Leslie adapting to the town of Royal Woods is still ongoing and now she's spending some dang good time with the folks she calls her friends, and that would be Jordan Rosato and the gals who are part of her group, and talk about some stuff. Enjoy reading this new chapter everyone.
Family of Two.
Chapter 472: Leslie, Jordan and the Gals.
(February 7. Royal Woods Middle School.)
The bell has rung and Leslie closes her locker and she sighs in relief, she then has her books prepared and she thinks about what she should do when February 14 hits. 'Hmmm, well I could try and proceed to finishing off the book report which is due next week and then study on History class.'
'Then I need to come up with my project on math, and I think I might know what it could be, then I can try and sort out in solving some math equations that I could solve for future classes and last but not least, home economics class, and trying to figure out what I could present. Perhaps a Pie or cake?'
Just then she stops and sees that she is confronted by: Jordan, Tabby, Hope, Gretchen, Chastity, Regina, Kat, Sadie, Mollie, Joy, Cookie, jenny, Emma, Chloe, Paige, Renee and Christina and all of them smile with positive looks towards Leslie, and this is creeping her out. "What the heck is going on here?"
"Also, what the heck is with those grins that makes it feel like that I am about to become part of something big which might not be..." she then realizes. "You girls have something planned, don't you?"
Jordan nods. "Yup, and we know you're gonna say that you are gonna be busy, well not today. So, come on." she holds Jordan's hand and then they guide her out of the school, but Leslie blushes from Jordan holding her hand and she is confused.
'What the heck is going on?' She then passes by Lincoln and Delilah and she makes words with her mouth as if she is trying to say. "Help me! This is weird."
Lincoln and Delilah remain silent and then Lincoln asks her. "So, we gonna go and help her?"
Delilah smirks. "Nope, Leslie needs to have some fun and not lock and load her thoughts into studying, even though I am proud of what she wants to try and reclaim from lost schooling time. So, wanna hit the arcade Lincoln?"
Lincoln nods. "Sure, I could use some arcade time."
"Any room for one more on the game?" They see the one who said that was Stella. "I could use some arcade time too."
Delilah nods. "Sure, come along. But I gotta ask, why the heck aren't you chilling with the other gals to help my little sister?"
Stella then complies. "Well, as much as I would love to go gal pal for Leslie, I have had a rough day with tech club and I could use a break and I am determined to take down your high score, at Racing Aces of the Highway!"
Delilah snickers and she looks determined. "Oh, bring it on Zhau!"
Stella smirks and crosses her arms. "Oh, I am gonna bring it on Loud!"
Lincoln is confused and looks towards Stella. "Are you talking to her or me?"
They all take their leave, but Stella does take one last glance at Leslie being taken into Gretchen's limo and deep down Stella blushes a little and sighs. 'Dang, I don't know why these feelings are inside of me, and all because of what went down last week.'
(The Royal Woods Mall.)
We now see Jordan, and the gals are all here and they take one good look around the mall and then Sadie smells the air. "Smell that girls? That is the smell of a dang good Valentine's Day Dale for us to explore and check out!"
Jenny smells the air. "All I smell are the new hotdogs being sold at the food court."
Jordan then looks to her friends. "Girls, we can settle some delicious meal time when we are done, for now we are gonna be locked, stocked and loaded for what is truly important, getting something fancy and awesome for Leslie to wear!"
The other girls are all excited to do this. Leslie then speaks. "Can I say something?"
"Nope." Mollie then holds her hand and she guides her to Reiningers where they encounter Leni, Fiona and Miguel chatting with each other.
Leni then notices the group of girls and she greets them. "Hi girls, what brings you all here?"
"Besides literally everything here that is on sale and ready to be mobbed by so many ladies, and we managed to handle that during the first week of this month" replied Fiona.
"We need something for Leslie!" said Christina as she shows them Leslie. "As you should know, something big is going down next week and she needs something to wear, anything on the agenda?"
Fiona, Leni and Miguel smirk and the trio have some ideas to make this happen. Then Fiona speaks. "Oh, I think we can help with this. Hold on kid, we're about to take you on the makeover ride of a lifetime."
"And you better believe that we are gonna make you look so fabulous!" said Miguel.
"We can sort out the best kinds of outfits, and I think I know just the attire for you when next week shows up!" said Leni with excitement, the others are also excited but Leslie is so confused.
'What the heck is going on here, and what the heck have I gotten myself into?'
They then lead Leslie throughout the entire place, and seek out what could suit her for what is to come next week, which is the Royal Woods Middle School Valentine's Day Dance!
(Time Skip.)
We now see the group of girls at the food court and they are all enjoying the new hotdogs they have served and are loving the tastes and flavors. "This has been awesome and we managed to get what Leslie could use for next week" replied Kat.
"Dang right, Leslie is gonna look so pretty when next week shows up!" said Regina.
"We are all gonna be awesome and fabulous and the eye of those we love the most!" said Cookie. "I can already tell that next week will be..."
"You girls do realize that I am just gonna be studying and catching up on a lot of missing education when next week's Royal Woods Middle School Valentine's Day Dance begins, right?" said Leslie sternly. "I mean, I made it clear. Why the heck did you girls even bring me here for when I didn't want to?!"
Jordan then responds. "Because you want to, and yet you don't wish to admit the truth. Something we noticed, since last week."
Leslie is confused. "Huh? What in the heck are you even talking about Jordan?"
Emma speaks. "We know what we are talking about and you don't wanna admit about those feelings you had for Stella days ago when you two bumped into each other and you were on top of her and close face-to-face." The other girls giggle and snicker.
Leslie blushes and she totally forgot, and she has been trying to.
Last week, on her first day to being in school and being accepted by everyone. Things seemed to go smoothly, but then Leslie Lewis Loud bumped into Stella Zhau and the duo stumbled and lost balance and Stella fell on the ground, with Leslie falling on top of her.
The two girls were surprised by what had happened and they noticed how close their faces were, and both Leslie and Stella felt like time stood still as they gaze into each other's eyes and noticed all the admirable features the other had on them and the many other things that are sparkling to the eye of someone who admires the other.
After that, the two girls got up and went their separate ways, blushing. Not knowing that Stella and Leslie have developed feelings for each other, and both don't know how to admit this and have been trying to get over it lately, but they didn't know that their friends noticed this and kept it a secret from the others, best to make it a surprise.
Leslie sighs. "Girls, I appreciate what you are all doing, but no. I am not going and I don't think I should be there when the night falls in February 14, its best that I stay home and stay away from the dance and just..."
"Denying the feelings you have within you won't solve this, Leslie" replied Jordan, and the other girls agreed with her. "Leslie, you are in denial and you don't wanna partake in such emotions that you have now come to know and understand, and we saw the sparks and stars in your eyes, and it meant one thing..."
Regina, Chastity, Gretchen and Hope giggle and speak together. "You are smitten to Stella and she is smitten onto you!" The others squeal with excitement from hearing this, and Leslie blushes and she looks away.
"You that we are right, Leslie, and you cannot deny it" said Chloe. "Leslie, you like Stella, but you don't wanna admit it because you're scared to do so. Well, don't try and hide it and tell her the truth."
Mollie then speaks. "She's Stella Zhau, one of our friends, your friend and he will understand and we know for a fact that she likes you two. After that collision and fall you two had, you both had romance, love and smitten eyes, and we have seen that a lot of times... On each other when were with those we love." She kisses the cheek of Sadie which makes her giggle.
Leslie thinks about all of this and yet she feels unsure about what her mind is telling her on what to do and she sighs. "Girls, I don't know... I mean..."
Then Jordan speaks. "Leslie, when having emotions like this, it takes time to develop and for someone to think about what to do to plan on how to admit the feelings to the person you admire the most, it made sense for me since I liked Lincoln since we first met, but I don't know if it'll count since you're a preteen."
"But, if you choose to not go to the whole dance and be there to perhaps tell Stella what you feel, then we will respect your wishes." All of them are surprised to hear that. "You can always wear the dress we got for you for something else, it's alright Leslie."
The others decide to agree with Jordan and they all look towards Leslie, and deep down Leslie is touched that they would respect her choice despite the fact they brought her to the mall for this shopping thing, but then she blushes and thinks about this whole thing.
Leslie then goes through her thoughts on what could be right, and then she speaks. "You know what, I don't think I can last long holding in how I feel about Stella Zhau." All of them are surprised to hear this and they see the look of determination on Leslie.
"Screw it, I am going to the Royal Woods Middle School Valentine's Day Dance, and I am gonna be there to admit how I felt about Stella, and see how she feels about me!" The girls all clap and cheer, they were happy to hear this from Leslie.
"Awesome, looks like we're all gonna be groovin' and feeling the love when next week comes" replied Renee.
"One can only imagine how the whole Leslie and Stella thing should go down" said Tabby.
Leslie nods. "Yeah, and I am not afraid to say that I also had a small crush over Jordan Rosato from the very start when she came to see me in the hospital, because she looks cute, awesome and fabulous!" She then eats her hotdog and then her milkshake and she doesn't seem scared or nervous, she seems pumped to be honest.
The others are shocked and jaws dropped from what Leslie Lewis Loud had just said and Jordan is wide eyed and she blushes. 'Oh boy. Lincoln is gonna wanna hear about this.'

A/N: Looks like Leslie has a change of plans and oh wow! She likes Stella Zhau? Well, this should be an interesting twist for everyone, and what would be the reactions from Michelle, Delilah, Lincoln, Luna and Sam when they hear about this?
