Waking up early was never Loki's strong suit, but yet it happened every morning. To be honest, he himself didn't know why he tortured himself.

Hopping out of his bed he rushes to his closet to get out his daily robes. They were tailored specifically for him to go to Hogwarts, but even though he isn't going yet he knows his letter is coming and wants to make sure they still fit. Once they're on he looks at himself in front of his full-legnth body mirror but... they don't fit. In fact, they're too small on him now...

I'll just make an illusion so it looks like it fits... Yeah, that's what I'll do! Loki thinks to himself before doing just that.

After that's done Loki rushes downstairs as the sound of the morning owl came near. Getting downstairs provided him with the sight of his mother Frigga, father Odin, and older brother Thor eating breakfast while Thor grabbed the mail. Instantly when he saw one of the letters he got exstatic.

"What is it, brother?" Loki says walking up behind Thor to try and peek over his shoulder. All in all, he failed...

"Guess what you got, Loki!" His brother yells happily while waving the letter from Hogwarts in front of Loki's face.

In a swift movement the letter was out of his hands and in Loki's, who was now at the other end of the table. When Thor looked over at Loki he saw how his eyes lit up with a brightness he hadn't seen in a while.

"I'm going to Hogwarts! Finally!" Loki screamed as Frigga placed a plate of food in front of her son, kissing him on the cheek with the 'proud mother' look while Odin sat there smiling behind the paper, muttering something about how he's glad to have both kids gone. That comment in turn earns him a smack from Frigga upside the head.

-One Week Later, Train to Hogwarts-

Loki walked down the isle trying to look for a place to sit. He was going to sit with Thor, but he was already with his house mates in their compartment. Sure there was a couple of other seats but he didn't want to intrude. He already knew he wasn't going to be a Gryffindor like his brother, so why would he be allowed to sit with them.

As he walked around he didn't notice Thor coming up behind him until his hand was placed on Loki's shoulder. This action caused Loki to jump, twist around, and finally punch Thor in the shoulder. "Ow! I deserved that..."

"Hell yeah you did! Don't sneak up on me!" Loki yells, but not loud enough for many people to hear.

"I thought you might want to sit with me, I'm going to the compartment now," Thor smiled.

"I thought you were already with your friends?" Loki says confused with a dumbfounded look on his face.

"Nah, they just wanted to know if I got a broom yet. Anyways, my friends are down here a little ways if you wanna join. We should have some room for you." Thor chuckles while pointing down the way Loki was headed. Loki just shrugs and follows even if he didn't know if he should.

When they were almost to the compartment Loki saw the trolly rolling down the hall. Getting a bright idea to spent half of his money he brought with him on candys and treats for everyone in the compartment, but he realizes he doesn't know how many people will be in the compartment. "Hey, Thor. How many friends are in the compartment?"

Thor, not seeing the trolly a little ways away, tells Loki that there is 8 including them.

"I'll be right back!" Loki rushes to the trolly, getting out half of his galleons.

"H-hello, ma'am. May I get 8 of everything, please?" A huge, bright pink blush spreads across his face and up his ears.

Once he got all the items he asked for he took them to the compartment. He couldn't open the door so kicked it with his foot a few times to get there attention. A boy with brown hair and bright eyes who looked to be a first year as well opened it excitedly. "You must be Loki! Thor's told us all about you!"

Loki blushes once again, but he also walks in and dumps the candies on the floor with a cheeky grin.

"Loki. Did you spend all your money on candy?" Thor says, looking dissapointed in him.

Loki glares at him with an intensity. "No, I did not spend all my money, and I got this for all of us to share. So much for being nice..." He plops down in his seat with an irritated look on his face.

For the rest of the trip everyone was sharing the candies amongst themselves while the brunette first year, who Loki found out his name was Peter, tried to make Loki feel better.
