Starting Over – Introduction and Information

Introduction
After her 4th year Hayley Potter has had enough. She is done with how the Dursley's treat her and how the wizarding public turns on her in an instant the minute she does anything they disagree with. After finding a legal loophole that allows her to leave the Dursley's she moves to Forks,Washington wanting a fresh start. Will she get it or will she be dragged into more supernatural drama?
Information
The story starts during the summer after 4th year and follows Hayley's adventures after she moves to Forks and finds herself intertwined with all the supernatural drama that happens in Forks. Hayley will be 15 and starting her Freshman year at Forks High School. The story is set in 2015 as opposed to the original timelines of the two film series. The difference from the original HP timeline is 20 years (2015 instead of 1995) and the difference from the original Twilight timeline is approximately 11/12 years( 2015 instead of 2003/2004) so technology and references from the years leading up to 2015 will be used. Everyone will still be the same ages as they were in the original timelines so no changes there.
This is an AU story so many characters may act differently than they do in canon depending on where I plan for their individual arc/storyline to end up. Several changes may happen to the order in which certain events happen. For example Bella will discover that Jacob is a werewolf during the events of Twilight as opposed to Twilight New Moon in the books/movies. Also some events and plots may be either skipped over and vaguely referenced or removed entirely depending on how it flows with the overall plot. Also just as a side note to make the story telling less confusion (AKA to save my sanity) Cedric and Edward will not have the same physical appearance.

Authors Note – Hey guys. This isn't an actually chapter rather just general information about the story so that any questions or confusion you might have will hopefully be answered here. I will do these information chapters every so often as different things are included or as things change just so that everything is as clear as possible. If anyone is a fan of my other stories Taking Chances and Making Changes or Well that was Unexpected and is waiting for an update I am so sorry. During the last few months of 2021 I was very busy with work and also going through both health problems and family problems so I had zero time or energy to sit down and think about writing and at the moment I have major writers block but I am definitely hoping to continue those when i get some new ideas and inspiration.
