Disclaimer I do not own anything related to the fanfic other than the OC. All characters and others go to Ben 10 and other… people that it goes to.

You'll see…

Enjoy!

Isn't this great?

I have been floating in this void for so long because I died for no reason.

No, I will not go into details. All I would say is that it involves a drunk person, a flamingo, and poor life decisions.

Yeah, I don't understand how it happened either, okay?

Well, I guess I can monologue for a bit since I have the time. Maybe introduce myself.

*Cough Cough*

My name is Soul. I am a black-haired kid with red eyes and…

I think I'm starting to have issues.

I'm about to go crazy here! It's been a long time since I have been in this void!

I stop counting after my fourth digit!

Well, it can't go worst from here.

Wait, what's that light?

Is that my way out?

Or is that someone taking me away?

I-

Soul suddenly woke up in a forest. He didn't know what was going on. 'It definitely beats staying in the void.' He thought. 'Though I really shouldn't tempt Murphy...'

He decided to check himself out, but he was shocked.

"What the hell!?"

He was now younger. Probably around when he was ten years old. He did not want to be younger and go through puberty again.

Soul decided to get past that and saw that he was wearing a deep red hoodie with black lines around it, a red t-shirt that separate itself on its side with a black line, and some red and black shorts.

He deadpanned at that. He wasn't exactly complaining, red and black are his favorite colors, but this was a bit too much.

He decided to check his pockets and found the pocket knife that his d̶̤͖̭͍̻̳̏̂́̚a̸̠̹̠̥͕̎̀ḏ̶̡̡̢̡̥̺̻̰̩̍͗̿̈́́ gave him and a black bag on his back.

Soul stopped for a moment. He tried to think back, but for some reason, he can't remember who gave him his knife. Soul decided to look at his knife so it might come back to him.

The handle itself was red with an attachment to stay hooked in his pocket. There was also a variation of locks on it. It had a hole at the end of the handle.

The knife was a switchblade. The blade itself was a curved shape with a crimson hue on it.

Soul remembered that the blade itself was very sharp since he and his d̶̤͖̭͍̻̳̏̂́̚a̸̠̹̠̥͕̎̀ḏ̶̡̡̢̡̥̺̻̰̩̍͗̿̈́́ sharpened it to cut anything with ease.

Soul remembered that he got it on his birthday. His d̶̤͖̭͍̻̳̏̂́̚a̸̠̹̠̥͕̎̀ḏ̶̡̡̢̡̥̺̻̰̩̍͗̿̈́́ got it for him as his m̷̧̨̡̗̜̫͉̭̲̝̀͌̈́̊̈́̾́͠ͅͅo̸̳͖͊́̇͌͑̅̅̃̂͝͠͝m̷͉̉͒̀͐͗̿̀̇͘̕ was yelling at him for getting a dangerous weapon. His b̴̛̳̩̯͎̩͉͖̮̓͂͆̀̀͠ŗ̸͚̪̥̥͖̘̓͊͗̎̏́̕͝͝ͅo̵̧̰̅̌̾̉̑͗̃͐̾̕t̸̢̫̗̳̲͍̙̹̖͓͇̓̿ȟ̵̜̎̐̌͛̚̕e̵͖̝̰̕r̴̟͍͚̦̈́̊ was jealous of it. And-.

'What the…' Soul thought.

Soul panicked and tried to think back to any memory, but it only got worse. He couldn't remember any of his family and friends. All he has is his personal life and that's about it. Including his death.

He doesn't understand why. Why can't he remember his family?

Soul took a deep breath and calm himself down. Questions for later about that. It will do him nothing if he keeps on panicking. He decided to check out this bag.

He opened the bag and inside was a mask.

The mask seems to be primarily white looking like a skull. It had two big eyes on them. The mouth was shaped to be a thin line with two lines being perpendicular at the sides. The eyes and mouth seem to be dye with red. It even came with a red hood.

Soul rolled his eyes around that. What's with the red today? It doesn't help that his last name means vermillion which is a shade of red too.

Anyway, Soul also seems to notice that there is something on his neck. He can't tell what it is. It seemed to be a collar.

Before Soul got to check it out, he heard something. The sound came from the sky.

Soul looked up and saw that there was a fireball coming down, but it seemed to shift direction.

It seemed familiar to him. Where did he see this?

He decided to check it out. It was better than standing around.

He shoved the mask back into the bag, and he followed the trail to see where the fireball landed. Hopefully, someone will check it out and help him out.

When Soul went to the crash site, he saw someone and was about to call out to him, but he realized where he is when he got a closer look. He saw the familiar black and white t-shirt and the brown hair.

He was in Ben 10!

This was not good. Soul like the cartoon a lot, but there are way too many dangers here. There were a lot of villains that could kill him with the snap of their fingers. Vilgax, Kevin 11, Ze'Skayr, even the low-class villains could kill him.

You can laugh at Dr. Animo all you want, but do you want to take on a mutated frog bigger than a car?

Soul shook his head. He may as well greet Ben and stick with him. There isn't much to go around, and Soul figured he would be safe with them.

Maybe minus the fact that Max Tennyson has weird taste buds.

Soul went to greet Ben where he was trying to mess with the watch when he noticed there was something different about him.

Ben 10 had a feminine voice since his actor was a female, but his voice was even more feminine. His hair seems to also be a bit longer and- Soul facepalms since he just realized why he seems different.

Or rather "she" seems different.

Where's Professor Paradox when you need him?

"Hey, there." 'Ben' greeted. Soul got her attention from the facepalm. "You alright dude? You were just standing there."

Well, nothing ventured, nothing gained.

"Um, yeah, sorry about that. You just seem familiar for some reason," Soul gave out a weak lie. It probably isn't a good idea to give people existential crisis. "Anyways, my name is Soul."

"Jen Tennyson," Jen introduced herself, then was getting back to the Omnitrix by trying to take it off with a stick before it broke. "Aw-man…"

"What's up?" Soul asked.

"Just trying to get this dumb thing off. It latched onto me." Jen complained as she pressed a button that caused the faceplate to go up. It then showed a silhouette. "Whoa, cool."

"Um, are you sure you should be messing with that?" Soul asked seeing the silhouette, and he knows what was gonna happen, making him back up. "You did say it latched itself onto you right?"

"How can I not mess with it?" Jen asked pressing down on the faceplate.

Soul flinched at the flash of green light that blinded him before feeling the heat.

Soul was blinking to fix his eyesight as he saw Heatblast in a slender form with the faceplate on her obvious chest.

Jen looked down and freaked out. "I'm on fire! I'm on fire!" She began to go straight toward Soul.

"Hey! Don't go near me! I would rather not be barbeque!" Soul screamed now running away from the Pyro girl.

Jen thankfully calmed down when she realized something. "Hey, I'm on fire and I'm okay!" She said with a smirk. "Check it out! I'm totally hot!"

Soul decided to facepalm again at the pun. He then looked up and had his eyes widen when Jen decided to shoot out a fireball at a branch. "Are you crazy, Jen!?" Soul shouted making Jen jump since she forgot he was there. "You're gonna cause a forest fire!"

"Oh, right," Jen looked a bit sorry and thanked Soul for that. Thankfully, the blast didn't spread much so Soul decided to make sure by stomping on it. "Man, I would've been so busted for that if it happened."

"Really? That's what you're worried about," Soul deadpanned.

Jen shrugged before she noticed something around Soul's neck. "Hey, you also have one of those thingies too except yours looks cooler. Don't know why it's around your neck."

Soul raised his eyebrows and forgot about that. He tried to look down, but couldn't see what it looks like. "Hey, Jen. Can you see what it looks like? I can't see what it is."

"Yeah, just give me a sec," Jen crouched down to see what it looks like. "It seems to have six-sided and is colored red and black. There is some kind of jaw shaped on the top and bottom of it. It seems to be attached to the red spike collar. Hey, you got an idea what these-?"

Soul stopped paying attention to what Jen was saying. Soul just realized what was on his neck.

One of the most dangerous devices that are both bad for Jen and himself. The Nemetrix.

Minus the stupid name, the Nemetrix was hosting some of the most dangerous predators that exist in this universe and made to be a counter for the Omnitrix. The downside is that it would wear down the user's sanity if you're a higher intelligent being.

Soul actually likes the Nemetrix. Probably more than the other matrixes.

As a concept.

It's cool to turn into alien predators since they look awesome, but he doesn't want to be the one wearing it. He doesn't want to lose any of his sanity.

Well, what's left of it from the void…

He wonders if he has the latest version of the Nemetrix which has the Evolutionary Function…

"Hey, Soul!" Jen shouted. Soul got a hold of himself and looked at Jen. "You okay there? Were you paying attention?"

Soul shook it off and managed to put up a fake smile. "Nah, I was just worried about the fashion statement around my neck." Jen smiled at the joke before she blinked. "So do you know how to change back?"

"Well, you pressed the faceplate to turn into… that," Soul said. "So, maybe if you press it, it will turn you back?" Soul didn't know if that was how it worked with the original, but it couldn't hurt to try.

Jen nodded, seeing how that would make sense. She decided to slap the symbol only for nothing to happen.

"Well, that didn't work," Soul muttered. Jen sat down on the dirt so nothing would burn. "We might need to ask-."

"Grandpa!" Jen shouted. She took off, leaving Soul behind.

"Hey, wait Jen!" Soul ran after her. He was not having much fun trying to keep up with her with Heatblast being taller, and him being younger and shorter.

Hopefully, Soul can think of something when he meets up with Gwen and Max Tennyson before he meets up with them.

Now, how was he gonna explain the collar?

Gwendolyn Tennyson, a ten-year-old girl with ginger hair wearing a blue shirt and white shorts was bored while typing on her laptop outside of the RV. She decided to study for school since her dweebish cousin isn't around to bother her.

She had very different plans on how she wanted to spend her summer before her Grandpa convince her parents to go on a summer trip with him and her dweebish, annoying, cousin.

Seriously, Gwen is surprised that Jen isn't a guy rather than a girl.

They thought it would be a "good bonding moment."

She loves Grandpa Max, but this was one of the times where he can push the limit.

It can't be worse than dinner that Grandpa Max served them.

Gwen shuddered hoping that she won't have to find her dinner ever again.

"Grandpa!" Gwen looked up from outside where she heard a voice that seemed a bit familiar until she saw something that was on fire that burst from the clearing.

That scream brought Max Tennyson, a man in his early forties in a red vacation shirt and tan pants. "Gwen? What's-." He stopped wide-eyed at the fire being. 'What is a Pyronite doing here on Earth?!'

"Stay back!" Gwen warned Jen who got into a stance in defense. She took karate, but she wasn't sure if the opponent was on fire. "I'm warning you-."

"Don't even try it freak," Jen warned her, and the way she said it caused Gwen to pause.

"J-Jen?" Gwen asked earning a nod. Max joined with Gwen to see what was going on. "Grandpa, I think this is Jen."

Jen awkwardly waved, "Hey, Grandpa." Max couldn't believe that Jen suddenly turned into an alien.

Soul came bursting out of the woods, surprising Gwen and Max with him having a short breath. Max noticed the collar and frowned.

Soul forgot that he didn't have the stamina as his old body. "Oh man, I need to train my body," He gathered his breath as he went toward Jen. "Jen! You left me behind!"

"Oh, sorry Soul." Jen felt a bit sheepish that she forgot she was on fire when she tried to touch Soul by trying to pat his back. Thankfully, Soul was paying attention that allowed him to dodge.

"Whoa!" Soul stayed away from Jen as he didn't want to catch on fire.

"Whoops! Sorry again Soul," Jen apologized again since she tried to barbeque Soul.

Vilgax was inside the status chamber, healing from the destruction of the ship. He could still feel his injuries getting repaired from the blast.

"What do you mean it's not there? This battle nearly costs me my life! And you say the Omnitrix is no longer onboard the transport?" Vilgax was getting highly irritated.

The Drone Lieutenant reported. "Sensors indicate a probe was jettisoned from the ship, just before boarding. It landed on the planet below."

Vilgax ordered the drone behind him. "Go. Bring it to me."

"Sir. There is also another signal near the Omnitrix. It is eerily similar to it, but there is something that is making it vastly different and possibly more powerful." The Drone Lieutenant reported.

Vilgax hummed. If the readings were correct, then he would have two powerful devices for his own plans. "Alright then." Vilgax then turned toward a drone that was standing nearby. "Take more of your brethren and bring me the other device." The drone left and went to pick up more of its brethren.

After that, everyone gathered around the campfire with Gwen holding a bag of marshmallows. She was tossing a few toward Jen as Soul got himself a stick to roast his marshmallow into golden brown.

Unfortunately, that didn't turn out well.

"And you say that this watch just jumped up and clamped onto your wrist? Then you meet this boy afterward?" Max asked making sure he heard correctly. He saw Soul panicking that his marshmallow was on fire.

"Hey this time it wasn't my fault," Jen protested eating the marshmallow. "I swear."

"I believe you, Jen," Max reassured his granddaughter before looking at Soul as he was trying to salvage his marshmallow. "And you are?"

"Soul Chun, I met Jen when I was wandering around the forest before she turned to the fire starter," Soul explained as he was trying to get the charcoal skin out of his marshmallow. "When she transformed, I was trying to change her back."

He didn't say anything about Jen trying to start a fire, and he saw that Jen signed in relief.

"That was nice of you," Max said giving a smile to the young boy but then made a stern face. "But where are your parents?"

Soul gave out a weak chuckle. "Well, the funny thing is that I can't remember my family right now. Actually, I can't remember much other than my personal life." Soul wasn't lying, but he was not going to say he was from another Earth. No need to get meta.

"So, you have amnesia?" Gwen asked.

Soul made a complicated expression. "Sort of. I can remember who I was and all that, But when I try to remember my family and friends, it becomes blank. I can't even get a personality from them, much less a face. I can't even remember why I was in a forest at all." Jen and the others frowned.

"The only thing that comes close is that somebody close to me gave me this knife. It's the only thing that comes close to it." Soul showed his knife. Jen and Gwen were curious about it while Max was giving him a careful look.

Whether it is from that Max didn't believe him or if it was from the knife, Soul couldn't tell.

"Well, that doesn't sound good," Max said. "What about that collar? That device looks similar to the symbol that Jen has."

Soul decided to explain the best he can. He doesn't have all of the answers yet. "Well, I actually woke up from the forest. It wasn't till I met Jen that I notice the collar around me. So it was stuck like that when I didn't notice." He didn't want to bring too much attention to himself and the other Matrix.

He is not calling it the Nemetrix. He may as well rebrand it since it doesn't exist yet.

Maybe the Predatrix. It sounds cooler.

Max didn't like someone was putting a collar on a boy that was the same age as his grandkids while Jen and Gwen were curious about it since it looked similar to the Omnitrix.

Soul decided to change the subject since there was too much attention toward him. "So does anyone have an idea on how to change Jen back?"

"Yeah is she going to stay a monster forever?" Gwen asked only for Max to input.

"She's not a monster, she's an alien."

Both Jen and Gwen stared at Max who realized his mistake before Soul was nodding his head. "Makes sense. Jen, you said that came from the sky?" He asked earning a nod from Jen.

"Then boom, outer space, alien. Not hard to make the connection." Soul said. Gwen and Jen sweatdropped as Max was secretly glad that Soul reasoned his grandkids.

Then there was a beeping sound, and they all that the symbol was blinking red with each beep.

Then there was a flash of red light making the others shield their eyes. When they looked up, they saw Jen was back to normal.

Jen smiled. "Alright, I"m me again!"

"Aw too bad, I liked you better when you were a briquette," Gwen muttered holding the marshmallow.

Jen was trying to get the watch off with her hands. "Still can't get it off."

"At least you can change back after a certain time," Soul commented. Jen was still trying to get the Omnitrix and messing with it. "Hey, I don't know if it is a bright idea to get that watch out of there. Who knows what it can do."

"He's right Jen, you better not fool with it anymore until we know exactly what we're dealing with," Max said picking up a flashlight. "I'll go check out the crash site, you three stay here until I get back." Max left to go see the crash site.

Soul signed, knowing Jen would probably mess with the watch.

Not even a few minutes pass by, Jen was messing with the watch. Soul was not surprised.

"Jen." Gwen's voice had a warning tone to it when her cousin began to twist the dial.

"What? You can't tell me that you're not curious in what else this thing can do." Jen commented biting it now. "Come on Soul, back me up here. You also have the same thing as I do."

"Uh, I'm staying out of this. Family matters," Soul said placing his hands up. He didn't want to involve himself as well as not wanting to activate the Nemetrix.

"I'm not curious at all," Gwen said looking away.

Jen however stared at Gwen in disbelief. "You sure you're related to me?" She then shook her head. "But if I can figure this thing out I think I might be able to help people. Besides, why haven't you check yours out yet, Soul? It does seem similar."

"That's because I can't see my neck, Dum-Dum," Soul deadpanned. "Unlike yours, that's on your wrist."

Gwen snickered while Jen gave Soul a look. Gwen then shook her head and looked toward Jen.

"What like a superhero?" Gwen asked in disbelief. "I think those comics rattled your brain."

"You're just jealous," Jen said not caring, a grin on her face.

"Jen, I know that I only known you for about half an hour, but I think you're a stubborn and headstrong person since I met you," Soul said bluntly.

"Hey that's not true," Jen protested. "Name one time-."

"When you decided to throw fire in the flammable woods," Soul deadpanned earning a wince from Jen while Gwen looked a bit scandalized. "Then you ran straight here without thinking on how to explain your situation. And let's not forget that you tried to pat my back while you were on fire."

"Hold up, go back to that part about the potential fire." Gwen looked between the two.

Soul sighed. "Look, your thinking's not half bad, but I think you need to plan before you act," He said as he was thinking about a certain Faker that was similar albeit more mature with a lot more baggage.

Soul then saw Jen look down before giving a grin when the faceplate went up, showing it was turned on. "Jen…"

"Hey, I figured out how to do it," Jen turned the dial to see other forms. "Should I try it again, just once?"

"I wouldn't." Gwen tried to say earning a scoff.

"No duh you wouldn't." Jen rolled her eyes.

"Jen wait-." Soul tried only to be blinded by the green light again. "Okay, you need to figure out how to turn down the lights!"

Shaking his head Soul could see Wildmutt standing there, not looking that much different though a bit smaller and leaner with Jen giving a small growl.

"Ew, this thing is even uglier than you are normally," Gwen commented at seeing the slobber going down Jen's. "Put a flea collar on this mutt."

"What? Like mine?" Soul said sarcastically. He saw Gwen looking at him unamused.

Guess she didn't appreciate the joke.

Gwen then twirled around Wildmutt. "And no eyes?" Gwen asked while she waved a hand in front of Jen's face. "What good is this one if it can't even see-?"

Gwen then became silent as she looked back toward her stick to Jen before a smirk came across her face.

"Gwen, do you really-" Gwen shushed Soul as Soul decided to back off and watch to see what happens.

It turned out how it went as Soul saw Gwen try to hit Jen, but Jen dodged at the last second with Gwen landing on her butt, and Wildmutt landing on the RV with a smirk.

"Okay so maybe it's not a total loser."

Jen then landed right in front of Gwen as Gwen pinched her nose.

"Ugh, two words." Gwen coughed. "Breath mints."

Jen kicked dirt at Gwen before running off.

Soul sweatdropped as he saw how that played out. "She really needs to not to go head first."

Gwen however yelled after her. "Jen?! Get back here! I'm going to tell Grandpa that you went swinging around in the forest as a giant animal thing when he told you not to!"

"This is turning into a majorly weird day," Gwen muttered under her breath. "Soul! Stay here just in case Grandpa comes back."

Soul blinked, but Gwen disappeared before he got a word in. "Great, leave me with the responsibility." He grumbled. "What am I gonna say? Jen ran off by turning herself into a dog thing?"

"Jen did what?" Max asked making Soul screamed as he jumped a foot into the air. He turned to see Max have a frown on his face.

"Ehehe," Soul chuckled nervously, "E-Exactly what I said, sir…"

He wasn't amused.

It took a while for both Jen and Gwen to get back to the RV where Max lectured Jen on what happened after hearing how Jen was attacked by several flying robots.

Soul was listening in on this, but he wasn't really paying attention to the conversation. He heard from Jen that there were several robots coming after her. He didn't know how she was still alive.

He knew that Vilgax only sent one droid to attack Ben so why were there more?

'There is no way that Vilgax would send more than one for just collecting the Omnitrix. Maybe he was desperate?' Soul thought to himself before Jen got up to his face.

"Hey, Soul?" Jen asked, "Why don't you try out yours, huh? It could be exciting."

"Maybe because I don't want to mess with weird things." Soul commented. "Who knows what could come out with this device?" Soul knows full well what is inside, but he doesn't want to test it. "But, hey you should try to see what you can do with your watch." He said with a smirk.

"He's right on both accounts and with a device as powerful as that clamped onto you we better help you learn fast," Max suggested surprising the girls before Jen gave a cheer.

Jen's good mood was short-lived when the radio they had inside of the RV went off. "Mayday! Mayday! Send help, we're under attack by some sort of-I know you're not going to believe me but three giant robots!"

Soul was shocked that there were three. He didn't know if Jen could handle that many. He looked down toward the Nemetrix, tempting him to use it.

"That sounds a lot like the thing that attacked me," Jen realized looking at the Omnitrix. "Those people are in trouble because of me."

Jen stood up. "I think I can help them."

"Uh, you?" Gwen looked at her in disbelief. "And what are you going to do about it, Tennyson?"

"Gwen's right," Max responded. "Even with that watch on your wrist, you can't take on all three."

"Well, we know another person that holds a similar watch like me," Jen smirked before they all looked toward Soul.

Soul saw all of them and signed. "Well, may as well do a trial by fire." He muttered. He then had a thought. "Um, Jen, don't you want to put a disguise so people wouldn't see you?" He asked as this might help not letting people discover her so quickly.

"We don't have anything on us right now and you don't have one either. Besides, I can transform," Jen retorted, "Now come on, let's go!" Jen ran off to help the people as Max and Gwen followed.

Soul also followed, but he remembered that he had the mask with him. He decided to bring the bag in case he needs to use it.

They all ran toward the panicked sounds as Max gave Jen the signal to transform.

This time Soul closed his eyes as she changed into the Petrosapien, it looked the same as from the first season, She had the green diamond-like skin in a suit that was black on the left while white on the right. The four-diamond spikes sticking out the back. The only differences were that she was skinnier and that Jen had a more pronounced chest.

'If I didn't know how much fanart could happen, I think I would blush.' Soul sweatdropped.

Gwen spoke. "So what does this one do?"

"Don't know but it'll be cool," Jen commented with a deep, feminine voice. She was messing with her arms as she looked back at Soul. "Aren't you gonna transform?"

"Well, unlike yours, I can't see mine," Soul said dryly. "Aren't you gonna give yourself a nickname? We can't exactly say your name."

"Oh, then call me Diamondhead," Jen or Diamondhead grinned. "Now time to show these robots Diamonds are a girl's best friend."

Soul stared at Diamondhead before he signed. "I am going to make a quip counter for you Jen." Max and Gwen snickered a bit as Diamondhead gave Soul a flat look.

They ran to see three giant red and orange robots firing lasers everywhere as the people were fleeing from the destruction. "Well, isn't that great," Soul said as he was trying to figure out the Nemetrix.

"Look's like the Papa Robots this time," Diamondhead commented with a wide-eyed look. "I'll get the gear heads' attention, you guys focus on getting people out of here." She then turned to Soul. "Aren't you going to transform?"

"I don't know how!" Soul yelled. He was struggling around his neckpiece by smacking it down or turning the piece. "It doesn't exactly have a dial, and I can't even see it. I'll join you when I can, but I'll stick with Max and Gwen."

Max didn't like how Jen was going to have to fight alone, but Soul was right. There was nothing that Soul can help right now. Jen will have to face them herself.

"Hey… be careful doofus," Gwen said looking at her cousin with some worry.

"Don't worry dweeb I'll be fine," Diamondhead promised with a grin before running outright as one of the giant robots picked up a park ranger. "Hey leave him alone! You want someone to pick on? Try me."

The robots paused, clearly hearing her, and turned to see her, its optics zooming in on the Omnitrix faceplate on her chest. Acquiring its target, one of the robots dropped the Park Ranger onto the hood of a jeep before they raised a hand and blasted Diamondhead back with a laser.

Soul winced at that as he was helping a family escaping from the chaos as Max was helping another section. "Okay. Now would be a really good time to transform right now."

"Think she can handle it?" Gwen asked with a baby trying to find the parents, a worried look towards the truck that exploded when Diamondhead slammed into it.

"I want to say yes, but she can't take on all of them at once," Soul said. He saw that majority of the people left as he stared back at the robots. "Gwen, take care of the rest, I'm gonna try something." He ran elsewhere to prepare his mask as Gwen widen her eyes at what Soul was planning.

Diamondhead meanwhile was not having a great time. She figured out that she can make a crystal blade from her arm, but she keeps on getting assaulted in three different directions. "So glad I choose this form."

She tried to go for a swing, but she missed. The three robots were attacking from the side, smacking constantly. 'Man, I'm gonna feel all of those in the morning.' "I think I'm might be in trouble."

She then saw Soul coming out while wearing some kind of mask. It was kinda creepy looking at it. His collar was still showing. He was throwing rocks at the robots. "Hey, buckets of scraps! Try and get me!" Soul said in an static way.

The robots turn to see Soul in his costume, but when they analyzed him, they saw the Nemetrix on the collar. The two robots came in his direction as one of them left to take care of the Omnitrix.

"Okay, I might have made a slight error in judgment," Soul said as he ran toward the forest. He heard Jen and the other shouting something, but he couldn't hear them since he now has more important matters right now. He realized why Vilgax sent in more drones. They picked up the Nemetrix signal.

He can't let Vilgax take it. He has already seen the plans when he has the Omnitrix. He didn't want to imagine what he could do with the Nemetrix.

He was running fairly quickly as the two robots were chasing him.

"Alright Soul, better figure out the device before you get killed," Soul said as he was running. The robots were following him as they were preparing to fire their lasers.

Soul was thankful that he was able to dodge the lasers in time. He knew spending some time in the forest as a teen would help him. Unfortunately, the biggest problem is that he was trying to work with the Nemetrix, which, surprise, was unsuccessful. "Come on, come on."

Soul then tripped and fell to the ground. The robots managed to catch up to him as they were prepared to fire their lasers.

Soul saw that they were about to fire as they were upon him. 'Well, shit.' As he was about to accept his fate, the Nemetrix bleeped around his neck as he was about to die.

The device was blinking red and it was showing multiple forms. It was shifting a lot, and it was cycling through a lot of aliens, though Soul didn't see it.

Soul was surprised by the sound, but the robots fired the lasers. He closed his eyes as he knew he was probably gonna die. Then there was a bright red light.

Max, Gwen, and Jen were going toward the direction to where Soul ran off to. Thanks to him, Jen managed to deflect the beam toward the robot, destroying it. The people thank her, but she remembered that Soul gave her that chance as those two robots were chasing after him.

They followed his trail seeing that the robots were not subtle in their approach. They found Soul lying on the ground and were shocked that the robots were about to fire at him.

"No!" Jen screamed preparing the Omnitrix. Then there was a big flash of red light.

Max, Gwen, and Jen covered their eyes from the light. Then they saw something that replaced Soul that shocked them.

Once that stand the masked hero was a huge, rock-based life form with a crab-like body and a rhino-like face. It had six legs and a large horn and two small horns on his head. It has a dark purple/grey color scheme. When the alien opened his eyes, it was deep red. There was still the collar around his neck with that symbol on it.

'Soul' then roared at the robots and charged right at them. He ran over the first while the other one jumped up to dodge it. The one that got rammed over was destroyed by the horn sticking out from its back. He backed up, and the robot exploded into pieces

Jen and Gwen were amazed at what 'Soul' did while Max was shocked at what he had just seen. 'A Crabdozer?! First Jen being a Pyronite, then Soul being a Crabdozer?!' Max knew that there was something suspicious going on.

It was weird how a kid would have amnesia about his parents. He didn't seem to lie about it, but it was coincidental that Soul managed to meet his granddaughter.

'Soul' then turned toward the other robot. The other robot decided to try and shoot a laser at it. It didn't do much when the shot land. 'Soul' shrugged off the hit and roared at it. It then tried to run over the robot again, but the robot jumped knowing it would just ram at it.

The robot then spun his legs with his intent to crash toward the Crabdozer. Gwen gasped, but Jen decided to help. "Don't worry, Soul! I'm here to help!" She then slammed her Omnitrix which turn her into Heatblast.

She went on the back of the Crabdozer, but he went berserk. He tried to get Heatblast off. "Woah, dude, I'm on your side!" Heatblast shouted. She was confused why Soulwas acting this way.

"Jen!" Max shouted fearing that Soul may have lost control. "Get away from him! He might not be himself right now!"

Jen didn't listen and hang on. "Come on, dude! What is up with you!?"

'Soul' didn't respond and try to get her off. 'Soul' managed to shake off of her and smacked her on the tree.

"Hey! What are you doing-" Gwen shouted, but Max put her behind him. "Grandpa, what's wrong with him?"

"I'm not sure. I don't think he has any control right now." Max said. He didn't want to have to put down someone in front of his grandkids, much less a kid.

'Soul' roared at them before the robot crashed into him. Heatblast got up from the spot and decided to shoot flames at the robot. "Get off of him, buckets of scraps!"

The robot saw the symbol and decided to march toward her. Heatblast made more fireballs, but the robot didn't falter. Then the robot stopped. Heatblast stopped firing and saw that Soul was grabbing the robot's leg with his mouth.

'Soul' then tossed the robot aside. It tried to get up, but Heatblast came in and fired at it with a fireball.

"Okay, now that's ov-" Heatblast said before she got smack by 'Soul'. "Okay, I didn't want to do this, but you need to stop." Heatblast channeled her fire toward Soul and fired at him.

There was a big explosion that covered the whole area. Heatblast and the others coughed and were shocked that 'Soul' was perfectly fine from the fire. "Okay, didn't work as I hope..." Heatblast said as the Omnitrix was about to time out. "Aw, man."

"Jen! WATCH OUT!" Max shouted. Jen saw that 'Soul' was charging right at her. Jen put up her arm and closed her eyes. Max and Gwen covered their eyes as 'Soul' charged at Jen.

When Jen didn't feel like a two-ton truck hit her, she peeked at what happened. She saw 'Soul' just staring at her. "Um, Grandpa, what's he doing?" She saw that 'Soul' was just watching her.

'Soul' then picked her up with her mouth which elicited a scream out of Jen.

Max went to save Jen but stopped when 'Soul' went over to them and dropped them off.

"Um, Grandpa, is Soul alright? He was acting crazy." Gwen asked. Max didn't know what was going on. He saw that 'Soul' seems to be in control again. Jen saw Soul when she noticed something.

'Soul' then made a grin, or what passed for a grin for a Crabdozer, and before Jen could do anything, Soul licked at her with his tongue.

"Eww! Soul!" Jen complained. 'Soul' laughed as there was a flash of red light again. Soul went back to his mask form. He groaned. "Ugh, what just happened? I feel-" Soul passed out in front to them.

Jen, Gwen, and Max stared at Soul as he was napping as if nothing was wrong with the world.

"Failure?!" Vilgax shouted. He couldn't believe that his drones failed to get something as simple as to get the Omnitrix. "Unbelievable! The puny Earth being that is keeping the Omnitrix and a new device from me will soon hang on my trophy wall!"

Soul woke up in a bed inside of the RV. He groaned as he wobbled toward the exit as he sees Max and Gwen packing up. "Morning…" Soul muttered. Gwen and Max noticed him as he was trying to get his sense back.

"Are you fine, Soul? You're not gonna go crazy anytime soon?" Max asked.

"Huh?" Soul didn't understand till he remembered that he had the Nemetrix on his neck. "Yeah, sorry for whatever I did. Didn't know what happened…"

"Well, you destroyed the robots, you threw Jen away from you, and by the end, you scared us by almost ramming Jen after she transformed, but instead picked her up and licked her with your slobber," Gwen stated. Soul winced and thought to apologize to Jen when he sees her.

Speaking of Jen, she was coming back as XLR8. Soul saw the armored velociraptor with wheels and helmet speeding toward them. She then stopped in front of Max.

"Jen?" Max asked.

The visor slid up to show Jen's face. "Yup! Hey, check this out!"

With that she took off running, the visor sliding down first and in a few seconds, everything was in the RV right when she changed back. She was brushing dirt off of her knees as she had a smile on her face.

"I think this is gonna be the best summer ever."

"Absolutely," Max said.

"It's definitely going to be interesting," Gwen said nervously. Jen snorted a bit. Then Jen noticed Soul awake.

"Hey, Soul! You alright, there?" Jen asked cheerfully.

"Yeah, yeah, just have a headache right now…" Soul said as he rubbed his head. He might need to get away from them in case he loses control again. "Sorry about before…" Jen just shrugged it off. "Anyways, not to bother you from your vacation, but I better look around to find my parents." He knows that he might not see them, but it couldn't hurt to try.

"What are you talking about? Aren't you gonna come with us?" Jen looked confused.

"Well, I rather not be a danger to anybody right-" The words died in Soul's mouth as the collar around his neck started to beep. "Umm, is this the self-destruct button?" Soul tried not to panic, but this definitely did not happen whatsoever in the cartoon.

The collar started to beep faster till a bright flash of light happened. Everybody covered their eyes as it shined. When it died down, Soul opened his eyes to see that Jen and the rest of the Tennysons looked at his shoulder in shock.

He turned his head to see a small glowing figure on his shoulder. She seemed to be… yawning?

The figure was a girl that had her color scheme is primarily red and black (What is with this color scheme today). Her hair was styled in a ponytail with her hair being red with streaks of black with two of her braid at the front of her face. She was wearing a red and black dress covering her body and arms with the Nemetrix symbol at the center with black tights that have red stripes going down to the leg. She was also wearing red and black shoes with them as well.

As she opened her eyes, it shows that she has red eyes that are similar to mine. She then said in a monotone voice and a blank expression.

"Hello. Thank you for waking me, the AI that resides in the Predatrix. How may I help you, today?"

Uh-oh, I made another story with another OC-Insert again. Without even going back to the other stories.

Yeah, yeah, I know I have bad time management. I just want to try out another idea that was swimming in my bubbling head.

I wanted to make a Nemetrix story within the Ben Ten Continuity. Or whatever that convoluted space is.

I really like the Nemetrix, but I also want to add more than just the ten predators that were shown. I wanted to add more of the fan-based ones. Some of them might also not be fan-based, and maybe from another franchise. Send me a suggestion if you want to see a particular one.

I also made an AI for the Nemetrix just because. I saw the idea for a human AI for the Omnitrix so why not the Nemetrix. The design is probably the closest toward the Ultimatrix from the clover-karin in terms of how she looks like. The outfit was random.

I also want to say that the mask looks like the Chaser from Yumekui Merry Dream without the ears and the black is now red. Why did I choose that? I just thought it fits well to the whole Jaegar thing. The knife was just made up.

Why did I make Jen or Ben female? I don't know. That is most of my answers when making dumb ideas. Why did I use an overused female name for Ben? Because I am not clever enough to find a name that rhymes with ten, and I want to make a joke about it.
