Hi guys Azza here!

Ok so its been a bit but I'm back at it again for the new year! Hope you all had a great new year as well!

So before we get onto the reviews and stuff a few short messages.

Firstly, the Volume I editing is truly underway and this time I promise its going to get done. I'm up to editing the Phantom Lord Arc and have already uploaded the revised chapters.

Now these revisions aren't just editing, if you look at the word count for Volume I you'll likely notice its going up and this is because I'm further expanding on the chapters that were lacking and rewriting entire sections of them to better fit with the current state of the verse.

A good example is the Natsu vs Bluenote fight, I guarantee you that you'll be surprised at how different that fight is now. I have plans to tweak key fights across the board to either make them longer and more interesting or cut out stupid stuff that wasn't relevant.

Just look at the bottom of the chapters for a brief outline of the changes guys and it'll give you an idea of what I've changed. It will only be more in depth if its something massive and for the most part I've been including what the total word count is, Chapter 1 was once around 3.9k words and it currently sits at almost 6k now.

Hopefully you all enjoy these revisions and please don't hesitate to call out stuff that needs to be fixed up in the edits to come because I want to really polish this the best I can. Without a beta it's a pain in the ass but I'm positive I can get it to a respectable state with few errors!

Anyway onto the reviews!

NoxShiningAbyssal – Thanks for the mega review I do appreciate it! Hopefully I can answer all your questions and let me know if I miss one in particular!

So to begin about what Natsu did at the end of Volume II he didn't just perform a full reset on the world but rather he utilized the power at his disposal to manipulate the memories of everyone within the Infinite Tsukuyomi into believing that the entire war they fought was just another Shinobi World War that didn't have any of the Tailed Beasts, Gods, Devils or anything on that scale. Essentially, by remoulding the landscape and rewriting the memories he made it so everyone believed the way they had just been a part of wasn't anything like what actually occurred.

He also didn't actually revive anyone, the only Life manipulation he performed was allowing Shiro to exist. Any casualties during the war were written off as those who died during the one they assumed they all fought in, none the wiser that in reality they fought in a war so far beyond anything they'd ever know again.

As for the bonds he created there is a caveat to that. Every character who died or was either an Edo Tensei or who actively participated in said war does have a version in the Throne Of Heroes. I had Madara appear to stop Kaguya for this specific purpose to show that people from the Elemental Nations had indeed earned their rightful places there.

So to be frank, pretty much any character of significance during the entire story can be a Servant however unless they are Naruto, Sasuke, Konan, one of the Ten Tailed Beasts or anyone who is either dead or was an Edo Tensei during the war then they will not know anything about what followed the events of the war.

Like you said, Yugao is on the Throne due to her significant role in countless events and her blade could technically be considered a catalyst. The reason why she is not back however is because it would cheapen her death and the significance behind it.

She will appear in the Volume set during the events of Fate/Grand Order as a Servant however her role for the moment is done like most others in the Narutoverse. As for what Servant Classes she could qualify as you are correct on those points.

From here, it is rather difficult to elaborate on who specifically Natsu has gotten with since quite a few of them are story specific. For example, Natsu does have relations with the Lancer form of Arthur however the regular Saber one is more of a close friendship rather than anything romantic.

Likewise, Nero does not possess any romantic attachment to him in her Saber forms however her Caster version might.

The best example to be honest is Tamamo No Mae. Due to what he will one day become, the TRUE Tamamo does have ties to him which means he does have romantic ties to all versions of her. In fact, Tamamo is a key player in the Wano Arc however I can't say much more on that since I'm still piecing the later arcs together but she's certainly a shoe in for it along with a vast majority of the Asian centric Servants.

I hope that gives you an idea how I'm tackling these going forward however to answer your question regarding Ereshkigal, keep in mind that the Singularities will be quite different when I eventually reach them. For example, Volume II and III are in fact Singularities that Chaldea are dealing with so there will be quite a few changes here and there.

As for your next point regarding character deaths, not spoiling anything but Whitebeard will be following the manga, not the anime version and since there will be Servants present during Marineford he will be taking even more attacks. However, keep in mind the power I've been hinting Roger possessed and consider how Whitebeard is portrayed alongside him in canon. This should give you an idea on just how rough Marineford will be since a lot of characters are far more powerful than their canon counterparts.

As for the 100 Year Quest manga I do agree that it has its good points but again I feel like none of these Dragons should either exist or be even remote threats. Achnologia was touted as totally unbeatable, a complete monstrous force that could even consume all of time itself and yet suddenly there are these other Dragons coming in out of nowhere and its all just nonsense. If they are so powerful they can beat Natsu who basically one shot Achnologia why was he even a threat that wiped out the Dragons to begin with.

Trust me, I have a LOT of issues with how 100 Year Quest fits into the story but then again I'm the guy that started a Fairy Tail fanfic because I was salty at base Fairy Tail so maybe I'm not the best guy to ask haha!

As for the Erza stuff, basically there will be an event at the end of this Volume that sends him on a 800ish year journey through several worlds though I'm honestly debating if I want to do them all at this point because of how long the story is already taking. But basically once he comes back he will be almost a thousand years old and she'll be in her late fifties. I don't really want to spoil what will go down but in the Yuletide Capital Volume ? story Cynthia does get a CE that depicts a wholesome moment between the family so they will meet again.

As for the idea of her being a Servant, as we all know with Fate logic nothing is truly impossible if you are inventive enough with it and that's all I'll say on the matter …

And no, Yamato will not be dying and she will be nakama even if Oda doesn't do it! I refuse not to have her along!

Hope that answered everything!

ZehnerCJ – Happy New Years and Merry Christmas to you too!

Aadam – Karim – Lodhi – I mean there is an enormous amount of context required for these stories so if you haven't even fully read Volume I then you probably should read through them in order. I do leave that disclaimer at the beginning of each Volume for that reason.

But address your point on Natsu supposedly being weak in this Volume I would counter that he's not really. In 79 Chapters he's only had to go all out against Rai-Jin a Titan, Alucard who is an entity much older than him and an Arch Devil who was even considered to be an Archon, Sut-Typhon which is an Eldritch entity from Lovecraftian Myth that essentially a Primordial Beast that was only constrained by the limitations in Gecko Moria. Then there is Kizaru who is a human that ate a Devil Fruit that makes him Light itself so he's able to do anything at the Speed Of Light so Natsu being able to react to him without his full power is in of itself a tremendous improvement. And finally you have Saber who is one of the strongest people from the verse he's from which will be explored further in future chapters.

I'd argue he's grown exponentially from Volume II where he had trouble with someone like Orochimaru during the Chunin Exams or the reanimated First and Second Hokage who were nerfed. Just saying compared to Volume II he's basically coasted anyone that isn't a top top tier fighter and even then, the fact that he was able to beat Alucard despite how broken he is honestly is an achievement in of itself.

And Natsu already has shown he has Conquerors Haki when he fought Alucard who also had it. When they clashed it knocked out all the zombies in a vast area and sent out the signature red and black sparks as well as their sheer pressure affecting the environment.

As for Natsu not using his weaker spells that's not entirely true either. If he was truly using his powerful spells all the time he'd be killing any not top tier foe he hit in a single shot.

Basically, my point is that aside from the several enemies Natsu has fought against for real, he really hasn't tried at all against anyone and honestly just doesn't need to. For him, he's just along for the ride because Shanks wanted him to do a few things and he's teaching other members of the crew some things along the way.

Hopefully that gives you some idea as to how Natsu has fared throughout the story but I would strongly suggest reading from Volume I in order to gain a full understanding of where Natsu currently stands because there are many shifts in both his power and reasoning for behaving the way he does.

Dragonborn2704 – You are so close but Archer is someone who is unarguably superior to Richtofen once you read his story and accolades … and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Ok … a LOOOOONG review section so on with the story!

I do not own Fairy Tail, One Piece or the Nasuverse.

Bleak Chances Of Escape

/Grove 14/

"You might have strength, but against an absolute defence its useless!"

Mordred simply grit her teeth as Sentomaru continued to block all her strikes with her axe, the Armament Haki holding fast against her Aura laced attacks. After several more strikes she sent Sentomaru skidding backward with the Vice Admiral planting the axe firmly to the ground in order to halt his movement.

"Is this the best the child of Arthur has to offer?"

"You think a couple of regular swings are all I can do," Mordred scoffed in response as she adjusted her stance. "At the end of the day, you're nothing but a regular Human and one who isn't even that special at that! Meanwhile, I'm the Servant of a future legend in the making! A man who will one day be a King far greater than anything your pathetic little brain could even conceive!"

"And that's supposed to mean something to me," Sentomaru replied with a slight snort. "Do you have any idea how many people come along with followers who claim they'll be future legends? If we gave credence to every last claim the world would be in chaos and our forces stretched so thin it'd break us! Very few have the potential to be great like the former Pirate King or one of the Four Emperors, and it takes more than strength to propel you up there!"

"Heh, shows what you know," Mordred replied with a smirk. "My Master might get shitty but its not without good reason. This place deserves to burn by his hand and anyone who gets in our way is as good as dead!"

"Your Master is nothing but another vile piece of trash, the worst kind of trash to boot! That little display of his earlier was broadcast across the world and into the homes of billions, countless normal and civilised people who were shown the darkest side of the world all because that bastard had to go and make a futile point!"

"Futile? The fact that you, a Vice Admiral, can stand there and call his stance in defiance of the oppression that these Celestial Dragons force upon this world futile is all the justification he needs," Mordred spat in disgust. "You think you can stand there and preach about how my Master is the scum of the earth for torturing those three when you literally were broadcasting a FUCKING SLAVE AUCTION worldwide … Not a chance."

"Huh?"

"There's not a chance in fucking hell I'm letting you live after a statement like that," Mordred growled as God's Aura exploded out from her form. "As a future King, I can't allow someone like you who would so easily dismiss something so barbaric walk away from this! You'll die here with nothing but dishonour and shame Sentomaru, your blood staining this already cursed Archipelago!"

Mordred vanished and reappeared right next to the Vice Admiral who raised his axe just in time to block a brutal strike. Skidding backward, Sentomaru managed to block a second strike which again sent him skidding backward until he was forced up against one of the Yarukiman Mangroves.

"God's Aura: Acre Thrust!"

Cocking her blade backward, Mordred charged forward and performed a powerful thrust that fired a condensed blast of wind. Sentomaru clad both his axe and chest in Armament Haki as the attacks slammed into him full force.

The winds immediately began tearing at the parts of his body lacking Haki as the pressure from the attack's core slammed into his chest, knocking him into the Mangrove with the blast travelling through it and out the back to crash into one of the nearby hills.

Sentomaru coughed up blood as he dropped down to one knee, the sheer power behind the attack comparable to one of Kuma's pressurised Air Palms. Looking up at Mordred, the Vice Admiral's eyes widened as his Haki screamed for him to duck.

So duck he did.

"God's Aura: Carlisle Cleaver!"

The swing was near instantaneous in its execution, Mordred's blade seemingly vanishing and reappearing from her left to right before Sentomaru could even blink. Having ducked in time, the Vice Admiral noticed that had he not acted upon his Observation Haki, the attack would have surely decapitated him.

A resounding crack was heard throughout the forest once Sentomaru finally did blink however, followed by an ear-piercing crackling sound. Daring to look behind him, the Vice Admiral was slightly stunned to see the Mangrove he'd been blasted up against topple over, a clean slice having felled the ancient Mangrove with ease.

"Ho? You actually managed to dodge that after the blow you just took, I'm impressed," Mordred jeered mockingly as Sentomaru staggered to his feet. "What happened to that 'Absolute Defence' you kept going on about?"

"D-don't underestimate me," Sentomaru growled as he picked up his axe. "I've beaten plenty of Servants before, you'll fall just as hard as they did!"

"Sure you have, and I beat my Father and lived," Mordred scoffed as she brought Clarent down to strike Sentomaru who barely managed to block the attack with his axe. "You're pathetic!"

Kicking the Vice Admiral, Mordred laughed as he was sent flying a considerable distance away, landing in the crater her previous attack formed on the hill behind the now toppled Mangrove. Taking off toward her foe, Mordred couldn't help but find amusement in tormenting her foe, relishing in putting a dog of the World Government in their place.

/Meanwhile – With The Straw Hats/

"Damn, just what the hell are those two doing back there," Nami huffed as the group began to slow down, having run a considerable distance away. "D-do you think we're safe!?"

"I wouldn't count on it," Robin replied grimly as she narrowed her eyes on the path they'd just travelled. "One set of explosions have ceased, most likely the ones produced by Seilah and that General … and I'm not seeing any sign of Seilah yet."

"Hold on, you think Seilah went down," Ritsuka asked in disbelief. "There's no way she'd go down to a guy like that!?"

"But Senpai, this isn't the Seilah we know," Mash replied quietly however it still drew the attention of the others. "She isn't even close to being as powerful as the one we know …"

"There's no way Seilah is down, she's way too tough," Luffy cut in firmly. "We've all seen how strong Natsu, Seilah and Mordred are so we should have faith in them!"

"Yeah, hate to say it Luffy but maybe that faith is a little misplaced," Zoro replied as he drew all three of his swords.

"HUH!? What the hell are you talking about Zoro," Luffy snapped in response. "Have a little faith-!"

Luffy's words died in his throat as the entire crew saw the figure now standing atop the hill they'd just descended from, casting a chilling shadow across the area due to his position in front of the setting sun.

"Targets acquired, moving to engage."

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH! ITS KUMAAAAAAAAAA," Usopp screeched as everyone entered their respective defensive stances.

"Th-there's no way," Robin muttered as she clenched her fists. "How can we win against someone like him …"

"What do you mean," Ritsuka growled as he drew his pistol and pointed it at the Warlord. "We've gotta fight this guy, otherwise all the hard work Natsu, Seilah and Mordred are putting in will be for nothing!"

"He's right," Sanji nodded as both he and Zoro moved up to the front. "Its just like in Thriller Bark, we either pull our own weight or we die!"

"And I've got no plans on dying here," Zoro added as he put on his bandana, "We'll all need to give this everything we've got!"

"Target's appear to be taking hostile action," Kuma's voice said monotonously as the towering Warlord began walking down the hill. "Preparing appropriate countermeasures …"

"If it's a fight this guy wants, then it's a fight he's gonna damn well get," Franky said through grit teeth as he adjusted his left arm to reveal multiple gun barrels.

"Indeed. There is no chance I'll let my new friends and saviours go down like this," Brook hissed as his eyes began to glow Crimson Red. "We all still have our dreams out there, waiting to be seen through!"

"Brook's right," Luffy said as he dropped down into a squatting position, his legs appearing almost springlike for a moment as his skin began to turn a darker shade of red. "Let's show this bear bastard not to mess with us, Gear Second!"

Luffy vanished in a burst of steam, reappearing right in front of the Warlord with his right fist already fully cocked back. Striking the Warlord with a Jet Pistol, it sent Kuma skidding backward as Zoro appeared.

"Let's see if you can take this," Zoro growled, already in mid-attack as he spun his blades even faster. "Three Sword Style – Ogi: Three Thousand Worlds!"

Vanishing from sight, Zoro appeared behind Kuma who suddenly recoiled violently, three massive gashes manifesting on his chest which forced the Warlord back even further. Righting himself, Kuma looked up only to see Sanji in the air, already in mid-strike, with a flaming right leg.

"Diable Jambe: Flambage Shot!"

"Error-!"

Kuma didn't get a chance to finish speaking as the blow struck him right in the chest where Luffy and Zoro had hit him earlier, finally bringing enough force to send the towering cyborg flying.

"Keep up the pressure," Luffy barked as all three vanished.

Kuma, who had crashed into one of the Yarukiman Mangroves, ripped himself free within seconds and immediately began scanning the area for his targets. He noticed several of the Straw Hats charging toward him and raised his right hand, a bright golden light appearing from a tiny barrel embedded within.

"Targets are above projected threat level, updating pacification protocol permissions!"

From the Warlord's hand, several bright yellow lights were fired that had several of the crew jumping out of the way. The shots continued past them and struck nearby Mangroves or hills, setting off rather large explosions.

"Oi, wasn't that one of those beams we saw fly past earlier," Franky asked as he continued to charge forward.

"That was almost identical to the attacks of the Navy Admiral Kizaru, just not as fast," Robin replied as she focused her full attention back on Kuma. "We need to stop him before he fires off too many more of those!"

"Agreed," Brook growled as his sprint speed increased at a suddenly abnormal rate.

The skeleton was running so fast that his legs were no longer visible, the only truly visible portion being the slight Crimson Red tinge to them as he drew the sword from his cane.

"Warlord or no, I won't allow you take slay them," Brook spat. "This is the true form of my very soul, a soul so broken it vents the very chill of the underworld unto the earth! Devil's Aura: One Sword Style – Fubuki Giri!"

Vanishing with speed none of the Straw Hats could track, Brook reappeared on the other side of Kuma. The skeleton didn't even look back, instead he opted to slowly sheath his sword. With an audible 'click' Brook sheathed his blade and a massive slash appeared from the top of Kuma's head all the way down to his right leg, ice shards ripping through the flesh as the Warlord stumbled backward.

"E-E-Errr-rrrrrrrr-ooooo-!"

"Good job Brook," Usopp grinned as he chucked several pellets into his Kabuto slingshot. "You ready, Nami!?"

"I'm almost good to go, you and Franky get him into place"!

"Right," Usopp replied as he aimed at the Warlord. "Get ready for this one, not even a cyborg will be able to survive it! DO IT, FRANKY!"

"YOU GOT IT," the cyborg grinned as he charged forward as placed both his hands together. "Let's see how you like this you hulking bastard! Franky BF – Thirty-Six: Seventy Millimetre MAX Power Coup De Vent!"

Kuma was unprepared for Franky's hands to fire out a blast of wind so powerful it blasted apart the very foundation of where he was standing. The attack struck him in the chest full force, sending the Warlord flying.

"Alright," Franky gasped as he dropped down to one knee. "That literally used all my power …"

"Don't worry Franky, we'll take it from here," Usopp said as he moved in front of the drained cyborg. "There's no way he's gonna take what we've got cooked up! Special Attack: Heavenly Dragon Star!"

Even in mid-flight, Kuma's eyes scanned the pellets Usopp had fired and almost discounted them as nothing more than a minor inconvenience. This however, was not the case as the pellets exploded and merged together into a large burst of blue lightning that quickly took on the shape of an oriental Dragon.

"E-E-E-E-E-!"

"I'm all ready to go," Nami called out as everyone looked back over toward her to see countless balls filled with a strange substance having formed all above them, including above the area Kuma was currently flying through. "This should finish off a metal hunk of scrap like you! Perfect Clima-Tact – Dark Cloud Tempo!"

The clouds rumbled before beginning to release rain down upon the crew. Kuma looked between the cloud and Nami before deeming it irrelevant. Again, a rather serious lack of judgement on his part.

"Now get ready," Nami cried as she spun her Clima-Tact around before pointing it directly at him. "Perfect Clima-Tact: Heavenly Dragon's Breath!"

The rain quickly made contact with the lightning which in turn caused a major chain reaction. With Nami's Clima-Tact focusing its direction, the lighting expanded rapidly and became millions of times deadlier as it closed in on the Warlord who seemed to be twitching in place.

"GOOOOO," Usopp and Nami cried in unison as a resounding crack was heard, the solid form of the Lightning Dragon rearing upward before striking the Warlord through the chest.

A massive hole was blown into him as the attack ceased, the entire crew once again standing near one another. Everyone was panting slightly as they saw Kuma's form twitching on the ground violently whilst lightning crackled overhead.

"Critical damage s-s-sustained," Kuma said monotonously as his body began to release a bright white light. "T-t-transm-m-mitt-tt-tt-ing final-!"

The voice died as Kuma's body exploded, rocking the area as the crew dived for cover, massive chunks of earth and bits of Mangrove being flung all over the place.

"What the hell," Zoro muttered as the dust began to settle revealing a massive crater. "Something isn't right here …"

"Yeah, Kuma was way tougher than that," Sanji agreed as he lit a cigarette. "There's no way a basic combo from us would take someone like him out, is there?"

"No," Robin replied with a firm shake of her head. "Bartholomew Kuma, known by his epithet as 'The Tyrant' is an extraordinarily powerful man and former King from the New World. When Crocodile spoke of him, he always expressed how powerful the man was despite being so passive."

"He didn't even use his Devil Fruit," Luffy noted as the rest of the crew quickly began realizing what they had just encountered. "That guy, whatever he was, wasn't Kuma."

"He was a double," Franky said suddenly, his eyes widening in realization. "Of course … it makes perfect sense!"

"A double," Chopper asked in confusion. "What do you mean, that guy was bleeding and everything when you all hit him?"

"It was a replica," Ritsuka said as all eyes turned toward the black-haired teen. "A robot designed specifically to look like this Kuma person. There's little doubt that if Kuma is as feared as you all say that the World Government would want to capitalize on that to the fullest, creating copies of him using advanced robotics."

"It could be easily done," Franky agreed as he picked up a charred piece of scrap metal. "Kuma was already a heavily modified cyborg, even more so than me. All they'd have to do is create a replica for blood and skin and they'd have an entire army of Bartholomew Kuma's running around!"

"But they can't stack up to the original," Zoro sniffed in response. "The original Kuma can teleport as fast as Natsu can using his Devil Fruit, not to mention he has the ability to reflect literally anything he touches."

"Yeah, that's a power the Government can't replicate," Franky nodded only for the sound of clapping to cut their speculation session short.

"Oi, look," Luffy snapped as he pointed to the top of a nearby hill where a man clad in a similar uniform to General Ryker stood.

"A member of the Army!"

"Not just him either," Sanji growled as loud thuds could be heard behind him.

"What the hell," Luffy muttered as Bartholomew Kuma appeared behind the man, the same cold gaze they'd just destroyed once more gazing down upon them. "What the hell are we dealing with here!?"

"Indeed, it is rather strange," the man agreed as he casually strolled down the hill with Kuma following shortly behind. "You just destroyed the Warlord Bartholomew Kuma, blew him to less than scrap, and yet here he is!"

"And just who the hell are you," Luffy snapped in response as the man stopped a short distance away.

An Officer Of The World Government

Acting Second In Command Of The Sabaody Branch

Major Cadmus Viller

"A Major …"

"He's pretty high up in their ranks," Robin noted as she motioned toward the man's chest. "He doesn't possess as many accolades as either General Ryker or Vice Admiral Sentomaru, but it is clear he is still quite high up nonetheless."

"A keen eye as always, Nico Robin," Viller grinned in response. "Indeed, my rank is quite below that of the Lieutenant General, but it remains no less important. "With the preparations currently underway at HQ, many of the officers above me have been recalled. However, that does not diminish the threat of Pirates flooding through Sabaody we must purge in order to maintain the peace."

"And you've done a great job of that so far, haven't you," Luffy scoffed which wiped the smirk off of the Major's face. "As per usual, the forces of the World Government are as pathetic as ever!"

"I'd be careful here boy," Viller snarled as he took a threatening step forward. "This isn't the weak part of the world you're used to tearing apart, this is the precipice of the New World! From this point forward, the methods you lot have used up until this point won't work."

"The hell are you talking about!?"

"Heh, you really have no idea, do you? From this point on, only the strongest of beings can even hope to compete in the seas that not even the Pirate King himself could fully tame! Going forward, there are horrific beasts masquerading as mortal men you must overcome and quite frankly, none of you would even last ten minutes."

"And just who the hell are you to say that," Zoro demanded as he levelled a sword at the Major. "You don't know anything about us!"

"I know enough, Roronoa Zoro. I know how you challenged the World's Greatest Swordsman, the Hawk-Eye, and were dispatched with a mere pen knife. There are dozens of swordsmen beyond this point with skills like that, you on the other hand barely managed to survive up until this point!"

"ENOUGH," Luffy roared as he entered an offensive stance. "I don't give a shit who you are or what you think you know! We're not gonna be held back here by the likes of you!"

"Is that right," Viller sneered as he motioned toward Kuma. "Tell me then, Straw Hat, what this is?"

"It's a copy of Kuma!"

"Correct. This entity here is known as a Pacifista, one of the latest inventions created by Doctor Vegapunk to further bring peace and order to these seas. You would say that it was pretty powerful since you all needed to take it down, no?"

"…"

"This Pacifista here … wouldn't last five seconds against a Pirate from the New World," Viller stated firmly as the entire crew gaped in shock. "They are excellent substitutes for real lives, however those who have managed to survive beyond this point are in an entirely different league, and it is a league none of you shall ever hope to surpass."

"And why is that," Luffy growled as the Major smirked in their direction.

"I would have thought it simple," the man laughed before pointing at them. "You'll all die here. PX9, eliminate them!"

"Orders received, eliminating all threats," the Pacifista said monotonously as it raised its right arm and fired out a charged shot of the same bright yellow laser they'd seen the last one and Kizaru use.

"Everyone, stand back!"

The group were surprised as Mash jumped in the way and summoned her shield. The attack slammed into it, setting off a massive explosion that sent her skidding backward toward their position, the Major's eyebrow widening ever so slightly.

"A Servant?"

"Come on, we took out the last one so we can take this one out too," Luffy roared as he shot off in a similar manner to when they faced the last one. "Let's do it!"

"By all means, continue this futile resistance," Viller said darkly as he held up his right fist. "It will only further prove my point."

None of the crew were prepared for Viller himself to vanish and appear right in front of the Pacifista, fist now clad in Armament Haki. Luffy, despite his impressive speed, was caught completely off guard as the man punched him in the gut.

"Do you see now, boy," Viller hissed as Luffy gasped, blood escaping his mouth before he was sent flying back into the rest of the group. "This is the end for you and your little merry band of upstarts!"

"Oi, what the hell," Sanji gasped as both he and Zoro pulled their Captain to their feet. "He just punched you, didn't he!? I thought punches didn't affect you like that!?"

"I-I don't know," Luffy gasped as he spat out some more blood, eyes wide in shock. "I think he just used Haki on me …"

"Haki," Zoro growled. "So that's how it is. I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume everyone in the New World knows how to use Haki, huh?"

"All the major Captains and anyone else of real importance, yes," Viller replied with a sadistic grin. "A power NONE of you will ever hope to achieve!"

"Guys, let the three of us fight this guy," Luffy said as he turned to face the rest of his crew. "The Pacifista isn't as strong as this guy … so we need to focus on taking out the strongest guy!"

"A-are you sure," Nami asked as she warily looked over toward their opponents. "That guy punched you once and you were coughing up blood!?"

"We don't have a choice, Nami," Sanji sighed as the trio turned to face down Viller. "With Mordred, Natsu and Seilah all fighting stronger guys than him, its up to us now!"

"Hate to agree with him, but he's right," Zoro nodded as he placed his third blade back into his mouth. "It'll be a rough fight; one we may not even survive … but it'll buy you guys the time you need to take out the Pacifista and bail."

"Bail-!?"

"We'll do our best, Luffy," Brook nodded seriously as he turned to face the Pacifista. "I won't let things end like they did the last time!"

"This is rich, you all actually think you stand a chance," Viller laughed as he cracked his neck to relieve some built up pressure. "I'm going to enjoy beating the optimism and naivety out of you brats! PX9, destroy them!"

"Resuming combat protocols," PX9 replied monotonously as it charged toward the rest of the crew.

Luffy, Zoro and Sanji faced down Viller who couldn't hide his utter joy and fighting the Pirates any longer as he cackled madly, charging toward the three who knew right then and there that this would truly be a fight for their lives.

/Elsewhere On Sabaody – Same Time/

"This is looking rough …"

"You're telling us, this guy has power rolling off of him!"

Natsu grit his teeth as he blocked another strike from Saber, the Servant laughing as Natsu was slowly pushed back through the man's sheer strength alone. His heels were firmly dug in however and with every inch, he could feel the push slow down until finally the two ceased to move at all.

"Come on, fight me for real!"

"If I do that," Natsu hissed through grit teeth. "The Archipelago will be completely destroyed!"

"Heh, perhaps," the man agreed. "But, if you don't take this seriously then not only will you die, but also all of your friends!"

"He's right about that," Ahnk sighed reluctantly. "If we don't fight with everything we have he'll eventually kill us. He's a Shinigami, an entity of Death. Our power naturally prevents the passive effects of Death Magic from affecting us but they aren't as lucky."

"So, what do we do then," Natsu sighed in response. "At the level of power we're at now, we don't stand a chance either way!"

"There is one means of gaining power back into our core," Ahnk said slowly which prompted Natsu to narrow his eyes suspiciously. "It requires you to have faith in me, however."

That statement threw Natsu off guard with even Aava blinking in surprise at the First Hybrid's words. Seeing that both the other beings he shared his existence with were thoroughly shocked, the First Hybrid grinned.

"Tell me Natsu, do you trust me?"

"Well of course I do, I wouldn't be trying to find ways to help you temporarily regain a physical form if I didn't!"

"What I'm talking about is something different," Ahnk replied with a shake of his head. "Would you trust me to save your life?"

"…"

"What are you playing at, Ahnkseram," Aava huffed suspiciously as she crossed her arms over her chest. "You'd better not be plotting something at a time like this!"

"I assure you that my only intention is that we survive. As it stands currently, with the amount of reserves available to us, we stand no chance."

"If you have an idea, tell me it," Natsu said after several moments of thought. "To be honest, I don't see you planning on trying to make some sort of comeback right here and now after all we've been through together. So, fill me in and I'll decide if its worth giving a shot."

Ahnk smiled genuinely as he began to explain his plan to the duo, both eyes widening considerably the further he got into the explanation. Once he finished speaking, Natsu seemed lost in thought as Aava turned toward the First Hybrid with a less than hostile expression.

"Such a thing COULD theoretically work, but if it backfires, we're all but screwed. Do you have any kind of contingency for if it does fail?"

"No. Its an all or nothing gambit against an opponent who we cannot face unless we possess our full power."

"Its risky as hell," Natsu said after several moments, looking toward the pair with a grim gaze. "But its like Ahnk said Aava, what other alternatives are there?"

"True …"

"We'll need to act quickly if we're going to do this, before Saber catches wind of any hint of a plan. If he finds out we're plotting something he'll move to stop us at all costs, he's a lot smarter than most of the foes we've fought and clearly knows us."

"Agreed," Natsu sighed as he focused his attention back on the battle, the two now flying through the Mangroves at blinding speeds.

"You can't keep running forever," Saber roared as he swung his blade and fired off a brutal aerial slash attack that sliced a mangrove clean in two. "I won't run out of stamina, not as long as my opponent is still standing!"

"Oh, I know that," Natsu growled as he suddenly stopped in place, Aura exploding around him as he spun around and landed a surprise punch to Saber's face.

The Servant had no way of predicting an almost instantaneous change in Natsu's combat strategy and thus, wasn't prepared for him to completely flip it and go on a sudden offensive. Being struck right in the face with an Aura enhanced blow, Saber was sent flying back the way they'd come.

"What the hell," the Servant growled as he flew through several Mangroves before forcing himself to a stop. "Where the fuck did that come from!?"

"You want a fight," Natsu roared as he appeared mere metres from the Servant, blade now sheathed and both fists ignited with flame. "I'll give you a fight you won't ever forget!"

"Heh, now we're talking," Saber laughed as Aura exploded from his form and he charged Natsu.

Swinging his blade, Natsu evaded it and moved to punch the Shinigami only for his wrist to be caught by the Servant. With a smirk, Saber sliced off his arm at the elbow, forcing him to fire a blast of flame to propel himself backward.

"A bit too reckless there, King Of Balance," Saber laughed as he tossed the arm down into the forest below. "Of course, a silly little thing like a severed limb isn't enough to keep a beast like you down."

Flicking the stub that was his arm, Natsu regenerated it and looked over at Saber with a snarl on his face. Saber however noticed something had changed ever so slightly in Natsu's posture and it immediately put him on guard.

"Don't expect me to make that same mistake twice, Saber," Natsu said darkly as he vanished in order to avoid a sudden thrust attack from the Servant. "Ah, not just yet!"

"Tch-!"

Saber spun around and blocked a sword strike from Natsu, the two blades clashing and releasing sparks that fell down onto the forests below. Saber was surprised at the angle Natsu had come at him from, it being one he was certain the man didn't utilize at all.

"You might be shaking things up, but it won't be enough," Saber growled as he pushed Natsu back and adjusted his stance. "Though at least it seems like you plan on fighting for real this time!"

"Oh yeah, from here on out I'm not holding back," Natsu grinned viciously as the pair charged each other once more.

/Forest Floor – Below The Battle/

As countless shockwaves and Aura blasts were unleashed high above the canopies of the Mangroves, down on the surface of the forest it was total chaos. Most of the wildlife had been killed with many of the life capable of rational thought having been obliterated along with them.

Therefore, no one was present to notice as a severed arm landed on the side of a hill. The arm tumbled down said hill, finally coming to a stop near a small riverbank. Blood seeped from the section where the arm had been sliced off cleanly, most of it running off into the river next to it.

However, some of the blood had other ideas.

The blood seemed to slowly rise into the air, shooting toward the severed arm and wrapping itself around it like a cocoon. The blood began to dry as the faded veins of the arm began to turn blue once more.

And then … the arm twitched.

For several minutes, as the battle above raged viciously, the arm simply continued to twitch until finally it gained proper movement. With swiftness a severed limb should definitely not possess, the fingers were clenched into a fist as it knocked the ground and shot up into the air.

The entire cocoon like wrapping it was in shattered and turned back into blood once more which quickly divided itself and shot up into the exposed veins as the skin on the arm began to bubble.

By the time the now melted appendage hit the ground it was barely recognizable, nothing more than a steaming hot pile of bubbling flesh. The flesh slithered around for a moment before making an upward motion toward the battle, showing a sign of sentience that would have even the biggest sceptics calling it cursed.

Lowering itself, the pile began to bubble even more, steam being released as it once again began to rise. This time, however, there was something vastly different. The bubbling mass rose up into the shape of a humanoid figure, its features quickly becoming visible as a miniature humanoid appeared.

The person opened its eyes and took a deep breath, immediately dropping to its knees as it clutched its head with a maniac look. Panting heavily, the figure dragged itself toward the river and looked at its own reflection, a look of shock yet also a slight grin at its success

"Damn Blood Magic," the figure muttered before dragging itself to his feet. "Who knew being born hurt so much …"

A massive explosion went off overheard which quickly drew the figures attention upward, a frown marring its features. Looking back down at itself for a moment it shook its head and turned to the blood trail that it had created by rolling down the hill.

"I'll need all of this," the figure said as its eyes began to glow Crimson Red and Galaxy Blue, raising its right hand to literally lift the blood out of the earth. "There we go …"

Forming a sphere of blood, the figure began running away from the combat zone, a look of determination on its face as its mind recalled the face of their foe.

"He'll be a tough one to beat, I'm not sure even if we do all of this that we'll be able to properly contain him … but it's the only chance we've got!"

With that, the figure vanished into the forest to prepare for its upcoming plan.

So for anyone who doesn't believe Usopp can create a Lightning Dragon just so you know he actually did do that in the film One Piece Strong World. I figured it would make perfect sense for him to use a lightning based attack against a robotic opponent in tandem with Nami's own elemental based attacks.

Anyway hope you all enjoyed and I'll see you all in the next one!
