Some big surprises for this one, and I don't just mean because it is also the birthday of Leni Lauren, or to the fact we're gonna see the Logann's are back, but because someone very special is gonna be now living with them, and spending her time with whatever she can do with her life, and it'll feel like the old times are back for the louds and the former louds. Enjoy reading this new chapter guys.

Chapter 490: Leni's B-Day and some surprises.

(February 28. Lauren Residence.)

We head to the Lauren house in Franklin Avenue, and Luna Loud is waiting at the front yard of this place for something, and she looks around and is a little concerned. She then checks the time and sighs. 'Dang it, I hope she's doing fine getting here. I don't want the big surprise to be ruined.'

She then chooses to go back to the party and see how everything is going and at the backyard everything is turning out better than they all thought, with the food being catered by Chef Pat and the food is something she learned to make taste delicious after she heard that her fries doesn't taste too good.

Chef Pat knows that she has a lot more to make up for her grudge against the loud kids back then, and now and she has a long way to go. Thankfully, Clyde volunteered to make Leni's birthday cake. Why? He said he wanted to take a challenge and make something difficult, and he made it possible! An upside down, chocolate cake! Five layers and it worked!

Lincoln is there and he is happy to celebrate this day with Leni, and Luan is also happy to have helped make this birthday party possible, she helped make the setup while Leni was at work and Luan made this possible after classes and with the help from everyone else, and a lot have come for this big event.

Luna walks around and she sees how everyone is greeting Leni on her 18th birthday, including the Logann family: Kurt, and his sister Maddeline and their parents Jeremy and Hanna, they didn't wanna miss the birthday party of the gal who pulled the heart strings of their son/brother.

A lot of friends of Leni's from High School showed up, and even her work friends and of course the rest of the louds. Michelle, Delilah, Leslie and Albert with Myrtle, and the former louds: Lana, Lola, Lisa and Lucy. But one former loud is not with them, and I don't just mean Lynn Jr and the former parents.

Luna sighs and she is happy about all of this, she then goes over and speaks with Leni who is talking alongside Lincoln. "Hey guys, everything seems cool here, and I see Sully and Mazzy are doing good with the beats to this place."

Leni nods. "Yup, I did request for them with the musical entertainment, and I knew that you and Sam have been working hard with gigs lately, and so I asked those two to be duet, and I also know that you and Sam have to be ready for the big Music Festival this Week, right?"

Luna nods. "The very same one, setup by the mayor of Royal Woods, with the help from Michelle. We're gonna have a dang good rockin' time, and with the song we have prepared. It's all gonna be super awesome, dudes."

"And we're all gonna be part of it" replied Lincoln. "This is an awesome birthday party, but I need to ask something mom... Why were you waiting at the front yard? Are we expecting someone else to show up?"

Leni knows what this is about, and she looks towards Luna, Luna then nods. "Yeah, we are. I don't know if that said person is coming and it has me super concerned and..." she then gets a message on her phone. "Or perhaps, the person is already here, as we speak."

Leni stands up and is surprised to hear this. "She is?!"

Lincoln is confused. "She? Wait, what the heck is going on here?"

Just then, everyone hears something, a humming and so they all look up and see this Dropship slowly make its way to the backyard, but it doesn't land there. Everyone steps aside and lets the aircraft have some space, even though it is not going to land and the doors slowly open and someone walks out carrying a bag and the figure is very familiar that Lincoln covers his mouth, and Leni smiles and has tears, and the former louds are shocked out of their minds.

That person, is Lori. "Hey guys, look who is out of jail, and for good too."

Lori's current attire: Light blue jacket, with a blue shirt inside, brown jeans with a black belt, blue shoes and her hair tied into a ponytail.

All of the former louds, head over and they embrace Lori and she kindly returns the hug and all of them are in tears. "Yeah, I missed you guys... a lot."

Lincoln seems to be the one hugging her closer, and then he asks. "Lori, are you out for reals?!"

Lori nods and she wipes away her former brother's tears as they depart from the hug. "Yes, yes I am. I am legit free and I am not going back to jail, Lori is back and ready for her future."

Lincoln is amazed and he hugs her once more, and Lori does what she can to comfort him, she knows how much it means to him that she is now free. Lori knows, that her former little brother missed her.

Luna is touched seeing this, and then she sees Leni go over to greet Lori, and the former eldest of the louds sees this and she departs from the hug from the others and she goes over to Leni. "Hi Leni, and Happy Birthday too. I wish I did have a birthday gift for you, but I don't. Sorry."

Leni chuckles and she wipes away some tears. "What matters the most, is that you are now out and ready for a bright new future, this is better than any gift." She then hugs Lori and Lori hugs her back, it felt like a lifetime since these two friends have interacted, these two former sisters and family, and now they feel reunited once again.

Everyone claps seeing this, an amazing surprise by the return of Lori means that Royal Woods is about to become something much more with another brand new change. Lori then departs from the hug and she looks around the place. "Well, this sure is a nice party." she sees the dropship take its leave the one piloting is Boomer and he salutes to them goodbye and takes his leave.

Luna goes over and hugs Lori and so Lori returns the embrace. "Glad to have you back, Lori."

"Glad to be back, Lunes" replied Lori, they then depart from the hug. "I made the right choice and now I can have a life again, I know the others back in prison can handle themselves, they've changed as well."

Lincoln then realizes something. "Wait, Lori!" The former loud looks to the white-haired boy. "If you are free, where are you gonna live? What about a career and education?"

Lori kinda saw that one coming. "Well, that is up to me, and I know you guys might offer for me to stay at the former loud house... but, I need to look for my own life here and..."

"Or you can be part of the family we have" replied Leni. Those words have everyone surprised, and they all look towards her, and even Luan is surprised.

Lori is wide eyed and she looks towards Leni. "Wait, what? Leni, what are you saying?"

Leni then shows her the papers she had. "I asked Michelle, and Luna is aware of this as well. Lori, I wanna bring you into the family name as my sister again, and it would mean Luan would be your niece and we would be living together as a family."

Lori didn't know what to think about this and she looks to the papers, and the papers look as if they await for her to sign her name in to be made part of this new family last name. Leni then speaks. "Lori, you have changed and had a long and hard road to come into this moment."

"I recall that Luna allowed Michelle Lewis to be part of the Louds, making her family and so I wanna do the same and allow you to be part of this family we have. So, the question is... Lori, do you wanna be part of the Lauren family?"

Lori looks back to Leni with tears and she cries and then hugs her. "Yes, yes I do wanna be part of this family, thank you Leni! Thank you!"

All of this is so touching for everyone, and they all clap and cheer and take some photos of this moment, then Luan goes over and she joins in the hug, and then Lincoln who is in tears of joy knowing that Lori has a new life, a new last name and though he would be overjoyed if Lori did become a Loud again, it seemed more fitting and better if she had her own path, and with another family name.

What matters is that Lori was happy and she is truly happy to be released and be part of a whole new future.

Luna chuckles seeing this and she fist bumps with Michelle. "This was an awesome plan, Michelle. A brand new life for Lori, and with Leni and Luan in the mix too."

Michelle chuckles. "Dang right, I helped make this into a reality for Leni to make happen. Lori is now part of the Lauren's, but the real question now stands. What happens for them now?"

Luna smirks. "I guess we let time decide that fate, for them to deal with."

Everyone continues to cheer and are happy for Lori to now become a Lauren, and this will be a truly amazing thing to explain, to the other former Louds soon.
