3rd Person (P.O.V)

Daryl parked the RV behind Carol's car. Lily and her family each prepared as they were going to exit their home. She knew it would be sometime before they returned. Once they got the information they needed they would part ways with the other group.

"Dobby". Lily called out for the house elf to appear.

"What can Dobby do for miss Lily?". Dobby asked looking up at he with large eyes.

"How is Ambrose and Artemis adjusting?". Lily asked as she strap Teddy to her back with Luna help.

Luna had Hope strap to her chest and George head Andre on his back once again. Lily felt it was a safer option for Luna as her sister was tiny as a pixie.

"Miss Lily's newest child be playing in the garden with his little kitty". Dobby said happily as he loves children, and hoped his mistress would add more to their growing family in the future.

"Alright good, just take care of both of them. Also make sure the plants and animals are taken care of, if Ambrose want to help you with the plants he can, make sure he's away from the dangerous ones. I will call again when I can". Lily said which caused Dobby to jump in excitement as he loved every second of his work. He had already picked up Shadow and Astrid an hour prior.

The small house elf nodded his head before popping away. Everyone from both groups got out of their cars. Dead bodies everywhere on the silent streets, some moaning in the distance as a few walker were nearby.

Everyone in Lilly's group had a dagger strapped to their belt and had a gun in their hand or in Daryl's case his crossbow. Carol had Sophia at her side, with a dagger in her shaking hands. Amy joined the group with her own dagger in her hand, as she wasn't comfortable yet handling a gun.

Lily with her wandless magic casted a silencing charm over all three children and activated the RV's defenses. Shane and Rick were at the shutters trying to open them. Unfortunately for them the CDC was a secure building that wasn't easy to get into.

"There's no one in their man". T-Dog said his voice low but still everyone in the group hear him.

"The shutters are closed but someone has to be in there," Rick said adamantly.

"Walkers". Lily called out. Her gun already in the air ready to fire.

"Your leading us to our death". Daryl shouted angrily at Rick.

"Daryl love stop yelling the argument is drawing more walkers". Lily hissed firing her gun at the nearest one.

"He made a call". Shane defended Rick for his side. "No blame". He added to Rick trying to get him away before they get surrounded.

"We can't be in the city after dark". Lori said clutching Carl to her side.

"It's a dead end Rick let's go!" Shane said to his brother who wouldn't listen.

"The camera it moved". Rick shouted louder than before. Lily had the urge to hit him with a sleeping spell as the man hasn't had time to process everything that has been going on and was going to lead his group to getting killed.

"You imagined it Rick". Shane said trying to urge his brother back to the car.

Daryl and Merle stayed close to the three girls that would be a part of their group. They don't have any guns and they know Lily and her siblings could handle themselves.

Lily looked at Rick who was getting desperate slamming his fists against the door shouting. In the moments leading up to the shutters opening she questioned her decision to come to the CDC even if she needed the information it wasn't worth risking their lives.

"Daryl, Merle get the girl's inside". Lily called out as she fired her gun again. Once the last walker was down everyone rushed into the building.

"Anybody infected?". Question an unknown man who appeared with a gun in his hand.

"No one". Rick said immediately.

"Why are you here and what do you want?". The man asked not lowering his gun.

"A chance". Rick said desperately.

"That's asking for lot these days". The still unknown man said putting his gun down. "You'll have to submit to a blood test, that is the price to be here". He said looking at all of the children. Rick agreed for everyone, he would do anything to ensure his family had a safe place to stay.

"If you have anything you wish to bring in, get it now once those doors close they stay closed". The man told them.

Lily watched the other group rush out. Amy had made sure she and Carol had their bags. After leaving Lily's RVs the night prior Amy was given a bottomless bag. Sophia hadn't received one until her mom knows about magic.

"Lily Potter". Lily said holding her hand out wanting for the unknown man to make eye contact with her.

"Doctor Edwin Jenner". Jenner said shaking her hand. She immediately entered his mind getting all the information he knew of the airborne virus.

"Follow me". Jenner told everyone as he lead them to the elevator.

As Dr Jenner collected the blood of the members of Rick's group it had given Lily the opportunity to work her magic. She conjured a few vials of blood and a simple compulsion charm on the scientist believing the blood belong to all four magical's. Even in the end of the world Lily and her siblings still believed it was wrong to part with their blood willingly.

Relieved with their cooperation and his test done Jenner led both groups to another room. "Welcome to Zone 5". He said as the light's flickered on.

"Where is everyone? The other scientists? Staff?". Rick asked noticing how empty room.

"I'm it, there isn't anyone else I'm sorry," Jenner said, knowing they had come there expecting their questions answered. Unfortunately there wasn't much he could tell them.

"What about the person you were speaking with?" Lori asked desperately close to tears.

"Vi!". Jenner called out. "Say hello to our guests, tell them...welcome". Jenner said which means both groups wonder if he had lost it.

"Hello, guests welcome". A automatic voice answered Jenner.

"I'm all that's left". Jenner said before walking out of the room.

Lily sighed as she held Hope in the corner, she watched as the other group got completely drunk. She decided as everyone was distracted she would talk to Carol who sat with Sophia and Amy.

Amy felt eyes on her as she looked up, she was met with Lily's green eyes staring at her. She hadn't touched the alcohol after what happened to her sister she felt she needed a clear head at all times she refused to become a walker.

Lily mouth the word meeting and Carol's name before gesturing for her to follow. The other group didn't notice as the group left the room one by one.

"Carol". Amy whispered getting the others women's attention. The older woman looked over at the young blonde. "Can you help me with something in my room?". Amy asked getting a confused expression from the older woman, but it was replaced with a small smile and a nodded.

No one notice as Amy, Carol and Sophia left the table. The older woman was confused and slightly worried as she saw the other group waiting outside of a room that was a few doors down from Amy's.

"What's going on?". Carol asked worriedly. She trusted Lily but still didn't feel comfortable around many people.

"I have a question for you Carol before we step one foot in my room. How far would you go to protect Sophia?". Lily asked which earned her a slight glare from the older woman.

"Anything, Sophia is my world". Carol said looking down at her daughter.

"Even if the solution you are given goes against your faith?". Lily asked earned her a confusing expression from Carol.

"Nothing matters more than Sophia without her I don't have a reason to live". Carol whispered as she knew her life wouldn't be worth living without her little girl.

"Alright then let's get this meeting started". Lily said as her family entered the room first followed by Amy, Sophia and lastly Carol.

Sophia stayed by her mother even though she was an adolescent she knew what was going on. She hoped her mom decided to join Miss Lily's group as she loved the world of magic. She felt safe inside the trunk for the first time ever. She was curious of some of the magical animals Dobby managed to show her.

Everyone was quiet until Lily finally spoke flipping Carol's world upside down.
