Well, it's that time again so prepare for another Thanksgiving chapter, and this time we have the Logann's involved! Yeah! They might not be one big happy family like from the old days, but at least they are all together as a happy family. This is gonna be good. Enjoy reading this new chapter guys.
Family of Two.
Chapter 414: A Thanksgiving Day.
(November 25. Sweet Water Ranch, Tennessee.)
Welcome, for the first time to be introduced to the home of the Logann's, the ranch they run and maintain. This is runned by Jeremy Logann, and the rest of his family, and right now we see all of them waiting outside of the ranch and all of them are carrying some food.
Kurt has a tray with some barbequed turkey wings, and his dad Jeremy has some as well. Hanna made some apple and pecan pie, and so does Maddie and they are all waiting for what they were told. Then Maddie asks. "Kurt, when do we get the ride to Royal Woods?"
Kurt sighs and he checks his phone. "No clue, but I do hope that this plan Leni has will work, I mean I know she did get help and we trust her and..." Then a portal opens and they are surprised by this large blue portal. "Ummm, what?"
Then someone comes through and he introduces himself. "Hello, Logann's. My name is Martin McKenzie and I am the head of FutureTech also codenamed Tech Sector. I was sent here under the request of Michelle Lewis Loud, who was asked by Leni Lauren. I am here to take you all to Royal Woods."
All of them are surprised by this and Jeremy is surprised the most. "Dang, portal transportation? Well, I'll be a Texas rattlesnake giving someone a heck of a stunner." They all look to Jeremy confused at the WWE reference he just mentioned.
Martin then steps aside. "So, shall we go through?" They all didn't seem alright about this.
But then Kurt steps up. "Lead the way sir. You are the man who is a help to the louds. So, I know that you know Leni." He then looks to his family. "Come on guys, Royal Woods awaits us." They all follow Martin who goes inside first, and then they follow through and the portal closes.
(Ketcham Park, Royal Woods Michigan.)
This is where it is being held, this was the plan of Luna Loud and Michelle Lewis Loud, and this is where they're all gathered for their Thanksgiving Dinner. We have the Louds, the Rosato's, the Sharp's, and of course they have Albert and Myrtle with them, oh and Leni and Luan Lauren and the large table has been set combined with the picnic tables around the Park.
Luna then sees the rest of the food is there, and is nice, fresh and warm and they have it all setup on the table. The Turkey was an effort made by Michelle, Delilah and Jesse Rosato, and that is one very impressive turkey.
Luna then sees Lincoln is talking to Leni and Luan, and so she goes over to talk to them. "Hey guys, still waiting for the Logann's to get here?"
Leni nods. "Yeah, I mean Michelle did say she had someone come here to help bring him to Royal Woods right, and we're hoping it did work or something may have happened. We're just... I'm so confused now."
Luan goes over and hugs Leni. "They'll be here, mom. I know it." She then departs from the hug. "Just have a little faith that they will come, there's no way they would've..." Then a portal opens and Martin McKenzie comes through. "Oh, that must be him."
Then Martin steps aside and then he speaks an introduction for the folks coming. "Behold the..."
"Leni! Luan!" Maddie then goes through and she tosses the pies to Martin who manages to catch them, and then Maddie hugs Leni and Luan. "I missed you guys so much, and even if I do get the emails from you gals, it's nice to see you guys up close and personal!"
Leni and Luan smile and they return the embrace as well, but then they all depart from the hug and Leni sees someone. "Kurt!"
Kurt sees Leni and he tosses the tray of food onto Martin and he catches it. "Hey! I am not your personal servant!" Then Jeremy and Hanna get the food from him and Martin fixes his suit and glasses. "The nerve of some people." He then goes through the portal and it closes. He's headed back home.
Leni and Kurt share a loving embrace and then they look to each other and share a small and yet passionate kiss and this has everyone happy to see them be in this romantic state, and it makes the parents of Kurt proud of their son and the future he's going to have with Leni.
Lincoln and Luna, along with Michelle take some pictures of this and so does Delilah who video records this, then the two of them depart from the kiss and an alluring gaze is between the two and this makes Kurt and Leni chuckle and smile. "Gosh, I love you."
This does cause a chain of romance, and the couples also share some small kisses with each other though Sam and Luna share a passionate kiss and Lincoln grabs Jordan and he passionately kisses her and as soon as they depart from the kiss, Jordan Rosato is dazed and she whispers. "Good god, I love you, Lincoln Loud."
They then look to the others who are all smiling and waving at them. They all go over to the table and they all look to the food served and it is impressive. Jeremy then takes his hat off and the looks to everyone. "Well, now before we do get down and chow on this amazing food, I think we should all share some words that is all about what this day stands for."
That one they can all agree, and so each of them shares some stuff they wanna say about what they are being thankful. But these few chosen are the ones who we're gonna hear from.
Luan Lauren. "I am thankful for... Well, being part of a new family, being guided down a better path and seeing how I can be redeemed through my bad actions of the past.
Leni Lauren. "Same here, Luan. I am grateful of this change we're going through and how far we have seen new things in life, and new paths to redemption and a new future that is something to truly look forward to."
Kurt Logann. "I think I am grateful to have met someone who is... Well, someone who is someone to admire, someone who is beautiful inside and out, someone who cares so much about family and is willing to see through past mistakes and be part of a better future. I am grateful to have met you, Leni Loud, and I look forward to whatever future it has, for either of us... Or perhaps, together."
This makes Leni blush and she feels truly honored to hear those words from the guy she is dating, though they aren't an official couple yet, it sure feels like it and the others can see it too. Maddie smiles hearing this and then she speaks what she needs to say to all of them.
"I am grateful to have met two big sister figures and to be part of this very large family get together, I never thought we would have other folks whom we never knew before be part of the family we have, and I look forward to more adventures we're gonna have."
Delilah Lewis Loud. "I'm just... Well, grateful to be part of this family life. Even though it would've been awesome and nice to have my parents here." She then sees the portrait of her parents next to her. "They'd be grateful at the new life I have, and the family and mom who took me in."
Michelle is touched by those words and she embraces Delilah and she hugs her back. They soon depart from the hug and so Michelle speaks what she needs to let out.
"I am grateful at how far this family has gone, and though a year has passed... I am dang grateful to still be part of this family after all I have done, and grateful for the new family I have within Delilah, I am always going to be grateful about whatever new family changes we're gonna have."
Jordan Rosato. "I will always be grateful at the ride I am a part of. I never thought that the crush I had for Lincoln has gone this far into an amazing and lasting relationship. I am happy at the family and friends we have made, and how awesome we have all been through and lasted. I will love this life we all have, and always be grateful for being part of this awesome and loud ride."
That makes them chuckle and then Sam Sharp speaks what she needs to say. "To be honest, Lincoln and Luna here know what I am grateful for... To be seen as a part of their family, and also be known as another mom for Lincoln. I am grateful for being his mother figure alongside Luna, and to see him as my kid too. Always, I dang love this life and the loud family that I can't wait to be a part of."
That one makes the Sharp parents and Simon happy, they know how much Sam means for the louds and how the louds mean to Sam. They always see each other as family and as long as Sam is happy, they will be too. Graduation day for Sam is going to be a touching and memorable moment.
Luna Loud. "For all that it is worth, I guess I just have to say that I am grateful that I have a son within the kid who was once my little brother. Because I love him, I always have and I will do my part and continue being the mother you need and want. Always and always my little wayward son."
Hearing this makes Lincoln go over and hug her, and Luna returns the hug and this touches everyone's hearts. They soon depart from the hug and Luna places a small kiss on her son's forehead, and she lets Lincoln speak what he needs to say.
"I think that I will always be grateful of the lives we have now. The many changes we have been through, the hardships we had to endure and face. I am always going to be grateful of the family I have, the friends I have made and helped and the mother who I always looked up to since day one."
"And even though some of those we also still see as family aren't here, it's alright. We all have our choices to make, our own paths to take and that just means we're improving for whatever the future holds for all of us, and dang it I am so looking forward to whatever comes next, for all of us."
"I am grateful, for how far we've come and how strong we have become from the very beginning of how we are living now. Whether we seek redemption, or whether we wanna do something else with our lives. I will always love this family, always."
The words from Lincoln was enough to have some of them with some tears, and they are all true. They'll always be there for each other and they will always be family, even if they are no longer bound to the last name. Delilah recorded all of this and she smiles.
'Even though Thanksgiving is gonna be over, the others should be notified about this, so that they can know how much this change means to Lincoln. This'll give them a whole lot of confidence on how much they need to look forward to the future ahead of them. Because we all have choices to make.'
With all those words said, they are all feeling like the rest of their lives around to get better, or worse. But they'll manage through it and go through the hardships it has to offer. For now, they should enjoy this large thanksgiving, that all of them are a part of... As a large and very interesting family.
Even though the others aren't with them now, they're all going to be there for each other and they will always see each other as family. They're future is going to be something different, but they'll all manage to get through it, together as the former louds or as a new family still united.
