still calls for some help from Rosa since she is good with plumbing. There are now 6 tenants in the apartment building, and that counts for Ronnie Anne and her mom and big brother, and the Chang's. Now, Ronnie Anne can be able to have a sleepover, and at the new place."

Jordan chuckles. "Wow, well this is gonna be an awesome sleepover, and I have this wicked cool tent I can use. We can bring some food to make the whole thing awesome, but I don't think we can bring some pizza, might get cold when we get there."

Lincoln nods. "True, true. So, we're gonna need to…" Then he sees a notification on his phone and they check out what it's all about. The notification is the Action News Club, and the anchor woman is Stella Zhau and she announces something everyone should know.

"Hello, and Good Afternoon Royal Woods Middle School. This is Stella Zhau of the Action News Club, and we have some incredible Breaking News! The local legend of the hidden arcade room of the school has been discovered, and all of it was made from the combined effort of Delilah Lewis Loud, and five members of the Journalist Club, along with a few members from the local Gamer's Club."

"The legend has been found and the legend is dang true, the whole room was found after Delilah Lewis Loud, along with her search team have been tracking the trail of popcorn, and it ended up in the one room that has been dubbed as a warning, when clearly someone has been doing this so that they wouldn't interrupt her me time, and that someone is none other than the assistant of Principal Rivers, Meryl!"

"The whole thing has been dealt with, and the Gamer's Club has a new room to stay in, but the whole ordeal of Meryl hasn't been… Wait, I am getting some new information, Meryl has been suspended for the week for her actions of hiding this room, not attending some of the assigned work from the principal, and also taking all of the popcorn packs from the vending machine… Wait, all eight vending machines! Well, looks like her me time is gonna be spending the rest of the week, at her place."

Lincoln and Jordan are surprised to see this, and then they walk towards the car of Luna, she has promised to bring Jordan home. "So, what the heck happened here guys?"

Lincoln and Jordan get to the back seats and then Lincoln talks. "Well, let's say that Delilah just made her club the top notch news club in all of Saginaw, because she along with others made the greatest news discovery of all time." the purple Ferrari then drives away.
