This is the aftermath from what had gone down the previous chapter, time to see how the C. McCann's are handling their new lives, in Great Lakes City, and news about what went down to the place they once called home. Enjoy reading this new chapter everyone.

Chapter 482: Aftermath from Greatsville.
(February 19. Great Lakes City.)
The purple ride from Luna Loud has arrived to the local pizzeria in Great Lakes City, and the folks inside the vehicle come out. Luna, Lincoln, Jordan, Delilah and Leslie. They are all here for one thing, to see and know what had gone down with the parents of Annabelle C. McCann now that they are living here, and some news about what went down to the once great home of Greatsville.
They walk inside, and they see the couple, Danny and Layla C. McCann, and they spot the group and wave to them and so they go over and take their seats. "We're glad we came here, and also good to see you guys are doing fine" replied Delilah.
Layla nods. "We have been doing the best we can to make a good impression onto the folks of the city that we're not bad people, and when they heard about what had happened to us they welcomed us and made us part of the local community."
Danny then speaks. "We live in an apartment building, the very same one where the Santiago's reside in, and they seem nice to be around. I already found some work, at the local Computer repairs and parts place, start up somewhere and try to make it big I guess."
Luna smiles hearing this. "Awesome, you dudes are doing better now with the change, also we're gonna be ordering something to eat. We are hungry as lions." They hear Leslie's stomach grumbling and she turns red and looks away. "Yeah, we are hungry."
Danny then speaks. "Guys, calm down. We ordered a large pizza, and they said that it's gonna come in the shape of Italy or something. Don't worry about it."
They were glad to hear that, and then Layla looks towards Lincoln. "How's your arm?"
"Meh, been through worse." Lincoln looks to his bandaged up arm. "The wound will heal, and I'll be back to doing what I do best. But what matters is that I am alive and well, and that you guys are enjoying a whole new life here in Great lakes city. We're happy to have helped you guys."
"Because Annabelle is our friend too, and we're not gonna let her go down in the dumps after what she had to endure." Luna then pulls her son close to her, and she kisses his cheek and forehead, and this makes Lincoln chuckle, he likes it when his mother, Luna becomes affectionate and cares so much about him.
This makes Danny and Layla smile and feel relieved, they are also touched by how sweet of a mother to son bond Lincoln and Luna have, then Danny asks. "So, where's Michelle Lewis? We wanna thank her for being also helpful with the crisis we had, and helpin fix it."
Delilah speaks next. "She is busy at work, the big Royal Woods Music Festival is coming up. But, we are also here to tell you guys about what went down after we cleaned out and helped make those arrests to those damned fools from Greatsville. You guys wanna hear about it?"
Layla and Danny felt like they didn't wanna know, but they need to and so they nod. The Louds and Jordan then tell them about what came after the C. McCann's left the town of Greatsville.
Delilah. "Alright, so after you guys had left Greatsville, a lot of folks got locked up. Many went to jail, and the younger ones went to juvie, but some aren't as bad as the cops and local authorities thought and have been given a chance to live their new lives elsewhere."
Leslie. "The damned and twisted cops who were under control from the mayor have been dealt with by the full extent of the law. Those guys have no chance to find freedom or be redeemed. They sided with the wrong guys and none of them seemed to have been good cops, they were just guards for the mayor, and nothing more."
Jordan. "The kids and younger ones who have their parents locked up are sent off to orphanages and are awaiting to be adopted and given better lives, they count ten kids who wanna change and stray away from the damned path their parents have sided, they don't wanna be remembered as the remnants of Greatsville."
Lincoln. "News of the whole town being arrested has hit headlines, and many folks would rather see the town burnt to the ground rather than left standing, and that is what the government guys are planning to do. They will tear down the town and build a new one, with a new name and the history of Greatsville removed, they're gonna get rid of all documents and files of the town."
Luna. "The only things left to save are the local flower gardens that you have made, not all the flower parks have been desecrated or vandalized by the moron folks who hated you all. They are still standing and will remain untouched and given a reason to be there, they also plan to name a park there in the new town called, Layla Park."
The C. McCann couple are surprised to hear this and this touches the heart of Layla. Then Danny speaks. "Wow. That is good to know, and we don't have any regrets about what happens to those bad folks who meddled and tried to get rid of us. But, I do feel like we should speak with those who wish to change."
"That could be a problem" replied Jordan. "From what we were told, they don't wanna go back to the memories of the past and would rather remain split from the history of what they made, so there is no chances of finding them wherever they are, enjoying the life they are trying to restart."
Danny nods, and so does Layla. They both understand, but then Danny asks. "Wait, what about that damned man who was the mayor? What of his fate?"
Luna smirks and she speaks first. "The dude is gonna be locked up for a long, long time. He's gonna be placed in maximum lockdown and dubbed a public enemy. Apparently he had made some very nasty plans, to not just continue his run for mayor, but to wipe out the competition when the time comes."
Delilah speaks next. "The plans he had was to literally win by a landslide and get everyone on his side, and ruin the competition with cheating schemes. He even had some plans to run as a governor and then become a powerful politician. He has the use of his lawyers to make it happen, but after what went down the other day, his lawyers have cut off all ties with him because apparently they cannot counter what knowledge and full proof evidence FutureTech got."
Leslie speaks. "The other plans he had was to eliminate those who would be a problem for his future, such as presidency. He planned to stage an assassin incident, and become a hero. That would spike morale and trust from the public, and then have a fake news and other information on the other competition with some fake stuff they do. Honestly, he is trying to frame them for crimes and other heinous acts and scandals."
Jordan speaks. "Everything he has ever planned has been found and exposed, especially his plans to kill you guys and then kill Annabelle and every single person in the juvenile detention hall with her. Hazel R. Eddit is now nothing more than a man who will remain a part of the world's most treacherous bastards in history. His legacy will remain like that, and he'll never be the same again."
"There is no way for him to bail out of what he did and tried to do, everything is at peace and you guys can live your new lives here" replied Lincoln.
This is something Danny and Layla also didn't see coming, they knew the mayor was a jerk and a nut job at times, but they didn't think he would be a vile and horrible person. It sounded like he was trying to make a Nazi-Like organization.
"Well, what matters is that he is gone for good and never gonna be a problem for us anymore" replied Danny.
"Thank you again, for helping us with our lives, and we plan to thank our daughter when we visit her next week" replied Layla.
They all smile and nod, and then Lincoln responds. "You're welcome guys. We did this to help Annabelle because she didn't wanna have you guys suffer, and we weren't gonna let some insane and easy to fool folks from the town and they're vile mayor get away with this. We've got your backs, just as we have Annabelle's."
They then see the pizza arrive, and when they see it they are surprised and then Leslie and Jordan speaks. "Huh, that does look like Italy." The pizza is literally the shape of Italy, and so they all enjoy this lunch time.
Then Danny recalls something. "Oh, are you guys aware that next month is gonna be the Great Lakes City Music Festival?"

A/N: The C. McCann's can now live in peace, and the past that tried to ruin them is no more, but will the damned mayor escape and get revenge? I hope not, for now let the C. McCann's restart and make a new living for themselves and their daughter who would be part of their lives once again, when the time comes. I hope you guys enjoyed reading this new chapter everyone.
