A/N: Hello dear readers. Sorry for worrying everyone about the state of the pack. All was going well until Nen snapped at Jin and he went frigin psycho boyfriend on him.

These actions will unfortunately have some consequences on some members of the household going forward.

Enjoy!

Rin was beside herself. She was sick from crying unable to keep down food or water. She was barely able to care for Hotaru as she worried over what was happening, what had happened, and what would happen.

Heaving heavy breaths as she sobbed and vomited she felt Kaede wipe a cloth against her forehead.

"Rin you know this is not good for ye or any of the babes. I understand ye's worry but rest assured the others are in good hands with Sango by their side." Kaede soothed lying her down.

Kagome had taken Hotaru to allow her to rest but it did no good. If she weren't so hugely pregnant already she would have gone back herself on An-Un but knew she could ever balance herself properly on the dragon in her state.

Sniffling Rin placed a hand across her eyes. She knew she had to calm down. Her daughters all depended on her. They were what was important, the children she had with Sesshomaru but the girls weren't her only children.

Hisashi, Izumis unborn baby, the hatchlings, and Ikus as well were hers to look after and protect too. If they were not strong enough to make it then she didn't know how she would go on.

"Please, if any of them die, let the Tensaiga revive them." She muttered to herself. Feeling her mind begin to drift to sleep she continued to beg for some sort of saving grace for her family.

Riku was the first to recover enough to move about and transform. Airing out the house enough so Sesshomaru and Jiro could remove the masks seemed to help as well.

Standing in the door way of Sesshomarus own quarters Riku stared at his claws on one hand. Narrowing his eyes he breathed heavily in anger.

"Riku." Turning his head he saw Iku had been able to transform as well and was being assisted by Sana to sit up. "What happened?"

"Mate." He choked out walking to her. Collapsing on the platform to his knees he buried his face against her relieved she was awake.

Sana went to Emi who was still asleep but seemed to be doing better. Her children were less lethargic then they had been and one of the girls began to make her small chirping noise again.

Mitsuo had gone out to patrol with Jiro and Sango while the others were laid up. Sesshomaru and Kohaku had all but sequestered themselves in the other room with Izumi and Hisashi leaving the others to it.

Looking at her adoptive parents she took a steadying breath before moving closer to them. Iku still looked confused but took Sana into a tight embrace knowing something terrible had happened.

Jiro came in to the house seeing his brothers eyes opening and closing wearily.

"Nen?" Dropping down on the floor he put his nose to his brothers snout sniffing at him. "You awake?"

Meeting his more focused gaze Jiro threw his armor and weapon off to drag his twin in to his lap. "Brother…I was so worried. I thought you were dead."

Not having the energy to fight back Nen let Jiro hold him enjoying being close to his litter mate.

Kohaku was asleep sitting up with Izumi on his lap. Sesshomaru noted that Hisashi had stopped shaking and seemed to be resting. Looking to Izu she was breathing normally again.

Sighing relief he placed his son down beside his mother and went out to check on the rest of the household. Glancing in his room he saw that the captain and his mate were well while Emi was still asleep.

It didn't surprise him any, her energy was much lower than the two elder demons and would take time to recover. One of her triplets was active, another good sign.

Hearing Jiro speak he went to the sitting room to find Nen awake blinking sleepily as if he were trying to rouse himself.

"Do not force yourself awake Nen. Let it come naturally. Regain your strength." Sesshomaru said.

"Lord Sesshomaru, how is your son and Lady Izumi?" Jiro asked concerned.

"They seem to be doing better. We shall see." He replied. "Jiro, what do you know of the relationship between Nen and Jin?"

"Very little. Nen does not express his feelings but they have been spending more time together and if I know my brother he probably said something that hurt Jins feelings to chase him away." Jiro explained.

"Hm." Walking to the back he went straight to the barracks. Nagi stepped aside and closed his eyes fearing the worst.

"Are you here to kill me?" Jin asked with his head resting on his knees as he sat against the far wall.

"I should." Sesshomaru stated. "I do not believe however I am the one you need to fear. The captain and Kohaku are the ones calling for your blood."

"Then they can have it. I don't care anymore." Jin said. "I hurt the women and children, unborn babies…I deserve death."

"Death does not allow you to learn from your mistakes. This one believes you acted foolishly, recklessly but that it was not your intent to harm anyone in such a way."

"Rentarou…"

"Was a danger. Unless I am wrong I do not believe you to be."

"I just wanted to make Nen feel bad physically for the way he made me feel. He made me think he cared for me only to tell me how worthless I am." Jin shook his head. "I just wanted to teach him a lesson. Lord Sesshomaru, I don't deserve to be here."

"Once everyone is well enough again you will face the entire pack and explain yourself. This Sesshomaru guarantees you will not be executed other than that I cannot say."

"I understand." Jin said softly. "Please just tell me, did I kill anyone?"

"No." Exiting the hut he heard the human sob in what sounded like relief.
