Family of Two.
Chapter 499: Wedding trouble aftermath.

(March 11. The Loud House.)

Days have passed since what had gone down days ago, and right now we see Lincoln Loud, inside of his bedroom and trying to cope with what had gone down days ago, during the wedding of Hugh and Alyssa, who are now the D. Kirsch couple.

Lincoln is done with his homework and he places his notebook away and tries to calm down, he still hasn't forgotten about what he had to experience, which seems like a normal thing when he gets kidnapped and tied up by some folks who hate him.

He also remembers when he went to school, some students asked him what happened, which he didn't answer them and same with Jordan, thankfully they have friends who are there to keep others away and let Lincoln and Jordan be, they need to calm down and keep their minds at a cool and good vibe.

Lincoln then thinks about what had truly happened at the aftermath of what they had to endure. After the death of Oswald Kirsch, the families were scolded about their small part to play, but they didn't expect that they would try and kill them.

The cousins of Hugh and Alyssa will be dealt with by the family, but the state law indicates that they must face trial here, and it has been dealt with and the attempted murder results in 5 to 15 years in prison for Damien, Brian, Elena, Grace, Alicia and Emilia.

They tried to plead that they had nothing to do with this, and that they were influenced by Oswald. But the truth was already known and they have been seen guilty, and the parents who hold the last names high and proud have chosen to remove them from their family last names, for disgracing the moment of passion and love between Hugh and Alyssa.

The wife and child of Oswald have fled from the country before the court date was even made, and they're whereabouts are unknown, and the Kirsch family have dubbed them outcasts and to never ever bear the last name of the family, for they have disgraced it even further by fleeing from the judgment of her deceased husband, and the lawsuit.

Thankfully, the brother of Clifford Kirsch, who is the father of Oswald knows his sons accounts and the payment has been made, the lawsuit is accomplished and wherever the wife of Oswald is, the account of her deceased husband is no longer accessible and is dubbed less on cash, which means they will have nothing in return from the Kirsch family.

Oswald will be buried back at London, but not in the same cemetery where the Kirsch family have been buried for a long time, Hugh on the other hand refuses to attend, and they understand that, and they will accept the choice he has to remain in America and continue his life living there with his wife, Alyssa.

The DiMartino family are ashamed and disgraced and they will never look at the women who became part of this ever again, the elders had to pay for the judgment and lawsuit, while Elena, Grace, Alicia and Emilia can no longer bear the last name and are better off locked away and to never ever come back to the DiMartino last name and they're husbands refuse to acknowledge them as familia as well, and are headed back home without even bothering to visit them ever again.

Hugh and Alyssa remain living in Huntington Oaks, away from what their family have done, even though some have done nothing, they feel that they cannot trust them anymore and fear for their future should they interact with either side. They are better off without the families knowing on what they are doing.

They are also willing to pay for the damage caused onto Lincoln Loud and Jordan Rosato, but both family sides wish nothing from Hugh and Alyssa, and they would rather watch them continue their lives as a married couple, though the two decide to postpone the honeymoon until everything has been settled and calmed down.

Lincoln remains in the bedroom and he checks his cellphone and he sees a text message from Jordan Rosato.

Jordan – Hey Linc, today my parents had a long and hard talk with the Kirsch and the DiMartino elderly parents, and apparently they wanna try and not take a law suit on them. But the louds on the other hand will be given the resources from the lawsuit that your mom and Michelle gave in demand from the whole court ordeal the other day.

Everything has turned into a total cluster, and all because of some damned cousins from both family sides and they're dumb ordeals against us. I mean, we don't even know them and we did nothing to them. I was also visited by Alyssa D. Kirsch and she told me she would wish to treat me to a spa day tomorrow, and I kindly accepted. Chances Hugh will come and offer you something.

Lincoln felt like this might happen, and he has to be ready for it. Then Luna walks into the room. "Hey, kiddo. Everything alright here?"

Lincoln turns around, and he gets up from his seat and he walks over to Luna and he embraces her, and so Luna returns the hug and she looks down to her son who has his eyes closed, not saying a word and continues this hug, seeking comfort and she understands why.

"Linc, I am sorry for what had happened, and I knew something was gonna happen, but I didn't react fast enough to stop it before it even began. But, everything is over now and they won't come back, it has been dealt with and what had gone down was a dang clear message against them. We're gonna be fine, kiddo. I promise you."

Lincoln sighs, and then he speaks. "I don't even know what to make of what went down, they spoke words that hurt me mentally, and I tried to hold it in and not bear down from what they have said to me, and it still hurts and I just... I hate those people."

"Same here, kiddo." Luna then kneels down and continues this hug, and she places a kiss on his cheek and forehead. "We're fine now and... I am happy that you are alive and well... That was horrible, and I thought... I thought I was gonna lose you."

"At least they're hideout sucked" replied Lincoln, this makes them both chuckle, and they continue this embrace. Delilah and Leslie see this from their bedroom doors and they feel bad that Lincoln went through that, and both were afraid of losing family.

Delilah. 'So much has gone down and this is not the first time I almost heard Lincoln get killed. I am glad one of those damned people are dead, and the others are locked up. But if they escape and think about coming back... Well, there will be a ton of hell to pay and we'll make sure of it!'

Leslie. 'My first time to bear witness the near loss of a family member. I don't wanna face this ordeal, I don't want to watch my cousin get killed off. It sounds wrong, and horrible. He hasn't done anything to those morons and yet they wanted him and Jordan dead. I just... God that was a very horrible wedding.'

Just then, they hear the doorbell ring, and Lincoln knows who it is. "Mom, Hugh is here."

This surprises Luna. "Wait what?" Even Leslie and Delilah are surprised. "Wait, how did you know?"

Lincoln then explains. "Jordan sent me this text message and it said that Alyssa D. Kirsch showed up at her house today, and she offered a spa day for Jordan and her tomorrow, and she accepted it. Then Jordan warned me that Hugh would come and offer something too."

Luna is amazed to hear this, but she understands. "Alright, alright. But whether you say yes or no, it's fine. We'll let you talk about this."

Lincoln nods, and so they all head down the stairs and they see Harriet answers the door, and then she backs away and they see Hugh and he waves to them, and the man sees the small hurt of emotion on the boy's face, and he knows that the damned words from his deceased wretched cousin have marked a painful mockery and insult to the kid.

"Top of the morning, Louds. Sorry to be here without calling, but I needed to talk to you, about after what had gone down days ago, and that I wanna repay you with something that could perhaps brighten your day."

Lincoln didn't like this, but he wants to know what it is. "What might that be, Hugh?"

The British man then explains. "Tomorrow, I am going to be headed to the Museum of Natural History in New York, and I would like to invite you to come along and see the place with me, then I plan to go and tour an old battleship ported there, and also tour the Statue of Liberty. You wanna tag along, chap?"

Lincoln is surprised to hear this, and so does Leslie, Delilah and Luna. But then Lincoln thinks about this and how it could escalate into something else, and then he looks to the man. "Hugh, as fun as it all sounds. No, I'm sorry. I don't wanna go, and I just... I just wanna stay here, and be with my family."

"After what went down, travelling someplace else and learning something is not in my mind or the agenda. I need some time to heal, and it's a slow process after what I went through. Being mocked and made fun of my life and how I should live, and almost getting killed again, and with Jordan in the mix. I can't just go off and enjoy a reward that makes me far from the town and home, I can't."

Hugh is a bit shocked, and then he tries something else. "Well, how about a visit to the museum here? You don't have to be away from..."

"No" replied Lincoln, he then looks away. "I can't, I just..." He then looks to Hugh in the face and he has to tell him something he kept boiling up. "None of it would've happened, if you had just left me be and not made me the best man..."

All of them are shocked he would say that. Hugh is baffled. "W-What?"

Lincoln sighs and he explains. "Hugh, the very sole reason why they chose to bring harm to me and Jordan, was because of the choice you made, and the choice Ms. DiMartino mode..." It surprised them that he would call Alyssa D. Kirsch that name. "You made me your best man, that angered the cousins you called family, and they plotted to kill me."

"The same went when Ms. DiMartino made Jordan her bridesmaid for the whole thing, and then her cousins plotted to kill her as well. We were stuck in a trapped and life and death situation, and if the outcome hadn't been us being saved, then Lincoln Loud and Jordan Rosato would've died there, at the very wedding, and thus turning the whole wedding into a dang funeral and sparking an angering rage throughout the town, the state and possibly the country."

Delilah then thinks about this. "He is not wrong."

Lincoln then continues. "Pretty soon, Jordan will see the real ordeal, and change her plans. I know it, she is a smart girl and she'll realize that as well before she leaves for the spa tomorrow. Hugh, we respect that you and Ms. DiMartino made those choices, but you two and the same with us didn't know how it would upset others, and it did and we almost paid the price and a life was taken that day... None of this would've happened, if you hadn't had picked me for the best man. Everything wouldn't have turned bad."

"You would be making a nice choice to have my mom and her band perform, and having Rose and Comfort to cater the whole event, and a dang good priest to be there to wed you both. But having me be the best man and Jordan be the bridesmaid was the dumbest choice you and Ms. DiMartino had ever made, and it would make things ten times god damn worse for everyone."

Hugh doesn't even know what to say, then Lincoln continues. "I hope you and Ms. DiMartino have an amazing life, I really do but... I don't wanna be part of it." This shocks everyone. "I don't wanna be part of whatever stuff you guys are doing, and I think... I think it is best that we cut off all ties, and part ways. I don't ever wanna see you around our home or our family, or even the Rosato's ever again."

Hugh is shocked out of his mind. He didn't think it would come down to this, but he just lost a friendship he had with a clever and smart kid whom he knew as a very intelligent 11 year old, and it all started when he and Alyssa choice Lincoln Loud and Jordan Rosato as the best man and the bridesmaid.

"Goodbye, Mr. Kirsch." Lincoln then closes the door, and Hugh looks to the window and sees the boy hugging Luna, Delilah and Leslie, and he is crying and then Harriet joins in.

Hugh then backs away, with fear and concern. He then walks back to his car and he thinks about this. 'This... All of this was caused, because of us. If we hadn't had made those choices, then none of this would have come to pass...'

'I think, I don't think Alyssa and I are welcome here, anymore. They might spread the truth on what started this madness, and chances that... Alyssa and I... We need to leave, we need to leave before it is too late.'

To be continued...

A/N: Lincoln Loud has done it, he realized the truth and now he has cut off all ties with Hugh and his wife, Ms. DiMartino, and everything else has already fallen apart for the families, and the whole crisis that happened days ago... The truth might be revealed, soon, but by who? I hope you all enjoyed reading this new chapter everyone.
