Hello everyone who may or may not still be interested in this story! I hope 2023 has been treating you well so far.
I felt it best to start off the new year with an update on my plans for this story.
Currently, I am reassessing my overall plot plan. I realized I bit off more that I could chew, and in order to finish this story, I must cut back on several arcs and story beats. This also means cutting back characters, unfortunately. Some of them will be my own, but some of them will also be some former submissions. I know not everyone who originally submitted a character is still following this story, but if you are, and would like your character to still be a part of this fic, please either leave a review or send me a PM. If there is anything you'd like to change or add about your character, please let me know as well.
I will be going back and editing chapters to remove characters, as well as foreshadowing for some of the plot points I am removing. I'm not sure how long this will take.
I will also no longer be drawing characters while I am writing this story. Perhaps I will after it's finished, but most likely not.

1/4/2023 CLARIFICATION:
I've had a couple questions about this, so to be clear, I WILL NOT REMOVE ANY CHARACTERS WHOSE CREATORS WANT THEM TO STAY IN THE STORY.
I am only removing characters from people who no longer follow the story, or whose creators no longer wish them to be a part of it (please message me if this is the case.) If you reach out to me before the end of the month, I will be happy to have your character remain in the story.
