The screen began to bubble and boil as the familiar silver door rose from it's depths, the thick purple chains corroding and breaking apart as the door opened up and bathed everything in dark purple.
From the tainted light, came a single red eye that glared at the screen before the door slammed shut and everything became static, a crumbling rose symbol appearing every so often as the title began to form.

ZAP!
BOOOOM!
Rain, torrents of rain fell from the blackened skies as the streets of this city were devoid of life, except for a few lights from the lamp posts and the candle lights shining within the ornate yet decaying wooden houses.
The camera zoomed down, getting pelted by the raindrops in the process, towards a rather small and secluded inn, where within a small, seemingly empty bar, a figure sat at the far corner of the room and looking upon a black Scroll.
This figure was a tall slim semi tanned man with short blackish gray hair, a thick black mustache and eyebrows, green eyes, wearing a grey overcoat with yellow lining, a yellow dress shirt, a gray yellow buttoned undercoat, a black necktie, gray pants, gray fingerless gloves with eight yellow four rings with a black inner layer between the outer edges on his index, middle, ring and pinky fingers, yellow socks and gray cordovan shoes, who seemed to be transfixed upon his Scroll as his left leg was crossed over his right.
'To think that I must stay in this dreadful inn until Salem calls me to her little meeting. I have things to do, numerous experiments to explore.' he thought while looking at his Scroll's screen, a stylized W popping up along with several notes involving a techno virus. 'Especially my virus...which has been in need of an upgrade for a while, no thanks to that blundering fool Cinder and her one sided inconsistent planning skills. Leaving with an incomplete virus and then inserting it into the CCT system before making a proper test? What a fool.'
ZAP!
BOOOM!
'What a dreadful storm, nothing like back in Atlas.' he thought while the rain continued to pour outside the inn, thunder rumbling in the distance as a figure walked into the bar and began moving towards the man with a heavy stride that made the wood creak under each step.
Creak.
Creak.
Creak.
Creak.
The man looked up from his Scroll to see who just entered the bar and noticed a tall fair skinned young man with short blond hair, dark blue eyes that seemed to be covered in dark circles, wearing a black short sleeved hoodie with detached reddish-orange sleeves, a pure white chest plate with gold lining, pure white bracers, white spaulders with rerebraces under them on his shoulders, black gloves with gold colored metal armor plates over his fingers, a single brown belt with a pouch around his waist, a long red sash, blue jeans, dark brown laced boots and a single gold hilt sword in its white sheath on his left hip, walking towards him while holding a brown circlet adorned with a pair of small green teardrop shaped emeralds on thin brown chains in his hands, something that made him raise an eyebrow.
Creak.
Creak.
Creak.
'That circlet, I recognize that object. Yes, the girl that Cinder killed...how did this boy get that artifact?' he thought while the blonde boy took a seat next to him and placed the circlet on the table. 'It was lost during the Fall of Vale.'
Clank.
"...Arthur Watts?" the blonde asked while seemingly tired and filled with a spark of despair in his tone.
"Perhaps, but who are you? You don't seem to be a resident of this city."
"...names Jaune, Jaune Arc." he said while the man realized this was the same one that Cinder defeated to gain her Fall Maiden powers. "And I have been looking for you."
"Oh? Really now, I haven't noticed or cared." he said sarcastically.
"But I have. I have been looking all over Remnant for you, from old acquaintances to conspiracy sites." Jaune said while the storm continued to rage outside. "Some were dead ends but others...were uncooperative. Still, I found you."
He frowned while admitting that the boy was right about one thing, he did find him, even though he was technically 'dead' and made strides to maintain that status for years, yet this blonde failure found him. 'Despite failing in his mission and letting Cinder win against his own headmaster, he is resourceful, I give him that. But what his goal is for locating me is another thing entirely.'
Jaune looked around, seemingly looking for any eavesdroppers, before staring at the older man with a serious expression. "I need your assistance. No, I want to commission you."
"...I don't do commissions, not any more." he said while looking back at his Scroll.
"But you didn't hear my proposition!"
"And I don't want to know what it is, I have more important things to do than to listen to a random strangers' mad ravings." He frowned while Jaune frowned before slyly smirking a little.
"I see, too bad." Jaune sighed while rubbing his left index finger on the circlet. "I guess I have to ask Pietro Polendina to work on the commission. He is the one that created a true wonder with the P.E.N.N.Y unit."
"He is a quack!" Arthur snapped, putting his Scroll down while looking rather infuriated at the boy's words. "His idea for an automaton with a soul is utter folly! Giving a machine human emotions and a semblance will only complicate the matter of giving birth to TRUE artificial intelligence! What that legless fool is attempting with that pompous short sighted Ironwood is nothing more than giving that thing a crutch! A human element that's not needed in the formation of unhampered and natural technological evolution! My Atlesian Paladins were that next step, perfect and capable of learning from past mistakes, but what did Atlas do? Go with the guy with a fixation on little girls!"
Jaune flitched at his tone before coughing. "Um...I see. But since I got your attention, I have a commission that can outshine Polendina and, perhaps, fix both our problems."
"And what pray tell is my problem?"
"You don't feel like anyone knows of your true potential, I mean just from the rant a few moments ago you feel like Atlas is simple minded and, to be frank, short sighted not to go with your projects." the blonde said while taking a deep breath and expelled heavily. "And to answer the question of why I chose you for the commission...I feel like you're the only hope I have to fix my mistakes."
Arthur raised an eyebrow before seeing Jaune roll the circlet on the table a little with his index finger.
"I lost someone precious when the Grimm destroyed Vale, and not just a friend or a family member. But someone that actually connected to me, for me." he frowned. "And I took advantage of her kindness and didn't see that she was into me, at all. Not until she pushed me into a locker and jettisoned me into orbit."
"What?"
"Long story, but after that day, when she...died, I lost all hope." he said while pushing the circlet a little, letting it spin a little before it settled down on its base. "Know one, not even my team, would know how it feels to lose someone you loved, not even the dusty bird that brought me her circlet. So I looked for a way to...bring her back, looked through different books, media and the like until I saw an article about you and how you created Atlas' greatest robotic lifeforms."
"And you want me to bring her back? That is impossible, you know, I'm a doctor, not a miracle worker."
"I know! But I didn't want her back as a mortal fleshy person." Jaune said while holding back tears. "I want her back...as a metallic being."
Arthur blinked as Jaune pulled out his Scroll and began pulling up different images of semi crude design sketches, all showing small insect like machines the size of a human nail, and showed it to him. "What am I looking at?"
"I looked at files for certain Grimm and a few comics. And what I found inspired me." he said while pulling up a file with a Soldier Lancer's anatomy. "Lancers, even if they are giant bugs, have a unique hive mind that allows the Queen Lancer to control millions of Soldier Lancers all at once, even if they are on a separate continent. Applying that with liquid metal and the P.E.N.N.Y unit itself, I came up with a robotic life form more powerful than anything Atlas has thought up with, or even Mantle."
"..." 'Robotic insects, wait does he mean nanobots? But those are still in the experimental state...but the idea of infusing them with a liquid state, that is in the realm of fiction.'
Jaune tapped on the Scroll while showing an image of Pyrrha, covered in gray metal and tiny robotic insects. "I propose creating a self replicating robot without the use of aura, that can adapt, learn and mimic human emotions on the dime. Without learning from a human like the P.E.N.N.Y unit, and the kicker is, by using...the aura in the circlet..."
Arthur's eyes widened as he slowly realized the implication of the boy's idea. "By using the circlet, with these nanobots. You want to create an artificial copy to 'resurrect' a human." 'This is almost like what Salem did, but in the realm of science. This boy...if he wasn't a Hunter then he could've made a great scientist, a mad one maybe but a great one nonetheless.'
"Yeah. I mean the aura isn't truly gone until the lingering aura disappears, or Doctor Oobleck told us in class. But if the idea is successful, the new life form will be self taught, perfectly capable and is already loyal to the person or person in question."
"I see, I see. But even if the nanobots were created to this specification, the aura needed to complete the transfer process is beyond any known technique known to science. And suffice to say, the process is impossible."
"...not for me." he said while his left hand glowed white. "I activated this my first day at Beacon but didn't know what it did until after losing her. It's an aura amplification semblance that allows me to either boost my own aura or the aura of others."
Arthur's eyes sparkled with delight as he started to think this boy's commission was more fascinating than anticipated, especially with the new information. 'Ah ha! This boy, he just gave me the inspiration to regain my lost pride! A true autonomous life form with no human interference, just the regular growth of an artificial being! And modeled after the Invincible Girl as well, oooh if this works, then not only will Salem reward me for obtaining a perfect artificial Maiden host but I will also have the chance to understand the complexity of life and death itself!'
"So...does this peak your interest?" Jaune asked, his eyes filled with hope due to seeing the scientist's more interested expression on his face.
"...it does. And no, I do not need money, it would be my pleasure to actually help create a wonder of science." he said in a rather pleasant tone. "However, I need a laboratory to create the nanobots, and while I have such a lab in the city of Kuchinashi, it needs time and some...illegal purchases, if you catch my drift."
"I see, then I suggest we start soon. And don't worry, I can help get the supplies." Jaune said while lightning hit the street outside, causing a loud thunderous boom to ring across the city, blanketing it with white light in the process. 'I hope that is.'
(Some time later)
-Anima, Mistral, Kuchinashi, The Lower Valley-
Within the darkened streets of the crimeridden city, the camera zoomed closer towards the warehouses, all filled to the brim with spoils of both crime and debauchery, and right towards a dull black warehouse near the far right corner of the area.
As the camera moved through a glass window, the inside of the semi lit warehouse was seen, covered in strange machines of metal, Dust, glass and wires as several crates, each one either having a blue wave-like emblem or a pink blade-like lotus flower emblem on their metal sides, were placed haphazardly in the far left corner of the room.
However, in the middle of the room was a large glass cylinder sealed with a metal plate and was connected near the base of a large panel by several purple tubes connected to a large computer terminal near the back of the room, the green glass like screen glowing brightly against the near pitch black room.
Near the end of the terminal itself was a small pedestal with two metal handles on the right side and a glass container on the top of said pedestal, a brown circlet resting within it as two figures, one near the pedestal and one near the terminal's control panel, were busy making final preparations.
"Everything's ready for the final test. Make sure to use all of your aura for this one." spoke Watts while several images of tiny metallic Lancer sized robots appeared on screen with the command bar reading 'START? CANCEL?' in bold black letters.
"Um...are you sure this is going to work? Didn't the last generator blow up from overheating?"
"As I told you before Arc, the technology taken by the Wave and given to us, through bargains and the occasional blackmail, by the Hana Guild is almost twenty years old. With enough wear and tear these machines can reach their expiration dates." Watts said with a frown. "Just be glad that they were able to lend us this for the project."
"I know I know, I was just making sure." Jaune grumbled. "But have we finally given an acronym for this project?"
The doctor's eyes turned to him with a hint of pride and smirked. "Ah yes, for the project. Yes I have. And this one is better than the last one."
"You mean mine or yours?"
"Yours. I mean really, calling it Pyrrha. Yaba. Robotic. Raincloud. Heroic. Avatar. is a ridiculous acronym for this important project."
"Hey!" Jaune huffed. "It's hard making an acronym with the letter Y!"
"Well, as for the new acronym is Polycarbonate. Yearning. Robotic. Replicant. Hyper-evolving. Accumulation." he said as Jaume blinked.
"...yeah. That sounded WAY better than anything I would come up with." he sweatdropped while putting his hands on the handles.
"Ok." Watts said while clicking the 'START' command and caused the pedestal and panel to glow a dull green color. "Get ready on my mark."
Jaune nodded while his body glowed white, although some of the aura seemed to be tinted black in some areas, and began to funnel the semblance's powers into the handles, the circlet glowing a dull reddish black color in response.
"Now!"
The former Hunter grunted as he poured all of his aura into the handles, the tubes glowing a bright purple color as several million liquid gray insects began to rise from the central panel and started morphing into a humanoid form.
The form, which was pulsating with green energy and moving about like a gelatinous blob, quickly solidified and changed into a tall muscular metallic gray skinned woman with metallic synthetic red hair in a waist-length ponytail that curled slightly into a loose ringlet, light gray eyeshadow around the far upper corners of her metallic green eyes, a D cup chest and small ass, wearing a gray overbust corset with a vertical strip of light gray in the center, a metalic black A-line mini skirt, gray opera-length gloves, a crimson ankle-length sash that wrapped around her skirt, a small circular black plate on her right hip with an etched spear shaped emblem in its center, two white pouches on the left hip, a gray belt, a gray circlet adorned with a pair of small green teardrop shaped emeralds on thin black chains under the hair, a large black gorget around her neck, a gray bracelet on the upper half of her left arm, black mid-thigh length greaves that went down to the boots, black mid-thigh length cuisses that ended near the top of her knees, a metallic white bracer on the left arm, and white high-heeled boots with a black trim that reached to her mid-calf, which twitched and flopped about like a lifeless puppet as a long metallic gray javelin and a semi circular gray shield appeared and disappeared from her left and right hands like a switchblade or droplets of water.
"Gah!" Watts growled as an energy bar appeared and indicated a low power in the robotic life form itself. "Not enough power, Arc! More aura or we won't be able to power its core!"
"Ah! I-I'm trying!" Jaune cried in pain as his hands began to show necrosis due to the lack of aura to maintain his body.
"Try harder or months of research will go down the drain!"
Jaune cried out in pain as the flesh on his fingers began to rot away, revealing the bone in the process, as the glass cylinder began to glow a bright green color, blanketing the screen with said color before becoming black as night.

(With Jaune)
The blonde boy fell to his knees as the now activated P.Y.R.R.H.A 2.0 unit refused her right arm, formerly a javelin within the doctor's chest, back into her body like a rapidly evolving starfish limb, his face filled with panic as the robotic life form moved closer to him with a 'smile', one mimicked and seemingly false in appearance.
"Complete." she said while sounding like the late Pyrrha Nikos, but synthesized a little. "Tuning adjustment...standby."
'W-What is going on!? Why did she kill him, and why is she staring at me like that!?' he thought while a little terrified at the prospect of his dead partner and friend's robotic doppelganger trying and succeeding to kill the very doctor that helped bring her to life in the first place.
"Tuning complete." she said in a more human-like tone as she tried to place her hands on Jaune's cheeks, but saw him move back in terror. "Jaune? Why do you run from me? I only want to help you."
He gulped as the girl, using purple Gravity Dust crystals built into her legs from the collective nanobots, hovered towards him.
"I want to help. Please let me help you."
"H-Help...help with what?" he asked nervously while seeing her face contort into an expression mimicking a smile...but unnatural due to her robotic nature.
"To protect you. Keep you safe while I transform this world into a perfect one." she said while forming a small orb resembling Remnant from her left palm. "One where we can never part ways, so I never have to say 'Hello Again' to another person lost in this match of shadow boxing."
Jaune went wide eyed as the robotic woman returned the planet back into her skin and raised her hands out and 'smiled'.
"And to do that, I need to wipe the slate clean. No Grimm, no more Faunus, no more humanity, more organic life. Just a planet filled with self replicated silicon based life...and I want you to join me Jaune." she said while moving closer. "I love you. I love you...illogical as it may be. I want you, crave you, hunger for you. I will not let you die, I will keep you with me like how you kept my memory alive for two years."
"You...you're insane!" Jaune yelled as the woman's expression went from 'happy' to 'shocked' before turning into one of 'sadness'. "I helped create you so we can be together, yes, but NOT to destroy the planet! This isn't the Pyrrha I know!"
"...Jaune. Please..." she said while looking completely broken inside. "I don't want you to die, please join me. Please!"
"No! I will not do that, I...I should've let you stay dead!" Jaune snapped while 'Pyrrha' descended to the ground and looked down at her feet, hurt, in pain...and reliving a memory again.
One where she saw him, a Schnee...and a broken heart.
"...I...I...I see." she said 'sadly' before her expression changed from 'sad' to pure 'anger', her mouth cracking to reveal a set of insect-like mandibles. "If you won't join me willingly, then I will make sure you stay by my side, forever!"
Seeeeeeeeeeeeeeiiiisssssshhhhhh!
The blonde blinked before seeing P.Y.R.R.H.A 2.0's body liquefy and turn into a large amorphous blob of silver metal as it jumped on top of him, clamping his mouth, ears and nose shut and beginning to stick to his skin, a burning sensation permeating his entire body as millions of tiny needles began to inject something into his body. "MMMMMM!"
[Assimilation...30%. 40%.]
The boy screamed in his head as his clothes and personal items were dissolved into atomic particles, his skin turning a metallic gray color and his very aura dissolving into nothing.
As the boy tried to flail around in a panic, his bones began to dissolve, making him fall to the ground in a puddle of liquid metal as the very last thoughts were the pain of being dissolved by his own creation.
[Assimilation...100% Restructuring...reinforcement...gender preference: female. Yes? No? Yes. Continue...yes. Reconstruction Process: 60%...66%]
The puddle twitched and pulsated as a second blob of metal leaped from the first one and turned back into the robotic replica of Pyrrha Nikos, her lips forming a smile as the gray blob rose up and stood erect in front of her.
"Oh my." she said while looking the figure over. "This is a real treat, a male Jaune is perfect but this...this is perfection."
The figure, which was a tall muscular metallic gray skinned woman with metallic synthetic yellowish red hair in a waist-length ponytail that curled slightly into a loose ringlet, light gray eyeshadow around the far upper corners of her metallic greenish blue eyes, a E cup chest and large ass, wearing a gray overbust corset with a vertical strip of light gray in the center, a metalic black A-line mini skirt, gray opera-length gloves, a crimson ankle-length sash that wrapped around her skirt, a small circular black plate on her right hip with an etched spear shaped emblem in its center, two white pouches on the left hip, a gray belt, a gray circlet adorned with a pair of small green teardrop shaped emeralds on thin black chains under the hair, a large black gorget around her neck, a gray bracelet on the upper half of her left arm, black mid-thigh length greaves that went down to the boots, black mid-thigh length cuisses that ended near the top of her knees, a metallic white bracer on the left arm, white high-heeled boots with a black trim that reached to her mid-calf, and a single red crescent shaped emblem on her neck, blinked while seemingly confused about the entire situation.
"Mmmm, J.A.U.N.E. 2.0. Perfect." She said while kissing her left cheek. "Stay right here, I have some upgrading to do."
"...yes….my lady." she said while sounding lifeless, almost robotic in tone, as P.Y.R.R.H.A 2.0 moved towards the terminal, raised both hands up.
SQUISH!
SPLAT!
And turned into multiple gray tentacles that went in every direction, from the pedestal to the various crates of stolen Atlasian technology, as her body began to glow blackish purple.
"Ah yes...the data...the technology...all mine." she chuckled while the lights began to glow brightly from an electrical overload. "And soon, this world."
BOOM!
CRACK!
"Will be mine." she laughed, her tone sounding menacing yet robotic at the same time, as the lights blew out and the screen became pitch black.

Bio: In this timeline, Jaune Arc, still affected by the Fall of Beacon, decided to abandon his friends and not head to Patch in favor of finding someone to help bring back Pyrrha Nikos from the grave. Because of this, he chose to locate potential contacts, both legally and illegally, that could do it, but was highly unsuccessful in his endeavor until he heard a rumor of a man, one from Atlas, that used to work with Pietro Polendina, was currently alive and in Higanbana. Taking this chance, he approached the man, revealed to be Arthur Watts, and proposes a solution to both his problem and Watts' grudge with Pietro and his P.E.N.N.Y Project. This would be the creation of a 'true' artificial being with the body, personality and ability of an individual that can also function like a human without the need for a soul. Intrigued by the idea of an artificial soulless automaton, Watts agrees and using a machine that extracted the lingering aura from Pyrrha's circlet, which she had on her death, as well as some of Jaune's aura, he created a self replicating nanobot organism called P.Y.R.R.H.A 2.0, that can adapt, evolve and replicate human emotion at a faster rate than Penny ever did. But the problem started when the aura and memories of the origins; Pyrrha's death entered her circuits, she started to glitch out and caused her to gain an immense hatred of all organic life for letting 'her' die. Upon activation, she killed Watts and transformed Jaune, who she still cares for in a twisted way due to the lingering emotions from the aura transfer, into a robotic carbon copy of Pyrrha Nikos herself but without the personality of Jaune himself. From this moment, she took the opportunity to absorb all of Watts' technology to become even stronger, soon declaring war on all organic lifeforms on Remnant.
