Time for a brawl, a Pokémon brawl and against some other worldly folks, but they aren't the heroes they have known to call friends, and also time to see if the large sea dragon Pokémon friend of Lincoln is ready for some mega changes. Enjoy reading this new chapter guys.

Chapter 694: Time to Pokémon brawl.

(January 3, Rosato Residence, Rose Street. Royal Woods, Michigan.)

We are at the backyard, which is connected to the lake which is part of the Rosato's home, and we see some folks are here to bear witness on what is about to go down, and those folks are: Luna, Sam, Simon, Jordan, Leslie, Stella, Delilah, Hope, Gretchen, Regina, Chastity, Clyde, Chloe and Hassan.

Also with them, are the hero counterparts: Commander Freezer Burn/Lincoln Frost Spellman, Luna Frost/Luna Spellman, Sam Livewire/Sam M. Sharp, and Jordan Rosato/Major Rosato, oh and Neil, Leon, Sergei and Boomer are with them. Though, they did as promised and brought with them the ones who have been challenged, to a Pokémon battle!

The Pokémon within the lake steer clear, and the battle has already ignited, and who are fighting?

Lincoln Loud on one side of the lake, key stone in hand and his partners with him, the Hisuian Decidueye, Knockback and Gyarados who bears a mega stone, and of course Lincoln has the key stone.

And, on the opposing side we have the ones from the other world, the 15 year old young couple. Simon M. Sharp, and his partner Grapploct, and Stella G. Zhau, and her partner Heracross.

Grapploct.
Jujitsu Pokémon. Fighting Type.
A body made up of nothing but muscle makes the grappling moves this Pokémon performs with its tentacles tremendously powerful. Searching for an opponent to test its skills against, it emerges onto land. Once the battle is over, it returns to the sea. Evolved from Clobbopus.

Grapploct is a blue, amphibious, octopus-like Pokémon with a yellow jagged eye mask-like marking, suckers, and what appears to be a breathing organ on the side of its head, which can also be used to squirt out ink and perform special moves. It has a dark blue underside and cyan eyes. Four of its eight tentacles act as arms, three act as legs and one is wrapped around its waist. Its mouth is hidden under the bottom flap of its head.

Heracross.
Single Horn Pokémon. Bug and Fighting Type.
Heracross charges in a straight line at its foe, slips beneath the foe's grasp, and then scoops up and hurls the opponent with its mighty horn. This Pokémon even has enough power to topple a massive tree. Heracross has sharp claws on its feet. These are planted firmly into the ground or the bark of a tree, giving the Pokémon a secure and solid footing to forcefully fling away foes with its proud horn. They gather in forests seeking the sweet sap of trees. It is completely clad in a steel-hard shell. It is proud of its horn, which it uses to fling foes. Does not evolve, but has a mega form.

Heracross is a bipedal, coleopteran insectoid Pokémon covered in a blue exoskeleton. There is a long, pronged horn on its forehead. The horn ends in a cross on males and a heart-shape on females. On either side of the horn is a short antenna with a spherical tip. Heracross has oval, yellow eyes. Its forearms have a pair of spikes near the wrists, while its thighs have a single spike each. It has two claws on its hands, and a single long claw on each foot. There is a single pair of wings covered by elytra, which can be seen during its release from a Poké Ball. This one belongs to Stella G. Zhau, and has a mega stone under the top horn near the head. The key stone is in Stella's ponytail.

They all cheer when this goes down, and they are amazed at how skilled and powerful both sides are, and they continue to watch as they try to beat the other, over the watery lake that now has some stepping stones and small floating platforms for combat.

Grapploct sends his tentacles to grab Knockback, but the Hisuian Decidueye dodges and then goes for leaf storm, but that is just a diversion, for he has used double team and now we don't know which is the real Knockback, and so they all launch vine whip, but Grapploct uses protect and then sees one of them coming in for close combat, and they both try and land some punches onto the other.

Meanwhile, Heracross flies around, and he does the best he can to evade the attacks from Gyarados as he keeps coming out of the water, a water gun is sent but Heracross dodges and then he charges his focus beam, but then evades an incoming tackle, and so Heracross flies upwards, and then down and uses his own tackle, but combined with protect and bulk up.

Gyarados roars and knocks the bug away with his tail, and Heracross is sent hurdling towards Grapploct and Knockback, and they back off and then leap away as Gyarados is coming in with a hyper beam, but he misses and this gives Heracross the chance, and so he flies in and lands some string shot to the eyes, and Gyarados is blinded and trying to find the beetle like Pokémon.

Grapploct leaps out of the water, and grabs onto Knockback, but the Hisuian Decidueye was not gonna have it, and so he spins around and does a take down, and slams Grapploct to the platform, and Grapploct looks dazed, and he doesn't know where Knockback is, but it is too late. Knockback is up above, and he lands down with one powerful axe kick to his foe.

But Knockback sees, that Grapploct caught him and then throws him away, and so Grapploct goes for the close combat, combined with agility and tackle, and also readies mega punch, but before he can land all those moves onto Knockback, he is gone. What he struck, was a decoy from double team and then Grapploct turns around and is hit face first by Knockback's feathery feet.

Knockback then grabs Grapploct, and does a body slam, followed by a takedown and then spins his foe around, and then throws Grapploct into the air, this is what Knockback seeks and he lands some kicks and punches, and then one last round house kick and Grapploct is sent towards the ground and lands onto the platform, and he is knocked out.

Seeing this, Commander Freezer Burn calls out. "Grapploct is unable to battle, this first win goes to Knockback, Hisuian Decidueye!" Everyone cheers, and Knockback feels proud of himself, and Lincoln is proud of him too, but then something glows and before they know it, something tackles Knockback with his horn, and he is sent hurdling to the water, and the foes was... Heracross... Wait, Mega Heracross!

It can grip things with its two horns and lift 500 times its own body weight. This Pokémon has a high body temperature, so it opens the shells of its arms and torso to allow heat to escape. A tremendous influx of energy builds it up, but when Mega Evolution ends, Heracross is bothered by terrible soreness in its muscles.

Mega Heracross is bulkier than its previous form. Thin orange markings now rim its head, hands, and shoulders. Additionally, there is a half-circle, orange marking over its eyes. It now has a long, pointed nose that curves slightly upward. Its back now lacks wings and is completely yellow. The horn on its head has grown into a large, simple spike with two smaller spikes on the front. The antennae have lengthened as well and now have ovoid tips. Mega Heracross's forearms have thickened and lost their spines.

Seeing Mega Heracross shocks them, and this angers Gyarados and he roars, and he uses his tail to catch Knockback and let him sit next to Lincoln, he is dazed and confused. Lincoln can feel the rage of Gyarados and he knows what this means, it is time. "Alright big buddy, let's do this thing!"

Gyarados roars louder, and then Lincoln's key stone glows. "Alright then, with rage and fury. Strength and might, power within to fend off all who dare to face us. Let the power with you, mega evolve!"

A storm gathers above, and then lightning strikes Gyarados, and also Boomer and he yells out. "What the hell?!"

Gyarados's mega stone is now on fire, and so is his whole body, then he becomes gold energy and as the light fades, he crashes into the water and then shows his mega form, and everyone is baffled, amazed, surprised and also scared, but Lincoln has stars in his eyes. "Mega Gyarados!"

Mega Evolution also affects its brain, leaving no other function except its destructive instinct to burn everything to cinders. It jets water from the orifices on its sides, streaking above the water surface at supersonic speed. Although it obeys its instinctive drive to destroy everything within its reach, it will respond to orders from a Trainer it truly trusts.

When it Mega Evolves, Gyarados becomes bulkier. The fins on its cheeks become longer and gain a yellow tint. Its crest is larger and black, and its barbels also gain considerable length. A large spike extends downward underneath its chin, and it now has a black underside with a red stripe around the edges. The yellow spots along its body are replaced by raised red scales, which propel Mega Gyarados through the water. Two large yellow fins with blue spines appear on its back. Most of the other fins along its back disappear, replaced by two rows of blue spikes. There are now four yellowish, spiky fins near its tail: two on its back and two on its underside.

Everyone is awestruck seeing this, and then Mega Gyarados roars and charges at Mega Heracross, but he dodges and then tries focus blast, and then flies in for his steel horn to ram and knock this thing out, but Mega Gyarados is unfazed from the attack, and slaps Mega Heracross away.

Mega Heracross uses protect and this is effective as he deflects the dragon rage, and even the hyper beam, and he lands a mega punch to Mega Gyarados and this knocks him into the water, and everyone embraces the splash zone and they cheer. But Mega Gyarados surfaces and he is steaming with anger, and power within.

Mega Gyarados goes in for the crunch, but Mega Heracross dodges and does aerial ace, and then flies around Mega Gyarados, but the large sea dragon is seeing the pattern, and it looks like Mega Heracross is going to try and sue take down on him, and so he waits and just as when Mega Heracross goes in, Mega Gyarados counters and grabs Mega Heracross with his mouth, and then throws him into the air.

Mega Heracross is confused, but before he can do anything, the order has been made, and Mega Gyarados uses the power of hyper beam, but this one is much more powerful for it has been combined with flame thrower, hydro pump and dark pulse and everyone just couldn't believe it, even Lincoln didn't see this coming.

The light fades, and Mega Heracross coughs out some smoke, and then he turns back to normal Heracross and then falls and lands into the water, and then he floats and makes it back to Stella, the commander sees this and he calls out. "Well, that was intense and powerful. The winner is Lincoln Loud, and his Pokémon partners, Knockback and Mega Gyarados, and also... We didn't see that coming!"

Everyone is surprised, and they cheer for Lincoln and his win, and he goes over and hugs his Pokémon friends who won this fight and proved themselves, and Luna had the whole fight recorded on her camera, something they can all look back into one day and see how awesome and epic it was.

Luna knows one thing. 'This is something Lincoln and his buddies will remember, for a long time.'
