Time to say hello to some returning friends, and once again spend some awesome and fun time with them. From Loch Loud, and to show them what else has been going down in the town of Royal Woods, Michigan. Enjoy reading this newly posted chapter everyone.

Chapter 678: Three Friends back.

(December 11. Tall Timbers Park. Royal Woods, Michigan.)

We arrive to the Park and the whole December festival is over, and everything seems very peaceful once more, and we see Mayor Davis is talking with Amanda Bright, sharing her word on what she has planned for the Royal Woods Christmas Party at Ketcham Park. Michelle Lewis is not with her, she is at the mayor's office and going through some small complaints from the locals around the town, complaints about the tourists who have been bugging lately on buying an actual Pokémon, and this is a major concern they need to notify FutureTech.

But also there we see Lincoln, Jordan, Gretchen, Hope, Delilah and Leslie, and Luna, and as usual Dartrix, Rosey and Snowball are with them too. But they are not alone, also with them are their friends from Loch Loud who have come to visit for the week, along with their Pokémon companions.

Tanya and Gossifleur, Alice and Chewtle, Kelly and Cufant. They are wearing winter gear, and they got some winter clothing for their Pokémon buddies too.

They smile seeing the winter times here, and then Tanya speaks. "Snow is already in Loch Loud, and it looks awesome there, and a bit chilly too. But it doesn't seem all too chilly here in Michigan." She then sees Gossifleur following her around.

"It feels so good to be back, and a week stay here too" replied Alice, and Chewtle is sitting on her head.

Kelly makes sure Cufant doesn't stray too far. Then she asks. "So, is it true that you guys got one week of no school?"

Jordan nods, and then she explains. "A one week of no school because of a big teacher's seminar, and a major meeting with the school board. But we'll be going back to school when next week comes, and way before Christmas even hits for us too."

Tanya then asks. "And where the heck is Sam Sharp?"

Luna responds to that question. "She's spending some time with her little bro. Seems about right, I mean we plan to bond tomorrow together, two moms, and one kid. An awesome parent to kid moment. Glad you girls are back, and we're surprised that your buddies didn't evolve yet too."

Kelly explains. "They haven't, and the folks are happy to see these guys and they are quite helpful around the town too. Some folks wondered where they came from and some thought they were mythical animals, but we told them that they came from Royal Woods, and they're our loyal companions and friends, and they are so awesome at being so friendly."

They then tell them about how helpful they're Pokémon friends have been. Cufant has been helpful during the times when harvest was around, and her trunk helped dig up the harvest faster. Chewtle is a great tracker when fishing, and scaring off seals from the docks and Gossifleur flies around, and is dang good at helping pollinate flowers, and gardens. The town has never had this new kind of life, and it makes Loch Loud seem brighter and much better.

they are amazed to hear this, and glad that they're buddies are adapting well, just then Lincoln stops and so do the others and an Abomasnow walks by, and they see some more new ice-type Pokémon, and then Lincoln checks his Pokédex about these newer ones that showed up.

Abomasnow.
Frost Tree Pokémon. Ice and Grass Type.
It whips up blizzards in mountains that are always buried in snow. It is the abominable snowman it blankets wide areas in snow by whipping up blizzards. It is also known as "The Ice Monster." They appear when the snow flowers bloom. When the petals fall, they retreat to places unknown again. If it sees any packs of Darumaka going after Snover, it chases them off, swinging its sizable arms like hammers. Evolved from Snover, and has a mega form.

Cubchoo.
Chill Pokémon. Ice Type.
Their snot is a barometer of health. When healthy, their snot is sticky and the power of their ice moves increases. When it is not feeling well, its mucus gets watery and the power of its Ice-type moves decreases. Its nose is always running. It sniffs the snot back up because the mucus provides the raw material for its moves. Evolves into Bearctic.

Galarian Darumaka.
Zen Charm Pokémon. Ice Type.
It lived in snowy areas for so long that its fire sac cooled off and atrophied. It now has an organ that generates cold instead. The colder they get, the more energetic they are. They freeze their breath to make snowballs, using them as ammo for playful snowball fights. Evolves into Galarian Darmanitan.

Alolan Sandshrew.
Mouse Pokémon. Ice and Steel Type.
After fleeing a volcanic eruption, it ended up moving to an area of snowy mountains. Its ice shell is as hard as steel. It lives on snowy mountains. Its steel shell is very hard—so much so, it can't roll its body up into a ball. An ancient tradition of Alolan festivals, still carried on to this day, is a competition to slide Sandshrew across ice as far as one can. Predators go after its soft belly, so it clings to the ground desperately. Evolves into Alolan Sandslash.

Mr. Rime.
Comedian Pokémon. Psychic and Ice Type.
It's highly skilled at tap-dancing. It waves its cane of ice in time with its graceful movements. Its amusing movements make it very popular. It releases its psychic power from the pattern on its belly. Evolved from Galarian Mr. Mime.

They just watch as Mr. Rime is tapping away in the snow, and this confuses them. "That dude is definitely new, and also pretty weird" replied Luna.

"Yeah, I am still surprised by some of these ice-types" replied Delilah. "But, more and more new things will be coming, and we need to be ready for all of them." deep down, she is hoping to one day see the legendary Articuno, but that's a dream that is going to be impossible to come true.

They then continue to tell their trio friends about the other stuff that had happened while they weren't around, and one of them involved the near death of Lincoln Loud, to the evolution of his new friend, who became a power house of a dragon, and also Royal Woods first ever Dragon-Type with power beyond destruction.

"Wow. That sounded awesome, you got a sea dragon!" said Kelly. "But still, that was horrible at what your grandfather did. Wait, sorry. Former grandfather."

Alice then speaks. "Even though he didn't mean it, he went crazy with the harpoon and didn't even bother to stop. Letting him go was too good for him."

"But it was your choice, guys" replied Tanya. "But removing the last name, was a good move and he pretty much doesn't have anyone on his side to help him become part of your family again. The others alright with this? What about the former 'rents?"

Lincoln then explains. "They're fine with it. Heck, Lynnard doesn't wanna see him again too. He also feels betrayed, because he blames Leonard for who he is now, since his dad kept playing favorites, and thus leaving Lynnard alone to do his own thing, and rarely bond with each other."

Luna then continues. "The only thing those two ever had in common, was Camp Mastodon, and that was long ago and all they did was go camping and have fun. Lynnard told us they didn't even talk or get life lessons, just fishing lessons and spending time with camp fun time. The old guy never even gave his kid a lesson in learning the meaning between a dream, belief in superstition and reality. So dumb."

Jordan then speaks. "One is in jail and is learning from his mistakes, and ready for a shot of redemption when next year comes around, and the other is somewhere that we care less, and we made sure that he wouldn't set foot at Loch Loud, and if he does then he will need to get past the naval division located far from the UK, somewhere north of the Atlantic Ocean, and also we gotta ask... Does tourism spark in Loch Loud now?"

Tanya speaks. "Nope, not yet. But we're fine with no tourism brewing around, helps keep the peace and calm the locals. But some small and good-hearted tourism would be nice too."

Kelly speaks. "We are aware of the annoying ones here, and it sounds awful. The mayor should really do something about this and shut it down, again. Perhaps, until further notice?"

"We're hoping so too" replied Leslie. "Our mom and the mayor are going through so many complaints, and most of these complaints are folks who are asked about how much is a Pokémon worth or a dinosaur. I mean, they wanna take them home?! That is insane, and there are laws in this town!"

Alice then asks. "Well, what about us?"

Delilah explains that one. "The little buddies you have, they chose you girls. They wanna come along and be part of your life, but the people who come and think they can buy one... they just see them as merchandise and not living things, and that means they don't deserve to even come and bond, and all the Pokémon are aware, they aren't dumb. They are living breathing things, they're lives matter too."

Lincoln then speaks. "I'm starting to see, that the tourists we're dealing with might be rich folks from around the world, and all of them are not just here for the Pokémon, but for the friend I made who is beyond anything from what the world knows. I am so annoyed by them."

Then they spot someone, someone from the other day. The damned and annoying tourist, Billy "Bro Yves" Byron Collin and he has another camera. Luna scoffs. "How many cameras does this psycho have?"

But then he is encountered by a Twinblade Gunship that low flies, and so he panics and runs. He tries to flee, but he trips on a sleeping Sandslash, and then five more gather and they lay down the hurt on this moron. Even smashing his camera, but then they run off. Why? Here comes Abomasnow.

The tourist panics, and Abomasnow picks up the man, roars in his face and he shrieks like a little girl and peed himself. Abomasnow is disgusted by this, and so he throws the man into the trash can, and the mayor sees this and she is annoyed from what the man did, and Amanda Bright takes some photos, and she will make sure that the Royal Woods newspaper makes a scoop on this.

The others are glad that this is dealt with, and they proceed to enjoy this winter stroll in the Park, but Luna has a bad feeling. 'Something tells me, that man will try to go too far to get what he wants, and if he does... Then he won't survive for what I will do to his sorry fucking tourist ass.'

A/N: Good to have the trio from Loch Loud back here, and to spend one week with them before they head on back home, and that annoying tourist is just way too persistent, and one of these chapters that annoyance will meet his fate.
