This one is a talk about some stuff that involves an event coming, and then we have some slight issues when Lincoln finds something he is not supposed to find, which will be kinda based off of the episode called "Snoop's On" So, this is gonna be a big issue for them. Enjoy reading this everyone.

Chapter 395: Discussions and a diary.

(October 20. The Loud House.)

The night has fallen and after a whole day of so many busy stuff, Luna managed to pick up her son from the Rosato mansion, and Delilah along with Michelle went back home, and they have all finished dinner and they are all getting ready for bed, and right now the mother and son are talking in the bedroom.

The duo are talking about what is to come, the two parties they both plan to go to, and yet the other might not have time to go to the other one, for they have plans and it's a hard choice, and this is why this is the right time for them to discuss more about this choice.

Luna then looks to her son. "Linc, I get it. You're being stressed in two kinds of choices, and whatever you choose is alright with me. If you wanna go to the Royal Woods Middle School Halloween Party, then it's alright with me, kiddo."

Lincoln thinks about this and he smiles. "Alright mom, thanks. I think, I wanna be part of the Royal Woods Middle School Halloween Party, it sounds cool and I wanna perform for the music there." He then grabs his keyboard. "I can be able to make something spooky out of the jams we can make."

Hearing this makes Luna smile. "That's my boy. Talented in music and dang good and motivated. You know what to do and this is all your choice, Lincoln and I am proud of you. Even if you aren't participating, you'll be rockin' spookily with Jordan and the others."

Lincoln nods. "Thanks mom, also I have to ask. What are you gonna be dressed as for the Halloween party at the Park this month?"

Luna smirks and she riffles her son's hair. "Sorry, kiddo. But no spoilers on that one, you'll need to wait when the month of Halloween does come. Be patient, alright kiddo?"

Lincoln chuckles and he nods. "Alright, mom. Alright, you think you can help me with something? It's a big project and it involves History class and I have to pass it next month, for the new grading year."

Luna smiles. "Sure, kiddo. Let's see what this project of yours is. Perhaps I may have known about it long ago." The duo then go through this project he has, and while this is going on, they do not notice Michelle seeing this through the door and she smiles.

She then looks into the bedroom of Delilah, and she walks in and she tucks her daughter and then she takes the books she has been studying and she puts them away, apparently Delilah felt asleep after doing her studying and she is mumbling about history class and this makes Michelle chuckle.

Michelle then places a kiss onto her daughter's forehead. "Sweet Dreams Delilah, and I know you can ace the big test soon." She then turns off the lamp and then she closes the door and she makes her way to her own bedroom, it's time to call it a night.

She didn't even notice Harriet walking out of the room where the security cameras are and she is busy with something. 'From what I overheard on social media, they said that a strange creature has been sighted around Michigan, could it be the dreaded Michigan Dogman?'

'If it is that damned beast, then I must defend my family and make sure it does not come to our home and bring harm to the good folks of the town. I will not allow such a beast to do this, well if it does even exist.' She then heads to her room, and she tries to contact the Guardian for some advice.

(The next day, October 21.)

Lincoln is on his bike and he is headed home, the school day is done and tomorrow is the time for him to get himself started on the big test at the Royal Woods Middle School and Lincoln knows that he is prepared and ready for this.

'Alright, Lincoln Loud. You did it, you managed to study all week for the whole thing and tomorrow is the big test coming and I need to pass the first ever test that I am gonna face in Middle School. Delilah will pass for sure, she is a smart girl.'

'Speaking of which, the news from today seemed, well kinda interesting. Everyone seems keen for the arrival of this Dogman of Michigan, but I don't believe in that thing. But I will be seeing so much about him when the Halloween party has the decorations. It's gonna be kinda strange.'

'But I doubt that there is even one, chances this Dogman is just some lame guys in costumes trying to get some social media content attention. They'll be caught and in trouble soon enough. Now, all I have to do is prepare for the test tomorrow, and study some more.'

'At least mom is back at the house, and I wonder if Harriet is there. Surely she might know more about the truth about this weirdo Dogman of Michigan, because surely that thing is not real. Lucy might be interested, even though she is the kinda gal only into vampires and all that.'

Lincoln soon makes it to the house, and he does see that his mother's car is there. Then he lets his bike lean onto the side of the house, and then he walks into the place. "Mom! Harriet, I'm home! Delilah said she'll be home later, she has something to do at school."

He doesn't get a response and he is about to go to the stairs, but he nearly trips over something. "What the heck?" Lincoln sees something on the floor, something behind the arm chair and he picks it up. "What the heck is this?"

Lincoln sees a book with a lock, though the lock looks old and its color is purple and has a musical purple note and a white skill and he doesn't know what this is and then he realizes what it is when he sees the initials. "L.L."

"Wait, this is mom's diary!" He then feels bad and he doesn't wanna hold this. "I should give this to her, but why the heck was it behind the dang armchair?" He then heads upstairs, but he doesn't know that something has gone down up there, well something went down for Luna the whole day at school.

Luna comes out of her room and she doesn't look pleased, not after what she had to deal with at school. 'You gotta be kidding me?! We can't be able to perform with the High School band! Dang those Football Jocks, can't they control themselves when they win a dang game?!'

Earlier, there was a big game and the victory was grand when the team of Royal Woods won and beat their rivals from Beaverton and they accidently trampled over the High School Band, and now the whole band is being tended to in the hospital and the football jocks are in detention for their actions.

Luna now knows, that they're plans to perform a Christmas musical with them is delayed, and chances they might not speak with them for some time till the end of next month, and that'll be complicated to handle. 'Ugh! Those damned idiots! Now what the heck do we god damn do?!' Luna removes her headset, she has been listening to some music to calm down, and apparently that didn't work.

She is about to head to the stairs, but then she nearly runs into Lincoln. "Whoa! Linc, what the heck? Calm down and do not run, Lincoln!"

"Oh, sorry mom. I just, well needed to give you something I found." Lincoln is surprised by her actions and then he hands her something. "When I came into the house, I called you but you never came and then I nearly tripped over you're diary, I found it by…"

Luna is surprised by her diary, and in the hands of her son and she takes it from him. "What the heck are you doing with this?! Did you open this diary?! You know that this is private!"

Lincoln is surprised by her tone and he tries to explain. "Mom, no I didn't even open the…"

"You should know better that this is wrong to go through someone else's privacy! This is wrong and stupid, what did you read from my diary?!"

"I didn't read anything from it, mom!" Lincoln yells and then he calms down and Luna remains silent. "Mom, I just found that god damn diary of yours at the back of the armchair, and I almost tripped over it. I didn't read it, and I know that I shouldn't and I came here to give it to you!"

Luna is surprised to hear this. "Linc, I…."

"Why the heck did you just snap at me all of a sudden? I thought you would understand the words I was saying, or at least allow me to god damn explain why I had the damn little book, and it wasn't my fault that I found it! Why the heck was it at the back of the armchair anyway?!"

Luna is confused and then she recalls something. "I… I was there today, and I must've accidently left it on… The arm chair and it… Fell…."

Lincoln feels hurt that she would yell at him like that, when he didn't do anything wrong. "There, problem solved! I don't know what the heck has gotten into you to just snap like that, but it was horrible and I just…. I don't even know anymore!" He looks way and he wipes away some tears.

Luna slowly approaches her son. "Lincoln… I just…"

"Leave me alone!" Lincoln walks past her and slaps away her hand and he takes refuge in the room he shares with her, and he cares little about that.

Luna looks to her diary and she realizes what she has done. 'No… No, this is happening again… Just like last year. God damn it, what have I done? I should've…' She looks to her diary and she sighs at what she has done. 'I gotta make this right, but when the time is right.'

She then goes someplace else, to keep this diary somewhere, that no one will find it.

(Later in the Night.)

Luna goes into the bedroom, the whole day Lincoln didn't seem right and was nervous, and she knows why. Luna then sees her son, going through his math book and he remains silent. She then sits next to her son and both are in their sleepwear. "Linc, are you doing alright, buddy?"

Lincoln remains silent and doesn't look to his mother, and Luna knows why he is like this. "Lincoln, please look at me, kiddo. Please…"

Lincoln has remained silent and hasn't bothered to speak to the others, and this makes Michelle, Delilah and Harriet wonder what happened, and Luna had to tell them what went down and why she was upset, and Harriet and Michelle want Luna to make things right.

Luna then places a hand on his shoulder. "Linc, I snapped at you because I had a bad day, and seeing you with my diary made me feel unhappy and I was a total idiot to snap at you like that. Lincoln, I am so sorry for doing that, I should've let you explain. I just… I don't know how to take it all back."

Lincoln sighs and he looks to his mother. "Mom, that thing that happened, it brought back some bad memories, of what happened last year and you know it too, right?" Luna nods and then Lincoln continues. "I get you had a bad day, and that seems normal, we just didn't see anything else coming."

"We're growing up and things are going on that are… Unexpected, I can understand what you are going through, and it just felt wrong when you snapped at me…. Brought back not just what we went through last year, but also brought back some other unpleasant memories, of our past."

Luna feels hurt hearing this and she goes over and embraces her son. "Lincoln, son… I am sorry for doing that and I don't know what else to do, but I just want you to know how sorry I am about what I did. I was a total moron, and I should've let you explained more. Linc, I'm sorry."

Lincoln also has tears and he returns the embrace. "Mom… It's okay, I still love you and that won't change anything."

The duo continue to be in this embrace, and watching them make amends are Delilah, Michelle and Harriet. They know that there are some more mishaps between them, sooner or later. They just need to try and hold on, and not snap at each other too much that it would break the bond they have.

And from what Delilah recalls, she doesn't wanna see a repeat of what went down from long ago, from the history of when the family was once large and loud.

A/N: Now we know what they have planned for when Halloween hits, and something might come to their town, and as for what happened between Lincoln and Luna… Well, that was almost close, and it felt like some bad vibes were there, for only a short moment.
