Yeah Dark Pit is rather unique in the sense that while he is a bad guy, that doesn't necessarily mean he is a bad guy.

And well yeah, Sumia might be the one to finally show them their errors without antagonizing them that is. And yes I can very well see the scenario you set out playing out exactly like that once she comes to find out how these two truly function on a day to day basis. And of course the whole mess going on with Robin, because what a mess! Nevertheless, certain events are now in motion that should finally clear the air and set things right, er… Sort of…

TheShadowStarr23: Well I mean Peach had to have seen the writing on the wall. And you know the whole the enemy of my enemy is my friend shtick. And I mean she understands him now and better than anyone else who goes by on just assumptions. And I mean give Robin a little credit he tried to keep things civil, but she couldn't do that not with what he's put her through.

Or maybe she might get some sort of closer? Hmm we'll see. And yes of course she was going to freak over Cloud, I mean it's Cloud freaking Strife!

Ahh yes Dark Link, this good old sun of a gun… Well, remember, keep your eyes on him, you never know just what scheme he might pull! And I mean he lives to hurt Link, that's HIS whole shtick.

The door to the room suddenly swung open and Lucina rushed in. She was rummaging through things loudly which in turn woke her roommate. "Dammit Blue, keep it down…" He grumbled while flipping his pillow over and resting his head back on it. She had just come from the auditorium where Master Hand introduced himself and gave everyone a quick run down of some rules. The most important one being no one is allowed to leave the mansion premises under any circumstances. That and duos were encouraged to introduce each other to friends and family, 'to bring them closer' as he put it.

"Oh good you're up, come on hurry up and get ready we're meeting with guests today." She said taking some clothes out of his closet for him and tossing them on his bed.

"Here, wear that today" she said while throwing the covers off him.

"Five more minutes" Pittoo responds while shooing her away.

"We don't have all day!" She says grabbing him by the shirt and dragging him out of bed.

"Alright, alright sheesh!" He says prying her hands off him.

"Ok, let me just…" she said while frantically looking around. "This… This…" She said while picking stuff up left and right. "Here" she said, taking hold of his head and began brushing his hair.

"What're?" He tried to turn to her but she held his head firmly.

"We can't very well head down with you and this tangled mess" she said as she kept brushing his hair. She walked around him while spraying his hair to make it easier to comb. Pittoo just sighed and groaned to himself knowing he was too tired to fight her off.

*moments later*

They both stood neatly next to each other in one of the common rooms that had been transformed into a dining area. With a large table in the center and a sparkling chandelier hanging over it. The table had already been set for later by Mii's who were dressed as either butlers or maids for the occasion, each room was assigned a certain amount of Miis to make the event go more smoothly.

"Stand up straight!" Lucina tells Pittoo while nudging him. The dark angel just grumbled and straightened out from his slouched posture. "Fix your shirt!" she adds momentarily while tugging on the ends of it causing him to sigh.

"I should've stayed in bed!" He whispered to himself.

"Stop messing up your hair!" She quickly adds, grabbing his arms and putting them on his sides. "Your wings are a mess!" She states while ruffling them and then he slaps her hands away.

"Ok enough I get it geez!" He states, "I mean look at you blue you're all nervous and jittery you're acting as if you're about to meet the creator of the universe of something." He said as he let out a long breath, "I mean come on they aren't even your real parents!" He remarked and she gave him a look before and turned her back to him. He then groaned to himself while he mentally pictured punching in his own face. "Blue… I didn't mean that…" he quickly adds, placing a hand on her shoulder but she just slapped it away.

"Don't touch me!" She exclaimed. He just waved her off but he knew this would come to bite him later on. Just then the doors opened and he put on a slight smile and prepared to power through this whole ordeal. He sees two individuals walk in looking a little 'fancy pancy' as he put it. A man with ocean blue hair similar to Lucina's own, and a sparkly cheery brunette next to him he assumed to be none other than Lucina's mother.

"Oh there you are," Sumia said while shaking Lucina slightly, "this place is amazing, It's literally like something out of a fairytale!" She says completely excited before Lucina nervously cleared her throat.

"Erm… Mother, father… This is my um… partner, Dark Pit…" she said while motioning to said angel next to her who had a stupid smile on his face.

"Oh my pegasus, he has wings!" Sumia squealed in delight.

"Oh boy…" Dark Pit said to himself, still smiling like an idiot.

"Partner?" Chrom asked confused and turned to Robin standing at the door.

*Meanwhile…*

"Damn I can't get this blasted thing to turn on!" Link says in a huff while messing with the large grill outside. He threw in match after match but all that happened was a little puff of smoke rose. Both he and Ike stood over an enormous grill filled with firewood wearing chefs hats and aprons.

"I got an Idea!" Ike said, "Hey Bowser!" He called out and the large terrapin appeared behind him.

"Who summons me?" He says, crossing his arms.

"Oh well, seeing as how you're technically royalty, I need you to check these spices for me. We have a lot of guests from high upbringings and we wouldn't want to disappoint." Ike explained while Bowser sort of dusted off his shell and held his nose up while humming proudly to himself.

"Well I suppose, the king of koopas is at your service" he says taking a bottle of spice and opening it up and taking a sniff. Ike and Link smile at each other knowing that the egotistical villain would fall for it.

"Well I think… I-I… Aye… Aye… ACHOOOOO!" He said before letting out a big fiery sneeze and finally got Links grill going. Bowser shakes his head before wiping his nose, "too much pepper" he states before walking away and sneezing again setting a lawn chair ablaze in the process. "KAMEK!" Bowser barked as the wizard koopa poofed in next to him.

"You called sir?" He said standing attentively.

"Yes, bring me my royal tissues at once!" Bowser ordered before sneezing again. A box of tissues then appeared in Bowser's hands that had his symbol. He blew his nose but that only disintegrated the tissue.

"Dude noice" Ike said as he and Link fist bump.

"I don't think that was very nice of you" Ilia says, placing her hands on her hips.

"Yeah I agree with her…" Mist said, giving her big brother a look.

"Trust me ladies he's not exactly a nice guy" Link said with a casual shrug.

"He's right, you know," Ike said, returning a look of his own.

"Besides that you got him to sneeze on where you're planning on cooking!" Mist adds while crossing her arms and they both waved her off. "That's not exactly sanitary…"

"Technically he sneezed on the firewood" Ike said, grabbing the cooking grate and placing it over the fire. "The food goes here" he says rubbing his hands together before he slides over a large pot with chicken marinating on it.

"What happened to Toon Link, is he still around?" Ilia asked Link while tugging on his tunic. The hero of twilight in question rubbed his brow on his sleeve before he turned to her.

"I thought you came here to see me, not that little turd" Link said and he hung his arms loosely at his sides.

"Of course I did, but I mean come on. Knowing there is a smaller, more adorable Link here is an added bonus!" She said, patting him on the back.

"Little turd is always stealing my spotlight…" Link grumbled to himself as he slapped a piece of meat onto the grill.

"Now I wish there was a smaller adorable Toon Ike" Mist said while Ike scoffed.

"Hey! I'm adorable!" He said, waving his arms around.

"Please, you're as adorable as an old sock!" Mist teased while Ike just pouted and hunched over.

The Place was super lively at the moment as on the roof of the mansion stood Mewtwo on one of the highest peaks opposite of Lucario while Mew danced around him. But his focus was on out meditating Lucario, however that worked. Under Lucario sat his trainer Riley who was on a more elevated part of the roofs overlooking the horizon. "You can run but you can't HIDE!" Amy Rose called out as she chased Sonic across the vast gardens. On the other side near the fields was Pokemon Trainer Red who was rubbing Charizard's belly. All the while Pikachu and Pichu were running in circles around them. In the fields sat Kirby eating a cake while next to Adeleine who was painting him some snacks. Joined by King Dedede and a waddle dee with a bandana sipping tea. Deeper into the fields were both Vill and Jill who chased butterflies with their nets accompanied by Isabelle. In the back near the woods sitting on an old bench were Wario and Waluigi who were cackling to themselves over something. Near the back sliding glass doors sat Mario, Peach, Luigi, and Rosalina, accompanied by toadsworth, a yellow umbrella with a face, Lubba the Luma, and of course Daisy. They all sat on a large round table with an umbrella over their heads. Under one of the shadows of the tall trees outback sat Sheik on a branch opposite that of Impa. They both watched Yoshi and Birdo do laps around the tree. On the old training grounds stood Ryu in a battle pose with his broad shoulders rhythmically hopping up and down while facing Little Mac who hopped in place, behind them observing were Doc Luis and Ken. On one of the garden pathways surrounded by flowers strolled Shulk and Fiora who were hand in hand leaning their heads to each other. In the big ass pool was Toon Link on a giant float that looked like a pirate ship, who was being scolded by Tetra. On two lawn chairs next to the pool were Captain Falcon and Jody Summers. On the far side was a playground where Ness and Lucas were on the swings along with Paula and Kumatora. Near the playground on a patch of dirt were Olimar, Alph and Louie who were observing a worm while surrounded by pikmin. In the hedge maze were Pac-Man and Ms Pac-Man who were going around eating yellow dots oddly littered about. Swinging across the branches way in the back was Dk and DDk who were joined by Dixie and Cranky Kong, though the latter just observed them. And lastly on one of the balconies were Palutena and Pit, along with Viridi who had already stuck herself to Pit.

*inside*

"How ironic is this!" Sumia said while nudging Chrom, "my battle companion is a winged horse. And now our little girl has a winged companion of her own!" Sumia said while simultaneously Pinching Lucina's cheeks. "Oh mommy couldn't be more proud of you!" She adds while hugging the life out of Lucina.

"Yeah the irony…" Chrom said before he turned to Robin. "You've been awfully quiet?" He asked as the tactician nervously cleared his throat.

"I was just letting you all take in the moment" he said while simultaneously shrugging his shoulders.

"So… Who is your partner Robin?" Chrom asked while Robin rubbed the back of his head.

"Yeah… He's not the greeting type, trust me" Robin said.

"Oh for F… it's a man literally dubbed 'The King of Evil' he's partnered with" Pittoo interjects while Robin gives him a wtf face.

"..." Chrom just stared at Robin, completely lost.

"It's not like we pick our partners," Robin said while motioning to Lucina and Dark Pit. "Right? We don't pick them, Lucina?" He says while she shoots him a dirty look.

"Yes, they are pre assigned and that's final!" She responds.

"Yeah it's not like we're ever offered the opportunity to reassign by the high ups." Robin remarked with a pout and a shrug.

"Well I think you lucked out!" Sumia said, putting her arms around Lucina and Dark Pit. "I bet you two make a killer dynamic duo who beat anything and anyone in the battlefield! Overcoming all adds to come out on top!" She says while they both awkwardly look away. Thinking back to their first ever training session she punched him in the face, their next was just as agitating. And their first practice match was literally crashed by Giga Bowser who almost wiped them both out. After that they started losing match after match after match as Lucina's heart just wasn't in it anymore. Aaaand then there were the therapy sessions with Peach which almost always ended in a dumpster fire.

"Yeah…" Lucina said awkwardly while Sumia looked on and smiled very happily and excitedly for them.

"Well who wants refreshments?" Pittoo says while handing out plastic cups to everyone with some punch.

"Well, we should probably head out and join all the others," Robin adds while motioning out the door with his head. As they begin to head out they run into Palutena coming down the hall.

"Oh hello you must be Lucina's guests, you are?" She greets them with a warm smile.

"That would be me, and I'm technically this one's mother!" Sumia said, while booping Lucina on the nose. "Former Pegasus knight, now queen of Ylisse, Sumia at your service! And you are?" She asked the goddess.

"And this is Chrom, Father/king" Robin said while motioning towards the blunette beside him.

"Oh well I'm technically this one's mother" she says booping Dark Pit on the nose. "Goddess of Light, Palutena at your service" she says while straightening her posture and the guests jaw hits the floor.

"D-did she just s-say..." Sumia began.

"G-Goddess?" Chrom finished.

"Oh come on she's got nothing special about her apart from the fact that she glows" Pittoo remarked with a scoff.

"Kids… They say the darndest things right?" Palutena said with a chuckle while clamped Pittoos lips shut.

"Oh you don't have to tell me!" Sumia said as she laughed along while patting Lucina in the back.

"This place is tripping me out, first king of evil, now a literal goddess?!" Chrom whispered to Robin who just exhaled.

"Oh trust me,you've seen nothing yet…" Robin said with a smirk. "Which reminds me I have something you should see in my room excuse me while I retrieve it real quick." Robin adds as he excused himself from the group.

"We were just heading out, care to join us?" Sumia turned and asked the goddess who nodded gleefully.

"Love to!" She says while they walk on, hand in hand with Lucina and Dark Pit. Both Palutena and Sumia strolled on while making casual remarks about their 'children', embarrassing the poor duo.

"Ugh, kill meee…" They both mental groan.

When they round another corner Chrom bumps into someone exciting the rec room, someone he was never expecting to bump into here of all places.

"Ow?"

"Hey, what are you doing here?"

"Me? You're the one who said you're too busy to come!"

"Besides that if you're here who's watching the kingdom and the baby?!"

"Would you stop doing that!?"

"Woah, woah ok not your Chrom, not your Lissa" Raven interjects while coming between them.

"Err… Robin?" Chrom said, looking at her as if she grew a second head. Right before Sumia spat her drink all over Chrom's face she happened to be sipping from.

"Oh dear… Robin? Um you've changed?" Sumia said, completely baffled at 'his' new appearance. Meanwhile Chrom stood there rather annoyed with a dripping wet face.

"What's wrong with you? you're acting as if you've never met her!" Lissa says, slightly shaking Chrom's arm. He takes out a handkerchief and begins wiping his face as Lucina quickly jumps in to defuse the situation.

"Mother, Father I know how it must seem trust me, however this is not Robin." Lucina says stepping in front of her parents. They both give her puzzled looks as she sighs motioning to the tactician. "This is Raven, Robin's twin sister," She informed the pair. Just then Sumia spat her drink all over Chrom's face she happened to be sipping from.

"He has a sister?!" She asked while Chrom slowly turned his dripping face towards her with a wtf look. Pittoo was in the back silently hollering to himself while leaning against the wall going red in the face. "Oh Chrom, why are you wet darling?" Sumia says while taking out a handkerchief and wiping off his face.

"Well to clear things up, I technically am Robin except from a different dimension where as you can see I wasn't born male. And to also clarify this Lissa is from my world not yours, so no your sister did not leave the castle unattended." Raven spoke up while Lissa poked Chrom's cheek.

"So this is a Chrom from another world?" She asked, looking at him as if he was some foreign object. "That's tripping" she adds.

"Yeah but I prefer to go by Raven now and me and my twin established a brother sister relationship so as to not make anyone think too much about it." Raven finished her explanation before he sighed, yeah it was gnarly circumstances.

"Oh hello!" Lissa pipes up as she spots Robin entering the hall they were at, "look at you!" She says while casually circling around him.

"Ah I see you've met my sister then?" He says while they nod.

"This is weirdly awesome!" Sumia says while looking at the twins standing side by side. "Just look at them!" She said motioning towards them.

"My head hurts…" Chrom admitted while trying to take in all the information, angels, goddesses, and now an interdimensional Robin and Lissa. What's next, a blast from the past? ("That's called foreshadowing!" Roy says randomly while somewhere else.)

*later*

NOM NOM NOM NOM. Ike devoured a grilled chicken leg like there was no tomorrow.

"Jeez Ike, you act like you haven't eaten in weeks!" Mist says as he places more chicken down while devouring one.

"You have no idea!" He said leaving the bone clean and tossing it aside. "I've been looking forward to this for SO long!" He said burping into his hand.

"That would probably also explain that" Ilia said, jerking her thumb behind her. Where Link was flipping around some steak and plowing through one at the same time.

"REAL CHEESE!" Pit cried out as he was currently munching on a large plate of nachos.

"With any luck lunch will be done by the time noon comes around then we'll have plenty of time to make dinner!" Link says tossing meat left and right and doing tricks.

"Yeah, we're so good at this!" Ike adds while juggling some chicken before perfectly throwing them all into a large serving tray.

"Assuming you both don't eat it all first…" Mist remarked as Ike and Link tapped drumsticks together before going to town on them.

"Don't… Worry… There's more… There's more where that… More where that came from!" Ike said in between eating.

"And when you've been without real meat for as long as we have" Link begins before shoving a whole drumstick in his mouth and taking out a clean bone. "It's sho mugh bottor" he said while slowly chewing and savoring the flavor.

Riiiiight" Ilia said, "well where is Zelda I think I want to say my hellos to her now…" Ilia adds. Link holds up his hand while he begins chewing faster and breathing out the steam of the hot chicken from time to time.

"Yeah Ike, you promised we'd do something exciting. And frankly watching you stuff your face is far from it." Mist says, now Ike held up a finger while chewing and breathing out heavily due to the hot of the grill chicken.

"Knowing it's almost late morning she and Midna most likely got dragged into Peach's morning tea party." Link finally says with a shrug, "but I mean come on what's greater than the great outdoors?" He says turning towards the woods while taking a long breath of fresh air.

"Yeah nothing is more exciting than the outdoors in the crisp late morning air!" Ike adds placing his hand on Mist's head with a long relaxed sigh.

"Yeah… Your chicken is on fire…" She quickly points out and both Ike and Link scrambled towards the grill and began smacking the thing with their spatulas.

"Look at them, they're supposed to be our role models" Mist says as she crosses her arms and shakes her head. Just then Links hat catched on fire and Ike began to smack Link with the spatula.

"Yeah… I hear ya..." Ilia says as they both turn to each other then giggle at their clumsy 'role models.'

"Oh hey look Roy and his now wife arrived!" Ike says while the redhead heads over with his arm raised in the air waving at them.

"Sup guys, how's the cookout going?" Roy asks while stopping in front of the pair.

"Good!"

"Terrible!"

He gets two different replies from the guys and gals. "Sounds great!" He says holding out a thumbs up.

"Hey where's Marth I thought he'd be with you?" Ike said, looking around for the prince.

"I thought he was with you guys? I've been looking for him because he challenged us to a game of charades!" Roy said while motioning between him and Lilina. "He better not back out on me!" Roy states with a huff.

"Oh you know Marth, he probably went to hide to get some alone time with his lady, like he's done for every tournament in a row." Link said while he flipped meats around.

"But we're supposed to be spending that time together…" Roy said as he hung his head.

"Oh come now Roy," Lilina says, "I'm sure your bosom buddy didn't abandon you" she assures him while scratching him under his chin with her index finger. Ike and Link turn to each other before they burst out laughing and point at Roy.

"I told you that in confidence…" Roy whined while she giggled a little and hugged him.

"Like it was such a big secret anyway" she said.

"She's right, I'll actually be surprised if there wasn't someone who knew you and Marth were bosom buddies!" Ike said while Roy just kinda shrugged it off.

"Meh, guess you're right," he said casually.

"Shulk my man from another land!" Link said as the monado wielder appeared holding hands with his own wife before he and Link did their secret handshake.

"Hey why don't we have a handshake like that?" Roy said while nudging Ike.

"That's because us blondes gotta stick together" Link said while he and Shulk ruffle each other's hair. Then Ike and Roy looked up at their own hair before looking at each other.

"You just had to be a redhead…" Ike said with a tisk while slowly shaking his head.

"Hey, it's not my fault! Blames my genetics…" Roy said with a huge pout.

"Yeah me and Marth have our own secret headshake, us blue heads gotta stick together!" Ike said, putting his hands on his hips and puffing out his chest. "If only he were here though…" Ike states as he quickly deflated.

"WHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!?" Roy shouted as his jaw hit the floor. "Y-you… And M-Marth?" He said while pointing at Ike with a shaky finger.

"Well I mean I was the only other blue head around no naturally it just happened." Ike said with a shrug of his shoulders. Roy however just walked over to a wall, placed his arm on it, then looked back one more time, before he turned around and began sobbing exaggeratingly into it while a little rain cloud formed over him.

"Oh don't worry Roy, I'm sure you'll have a secret handshake of your own one day" Lilina assured him while rubbing his back.

"Oh you're just saying that…" He huffed.

"What makes you say that? She asked, puzzled.

"You're one of them!" He said motioning to the fact she also had blue hair.

"Like you said, blame my genetics" she responds plainly.

"Besides, don't you have your whole 'Code of the Roys' thing with Roy Koopa?" Shulk adds while Roy looks back at them.

"Oh yeah…" He says, "I honestly forgot about that!" He admits and then shrugs. "We'll I guess everyone has their own thing then!" He says with a big cheery smile.

"Roy Koopa?" Lilina asked, completely lost.

"Oh right yeah, it's a long story I'll tell you at dinner when I introduce you to my new partner." Roy responds excitedly while tugging on her sleeves.

"Hey guys!" Robin chimed in, appearing out of nowhere followed by a certain Bluenette.

"Robin!" The guys cheered gathering around the tactician.

"Everyone, I'd like you to meet Chrom, my best friend!" Robin says motioning to said person.

"This is Shulk," Robin said, motioning to the blonde.

"How do you do mate?" Shulk greeted giving him a nod. "Hang on, isn't this Lucina's dad?" He asked the tactician.

"Yes I am Lucina's father" Chrom admits while the guys gave Robin awkward looks, he decided to ignore it however.

"Hey, that means he's also a descendant of Marth!" Shulk adds shortly after with a snap of his fingers, "thats awesome!"

"Yes, yes we share lineage with the hero king." Chrom says while Robin cleared his throat and continued.

"And over here is Link" Robin points to the elf.

"Hut!" Link grunts while tipping his cap.

"Aaaaand over here is Ike" Robin said motioning towards the mercenary.

"Hold on!" Chrom says holding out his hand and turning to Robin, "as in the Ike?" Chrom asked while Ike grinned to himself and did a pose.

"That's right, the one the only! I'm Ike freaking Greil!" He says while Mist rolled her eyes behind him.

"No way I actually met one of your descendants!" Chrom said as they shook hands.

"What really?!" Ike said surprised then turned to Robin, "you never told me you guys ran into my descendant!?" Ike said and crossed his arms while Robin casually shrugged.

"Uh, must have slipped my mind…" He said while smiling sheepishly. Of course he remembered but all he remembered was the long tedious ramblings of Priam. Just then Ike is pushed aside by Roy who takes Chrom's hand and shakes it vigorously.

"And I'm Roy, as in, the Roy I'm sure you've heard all about me and met my even greater descendant who no doubt turned the tide for you and your army." He says while Chrom looked at Robin then back at Roy.

"Actually no, while yes I know who you are as you are indeed another of the great heroes of legend. There was no one who carried your blade nor had any association to you." Chrom said while Roy gasped in shock

"WHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!?" Roy exclaimed then threw his arms about. "What the hell, so Marth's lineage and even Ike's are still going strong way into the future but me? What happened to the Roy's? Where's the love and appreciation?" Roy rambled on.

"There, there" Lilina said while petting the red head. "I'm sure they are out there somewhere." She assured him while he sniffled and looked deflated.

"I mean that could be the case, there are many regions in our vast world I have yet to explore, who's to say there isn't an island out there with your legacy on it." Chrom said, patting the redhead on the shoulder with a reassuring smile.

"Aw shucks you know just what to say and how to say it you little rascal, just like Marth… Oh you!" Roy says while waving his arm about completely flattered.

"Wait you know the hero-king?" Chrom asked surprised and Roy turned to Robin then back at Chrom.

"You mean you haven't told him?" Roy asked the tactician who rubbed the back of his head.

"Not really… I want it to be a surprise" he said while Chrom turned to him.

"Tell me what? What's going on Robin?" Chrom asked, completely lost while the guys began to grin ear to ear.

*meanwhile*

He heard rattling in the vents and slowly lifted his head and a sly smirk spread across his lips. Shortly thereafter one of the vent covers begins to rumble and shake before it is knocked off its screws and lands on the floor with a metallic clank. Then silence… He closed his eyes and listened, only hearing the rhythmic tapping of small feet dashing around. "What took you so long?" He remarked while the sound of jingling keys echoed in the room.

"You know I haven't released you yet, right?" Came the twisted voice of a child.

"Right, well you might want to hurry it up, don't want to get caught when your hand is this far in the jar." He replies while the outlines to the glass panel separating them flashed a bluish white light before it completely retracted into the ground.

"How did they get you anyway?" The child asked while he stretched out and removed his cufflinks with the keys.

"How was I supposed to know the damn princess placed a tracker on the damn idiot" he breathed out frustratingly.

"Riiiight," the child replied. "I've never seen her so furious before to be honest… I'm surprised she didn't kill you then and there. The level of self control that that woman has is commendable!" The child said right as they pushed open the large metal door to the lockup stepping out of the dark room. Dark Link and DTL looked around before they proceed forward.

"There's a reason she's not as easy of a target as Link." Dark Link remarked while making sure the coast was clear. "What did you do to the little squirt on watch duty?" Dark Link asked, knowing there is always a lookout Mii while DTL grinned to himself.

"He got a little ahead of himself" he replies while Dark Link exhales in amusement. "So what now, did the plan fail?" DTL asked while Dark Link stopped at the end of the hall to look out the window.

"No, no," he said slowly and shook his head gently. "It has merely been postponed for now" he adds watching the large crowd and their visitors all engaging in various activities out back.

"Won't they notice you've gone?" DTL asked as he sat at the base of a statue nearby. Dark Link turns to him, then back out the window watching with distaste.

"Not really, they're all too busy with their little festivities to even bother with the likes of us. I mean even Peach was set free to mingle among them. We can proceed accordingly and this distraction should give us all the time to set everything in motion." Dark Link responds while DTL grins to himself. "Everything will go according to plan, soon things will normalize for us and we'll have our sadistic friend back to his sadistic ways. As for the others I'm afraid they'll just be forever baffled over the sudden mysterious circumstance that occurred." Dark Link said, watching his intended target with a psychotic smile across his face.

"Speaking of which I procured the items you asked for" DTL adds as Dark Link extended his hand and he was handed two silver bracelets. Dark Link closed his hand around them looking quite pleased.

"Good, now let us join the others down below. We wouldn't want anyone to think we're hiding." Dark Link said motioning towards the stairs.

"Right!" The dark child replied as they headed off towards the lower floors. They walked down the hall towards the basement door and pushed it open descending down the stairs. There was light streaming in from behind the black door which was left ajar. Dark Link pushed it open into the back wall which caused all eyes to go on them. Bowser, Ganon and Dedede sat in the middle playing cards as usual while Kamek floated next to Bowser, Wario and Waluigi stood in the way back currently playing pinball, meanwhile Bowser Jr was in the back punching the punching bag repeatedly with his clown car.

"I'm back bitches!" Dark Link says while throwing up his arms and walking in casually.

"Weren't you locked up for beating up Link?" Dedede says while scratching his head.

"What, that? Come on thats the usual Tuesday for us, I torture Link, we have a good laugh about it then we go back to the normal." He states nonchalantly while taking a seat at their table.

"That sounds about right," Bowser agreed, then looked back down at his cards. "I fold," he says, placing them down and crossing his arms with a huff. Just then they hear a loud piercing sound like nails on a chalkboard, making them cover their ears.

"Ha! Weaklings, the bunch of you!" A gruff voice said from the other side of the door.

"Is that?" Bowser said while arching an eyebrow. The door swings open and in steps the infamous leader of StarWolf with a toothy grin.

"Missed me?" He says holding out his arms.

"Wolf!" They cheered.

"Ahhh now here's someone who gets it!" Dark Link says while he and Wolf clasped their hands. "How's it been, you damn furball?" Dark Link remarked while Wolf chuckled.

"Pretty freaking great! You overdone primate!" He responds as he takes his seat at their table. "How's it been here, got stale without me huh?" Wolf says while looking around at the others.

"Naw we got someone just as sadistic as you to fill in your space actually" Dark Link replied while leaning back in his seat and kicking up his feet.

"So I heard," Wolf says, tapping a claw against his cards. "There's fresh meat here" he adds with a toothy grin.

*outside*

"You put my mother down right now!" Lucina demanded while the Dark Angel landed in front of her.

"Hey she's the one who said she wanted a birds eye view of the place" Pittoo says with a plain shrug.

"What's wrong Lucy?" Sumia asked, however Lucina ignored her and walked straight to Pittoo.

"You expect me to just believe that!?" Lucina said, jabbing her finger into Dark Pit's chest.

"What? Oh come on what did I ever do that was so horrible?" He scoffed and looked offended about her remark.

"Oh I don't know…" She begins, "maybe that when you took me for the same 'joyride' I found myself wedgied on the highest point of the mansion!" She exclaimed and gave him a shove. Pittoo however fell to the floor dying of laughter and going red in the face.

"I almost… I-I" he said while slamming his hand on the ground, "I almost forgot about that!" He said completely amused and wiped away the tears in his eyes.

"Yeah well I'm not giving you the satisfaction of it happening again!" Lucina turned around only to find empty space. "Mother?" She said while looking around for any trace of her.

"Here we are!" Sumia said, coming out of nowhere and appearing behind Dark Pit. Handing him a small flower and one to Lucina.

"Mother not this again..." Lucina groaned but Sumia held up her finger.

"Now now Lucy, and I mean you two were having a moment so I decided to bring us a little something" She says while she gets them to sit atop the grassy field they stood on.

"What is this?" Pittoo asked curiously.

"Flower fortunes!" Sumia said all giddy. While Pittoo looked back and forth between them.

"Oh come on it'll be fun, you loved doing these as a child!" Sumia says, placing the flower back into Lucina's hand. "Alright now ask the flower about any fortunes you wish to know of?" Sumia instructed while Pittoo sighed.

"Let's see… Will the soda I drank earlier give me gas later?" He asked while Sumia gave him a flat look.

"Oh come on you can ask better than that!" She encouraged while he looked in thought.

"Alright, will I make it to the top tier by the end of this tournament?" He asked the flower before she motioned him to hand it back.

"Let's see what the flower says?" She said, gently taking hold of one of its pedals. "You'll make it… You won't… You'll make it… You won't… you'll make it… You won't…" She said slowly while plucking the last petal making Dark Pit cross his arms with a big frown.

"Yeah this is dumb" he said while Sumia waved him off.

"Oh no no don't get the wrong idea, just because you didn't get the outcome you desired doesn't mean you'll fail." She assured him, "See, it just means that you still have a lot of work ahead of you to better yourself to be the best you, that way you'll work your hardest to guarantee you get the outcome you wanted!" She said while he looked at her dumbfounded.

"I can't believe I'm saying this but that almost makes sense" he says while she smiles.

"Of course it does, maybe you were fated to get this outcome. See if you would've gotten what you wanted you probably would've gotten a big head about it and stopped improving yourself." She says while Pittoo looked away a little flustered, of course that would've fueled his gigantic ego she completely hit the nail on the head on that.

"Now what do you want to know?" Sumia asked, turning to her daughter while the dark angel was lost in thought.

"Just ask it yes or no for me please" Lucina said, handing her the flower.

"Yes or no what?" Sumia asked, confused but Lucina avoided her gaze.

"It hardly matters," Lucina admits.

"Well It doesn't work like that dear" Sumia says.

"I'll tell you later I promise just not now" Lucina assures her while Sumia just sighed and agreed nevertheless. She takes the flower from Lucina and begins to gently pluck the petals. "Robin…" Lucina said in her mind as her mother plucked the last petal.

"Yes?" Sumia said then turned to Lucina to try and gauge her reaction. "I hope that was a good thing?" She said while Lucina stood up from her spot.

"I have yet to determine that myself" she said while Sumia gave her a puzzled look. "We should probably meet up with father again," she said and began walking down the hill towards the mansion.

"Right!" Sumia said following behind. Dark Pit snapped out of his thoughts and stood from his spot following behind them.

"I think I got it!" Dark Pit exclaimed, "here do mine again!" He said, handing Sumia another flower.

"Oh fortunes don't work that way either silly, you can't change your future by simply thinking about it, you must take action. Be the change you wish to see." She tells the angel and plucks the flower into his hair giving him a warm smile.

"Right…" He says as he now began to plan out a new crazy training regimen for him and his partner.

"Yeah the Shulkster strikes out again!" Shulk says, raising his hand in the air and getting a mega high five from Link. "Yeah the Shulk man strikes again whoo hoo!" He says while hopping in place and spinning around. That is until he turns to see Fiora giving him a look making him stop briefly. "What's up?" He asked, giving her a sheepish smile.

"I'm not sure, but you've just been acting pretty weird…" She says looking in thought.

"What come on, the Shulk man has always been the same ol Shulk man baby!" He assured her, raising his arms about again and got nervous when the others glanced at him.

"Well I mean you're acting an awful lot like Reyn rather than yourself" She says while he scoff laughs at her looking around at the other guys like if he was saying 'I have no idea what she's on about.' But everyone was now giving him skeptical looks.

"Awh poo!" He says dropping his arms and hanging his head. "I guess the jig is up…" He says with a long sigh removing the sunglasses he had on.

"What's going on Shulk, what jig?" Link asked.

"Well I should probably start from the beginning…" He says while twiddling his thumbs. "See when I first arrived here and met all of you I thought I wouldn't fit in with you guys too well, I mean we have Ike the muscle head of the group, Link the brave and energetic one, Pit the 'little bro' of the group, and then there was me… You want to know what my best trait was… Being a bookworm that's right I love to read! I'll admit even with Robin around I decided not to reveal myself because even he made being a bookworm interesting, since you know he can make lighting and fire with books." Shulk says, "So instead I decided to create 'fun' Shulk to try and fit in with you guys better. And I mean I've been a staple part of this group since, even though we grew with the additions of Lucina, Marth and Roy, 'fun' Shulk made a very positive impact." He finished and hung his head again.

"That would actually explain a few things…" Link said, tapping his chin.

"Like what?" Ike asked, scratching his head.

"Well…"

*flashback*

"Why do you need this many books on nightmares?" Link says placing another stack of books down at the table Zelda sat at.

"Oh just a little side project of mine which is to help some friends with their dilemma. While I'd love to explain, I know you'd just space out halfway through, just like you are now!" She says watching him stare off into the distance.

"I'm sorry what happened?" He said coming back to his senses.

"Nothing Link you can go now!" She says motioning him off with one hand as she flipped through a book with the other. Just then Shulk came down one of the book isles with several books in hand before stopping dead in his tracks. Both hylians just stared at him while he dropped the books in his hands and began chuckling nervously.

"This isn't the arcade!" He said while looking around, "I must have gotten lost!"

*flashback end*

"Yeah that now makes sense…" Ike agreed.

"There was also that time..." Roy began.

*flashback*

*Bump*

"Oh my apologies!" Raven said as she bumped into Roy and dropped some of her books.

"Oh it's quite alright I should watch where im going" Roy said, "here let me help with that!" He adds picking up some of the books. "Uuuuuh…" He says picking up the last book and looking it over. A blonde man's guide to... the title ironically stated very specifically as he showed her the cover.

"Ohhh yeah that, um yeah Robin asked me to get that for him. Yes Robin!" She quickly blurts and snatches the book from him. "Gotta go see ya!" She adds and quickly leaves.

*Flashback end*

*Sigh* "yeah I used Raven as my cover and it worked pretty well, I mean how else do you think we got along so well as partners?" Shulk admitted while they murmured.

"And I mean I am pretty good at keeping secrets!" Raven piped up.

"Yes and I very much appreciated that, but I guess it's all out in the open now… In any case I'm sorry for deceiving you all. I guess I got a little too ahead of myself trying to make an impression that I lost sight of myself…" Shulk says while a long sigh and hangs his before Roy steps up to him patting him on the shoulder.

"Awh dude don't worry about it, we will be your brothers in arms regardless you didn't need to impress us!" The redhead assured him.

"Yeah dude I mean you're still a pretty cool guy regardless if you're 'fun' Shulk or not." Link said while casually shrugging his shoulders.

"Really? How so?" Shulk said, perking up a little.

"I mean dude you can literally see what happens before it happens, how freaking is cool is that right guys!" Pit says while nudging the Monado wielder. The others however nodded in agreement with the angel.

"Yeah and the way your sword flashes based on its power is a pretty awe inspiring thing to see in battle!" Ike said, giving him a thumbs up.

"Yeah no matter what you are you'll still be one of us!" Link says while they all nod.

"Aww you guys…" Shulk said while wiping his eyes. "I don't know what to say" he adds while Ike opens up his arms with a grin.

"Come on, bring it in!" He says grabbing the blonde and giving him a big ol hug while the others jumped in as well.

"GROUP HUG!" Pit exclaimed as he jumped into the fray.

"Can't… Breathe…" Shulk squealed out but nevertheless was overjoyed.

"Well I think lunch is just about done, let's begin setting up the benches so we have someplace to sit!" Link says while looking around the yard.

"Right, let's go men! Ready? Brek!" Roy says before they all take off in different directions to help.

"Where's father?" Lucina asked while looking around for said swordsman.

"He's one of them now…" Sumia pointed out as Chrom was smack in the middle of the large huddle that took off having a blast. Lucina sighs but ignores it regardless he deserved to have some fun after all.

*later*

The majority of the smashers all sat around various benches that were prettied up for the occasion with fancy tablecloths. In the middle of every one was a stack of paper plates with paper cups and plastic spoons, knives and forks. There was a large long table with large trays all holding a variety of food that was prepared that day along with different drinks. Lucina and her parents all sat in one of the benches with Robin, Raven and Lissa, along with Roy and Ike which also included Mist and Lilina. They were all having small conversations from time to time until Roy felt his phone vibrate in his pocket.

"Oh?" He said and took it out as a huge grin plastered on his face shortly after. "Robin, Ike I think it's about that time" Roy says while motioning towards Chrom.

"Wot?" The bluenette said as he slowly chewed his food looking between them.

"Well I did tell you I had a big surprise for you didn't I?" Robin says while getting up from seat.

"Right!" Chrom said, "well then let's see this surprise of yours then," he said as he too stood from his seat.

"Ooooooh I love surprises!" Sumia said while clapping her hands excitedly.

"Oh you'll both looooove this!" Ike says with a big grin.

"Yup he said to meet him in the lounge next to the back door." Roy tells them while pocketing his phone.

"Wait what surprise? What's going on?" Lucina says as she shoots up from her seat.

"Oh well it's time your parents finally met a certain someone…" Roy says with a nudge and wink.

"Oh that… Then yes, let's show them then!" She agrees and they head off. They all enter through the back door and immediately take a left turn towards a different hall, eventually coming to a set of double doors. Roy stops in front of them and turns back to look at the group, the guests all looking at him in anticipation wondering what the redhead had in store. He wiggles his eyebrows before he turns back, placing his hands on the knobs and twisting them. He then stepped aside and motioned Chrom and Sumia forward while the others watched with excitement. This lounge was rather small compared to the others that were spread around the mansion. It had a small couch that was barely a two seater that was a cream color with gold trimmings on it sat in front of a small fireplace, there was a small stand next to the couch which currently held two drinks on it. A chandelier hangs overhead that has its lights toned down while in the back a large window sat with its drapes partly opened. And sat on the couch currently were two bluenettes who had their heads leaned against each other. Roy cleared his throat and one of them turned before he stood from his seat and composed himself.

"Mother, Father…" Lucina said while the figure made its way around the couch. "Meet the Hero-King Marth," she says, extending her hand towards Marth while their eyes pop out of their heads and their jaws hit the floor. Chrom looked back at the others to see if this wasn't some sort of illusion or elaborate prank. They all just had grins on their faces however they weren't mischievous ones more of excited ones. Chrom then looks back towards Marth who politely bows his head while having his arms behind his back. Right before Chrom fainted into his wife's arms who happened to catch him.

"Oh gods' Chrom!" Sumia says while fanning his face with her hand.

"What is it with you?" Ike says while crossing his arms and giving Marth a look. Lucina just sweatdropped knowing he referred to the fact that she had the same exact reaction meeting Marth.

"Chrom? Chrom! Can you hear me!?" Sumia said while shaking him lightly, "snap out of it!" She says slapping him back and forth across the face in rapid succession.

"Oh dear…" Caeda says joining Marth at his side…
