We said goodbye to Gerald Langston, well time to say hello to the folks headed to Royal Woods, well move to Royal Woods, and with some explanations and other things to talk about. This is gonna be something to adapt to, and also try and see where their lives will go, as they reside here in their new home, well another new home for the Chang's, which will be a small problem, for Sid. Family of Two.
Chapter 615: Santiago's and Chang's, in Royal Woods.
(August 31. Somewhere at Olive Street.)
Here we are, at a neighborhood which neighbors Franklin Avenue, and two large houses which have been bought by two families to live in, and we see some folks waiting for those families to arrive, and those families are: Lincoln, Luna, Harriet, Sam and her brother and parents, Michelle, Delilah, Leslie, Jordan and her parents, and they6 have their Pokémon with them too.
Then Delilah asks. "So, when the heck do they get here? I am seeing that it is near to being ten minutes."
"Maybe they got side tracked" replied Jordan. "I mean, recall that Sid can be quite the distracted one."
Michelle then looks to her cellphone, and she sees a text message. "Well, they are inbound." They then hear some wheels coming. "And here they come." they spot three cars, two are station wagons and one is a light brown Ford, and they recall that the Santiago's have two rides.
Then Delilah sees something. "Wait, what the heck?!" They can see two insect like Pokémon in the sky, and they fly around and go near the two houses, and they were once cocoon Pokémon companions to Sid Chang, but have evolved!
Beautifly.
Butterfly Pokémon. Bug and Flying Type.
Beautifly's favorite food is the sweet pollen of flowers. If you want to see this Pokémon, just leave a potted flower by an open window. Beautifly is sure to come looking for pollen. Despite its appearance, it has an aggressive nature. It attacks by jabbing with its long, thin mouth. Evolved from Silcoon.
Beedrill.
Poison Bee Pokémon. Bug and Poison Type.
Beedrill is extremely territorial. No one should ever approach its nest - this is for their own safety. If angered, they will attack in a furious swarm. Flies at high speed and attacks using its large venomous stingers on its forelegs and tail. Evolved from Kakuna, and has a Mega Form.
The sight of those two surprise them, and then they see the three vehicles open, and coming out are: Ronnie Anne, Bobby, Maria, Arturo, Sid, Adelaide, Becca and Stanley, and of course they see Ronnie Anne's Pokémon companions, The common Zigzagoon and the Galarian Zigzagoon, but the Pokémon companion of Adelaide, has changed!
Hakamo-o.
Scaly Pokémon. Dragon and Fighting Type.
It leaps at its prey with a courageous shout. Its scaly punches tear its opponents to shreds. It sheds and regrows its scales on a continuous basis. The scales become harder and sharper each time they're regrown. It makes noise by clanging its scales together. When the rhythm has reached its peak, Hakamo-o attacks. The scaleless, scarred parts of its body are signs of its strength. It shows them off to defeated opponents Evolved from Jangmo-o and evolves into Kommo-o.
They did not see that coming. "Whoa. Looks like your Pokémon companions evolved" replied Lincoln.
Sid chuckles. "And so did yours, dude." they watch as the two Zigzagoon's, Hakamo-o and Beedrill and Beautifly interact with Dartrix, the Hisuian Braviary, the Hisuian Growlithe and Ghastly.
"Wow. This is where we're living now?" asked Bobby as he looks to the house. "So cool, but wait... Is this our new house, or is that our new house?" He refers to the other one.
Arturo smirks. "Bobby, the names are on the mailbox and it feels good to..." Maria then kisses his cheek, and this makes him blush. "Reconnect." He then kisses her cheek, and Ronnie Anne and Bobby smile seeing this, now they gotta wait for when their parents wanna remarry again.
Then Adelaide sees the place. "So, this is the house? Awesome! Also, now I can be part of the awesome and high-ranked karate club! Better yet, Kung fu club!"
"Heck yeah, little Chang!" Delilah fist bumps with her, and then they take a bow, from master to apprentice. Then she looks towards the parents. "So, we are aware that Arturo Santiago is going to be working as a..."
"Royal Woods Zoo Medical Assistance, and I am going to do my part and help make sure they are alright, and also teach some survival skills to those who venture through a new part of the zoo called, the Wilderness Explorer's Area" replied Arturo.
Maria speaks next. "Working as, a Doctor now at the Royal Woods General Hospital, and ready to work alongside all of my good friends. I have come so far from being a nurse, and now I can do the part and help as best as I can. Also, should something bad happen and you guys end up there, then you'll see me more often."
Luna chuckles. "Dang right dude." she then looks to the Changs. "So, what about you guys? Any line of work here?"
Stanley smirks. "Still at the Great Lakes Automated Railway and Transit system, and thanks to this little thing that Michelle gave me." He shows them the watch with the FutureTech logo. "From what she told me, this thing has a FutureTech warp system, which will allow me to be at work, and on time."
Becca speaks next. "As for me, I am going to be working for the Royal Woods Dinosaur Observation and Research Team, alongside the head of the place, Dr. Mae Turner. I mean, we are gonna miss the zoo, and all the animals we have befriended, but we're gonna have to handle this new change, and adapt to everything, right girls?"
Sid nods. "Things might be different now, since we now reside here in Royal Woods, but we can handle this."
"Plus, not much tall buildings too" replied Adelaide. "A lot of Parks, and I can help mom when it comes to understanding the emotions from dinosaurs. This is gonna be awesome!"
They all chuckle hearing this, and then the grownups help them bring their boxes and things into their new homes, and then Jordan asks. "So, Ronnie Anne. Are you alright with the whole being with no cooking from Abuela thing?"
Ronnie Anne sighs. "Well, sure is gonna be something to miss. But your mom can make them too, at her restaurant and I am fine with it. Heck, I recall that I can be good with cooking too should mom and dad not show up yet. Sid is also learning, after the whole Bao incident."
"Yeah." Sid chuckles nervously. "I have been improving, and I am in steady progress, and as for Breakfast Bot, I mean Dennis... He, didn't make it." She is then comforted by her Pokémon companions.
The others are surprised to hear this. "Wait, what the heck do you mean Chang?" asked Leslie.
Sid then explains. "An incident happened, and all fingers point towards Carl. He wanted Dennis to help with his cellphone problem, but he was busy recording me and Ronnie Anne with her skating tricks, and Carl kept bothering him and wanted him to focus on what he wants, and Carl kept demanding his phone be fixed, and the results ended when Carl pushed him and Dennis... He stumbled and..."
Ronnie Anne then continues. "He tripped and landed in the middle of the road, and then a truck ran him over. Dennis... He's gone." all of them are baffled to hear this, and then Bobby shows them what he managed to save from the crash, Dennis' severed head, and it is offline. "But, Sid can repair him, right?"
Sid looks to the remains of Dennis the Breakfast Bot. "That depends, can the Tech club at the Middle School help out?"
Delilah then speaks. "Yeah, they can. Stella is there, and she can help make this happen. Every little thing is gonna be alright there, Sid. Dennis will be back up and running in no time." Sid feels hopeful for that, then Delilah looks towards Bobby. "So, part-time jobs again?"
Bobby chuckles. "When I finish my classes here at the Royal Woods Community College, then I will be reporting t my new job, at the Seven-Eleven Convenient Store. Sure, I am gonna miss the folks I always come to know back in Great Lakes City, but this is better and I can adapt to it and be away from the troubles which all came from... Well, the whole Casagrandes ordeal. I am improving, and also trying to be smart or more, for my girlfriend, Carol."
They are all happy to hear this and they watch as Delilah helps Bobby bring his things and the other boxes inside, then Lincoln asks. "So, how was the farewell from your friends?" But he sees Ronnie Anne and Sid smirk and have smug looks. "What? What the heck happened? Girls?"
Then a limo arrives, and the door opens. "Hmmm, ask them dude." The ones coming out of the limo, are Laird, Nikki, Sameer and Casey! The Skaters club!
"Wait, what?!"
Sid chuckles. "Yup, they also moved into the town, and they're parents got new jobs when they were called. Apparently, seems like Royal Woods is a good town for opportunity and decent work, thank you FutureTech. Though, Casey's dad is here because..."
Casey smirks. "We're opening his first ever restaurant! His first ever, Sandwich restaurant here, in town!"
Liard then speaks. "My parents were alright with me being here, they own a hotel in this town. So, I get to stay and be with my friends, and the Skaters Club is here to take over!" He then hops on his skateboard and does some cool tricks, but then he realizes. "Oh boy, how can I stop again?"
They all chuckle hearing this, but then they panic and they go to help Laird before he crashes into something, and all of this just makes Lincoln smile. "Looks like things are changing, and all for the dang better."
