Day two, and still spending some time and having a blast here in Loch Loud, but one person hates this whole thing and then comes the whole helping the town thing, which won't go well for one loud who sees this as a plan made by someone, and this could spark some problems for them and put the whole spring break at risk, but some secrets might be known, very soon. Chapter 508: A Loud trip to Scotland part 2.

(Loud Castle, Loch Loud.)

The morning has come and Lincoln Loud is already awake and wearing his usual clothing, and then he comes out of his bedroom, which was the one that belonged to the Duke long ago and he sees his mother, Luna waiting for him outside, and both are dressed for the day.

Lincoln's attire: Orange t-shirt with purple sleeves, a light blue sweater vest and black jeans with a brown belt, and he is wearing the necklace from which his mother got for him.

Luna's attire: Black and white striped t-shirt inside of a purple leather jacket with torn on the elbows, dark blue jeans with a white belt, purple boots with white belt straps and the necklace her son gave her.

"Ready for this day, kiddo?"

Lincoln nods. "As ready as I'll ever be." they then go down the halls and then he asks. "So, are the others already off?"

Luna shakes her head. "Nope, they're waiting outside for us to come out. Breakfast was nice, a force of habit for Harriet to make food early in the morning, really saves Morag or Angus the time to cook for us."

Lincoln nods. "Yeah, they already did us a favor by letting us stay here." They then see Morag coming up the stairs and headed down the halls. "Top of the morning there, Morag."

Morag sighs and nods, but then she looks down the hallways and she checks each of the rooms and she doesn't see much of a mess. "Huh, I was expecting a large mess for me to clean with no other option."

Luna then speaks. "Dude, we are not like the louds we were back then. We've changed, and we wanna make our lives better than they were when we caused some trouble and all sorts of shenanigans, as a mom I gotta make sure nothing is messed up and my kid is safe."

Lincoln also agrees. "No need to be worried, Morag. Everyone knows their mistakes from the past times when we were a big and loud family, and we have all learned to change and become better folks. What seems to be the problem with you being concerned about us being messy?"

Morag then explains. "Well, as you two should know... Long ago, my ancestor Old Aggie had to deal with those royal louds and the messes they would leave around, the loud noises and the staff had to clean up after them, the only one so cheerful was the groundskeeper because he didn't have much to clean outside. He seemed always happy to be around the louds."

Lincoln and Luna are surprised. "Whoa, we feel bad for your Old Aggie ancestor dude" replied Luna. "But don't worry about it, one week of us here is not gonna be so bad. We're not gonna make a mess or ruin stuff, but be careful of Lucy. She tends to pop out of nowhere." Luna and Lincoln then take their leave to meet with the others.

Morag is surprised to hear this and she smiles a little. "Huh, I guess I don't have to worry." but then she looks to the painting of her ancestor. 'Oh Old Aggie. You did a good thing driving those royal ruffians out of here for some peace, and quiet and it seems like the new louds are better than those royal fools.' she then goes off to clean some of the messes, there isn't much to clean and all the beds are made too.

Lucille does notice Morag and she thinks about this. 'She might know something about why we were driven out by the guardian dragon. She is a descendant of our castle caretaker Old Aggie. Perhaps she knows where her journal is.'

(In the Village of Loch Loud.)

The group are now going around the village and enjoying their time here, and seeing what they can do to pass the time or see what they could afford, and thankfully there is cell service for them thanks to what FutureTech left for them.

Apparently, back at the Hercules Transport it can create a powerful signal beacon and relay and can help with calls, texts and internet service that the folks need, and this will allow the folks who are from Royal Woods to contact their friends back home and show them what's going on here.

Leni and Lori are going through the local clothing store, and Scott sees Leni and wants to talk to her, but then she sees Leni is video chatting with someone. "This place is like someplace you have never seen Kurt, have you ever raced in Scotland before?"

Kurt Logann – "No, I don't think so. I haven't been international yet, and I hope you guys are having fun. If you guys do come back home, and I am done with the race, how about I come to Royal Woods and we can have a date night?"

Leni giggles. "Oh, so romantic you are. Alright, also I'm gonna look for something that could match your style and color."

Scott sees this and he sighs and walks away, seeing that Leni has someone else in her life. Lori notices this and sighs in relief. 'Well, that made sense for that guy, Leni has a man in her life and no way is she bailing on him.' she then goes over and she checks the shoes they sell here.

Meanwhile, everyone else is going around the town and seeing what fun they can have, while Lincoln and Luna are walking together and guided by Angus and they see the small problems the town has. "Dude, this town is just nuts with their problems, what the heck is going on?"

Angus then explains. "Well, without someone to lead the folks don't know what else to do. They have been hopeless for a long time and so have their ancestors. Loch Loud was a nice and lovely village, but things went bad to worse when the Royal Louds fled from this land and we don't even know why."

Lincoln and Luna are confused hearing this that the royal louds of old fled. This doesn't add up and then Lincoln speaks. "How about we help fix this town of the damages and problems? This village won't be much if these problems are gonna remain forever more."

Luna smiles. "Looking to help others, alright kiddo, I'm in too."

Angus is pleased to hear this. "Well, alright then. Where do you wanna get started?" Then the man is trampled by a herd of sheep. "I'm... Okay."

"We should start with that." Lincoln and Luna then go over and help Angus, and they begin to help clean up this village of its problems.

(Repairing the village problems montage.)

Lincoln, Luna and Lana help herd the sheep into a brand new pen, and they finally found the sheep dog in charge, and Lana helps put this lazy hound back into shape, with the help from Hops.

Lincoln and Luna sort out this problem the fish and chips stands have against each other, and Luna still has some small minor knowledge of Great Britain and they bring Fish and Chips back together again. Lisa also helps out trying to sort out the problem with the two folks running the place, apparently they're divorced... Oh boy.

Lincoln, Luna and Michelle help get the village bell back in its place in the tower, and ensure it doesn't fall off or break and also move some birds' nests so that they won't be disturbed when the bell rings.

Lincoln, Delilah and Leslie sort out the signs and they make sure they are giving good directions for the vehicles who are driving by, though Leslie questions on why they have so many signs that lead to the bank and why the forest signs are even in the middle of this place.

Lincoln, Lisa and Luna help with making sure the lady's house from before has a pathway for her to get down and not fall when she comes out, and they really question this weird thing.

Finally, they help restore the bridge which seems to have been damaged from an incident, this work was in the effort of Lincoln, Luna, Michelle, Delilah, Leslie and Angus. Now the cars can drive over this river.

(Moments later.)

We now see Lincoln and Luna, are tired and resting by the fountain. "Well, that sure was some hard work" replied Lincoln. "This town sure has some problems, but how come they don't just do it themselves? I mean even without a leader, they could've fixed this themselves."

Luna nods. "Yeah, I mean... Or chances this village is stuck in the past and all that junk." Just then the folks of the village all begin to chant.

"Duke! Duke! Duke! Duke! Duke! Duke! Duke!" This confuses the others who come over, and then Luan asks. "Are they cheering for two people to Duke it out and see who wins?"

Lana smirks. "Good one."

Angus then looks to Lincoln and Luna. "Lincoln Loud, you helping this town proves that you are leader material, and that makes you as the same as the Duke from long ago, lad. The townsfolk's see it, and so do I."

Lincoln is surprised and then he speaks. "Angus wait, no this is not..."

"Everyone shut the hell up!" Luna is at the top of the statue of the Duke, and she looks pissed off. "Alright, everyone stop cheering that my son should be the Duke, when he is not! Just, stop!"

But then one of the folks talk. "But, he looks like the Duke and..."

"No!" Lincoln then goes over and stands next to Luna. "Guys, I just wanted to help out because Angus told me about the town and the small problems, and I was just doing some good deeds to the town that can't even fix it themselves. Look, I get you all want a leader and all, but I don't wanna be the Duke. I have my own life back home, and a girl who I love dearly."

"I have school, good friends and loving folks who see me as someone special and that is way better than having an entire town chant to me as if I was royalty, when I don't even wanna be treated like royalty. We didn't come here to take the place of our ancestors, we're just here to know about our ancestry and then continue our spring break vacation. We're only here till the end of the week."

Everyone is surprised to hear this and they all stop cheering and they all disperse and go back to their day and feel not so hopeful anymore. Lincoln and Luna get down from the statue, but then Angus goes over to them. "Wait, what on earth are you two doing? Lincoln, I understand that..."

"No, you listen up and make sure there ain't any cotton tail in those Gaelic ears of yours, Brit" said Luna in anger. "We came here for a vacation and if my son doesn't wanna be the Duke, then he doesn't wanna be the Duke. You're just upset because those damned louds of old left, and then made us and the life we have now."

"The life we all have in Royal Woods is already good enough, because there comes in a time for life to have it hard and struggle and then take it easy and calm down, and then just be those whom we care about. We're not meant to be part of royal duties, we would rather live among folks who some might call peasants, than rather be part of some royal charade you are pulling."

The others also look to Angus sternly, and Lincoln holds his mother's hand and he looks to Angus. "Please, Angus... Just... Stop, stop this and let us be. We now know our ancestors are royal, we just wanna have our vacation. Come on mom."

The group then leave the village and head back to the castle, leaving Angus now feeling guilty and seeing that this was a mistake to have him forced into royalty, when he should've accepted their own choices in life.

Morag sees this and is surprised, and then she smirks. 'Well, looks like there is no need for me to try and get those louds out of here. They don't wanna be duke and royalty and want only a vacation? Very well then.' she then walks away and heads back to the castle.

(Back at the Loud Castle.)

Harriet and Lucille Louds are both talking about something, something that could help solve the truth. "So, the louds were never the ones to flee, they were driven out by the guardian dragon? Well, that doesn't sound right" said Harriet.

Lucille nods. "Aye, it be true Harriet. We were headed back home, from a marvelous and long voyage, but then the guardian dragon showed up and didn't want us to come back and we had to do as tradition follows, and my brother had to relinquish the crown under the orders of the guardian dragon and we left Loch Loud, forever. But the only way to control the dragon is with something my brother sent away to never be used again, the dragon scepter, It is too dangerous to use and would break the free will of the guardian dragon and make it into a puppet or slave."

Harriet nods. "Which means someone was controlling the guardian dragon long ago, but who would do such a thing and why?"

Lucille then recalls. "The Journal from Old Aggie, the castle caretaker from long ago could help us. We need to find it, perhaps it has some information of what we need to find out, but alas I do not know where it is hidden."

Harriet then has an idea and she looks to the ground and she takes a small piece of Morag's hair. "This should suffice, since the journal was from Old Aggie, then perhaps the DNA of her descendant could lead us to it. This can work."

Lucille nods. "Excellent strategy, also what is DNA?"

Harriet realizes what she had just said. "I'll explain along the way, let's go." Harriet and Lucille then both turn into glowing orbs and they fly off out the window. Lucy walks in and she looks around.

"Huh, where the heck did they go?"

(Outside.)

Lily, Lisa, Lana and Lola are playing with the baby dragon Lela and she loves spending time with them, and then they decide to play some hide and seek, and Lily is the one who is gonna seek, but they don't pay attention to where Lela is headed off to and the baby dragon sees something that catches her dragon eyes.

A wheel barrow with left over from breakfast and so she goes over and she begins to eat the left overs, but she is slowly growing. Lily then goes around to look for the others, but then she stops and sees Lela. "Lela, Lily found... You?"

Lily looks in surprise and then the twins show up. "Lily, where were you? We were..." They stop and also see what she sees.

Then Lisa goes over and she sees this too. "This is not logical to even happen. We need to... Inform the others, the guardian dragon... Has returned, and in less than two days."

A/N: Angus' small plan is a bust, and Lincoln doesn't wanna be the Duke, but at least they fixed the town and Morag sees that these Louds are nothing like those from long ago, the resident ghosts are now on the search for the journal of Old Aggie and Lela has grown up.
