A/N: Hello dear readers. I forgot to ask the majority what chapter they would like to read first, Sesshomaru/Izumi or Rin/Kohaku.

Sesshomaru led Izumi to a part of their territory that she had not seen yet. It made her realize that aside from going to the village and the trip to the east she had stayed within the compound.

Very rarely did she and Kohaku go on their walks together. When they did they always went to their spot, the cliff face with the overhang.

Seeing a different area made her want to explore some more, with someone with her of course as she was certain she would manage to get lost on her own.

Keeping her eye on Sesshomaru she admired him for making his own path and going against what anyone thought of him.

Before she had been taught to think it odd but now that she had gotten to know and understand that way of life she could never return to the other.

As he stopped she came up alongside him looking up at him.

"Is this a good spot?" She asked with a small smirk.

"Do you oppose to it?" He questioned back.

"No." Shaking her head once she looked ahead of them in the direction he had his eyes trained on. There were trees lining what looked to be a path some ways off.

Where they were standing was shaded but less dense than around their home. "Sesshomaru, I feel as if I have never properly thanked you for…everything."

Turning to her slightly he saw she had a thoughtful countenance to her.

"You have." He replied. Sighing she turned to him.

"I said terrible things to you once, I insulted you and Rin. When I found out that humans have a much shorter life span than we do I lashed out and rebuked the idea of being with you once our mates are gone."

Izumi said. "I am sorry, I take it all back. There is nowhere else I want to be. You gave me a choice, you allowed me to make my own decisions for the first time in my life…there are no words that can ever express how grateful I am to you."

"You and I have always been different from the others of our kind." Sesshomaru said. "I could tell, when we were younger, that you did as I did and simply went along with what you were taught and how to act."

"Don't misunderstand, I paid you no more attention than any of the other females brought to the west unless I had to. However, you were obedient but not broken like them. Now as I have come to know you and your situation I admire you for that."

"I never thought it would be you." Izumi mused. "You asked me why your mother set us up, I lied when I said I didn't know. The truth is there was no one else."

"I came into my heat so late and seen as undesirable due to the fact that I cannot fully transform to look more human. Akio was against it and I couldn't understand what else there could be for me. It scares me to think what other plans he had for me."

"You are mine, just as Rin and Kohaku are. Everyone in that compound is under my protection because they deserve to be. No one will harm you or treat you poorly again." Sesshomaru said softly.

Nodding her head she closed her eyes briefly. Reopening them she reached for Sesshomaru as he closed the gap between them. Tilting her head up he rested his forehead to hers as she nuzzled against his nose gently.

"Thank you." She whispered inhaling his scent soon afterwards. He growled low in his chest in response moving his nose down her cheek to rest against her neck. Snaking his tongue out he licked upwards to her jaw repeating a few times.

Grabbing hold of his sleeves for purchase she had an idea. Breaking away from him she shook her head in a teasing way. "I won't be so easy this time Sesshomaru. You are going to have to catch me."

"Hm." Smirking at her she saw his eyes flash with mirth as he accepted her challenge. Smiling wider than he had ever witnessed her do before she was soon in her demon form running away from him.

Calling upon his own energy he shook his head and stretched once he was on four paws feeling the earth underneath the pads of his feet. He knew she would be easy to catch despite her proclamation.

Scenting her on the air of the trail she had left behind it called to his more baser instincts to have a female of his own kind engage him in such a way.

Bounding after her he enjoyed the feeling of being in his natural state, it had been a long time since he had done so outdoors and allowed himself some freedom.

Coming up on Izumi he tackled her to the ground nipping at the back of her neck and her ears. Crying out in a yelp she went head over backside shaking her head. Righting herself she barked at him, chastising him for hitting her so hard.

Snorting in response Sesshomaru walked slowly towards where she stood. Watching him carefully she waited until he tried to pounce on her again.

With some quick footwork she was able to move out of the way forcing him to dig his paws into the ground to stop himself.

Turning to her and barking at her in return in a teasing gesture she approached him pawing at him and attempting to tussle with him. He returned it by placing his own paw on her head and gently batted her away.

Invigorated Izumi jumped on his back with great glee to lick the top of his head and take his tufts of fur between her teeth and shake him. Rolling onto his side he shimmied attempting to get her off of him.

As his weight bared down on her she let him go to have him change position holding her by the neck with his teeth. Turning her head she managed to lick the side of his face indicating that he had won their little fight.

Releasing her he began to sniff at her as she did the same. He licked her cheek and she turned around glancing back at him as he moved along her tail before dipping his nose to her sex.

Trembling as she felt his hot breath on her she closed her eyes whimpering softly. Sesshomaru licked at her inner hind legs before moving upwards teasing her entrance with his tongue.

Lowering her head she began to pant and whine at the sensation. Kohaku had done the same for her many times in both of her forms but Sesshomarus tongue was rough while her mates was soft.

It made her become wet and throb as her thoughts turned to how he had felt the night they had all been engaged together. His rigidity had felt good as he hit all the right spots within her and she desperately wanted more.

As if he sensed her need she felt him move away from her slightly before mounting her. Bracing herself for his weight he gripped her hind quarters with his front ones angling himself enough as he began to thrust.

Missing the first few times Izumi lowered her front half slightly to accommodate him. As she did he found her entrance and began to rut in her hard.

Izumi buried her face in her paws and whined loudly before outright yipping which in turn became sharp barks. Sesshomaru growled loudly barking back at her in return letting her know how much he was enjoying her.

With Izumi he felt he could let go of himself more than he could ever do with Rin, she would always accept him but he was afraid for her well being at times when he lost control.

With Izumi she would be able to withstand a harder session than Rin ever could since she was a demon, he didn't have to worry about exerting too much energy and possibly injuring her.

Now as he felt his knot begin to form he quickly pulled out of her. Looking back at him she seemed confused, he assumed Kohaku had not told her that they were not to spill their seed in one another's mates.

Rubbing his head against her assured her that he had not rejected her or found her unsatisfactory, it had been the opposite and he had nearly broken his own rule.

Turning around Izumi licked his face and moved downwards to his erection. Laying on his side she set to work flicked her tongue over his hardened length and lapped at the precum that dripped from his slit.

Closing his eyes Sesshomaru felt his own tongue loll out of his mouth as he began to pant. She nipped at his flesh and rolled her wet appendage around his knot to his tip. Opening his eyes he glanced down to watch her as she met his gaze while she licked at him.

Feeling every muscle in him tighten he tossed his head back snarling and growling as he panted out his orgasm. Izumi licked at the stream of milky fluid that he exuded as he released.

Heaving air into his chest Izumi laid her self down beside him. Licking at his nose he returned it by lapping at her lips. Resting her head against him she closed her eyes feeling a wave of tiredness come over her.

Sesshomaru watched as his energy sapped hers making her fall asleep. Nuzzling the top of her head he was glad that she had decided to stay with them and that they had all become close in a way he never knew he wanted or needed.
