Enjoy!
Darius grabbed his son by his left arm, yelling, "Are you out of your mind!? You're both very young, do either of you know what you're saying?"
Damon ripped his arm back, and said, "We do, father. We both knew we more than liked each other, just like you and mom did."
Darius looked over to Callista, who was stroking Evelyn's hair with the fingers on her right paw. He was hoping to get some support from her, but from the twinkling in both sorceress' eyes, he knew he wasn't going to get it. He sighed, then said, "Your mother and I fell for each other, hard and fast. We knew we were meant to be together. The day I asked your grandfather for your mother's paw, and he gave me his blessing," He stopped before he mentioned that he threw up from nervousness on his Father in-law's shoes. "Then, I saw your mother, my soon to be fiancée. She looked so beautiful. A lump developed in my throat. I asked her to marry me, right then and there. Your grandmother had a fit, when she found out she missed me asking her daughter, to marry me. She actually came home to see us in a very passionate kiss, and the rock I placed on her finger." He hugged Damon, nice and tight, then asked, "Your mother would kill me, if I tried to keep you two apart. Knowing her, she's probably, convinced some angel up there; to throw a lightning bolt at me, if I did. Promise me, and your mother, you will take care of her."
"I promise, Evelyn will be my first priority, in everything," Damon said, hugging his father back.
Evelyn gave a light tug on Callista's gown, summoning the elder sorceress to her.
Callista lowered herself to Evelyn's height, then asked, "Yes, Evelyn?"
"Does this mean, I'm engaged to marry, Damon?" Evelyn asked.
"Not quite yet, but I do believe; Darius is going to have a very long talk with your father, and I should be there, when your father faints," Callista said.
The preparations at the house went much faster than anyone anticipated. Even though, their weddings were going to be small, with only family, and the closest friends being present. Jake, Beatrice, and Callista made sure no expense was spared. The house and yard, were decorated, with white Lily's everywhere, there was a decent sized dance floor in the far corner on the yard, several tables, lined with fine linen more towards the house, and finally on the beach, a small altar was set up with fake grass covering the altar, two sections of white chairs, separated by a long wide red runner, where the two wedding parties will march down the aisle.
Over at the Clawsons', Beatrice was helping her daughter into her wedding gown, who protested with each pull on the laces of her corset. "Why can't I get married in my uniform, mother?" She asked as Beatrice pulled again on the laces.
"No daughter of mine in going to get married in her uniform, Felina!" She stated, putting a little more strength into her tugs, making Felina, swear up a storm as the corset pulled in every ounce of kitten fat she had left.
"Do that again, mother, and I will show you why uncle had recommended me to take his job!" Felina seethed.
"Go ahead and try, my daughter," Beatrice said. "Remember, I raised your brothers, and have taken each of them down a peg or two with these paws! Even your father, knows not to cross me! Now, get into that dress, or do I have to do it myself?!"
Alex was in his crib, across the room from the two she-cats. He didn't know what was going on. But whatever it was, it was at least, funny to him. He started laughing at the two females.
Both she-cats stopped dressing Felina, to turn to look at Alex. His laughter made the two, smile widely.
Felina dropped the dress, and went over to her son, wearing only the corset and a pair of thigh-high white stockings and a pair of very lacy panties, that barely covered her backside. She bent over, picked up her son, then asked the young kitten, "You think its funny, seeing your mother, try to get into a frilly dress?" She asked, with a smile on her face. She rubbed her nose against her son's, then said, "I think its funny too."
Just then, Zeus opened the door, dressed in his tux, to make sure everything was alright. He took one look at what his daughter was wearing, or the lack of what she was wearing, and quickly covered his eyes, saying, "Why didn't anyone warn me someone wasn't decent?"
"You've seen your daughter in much less, Zeus. Why be embarrassed now?" Beatrice asked.
"She was a baby then, Beatrice! Not a fully grown she-cat! And what's with that getup?"
"You noticed what I was wearing, father?" Felina asked. "Does it make my butt look big?" She couldn't help but to tease her father, just a hair.
"No, it doesn't.." He was just about to admit, he saw his daughter's backside in the very lacy underwear she was wearing. "I'm going to take my grandson, and say a silent prayer to Bast." He reached out with his long arms, to grab Alex from his mother, with his eyes, shut tightly.
Felina gave up her son to her father, who brought him into his chest, then left the room, slamming the door behind him.
"Did I go overboard with my teasing, mother?" Felina asked, on the verge of laughter.
Beatrice went over and hugged her daughter, then said, "I think you teased him, just enough, Felina." Then, she broke out in a fit on laughter, herself, in which the bride quickly joined her.
Over at the Furlongs', Chance and Ulysses were playing with the girls on the floor in the living room, while Callista helped Callie into her dress. The two toms were wearing their tuxedo pants and shirts, but leaving off the shoes, so they could play with the girls.
"Callista and I may have to move in, so I can be with my great-granddaughters more often," Ulysses said as he tickled Mary.
The young kitten, giggled and laughed as Ulysses tickled her stomach. Her tiny arms and legs wiggling in the air.
"You are a natural at this, Ulysses," Chance said. He currently had little Callista in his left arm and Kate in his right. They both were lightly tugging on the fur adorning their father's cheeks. Each one smiling happily as Chance kissed them with each tug. "She mentioned, you have started to volunteer at the center, when you aren't working. Planning on being there full time when you retire?"
"Where ever my wife goes, I plan on being with her, Chance. I do admit, being in the center makes me feel important again. Those teenagers need guidance. Some are planning on joining the Enforcers, once they graduate or get their GED," Ulysses said.
Chance brought both of his daughters to his chest, kissed them between their ears, then asked, "Aren't they the ones Callista united into the Street Patrol?"
"One in the same. They are a little rough around the edges, but the determination is there. Once Felicia arrives this afternoon, I was going to ask her, to teach a few classes at the center. Those kids need to learn another way of defending themselves, besides what they learned on the streets," Ulysses said.
"I think she'll be honored to teach those classes, or have one of her students do it. I've seen what the students in her Advanced Class can do. They are almost as good as Felicia/. Any one of them would be up to the task of teaching," Chance said as he rose to his feet. Still holding his daughters to his chest. "We've got to get the girls ready for the wedding. Wait until you see how adorable they are, in the little dresses, Callie and Felina picked out."
"Felina, picking out dresses?" Ulysses asked, rising to his own feet. "That is something I never thought I would hear."
'Your niece is an awesome aunt, just as Callie is to Alex. True, she needed a little coaching, to steer her away from the Enforcer Uniform colors, but once my soon-to-be-wife corrected her, she was able to pick out suitable dresses for the girls, and a suit for her son. We really need to get the girls cleaned up and dressed. I don't want to be on Callie's Bad Side. She might still be considered a Novice Sorceress. But she knows how to inflict revenge, with a tweak of her nose."
A few hours later. The guests started to arrive.
Mark and Lisa walked across the street, with him cradling Raphael in his left arm while helping Lisa. Well, it was more like he was carrying Lisa in his right arm.
"You know, I can still walk, Mark," she said.
"I know you can, Lisa. But this is more fun," Mark said.
Mark walked up the front walk of Jake's and Felina's home, still carrying his family. "Would you mind, ringing the doorbell, Lisa? My arms are sort of occupied," He said and flashed a smile.
Lisa rolled her eyes at her husband, then pressed the doorbell with the index finger on her right paw.
Zeus was in the Living room with Alex. He heard the doorbell, picked up the young kitten, and went to answer the door. He twisted the door knob, opening the door, and saw, Mark and his family. "Welcome, come in. Felina and my wife are upstairs, getting ready."
Mark entered, carrying Lisa and Raphael in his arms like they were feathers.
As Zeus closed the door, he asked, "Do you always carry your family around in such a manner?"
Mark was about to answer, but Lisa beat him to it, saying, "He only does it to embarrass his lovely bride, right dear?"
"I'm not trying to embarrass you, Lisa. The kitten's birth is only a few days away. Daniella put you on Bed Rest, which means your husband is at your command, and your only mode of travel, until our little one has been brought into the world," Mark answered.
Zeus laughed, then said, "Lisa, I wouldn't let Beatrice lift a finger, when she was close to giving birth to our first few sons. She was just as stubborn as Felina is, if not worse. You have no idea how many times a plate was launched at my head, when I messed up dinner, or didn't clean up the way she wanted. I guess my daughter, inherited some of her mother's spunk."
They all heard Felina swear quite loudly, followed by a series of bangs, and finally, "Mother! If you don't loosen this damn corset so I can breathe! I'm going to shave every last inch of you bald!"
"Not going to happen, Felina! You are going to be the perfect bride up there, if it kills you!" Beatrice roared in response.
"Before we all become victims of not-so-friendly-fire, might I suggest we head next door and check on my brother?" Zeus suggested.
A few hours later, the Bride's Maids and the Groomsmen were standing at their places at the altar. The she-cats all wore a two inch wide single strapped dark pink dress. The strap was secured over their left shoulder. The bodice formed to the wearer's chest and waist. And the skirt flowed down in waves to their feet, which were encased in matching heeled shoes. Tina, Katerina, Felicia, and Lisa looked gorgeous. The only difference was Lisa's large stomach, which she cradled in her paws, and every once in a while, she could feel the kitten kick, which brought a smile to her face.
On the other side, Mark, Kevin, and two of Felina's brothers stood. All wearing matching tuxes with bow ties and cummerbunds, matching the girl's dresses.
The third tom in line, leaned back to his brother, and asked, "I get to walk up the aisle with her and dance with her at the reception?! What a fox!"
"She is good looking, Orion, but did you see the she-cat behind her? I've always had a thing for exotics. All those spots and dense fur is making it very difficult not to go over there, and ask her on a date."
Mark turned around to face them, and said, "You're both out of luck, they are engaged."
"They are? To whom?" Orion asked.
Katerina turned around to face Tina, said, "You look so beautiful, my dove," then kissed her.
Both brothers jaws dropped open at the sight. Then Mark answered their question, "To each other. Tina is gay and Katerina is Bi. I hope that will not be a problem?"
"Not from us. Our mother would wipe the floor with our skin, if we ever thought otherwise," Odin stated.
Kevin sought out Felicia with his eyes. When he found her, just behind Lisa, he winked at her, then mouthed, "You look like a goddess."
Felicia's dress was the same as the rest of the wedding party's but with a large slit up the left side of the skirt, showing off her long, toned leg. However, just above the top of the slit, was a Thigh Holster, containing a couple of her 'Toys' she almost never went anywhere without. She had her hair done up in a long braid, that flowed down her back.
The rest of the guests, filled the seats in the audience. All of their closest friends, and some who they considered family were in attendance as well.
Henry and Mary walked down the aisle, looking for a place to sit. They found an open row, on the left side. They quickly sat down and Henry took Mary's right paw in his left. He took one look at the altar, and spotted Felicia, especially what she was wearing. "That dress, Felicia is wearing, should be considered a Deadly Weapon, especially on her," he said.
Mary didn't take too kind to her husband, making such a comment about Felicia. She took her paw back, elbowed him in the ribs, and scowled at her husband.
Max, Daniella, and Cheryl arrived and slid into the seats to the left of Mary. Both Cheryl and Daniella wore matching silver dresses which were strapless and sleeveless. The bodices formed to their torsos and the long pleated skirts flowed to their ankles.
Max turned his head to the right to look over his wife and daughter, and smiled. To him, they were absolute perfection.
Daniella winked at her husband, then leaned to her daughter, then whispered, "Your father is still one very handsome tom. I'm glad you are going home with my parents after the wedding. I plan on making your father beg for mercy, by the end of the night."
"Mom, I don't need to hear about what you plan on doing to dad," Cheryl replied. "Besides, tomorrow morning, grandma, grandpa, and I are going over to the Khan's to meet Sergio. I loved hearing that little cub attempt to roar."
Sarah, Gwendlyn, and Evelyn stood back behind a set of bushes. They were all dressed identically in cute little dresses that matched the Bride's Maids. They all had little white wicker baskets containing White Cala Lily petals to lay the foundation for the soon-to-be newlyweds.
Jake walked up to the girls, wearing his tux. He stopped behind them, and said, "You three look amazing. Ready to be the best Flower Girls there ever was?"
"More than ready, Jake," Gwendlyn stated. She looked him over, and noticed his bow tie was crooked. "Please come here," she said, after putting her basket down.
Jake dropped down on his right knee in front of her. Then Gwendlyn fixed his tie, and said, "There. All better. I couldn't have the Brains of SWAT get married, with his tie not on straight."
As Jake rose to his feet, he said, "Thank you, Gwendlyn. Guess I should have stopped to look in the mirror."
"You're not nervous, are you Jake?" Evelyn asked, seeing him fidget ever so slightly.
"About marring Felina? No way. I've had feelings for her, ever since she and I were in the Academy together. If I only acted on them sooner, we would have been married, long ago," he said.
"So what are you nervous about?" Sarah asked.
"Her brothers truly accepting me. Even though, her parents have giving us their blessing, some of her brothers have not. I have a bad feeling, one of them are going to say something, preventing me from marrying Felina," Jake said.
"Do you really believe, Felina, her uncle, or her parents would let that happen? They know you love her, and Alex, unconditionally. I've only met Mrs. Feral today, and from what I've seen, she could take on Inna," Gwendlyn said.
"That would be something, I'd like to see," Chance said as he approached.
"You want to see Zeus' wife fight Inna?" Jake asked.
"Inna is a very strong, brave and cunning she-cat, who I don't ever want to cross. However, Mrs. Feral maybe smaller in stature than her, but push her the wrong way, her sharp claws come out, ready to tear into anything. Your soon-to-be wife is an almost exact copy of her. Where do you think Felina's Take no crap from anyone's attitude came from?"
"Chance! You are not to use that type of language in front of kittens!" Callista scolded. She was wearing a green version of her gown with light blue accents.
"Sorry, Callista," he said, then turned to the girls, and said, "She's right, I shouldn't have said that word."
"Don't worry about it, Chance," Sarah said. "Felina has been saying, much worse, so loudly, I can hear her, clearly from my house."
The three adults laughed, until Ulysses and Zeus arrived. Then Zeus said, "Chance, Jake, I believe its time for you to take your spots at the altar."
"You're right, Zeus," Jake said. "Come on Chance."
They both walked around the bush and down the aisle. And once they were standing my Mark, the three Flower Girls started marching down the aisle, reaching into their baskets, spreading out the petals as they saw fit.
It was now Callista's turn to march down the aisle. But before she started, she went over to her husband and gave him a searing kiss. "That should hold you over until later, dear," she said, then started her march.
Ulysses watched his wife, as she marched down the aisle, with her tail high and her hips swaying.
"That was some kiss, Ulysses," Zeus said.
"It was. I should have married her all those years ago, Zeus," Ulysses said.
"Yes, you should have. Then you wouldn't have ended up on my door, after leaving Adara."
Callista took her spot at the center of the altar, since she was going to be one one officiating the wedding. She slightly bent her right leg at the knee, accentuating her hips, which Odin and Orion took notice of.
"Chance, who is that goddess?" Odin asked, not taking his eyes off of her for a second.
Chance knew Callista was gorgeous and seeing her in one of her gowns, made her even more so. He had to mentally slap himself when he found he was staring at her long legs hidden under her gown. He responded, "Odin, Ulysses would be happy to hear you think his wife is a goddess."
"She is my uncle's wife!?" Odin said. Followed by, "Does she have a sister, or a daughter, who is single?"
"Well, she does have a granddaughter, who you will be meeting shortly, since she is marrying me," Chance stated.
It was now time for the brides to be escorted down the aisle.
Callie and Felina left the house and walked around towards Ulysses and Zeus. Then Felina asked, "Does it look like, we gave birth to kittens, not that long ago?"
Ulysses and Zeus turned to the two females. Both of their eyes started to water at the sight of their respective granddaughter and daughter in their wedding gowns.
"You both look amazing," Zeus said. He went over to his daughter, extended his right elbow to her, and asked, "May I escort the lovely bride?"
Felina kissed her father's right cheek, slipped her left arm though his extended arm, and answered, "You may, father."
Ulysses bowed to Callie, as he asked, "May I escort my granddaughter down the aisle?"
"I wouldn't have it any other way, Ulysses," Callie said, as she slipped her arm through his.
As soon as the pair of couples appeared at the end of the aisle, everyone in the audience stood and faced them.
Both Chance and Jake did a sharp intake of air, as soon as they saw their fiancées in their wedding gowns.
"Relax you two," Mark said. "As far as everyone in our family is concerned, you are already married to them. This ceremony is a formality to make it legal."
The two pairs started marching down the aisle, side by side. They reached the altar, where Ulysses and Zeus handed over the brides to their respective grooms. Then took their places in the audience.
Chance took Callie's paw in his, as Jake took Felina's in his.
Callista looked past the two couples to the audience to Sally and Larry, who held her great-granddaughters in their laps. The three girls, had their eyes set on their parents, watching them intensely.
"Dear family and friends," Callista started. "We are gathered here today to witness the union of Chance Furlong to Callie Briggs, as well as Jacob Clawson to Felina Feral. This pair of marriages was one in the making for decades. These four should have been wed, long before now, if their own stubbornness hadn't gotten in the way. If anyone has any objections, to these pairs, marrying, please speak now, or forever hold or peace."
No one spoke a single word, with the exception of the delightful squeal of a very happy Alex.
Almost everyone present turned to face the young kitten, in the lap of his grandmother. He was gleefully reaching out to his mother with his tiny paws.
Felina laughed for a second, then blew her son a kiss.
"And you said, you wouldn't be a good mother," Jake said, then kissed her cheek.
"Hey! No kissing my daughter until there is another ring on her finger! Or this will be the last kitten you ever have!" Beatrice yelled.
"Now that the mother of one of the bride's has voiced her concern, over the groom's display of affection, will the grooms, please face the brides," Callista said.
Both Jake and Chance faced their respective brides and took their paws in theirs again.
"Jacob, you have been in love with Felina since you both have started at the academy. My husband has been watching you, wanting to reach out and comfort her, when something didn't go right, celebrate with her, when she received an award, and seeing you restrain yourself, when you both were supposedly alone, and desperately wanting to kiss her, showing her how you really felt." She turned ever so slightly to Felina, and said, "Felina, your friendship with my granddaughter is one of the most precious gifts you can have ever given. The love you two shared, in both good times and bad, never waved. If things were different, you both could have been sisters. The day Chance was taken out of the sky by Dark Kat, you were one of the first there, to hold and comfort my granddaughter. You stuck by her, giving her hope, her fiancé was going to pull through. For that, I'm forever grateful and in your debt. Felina, the love you shared with Callie, will be extended onto your husband and child. I can tell you, Felina, motherhood will fit you well."
Felina felt a tear leave her eye. But before she could react, Callie quickly wiped it away, as she said, "You are the sister I always wanted, Felina. I'm so happy you are in my life. I love you."
"I love you too, Callie," Felina said.
Callista now turned to Chance and Callie, and said, "Chance, from what you have told me, you have been in love with Callie, since High School. When you joined the Enforcers, and partnered up with Jacob, a friendship which could not be undone was born. You two could be brothers. Seeing you, actually, both of you up here, marrying the she-cats you were destined to be with, warms my heart. Your kittens, Chance are going to inherit your strength, and your compassion for others."
She finally faced Callie, and said, "Callie, watching you grow from a tiny baby, to such a beautiful she-cat, has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I loved, watching you, when your parents had to work. Seeing your bright green eyes, sparkle, when you discovered something new, made my heart flutter. My only regret, was having to hide myself, when you had special occasions. Not being able to reach out and hold you, when your parents were killed, made me want to.." she stopped herself from saying she wanted to level David's complex and everything in it out of rage of losing her daughter. Her face was contorted as the memory of that day played through her mind. But as quickly as the memory started, she stopped it, focusing on the joyous celebration in front of her. Her face returned to her normal, then she continued, "As I was saying, you, my dearest granddaughter are marrying a tom, who will lay his life on the line, for you, or your daughters." She looked out into the audience, then said, "Sarah, Evelyn, Gwendlyn, please bring up the rings."
The three girls rose from their seats and walked up the short stairs to stand in front of the two couples and Callista. Then Sarah reached into her basket to withdraw two small blue and red boxes. She handed them over to Callista, who said, "Thank you Sarah. You three's friendship is going to last a lifetime. Please stay for the rest of the ceremony."
Callista took a quick look at the boxes, which were engraved with the couple's initials, to differentiate between the sets of rings. She put Chance and Callie's rings down, opened the box containing Jake's and Felina's rings, then asked, "Jacob, do you take Felina, to be your lawfully wedded wife? In sickness and in health, for richer or poorer, forsaking all others, until death do you part?"
Jake looked into Felina's beautiful eyes, then responded, "I do." He gently caressed her fingers, while he waited for her to respond to Callista.
"Felina, do you take Jacob, to be your lawfully wedded husband? In sickness and in health, for richer or poorer, forsaking all others, until death do you part?" Callista asked.
Felina only had to see Jake's smiling face, to know, he loved her, and will love her, forever. "I do."
Callista removed the smaller ring and passed it to Jake. "Place this ring on her finger, and repeat after me."
He took her left paw in his right, slipped the ring on her finger, and waited for Callista to continue.
"With this ring," she said.
"With this ring," he responded.
"I thee wed," she said.
"I thee wed," he responded, then kissed Felina's left paw.
Beatrice leaned against her husband, grasping his paw, as tears formed in her eyes.
Callista removed the larger ring and tried to hand it to Felina. However, both Jake's and Felina's paws were tightly entwined. "Felina, I sort of need your paws free for this part."
"Oh, sorry, Callista," Felina said and removed her paws from Jake's
Callista chuckled, then said as she handed Felina the ring, "Please place this ring on his finger and repeat after me.
Felina took Jake's left paw in her right, and slipped the ring on his finger.
"With this ring," Callista said.
"With this ring," Felina responded.
"I thee wed," Callista said.
"I thee wed," Felina responded.
Callista put the first box down, and picked up the other one, then asked, "Chance, do you take Callie, to be your lawfully wedded wife? In sickness and in health, for richer or poorer, forsaking all others, until death do you part?"
Chance looked into Callie's beautiful eyes, then responded, "I do." He gently grasped Callie's paws, while he waited for her to respond to Callista.
"Callie, do you take Chance, to be your lawfully wedded husband? In sickness and in health, for richer or poorer, forsaking all others, until death do you part?" Callista asked.
This was something Callie wanted, since she dated Chance in High School. Now, it was finally happening, and she was going to be happy for the rest of her life. "I do."
Callista removed the smaller ring and passed it to Chance. "Place this ring on her finger, and repeat after me."
He took her left paw in his right, slipped the ring on her finger, and waited for Callista to continue.
"With this ring," she said.
"With this ring," he responded.
"I thee wed," she said.
"I thee wed," he responded.
Callista removed the larger ring and handed it to Callie. "Please place this ring on his finger and repeat after me.
Callie took Chance's left paw in her right, and slipped the ring on his finger.
"With this ring," Callista said.
"With this ring," Callie responded.
"I thee wed," Callista said.
"I thee wed," Callie responded.
"I now pronounce you, husbands and wives. You may kiss your bride," Callista said, and smiled widely.
Both Chance and Jake lifted the veils, covering the bride's faces, then brought them in for their first kiss, as husband and wife.
Katerina tuned around, said, "I can't wait to be able to marry you, Tina." Then kissed her.
Tina kissed her back, then said, "I can't wait to marry you either."
Lisa was about to go over to Mark to kiss him. But she felt a sharp pain in her abdomen. She grasped her stomach and held it for a second, before attempting to go over to her husband.
Mark looked past the newlyweds to his wife. He instantly saw her discomfort and left his spot to get to her as fast as he could. "Lisa, are you alright?" He nervously asked.
"I really don't know, Mark," she answered.
Mark looked up and over his shoulder. He found the Feldmans, then as calmly as he could, he beaconed, "Daniella! Cheryl!"
Daniella, Cheryl, and Henry were on their feet, making their way over to Mark and Lisa.
Katerina, Felicia, and Tina surrounded Lisa, placing their paws on her shoulders. Then Tina asked, "What can we do to help?"
"I'm not sure," Mark answered. His concern for his wife, clearly written on his face.
Callista knelt down next to Lisa and gently placed her paw on Lisa's large stomach. She focused on the fetus with her powers, making sure the baby was not in distress. She gently warmed her paw, soothing the baby and Lisa at the same time, as she said, "Lisa, Mark, I hope you are both ready to be parents again, cause this little one wants out, and I mean right now."
